Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas teknik role playing dalam bimbingan kelompok untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying di SMP Negeri 48 Surabaya. Bullying, baik fisik, verbal, maupun cyberbullying, merupakan masalah serius yang berdampak negatif pada korban dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang tidak sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus intervensi, melibatkan siswa yang menjadi korban bullying dan kelompok kontrol. Teknik role playing digunakan untuk membantu siswa memahami dampak bullying dan mengembangkan empati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang bullying dan penurunan perilaku bullying di kalangan siswa yang mengikuti intervensi. Pada siklus kedua, terjadi peningkatan kesadaran siswa tentang bullying hingga 72,66%, dan 67% dari siswa setuju bahwa role playing efektif dalam mengurangi bullying. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih aman dan mendukung perkembangan psikososial siswa. Hasil ini juga dapat menjadi acuan bagi sekolah lain dalam mengimplementasikan program pencegahan bullying yang lebih interaktif dan reflektif. The low quality of learning and learning assessment, has not been integrated into a system properly. So that the ideal learning process cannot occur. The purpose of this study is to determine the ICT learning media Adobe Flash Cs6 for class VII students of Smp Negeri 8 Sorong Regency Based on Video that is Valid and Effective to use. This study uses the development method (Research and Development). Data was collected by observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The subjects of this study were 21 students of Smp Negeri 8 Sorong Regency class VII. Based on the results of the research on the development of video-based learning media using Adobe Flash Cs6, the validation results were obtained from two validators, including material experts, namely an average percentage of 75% and media experts, namely an average percentage of 94% which is included in the "Very Valid" criteria. the level of effectiveness of learning media was obtained from the respondent questionnaire, the results obtained were an average percentage of 86% which was included in the "Very Effective" criteria. The results of this study indicate that the development of video-based learning media Adobe Flash CS6 is valid and effective to use.    

This study was conducted to examine the influence of good corporate governance with proxies by managerial ownership, institutional ownership and independent commissioners as well as corporate social responsibility with profitability as a moderation variable on company value. The sample selection technique in this study uses purposive sampling and was obtained from 11 retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using  SPSS software version 27. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that managerial ownership and CSR have no effect on company value, institutional ownership and independent commissioners have a positive effect on company value, profitability cannot moderate the influence of managerial ownership and CSR on company value, and profitability can weaken the influence of institutional ownership and independent commissioners on company value.

The main aim of this social service is awareness and deeper understanding of the dangers of drugs, their legal and health impacts, as well as inspiring positive changes in attitudes and behavior in social settings among the younger generation and the general public. The service method used is legal advice, including legal sources from the police, doctors and public health workers. Activities carried out through communication include discussions, presentations and comparisons of legal aspects related to drugs. The results of this service show that anti-fraud training has succeeded in achieving its goals. Participants saw increased awareness of illegal drugs, their negative impact on health, and the legal consequences they face. Participants felt more responsible for their personal and community health. Information provides insight into prevention strategies to help participants develop healthy lifestyle skills and avoid high-risk behaviors.

This study aims to explore the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in Islamic character education, focusing on the implementation of the model and its impact on the younger generation. The background of this study is based on the increasing need to present innovative solutions in education that not only meet academic aspects but also develop students' characters in accordance with Islamic values. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and participatory observation in several Islamic educational institutions. The results of the study indicate that the application of AI in learning increases student engagement and personalizes the learning experience, thereby helping to develop better character. In addition, this study found that despite challenges in presenting content that is in accordance with Islamic principles and infrastructure limitations, the effective application of AI can create a learning environment that supports educational characters that are relevant to the challenges of the 21st century.

Pavement conditions affect the comfort, security and safety of road users. However, pavement conditions are increasingly decreasing due to road damage factors that can be divided into two parts, namely structural damage which includes pavement failure or damage to one or more pavement components that result in the pavement no longer being able to bear traffic loads, and functional damage which includes safety and comfort. This study aims to analyze the level of road damage using the PCI method. The results of the study showed that the average value of damage to the main road section of General Ahmad Yani Km 7, Parepare City was 38, which indicated that the quality of the road pavement was in fair condition with a level of road damage to Alligator cracking of 11%, longitudinal cracking of 7%, potholes of 10%, patching and utility cut patching of 60%, weathring/raveling of 2%, depression of 3%, curvature of 6%, swell of 05%, and shoving of 1%.      

