This study aims to analyze the role of the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism (Diskopar) Dumai City in tourism development and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its implementation. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants consisted of a tourism data and information officer at Diskopar Kota Dumai and a community tourism actor. The data were analyzed using an interactive model involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that Diskopar Kota Dumai plays an active role based on three role indicators: institutional position, social expectations, and implementation. The institution is involved not only in policy formulation but also in maintenance, monitoring, training workshops, event organization, and management of public tourism spaces. Supporting factors include regional tourism potential, digital promotion, regulatory documents, and regional budget support. Inhibiting factors include suboptimal maintenance of tourist sites, illegal levies in unmanaged areas, and uneven information access due to limited network coverage. Overall, the role of the Dumai City Diskopar is functioning but still requires strengthening in supervision, facility management, and equitable promotion.

Uterine myoma or often called fibroids is a benign tumor originating from the smooth muscle of the uterus. Tumor cells are formed due to genetic mutations, then develop due to the induction of the hormones estrogen and progesterone. The incidence of uterine myoma in Indonesia ranks second after cervical cancer, the incidence of uterine myoma in Indonesia is found to be 2.39% - 11.70% in all patients with gynecological cases hospitalized. Hysterectomy is surgical removal of the uterus (uterus) is one of the procedures performed for uterine myoma. Physiotherapy aids recovery by avoiding or minimizing complications as well as providing physical rehabilitation to support the return of physical function postoperatively hysterectomy. Based on the results of the evaluation of interventions that have been given, breathing exercises, pelvic floor muscle training, active exercises on the hip to the lower extremities as well as early transfer and ambulation exercises have been shown to reduce pain levels, strengthen pelvic floor muscles thereby reducing incontinence, and increase functional activity.

SDI Umamapu currently uses a Telkom Internet Service Provider (ISP) internet connection with a bandwidth capacity of 50 Mbps, which is only used in the principal's office and laboratory and does not cover other SDI Umamapu educational areas and limits SDI Umamapu teachers and staff from carrying out related tasks. with the Internet network. Therefore, the aim of this research is to design an Internet network using Mikrotik to help teachers and staff work more efficiently and expand the coverage area of the SDI Umamapu Internet network. Apart from that, the SDI Umamapu Online Computer-Based National Examination (UNBK) is facilitated by 30 computers/laptops connected to the Internet network and other clients. In conducting research, the author uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) methodology: analysis, design, simulation, implementation, management and monitoring to build an Internet network to solve research problems. Through this research the author can learn a little more about the concept of a hotspot network and its configuration which can provide the author with knowledge about the advantages and disadvantages of Mikrotik RouterOS as a hotspot server. When measured from the results of QoS (Quality of Service) analysis before implementation, the throughput was 36.238 kbit/s (Kbps), packet loss was 1.3%, average delay was 0.389072 seconds, and throughput was 1.5% after implementation. 161.657 kbit/s (kilobits per second), average latency 0.5157133 seconds, packet loss 36%. This means that the speed of Internet access at SDI Umamapu has decreased by up to 36% due to the increase in the area of the Internet network. However, even though network performance has decreased, the newly created Internet network continues to function well and smoothly.

It is hoped that the Palang Village government should improve BUMDES reporting and reactivate BUMDES so that the village can get original income. This is important because BUMDES itself is mandatory. 2. It is hoped that the Palang village government can provide information about financial reporting and BUMDES management so that readers can get information about BUMDES management. 3. It is hoped that future researchers will be able to explore in more detail and expand the BUMDES financial management process with Regional Regulation Number 09 of 2013, because in this research it is limited to management and reporting, not access to financial reporting and BUMDES management.

Emulsifier is one of the oleochemical products with high economic value. An alternative material that can be used as an emulsifier is pliek oil. The catalyst that can be used in the emulsifier production process is NaOH. The addition of this catalyst can enhance the glycerol's ability in oil to break down fatty acids, accelerate reactions, and suppress the reformation of diglycerides, which are then converted into monoglycerides through the more active glycerol and NaOH. This research aims to analyze the functional groups of the emulsifier substance, the influence of time and the amount of NaOH catalyst, and the characteristics of the emulsifier substance obtained from pliek oil with NaOH catalyst using the glycerolysis process. The research results show that in the FT-IR test, there is a peak at the wavenumber of 3741 cm-1, indicating the presence of the O-H group. The absorption peak at the wavenumber of 1506 cm-1 is characterized as the stretching vibration of C-C. At the wavenumber of 1273 cm-1, there is the presence of the C-N group. The influence of time and NaOH catalyst on the emulsifier substance, with the highest values based on the yield test, is obtained at a reaction time of 1 hour with a 4% catalyst, yielding 93.73%; the saponification value, with the highest value obtained at a reaction time of 2.5 hours with a 4% catalyst, is 161.41; the best acid value is obtained at a reaction time of 2.5 hours with an 8% catalyst, amounting to 0.35.

Forests are the body organ of the earth, where a variety of flora, fauna, mineral resources, and other wealth can be taken from forests that are indispensable to human life. However, the use of forest resources massively destroys forests and consequently alters their functioning. The forest area in Indonesia is 125,797.052 ha with the implementation of deforestation until. December 2021, which is 90.233.159 ha with a total number of decrees of forestation of 2.157 SK. There has been a significant increase in the extent of forestation in the period of the last 10 years to a total of 72% of the total area of Indonesian forest area, while the results of the forest monitoring of Indonesia in 2022 show that the total forested land area of the entire mainland of Indonesia is 96,0 million hectares, or 51.2% of the total land area. From the case that the parties have a chance to misuse or even de-function the land. The situation adds to the author's enthusiasm and interest in identifying any kinds of exploitation and development of Dangku Marga Asylum Forest related to community cohesion, as well as identifying how the implementation of Community Based Forest Management (CBFM) will maintain the sustainability of Dungku Margasatwa Forest. The research was carried out in the area of the Dangku Wildlife Asylum Forest in the Keluang district in Dawas Village, the Tungkal Jaya district, and Tungkal District in Sido Mulyo Village. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the conditions to be observed in the field in a more specific, transparent, and in-depth manner. The results of the study indicated that the implementation of community-based forest management in the Dangku Wildlife Refuge Area was categorised as “fairly effective” by identifying some unoptimal assessment indicators.
