In a government agency or organization, it is one that requires serving the community well, community satisfaction is one of the factors to assess whether an agency or organization is good or not, work ability and service quality are the ones that can assess whether or not the community feels satisfied. This research aims to determine the effect of work ability and service quality on community satisfaction at the Ciruas District Office, Serang Regency. This research uses the literature review method, which is a research method used to collect, compile and synthesize existing research results. The research results in the study show that work ability influences community satisfaction, service quality influences community satisfaction, and work ability and service quality together influence community satisfaction.

Health is a human right and one of the elements of human welfare that must be realized by the state, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Article 34 paragraph (3) emphasizes that the state is responsible for providing equitable and affordable health service facilities for the entire community. This study aims to determine and analyze the legal formulation of patient protection in medical practice, using the normative legal research method, namely through literature/legislation searches (statute approach) with types of data sources, secondary data supported by primary data. The descriptive research type is then analyzed and presented qualitatively. The high level of public awareness of the importance of health has made people increasingly aware and understand their rights as patients in order to obtain good health services from health workers and hospitals. This essay focuses on sustainable development in archipelagic nations like Indonesia and how the Green and Blue economies may work together. This study identifies and analyzes a range of ideas, policies, and practices that bring the two economies together using a qualitative methodology and a literature review technique. A Green Economy is one that prioritizes social inclusion, resource efficiency, and low-carbon development. In the meantime, there's the Blue Economy, which promotes coastal environment preservation and economic growth via responsible resource management. According to this article's literature review, today's social and environmental problems may have their answers in the merging of these two economies. Sustainable development goals (SDGs) may be achieved, human well-being can be enhanced, and Indonesia's natural resource potential can be fully used by integrating sustainability concepts from both economies. This study's findings highlight the critical need of coordinating Green Economy and Blue Economy initiatives in order to foster mutually beneficial synergies that promote ecologically conscious and socially equitable sustainable growth.

As life expectancy and the number of elderly people increase in many countries, the welfare of the elderly is becoming an increasingly important issue. In this context, the family plays an important role in improving the physical, mental and social quality of life of the elderly. This research aims to determine the role of the family in improving the welfare of the elderly. This research method uses a qualitative approach and involves literature study, data collection techniques using interview methods and literature research. This research discusses that the family provides important support for the elderly in terms of physical care, emotional support, economic resources and social involvement. However, from the research results, the author found that the elderly people interviewed felt that family members had limited time in terms of dividing their time between work and visiting and exchanging stories.

This study analyzes the use of Madurese suffixes in short stories written by students of Pondok Pesantren Fathul Mu'ien, Jember. The research focuses on the application of seven types of Madurese suffixes, namely {-e}, {-a}, {-an}, {-en}, {-na}, {-ana}, and {-aghi}, within verbs, nouns, and adjectives. A descriptive qualitative method with a morphological analysis approach was employed. Data were collected through documentation of the students' short story works. The results show that Madurese suffixes contribute unique morphophonemic nuances, such as emphasis, possession, and action indication. Furthermore, the use of suffixes reflects the students' creativity in utilizing the Madurese language as a medium of literary expression. These findings emphasize the significant role of morphology in preserving cultural heritage and enriching Indonesia's linguistic studies. This research is expected to serve as a reference in linguistic and regional literature studies, particularly regarding the development of the Madurese language in contemporary literary works.

This study aims to analyze the religious values ​​in the poem Wirid Orang Tertindas by Emha Ainun Nadjib. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative through a religious approach, the data collection technique in this study is using the reading and note-taking technique. In accordance with the results of the study, religious values ​​are found in the poem Wirid Orang Tertindas by Emha Ainun Nadjib, including the values ​​of faith and piety. Based on the results of the analysis, literary works that contain religious values ​​can be used as learning in society.

The Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka Program, also known as MBKM, is an activity that provides students with the opportunity to learn outside the classroom, one of which is teaching assistance. This paper aims to describe the activities conducted by students of Universitas Bina Darma Palembang in community service by implementing learning through the viewing technique in the Indonesian language subject for 11th grade students in the Merdeka curriculum. Through learning with the viewing technique, it is expected that students will be able to answer, summarize, and understand the intrinsic and extrinsic elements of the short story Tukang Cukur by Budi Darma. This Community Service (PkM) activity was conducted in the form of learning, counseling, and training. The PkM activity took place at SMA Arinda Palembang with 20 students. The method used in this activity was qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques of observation, note-taking, and documentation. After conducting learning on the short story Tukang Cukur by Budi Darma with the viewing technique in the 11th grade IPA class at SMA Arinda Palembang, positive results were observed. The majority of students were able to understand the content of the story, answer questions correctly, and improve their critical thinking skills, as well as their appreciation for literary works.

This study examines Chairil Anwar's poem "Diponegoro" from the perspective of literary sociology, focusing on the analysis of the values ​​of struggle contained therein. This poem depicts the figure of Prince Diponegoro as a symbol of resistance against colonialism, which reflects the spirit of the Indonesian people's struggle during the colonial period. Through the approach of literary sociology according to Wellek and Warren. This analysis also pays attention to how Chairil Anwar uses the figure of Diponegoro to convey messages about courage, sacrifice, and steadfastness in fighting oppression. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive method and a structuralist approach, the case study on "Kereta Kencana" will analyze its intrinsic elements. The findings provide a deeper understanding of intrinsic components such as characters, characterization, plot, setting, point of view, moral, and theme. Additionally, this study explores the relationships between characters, plot development, philosophical and social messages, as well as the stylistic choices employed.