This writing has the aim of knowing the Procedures and Requirements to receive a certificate of competence in the preparation of environmental impact analysis. This is very useful, because it will provide illustrations to other people and legal entities who want to be completed if they want to have a certificate of competence in compiling an analysis of environmental impacts. With the explanation of the mechanism and requirements, therefore a person or legal entity can prepare an analysis of environmental impacts by obtaining a certificate of competence for compiling an analysis of environmental impacts. The main objective of the Environmental Impact Analysis is to ensure that business and development activities can run continuously without destroying and damaging the environment, so in another sense, business or appropriate actions from the perspective of environmental aspects.

In the background of early marriage is an underage marriage, in this case the preparation of a child or teenager is not fully maximised, both in mental, psychological, and even material preparation. When marrying at an early age, teenagers do not have enough knowledge about marriage, family and do not know how to manage conflict well, so that it will cause quarrels in the family and make the marriage less harmonious. Character education is the process of instilling character as well as providing seeds so that children are able to grow character, especially when running life, in other words, students not only understand education as a form of knowledge, but also make it a part of life and consciously live based on that value. This research is a descriptive qualitative field research. The key informants of this research are young women who married at an early age. The method of collecting data is through observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it shows that early marriage has an impact on adolescents such as economy, health, education, besides that early marriage also has an impact on children's character education such as a sense of responsibility, mutual respect, socialisation.

This aims to reveal the Impact of Converting Local Coconut Plantation Land into Oil Palm Plantations in an Islamic Economic Perspective in Kuala Keritang Village, Kec. Keritang, Kab. Indragiri Hilir, Riau. This thesis uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The background causes the rubber farmers to switch functions to become oil palm farmers in Kuala Kritang Village is that work as a local coconut farmer is carried out every day and requires difficult maintenance while the price is cheap so that the farmer's income is not enough to meet economic needs. While oil palm work is only once every two weeks, it is more expensive than rubber and is sufficient to meet daily needs. The impact on the welfare of the families of local coconut farmers after the conversion to oil palm farmers in Kuala Kritang Village has a positive impact on farmers, their income increases, work is lighter, there is an increase in assets owned, and families feel more prosperous. If viewed from Maqasid Syariah, the impact of converting local coconut plantation land to oil palm for the economy of the people in Kuala Keritang Village is in accordance with Islamic Sharia.

After the enactment of Presidential Decree no. 12 of 2020 and PP no. 21 of 2020 regarding Covid-19 and PSBB, many public services experienced disruption, including marriage services. To avoid crowds at the District KUA, the number of marriage ceremonies is limited to eight couples per day. However, the Kabanjahe District KUA reported an increase in marriage requests in recent times, especially during the pandemic. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on marriage contracts at the KUA Kabanjahe District in 2022, with a focus on the implementation of Presidential Decree no. 12 of 2020 and PP no. 21 of 2020, especially the principle of mashlahah murlahah, is considered impermissible because it can cause harm or damage to humanity. This legal determination is based on the principle of ushul fiqh which states that "rejecting damage must take precedence over bringing benefit". In this context, the damage referred to is the risk of spreading Covid-19 among the Walimatul 'Ursy participants. Meanwhile, bringing benefit means continuing to carry out walimatul 'ursy as a form of notification to the public about the existence of a bond between the bride and groom's families. Supporting factors for this include good coordination between the KUA and assistants such as the Covid-19 officer unit, health educators and community leaders who are aware of social restrictions. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the lack of public awareness regarding the importance of complying with regulations.

The emergence of financial technology (fintech) has brought significant disruption to the conventional banking industry. Fintech offers faster, cheaper and more accessible financial services, which appeal to many customers, especially the younger generation. This study aims to analyse the impact of fintech on the future of conventional banking, with a focus on Bank Mandiri, one of the largest banks in Indonesia. The results show that fintech has a significant impact on various aspects of conventional banking, including: 1) Products and services. Fintech offers innovative and diverse financial products and services that conventional banks cannot access. 2) Distribution channels: Fintechs utilise digital technology to reach customers directly, without the need for physical branches. 3) Business model. Fintech has a more efficient and cost-effective business model compared to conventional banks. 4) Customer engagement. Fintech offers a more personalised and interactive customer experience. Bank Mandiri shows that the bank has taken various strategic steps to face competition with fintech, such as: developing digital services, collaborating with fintech startups, improving operational efficiency. Disputes between fintech consumers and fintech service providers can be resolved through: negotiation, mediation, arbitration, court and legal comparison with default. In addition, we also highlight the need for collaboration between government agencies, industry players, and the tech community to develop a comprehensive and adaptive regulatory framework.

Parental child abuse leading to mental illness is a form of physical, emotional, violence experienced by a child from a parent or guardian that adversely affects the child's mental well-being. It can include various forms of behaviors that degrade, humiliate, or emotionally or physically harm the child. Violence against a child is also one of the most dominant cases and is found anytime, anywhere, almost everywhere in all provinces in Indonesia. If this violence occurs against a child, it will have a negative impact on the child. The child will experience a sense of trauma, excessive fear, closure, silence, mental disorders, passive communication, and even physical disability if the violence is in the form of physical violence. This is very ironic, considering that children who are the next generation of the nation, should get parental love, guidance and loving education so that this study aims to prevent physical violence against children and the need for countermeasures, both from the government and from the family or parents of children. This study aims to identify the impact of parental violence on children's mental state and explore coping strategies. The importance of preventing physical and emotional violence against children requires collaborative efforts between the government, families, and communities. Effective coping strategies include social support from the surrounding environment, psychological interventions such as counseling and therapy, and education and training on positive parenting. Strict and comprehensive child protection policies are also necessary to create a safe and supportive environment for children's development. By raising awareness of the negative impact of violence and implementing appropriate coping strategies, it is hoped that children can grow and develop optimally, free from violence, and ready to become the next generation of physically and mentally healthy nations.

Era digital membawa perubahan signifikan dalam kehidupan remaja, termasuk bagaimana mereka memahami identitas diri. Pendidikan Kristen memiliki peran penting dalam membimbing dan mendampingi remaja untuk memahami identitas mereka berdasarkan nilai-nilai Kristen di tengah tantangan dan pengaruh kuat media sosial. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tantangan pendidikan Kristen dalam membantu para remaja Kristen menghadapi krisis identitas diri di era digital, dengan studi kasus di salah satu SMP Kristen di Gading Serpong. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus tunggal. Subjek penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang dibutuhkan dikumpulkan melalui proses wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan proses trangulasi sumber. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya dampak krisis identitas diri yang dialami remaja, meliputi dampak pada kerpercayaan diri, kehidupan sosial dan prestasi akademik remaja. Jalinan kerjasama yang terikat secara disiplin dan konsisten dari pihak keluarga dan sekolah dapat membantu siswa menghadapi krisis identitas di era digital.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai bagaimana peranan wanita Kristen terhadap masa depan keluarga yang berhasil. Pertama, dalam sebuah keluarga, wanita memiliki peranan yang sangat penting. Wanita bertanggung jawab atas banyak hal, termasuk mengurus rumah, mendidik anak, menyediakan makanan sehat, dan tugas-tugas lain yang krusial bagi kesejahteraan keluarga. Kedua, masa depan keluarga adalah kondisi keluarga di masa mendatang yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh tindakan dan keputusan yang diambil saat ini. Oleh karena itu, peranan wanita dalam keluarga sangat menentukan bagaimana keadaan keluarga tersebut di masa depan. Ketiga, peranan wanita Kristen terhadap masa depan keluarga sangat erat kaitannya dengan nilai-nilai yang diajarkan dalam Alkitab. Wanita Kristen yang menjalankan perannya sesuai dengan Firman Tuhan dalam Amsal 31:10-31 dapat membawa masa depan keluarga yang indah dan berhasil dalam Tuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan bagaimana peranan wanita Kristen, berdasarkan Amsal 31:10-31, mempengaruhi masa depan keluarga. Strategi yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada 13 responden. Angket tersebut berisi 24 butir pernyataan yang mengukur variabel Peranan Wanita (X) dan Masa Depan Keluarga (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y, dengan r hitung sebesar 0,310 yang lebih besar dari r tabel sebesar 0,265 pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Peranan wanita Kristen berdasarkan Amsal 31:10-31 terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap masa depan keluarga jemaat di GPIA Cibinong. Wanita Kristen yang baik, cakap, dan takut akan Tuhan, yang menjalankan setiap tindakan sesuai dengan perintah Tuhan, mampu membawa keluarganya menuju masa depan yang berbahagia dan berhasil. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peranan wanita Kristen dalam membentuk masa depan keluarga yang sukses dan diberkati.