Changes in the health insurance system in Indonesia continue to evolve, one of which is implementing the Standard Inpatient Class (KRIS) policy as a replacement for the BPJS Health class system based on Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 59 of 2024. This policy is designed to unify healthcare classes to reduce disparities in healthcare access and quality in Indonesia. However, its implementation is faced with key challenges, including hospital infrastructure readiness, limited human resources, and criticism from various parties, including patients and healthcare providers. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to review various policy documents, relevant literature, and legal and social perspectives related to policy implementation. The results show that although KRIS has the potential to reduce disparities in access to health services, its implementation requires more attention to the readiness of health facilities, strengthening management systems, and budget adjustments to support optimal operations. Furthermore, this policy requires the active involvement of the community and health workers in the evaluation and decision-making process so that the policy is more responsive to the real needs in the field. The theoretical approaches used, such as public policy theory and progressive law, highlight the importance of cooperation between the government, healthcare providers, and communities to ensure effective and equitable implementation of KRIS. This research suggests improving hospital infrastructure, continuous training for health workers, and strengthening a transparent monitoring system to ensure the success of this policy. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to the formulation of health policies that are more inclusive and sustainable and can serve as a reference in efforts to realize a more equitable and fair health service system for all Indonesians.

This study aims to analyze the bankruptcy crisis communication of PT. Sepatu Bata tbk, using the literature review research method to collect data through several journals and articles. The bankruptcy of PT Bata is a significant case of business failure and shows the tight competition between industries. This study analyzes the factors causing the bankruptcy of PT Bata, namely: changes in consumer behavior, inability to face competition, business strategy errors, and declining economic conditions. The results of the study indicate that the bankruptcy of PT Bata has an impact on decreasing stock values, reducing the workforce, and losses for creditors. This research aims to analyze the inner structure in the poem "Goodbye" by Chairil Anwar, a leading poet in Indonesian literature. The poem was chosen because of its ability to arouse emotions and contain deep meaning. With the background of Chairil Anwar who lived during a time of political and social turmoil, analysis of the inner structure of this poem can provide insight into how the poet reflects his feelings towards separation in that context. The research method used is literary analysis with a qualitative approach. By understanding the imagery, symbolism and emotional tone contained in the poem "Goodbye", this research tries to explore the feelings implied behind Chairil Anwar's words. The findings from this analysis reveal the depth of emotion and sadness in the poem, as well as the way the poet expresses his feelings through beautiful and poetic language. The implication of this research is to broaden understanding of Indonesian literary works and the richness they contain. Analysis of the inner structure of the poem "Goodbye" can contribute to appreciating the literary value and beauty of the poet's expression, as well as enriching the interpretation of Indonesian literary works as a whole.

This study aims to understand the influence of ethical leadership on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) in government organizations. Ethical leadership is considered important to create a conducive work environment, increase job satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency. The method used is a literature study, which examines various previous research sources to identify the influence of ethical leadership on PNS performance and factors that can strengthen or weaken the relationship. The results of the study indicate that ethical leadership has a positive effect on PNS performance through increased motivation, commitment, and job satisfaction. This finding also shows that the influence of ethical leadership can be strengthened by an organizational culture that supports ethical values and a fair reward system. The implications of this study indicate that strengthening ethical leadership needs to be accompanied by character development policies and training for leaders and employees in order to create an effective and accountable work environment. Overall, this study supports the application of ethical leadership as a strategy to improve performance in the public sector and improve the quality of public services.

With a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, this study investigates how the implementation of a hybrid work system that combines work from home and work from office affects employee performance. The research also explores the role of reward systems as a form of reward and motivation, as well as the impact of work productivity in the context of BUMN. It also highlights best practices and policies that manufacturing companies can adopt to foster an inclusive environment. These include inclusive hiring practices, workplace accommodations, and training programs to raise awareness and sensitivity among employees. The research showcases successful implementations of inclusive practices in various manufacturing companies, emphasizing the economic and social benefits of such initiatives. Increased productivity, innovation, and improved workplace morale are among the noted advantages. The paper concludes with recommendations for enhancing inclusion in the manufacturing industry and suggests future research directions to continue advancing equality for disabled workers. By addressing these challenges and adopting best practices, the manufacturing industry can set a benchmark for other sectors, demonstrating that inclusivity is not only a moral imperative but also a driver of business success.

Turnover Intention influenced by a combination of individual, organizational, and work environment factors. In this context, psychological theories such as Herzberg's two-factor theory can help understand this dynamic by dividing factors that influence job satisfaction into motivators and hygiene factors. Motivators, such as recognition and achievement, contribute to higher job satisfaction, while hygiene factors, such as working conditions and management policies, play a role in preventing dissatisfaction. This study aims to explore the relationship between job satisfaction, job stress, managerial support, and employee engagement on turnover intention in various sectors. This study uses a quantitative approach with a Likert scale-based survey to collect data, which were analysed using Pearson correlation tests and multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction and managerial support have a significant negative relationship with turnover intention, while job stress shows a significant positive relationship. In addition, employee engagement through organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) has been shown to reduce turnover intention even though the level of job satisfaction is low. This study provides practical implications for organizations to design employee retention strategies through stress management, increasing job satisfaction, and managerial support. This study contributes to the enrichment of the literature on human resource management, particularly in understanding the dynamics of turnover intention, and recommends further research with a longitudinal approach to validate the results in other sectors.