Maraknya pelecehan seksual pada anak menjadi fenomena yang memprihatinkan. Beberapa dampak pelecehan seksual mengakibatkan masa depan anak menjadi suram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman serta implikasi dari teks 1 korintus 6:19a sehingga pembaca mengambil bagian dalam memberikan edukasi kepada anak untuk menjaga dan menghindari dirinya dari kasus pelecehan seksual. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui metode studi Pustaka. Hasil yang didapat adalah pendidikan tentang seks dapat diberikan kepada anak usia dini dengan memahami makna tubuhmu adalah bait roh kudus di dalam 1 korintus 6:19a. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perhatian yang lebih terhadap anak-anak, tidak hanya secara jasmani tetapi juga rohaninya. Pendampingan orang tua memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam penerapan Pendidikan seks. Keselamatan jiwa anak merupakan tanggung jawab besar yang harus diwujudnyatakan agar anak dapat sejahtera dalam masa perkembangan dan pertumbuhannya, terutama dalam pertumbuhan kerohaniannya. 

In this study, parents as the child's closest environment have an important role in supporting child development. One of the things that can support the child's development is the pattern of caring adopted by parents. The pattern of caring is the relationship or patterns of interaction between parents and children in order to meet the physical and psychological needs of children. The Pattern of Caring is divided into three types, one of which is authoritarian. These problems arise as a result of children being subjected to excessive restrictions and pressure in the family environment. There is a huge influence on the social life of the child by the authoritarian pattern of parental care. Where there are many negative influences on the social life of the child. Children are less sociable because they feel insecure and tend to be quiet. Children are afraid to make mistakes and to try new things.

Nyapah sub-district, which is one of the 14 sub-districts in Walantaka District, has problems faced by the community and the nyapah sub-district apparatus itself, namely not understanding and knowing about the legal regulations related to waste management, as well as handling waste that can actually provide good benefits from an environmental perspective. as well as the economy of the community in Nyapah sub-district. And there is also no Waste Bank for waste management. This service activity is important in providing legal education about waste and so that the community in Nyapah sub-district is legally aware of the importance of good and correct waste management in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach by collecting data, including interviews, observation and documentation. The result of this service is that the community and Nyapah sub-district officials can know and understand the regulations regarding waste management contained in the law. No. 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management, Government Regulation no. 27 of 2020 concerning Specific Waste, Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No.  14 of 2021 concerning Waste Management at Waste Banks, and Serang City Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2021 concerning Waste Management.

This study analyzes the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia by 2024. Using a qualitative research approach with in-depth interviews and direct participatory observation of MSME stakeholders who benefit from BRI's CSR programs, the study reveals significant positive results. CSR interventions not only enhance the capacity and competitiveness of MSMEs but also improve their access to financing. Furthermore, the research highlights the broader social and environmental impacts of BRI's CSR, confirming its role in encouraging sustainable business practices among MSMEs. The research findings show strong synergies between BRI's CSR efforts and local government support, which enhances the program's effectiveness and reach across different regions of Indonesia. This research underscores the critical role of CSR in driving inclusive economic development and sustainable growth in Indonesia, advocating for continued support and refinement of CSR strategies as a key driver of economic empowerment and environmental stewardship.

The background of this research focuses on the impact of climate change in Australia, caused by extreme temperature fluctuations that have resulted in various social, environmental, and economic consequences. This study is analyzed using Green Politics theory and Propaganda theory, both of which play a significant role in shaping policies and public perceptions related to these issues. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which guides the investigation to explore or capture the situation to be studied comprehensively, broadly, and in depth, specifically through the analysis of Green Party propaganda from the perspective of Green Politics concerning the impact of climate change in Australia. Data were collected through public documents, books, scientific journals, mass media, and websites accessed from the internet. The findings indicate that Green Politics theory provides an effective framework for understanding how environmental policies in Australia can be influenced by political ideologies and economic interests. Meanwhile, propaganda theory reveals that the propaganda techniques used by the Australian Green Party, as proposed by Harold Lasswell, have proven to significantly increase public awareness and support for more progressive climate policies, despite facing inherent challenges. This study concludes that the integration of these two theories offers deep insights into the political dynamics underlying responses to climate change in Australia.

The increasing era of globalization encourages sea transportation to continue to develop, one of its activities is loading and unloading. In loading and unloading activities, an obstacle that often occurs during the activity is the buildup/jam of trucks at the truck in and out gate of a port.  At North Jamrud Port there will be a buildup of trucks in 2022 and then there will be development of the Auto Gate System in 2023. This research aims to find out how significant the impact of the development of the Auto Gate System is on the smooth operation of the port (in and out of trucks) in 2023. The research method used in this research is quantitative. One Group Pretest Posttest. This research data uses primary data and secondary data obtained from the company PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Jamrud branch. Data collection techniques include field observation and literature study. The results obtained are that truck queues at the port gate can be reduced significantly, reducing congestion and smoothing traffic flow in the port area.
