This abstract discusses the role of market mechanisms in an Islamic perspective, as well as the implications and application of Islamic economic principles in the market system. Using the literature review method, this research collects, evaluates, and synthesizes relevant literature to gain an in-depth understanding of the topic. The results of the analysis show that markets in Islam are seen as a natural mechanism for exchanging goods and services, with prices determined by the forces of demand and supply. Islamic economic principles, such as justice, expediency, and the prohibition of usury, are the foundation for a fair and sustainable market system. Apart from that, the importance of market supervision and compliance with market ethics is also emphasized to maintain balance and fairness in economic activities. The analysis also highlights prohibitions in Islamic transactions that can cause market distortions. In addition, this abstract presents a comparison between conventional economic systems (capitalist, socialist, and mixed) with Islamic economic systems, which are based on sharia principles. Thus, this research contributes to understanding the concept of market mechanisms in Islam and formulating economic policy recommendations that are in accordance with Islamic values.    

Indonesian education is experiencing changes and developments through curriculum reform strategies in line with current developments. Strengthening character with Pancasila values is emphasized in Merdeka Belajar, a government breakthrough to develop the unique potential of each student. The purpose of this research is to carry out an in-depth study of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Program given to students. How the Pancasila Student Profile Program is implemented in schools, and whether the program meets the criteria for supporting students. The method in this research is a qualitative method. The data collection technique used is documentation, which involves collecting library document sources. The results of the literature study show the success of many schools in implementing Pancasila student profile learning techniques, with activities inside and outside the classroom to strengthen students' character according to national education goals. Apart from that, the factors inhibiting the implementation of this project involve low awareness and understanding of Pancasila values, the existence of conflicting values, as well as factors from educators such as minimal study time, limited lesson substance, and low interest from students

The aim of this research is to discuss the implementation of land acquisition for the public interest in terms of the construction of a public cemetery in Sipatana District and the mechanism for providing compensation. This research uses empirical legal methods, by presenting data based on field facts which are then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research results show that there are problems in acquiring land as the location for the TPU in question. This is marked by the sale and purchase of land to the government by other parties, who are still the family of the land owner, Mr Yamin Tolinggi. What this means is that the seller of the land is not the actual owner but just a nephew who happens to live at that location. Apart from that, the actual owner demands payment from the land, which is then confirmed by evidence and ownership rights based on court decisions. Disposal of land is a last resort and must obtain approval from the party entitled to the land, however, the land release was in error, where the government incorrectly provided compensation or payment to parties who were not actually the owners of the land. The mechanism for providing compensation for land acquisition by the government for the construction of TPU in Sipatana District is carried out by the Gorontalo Province and Gorontalo City governments on land covering an area of ​​27,766 m2 or around 2.7 hectares. However, land acquisition payments made by both the provincial and Gorontalo city governments were given to those who were not actually entitled to them. The total compensation for land acquisition was IDR 3.5 billion, but the entire amount was given to other parties. Therefore, the real owner then sued over his approximately 7,186 meter land and won in court, and in the end the Gorontalo provincial government awarded compensation of Rp. 750 million (seven hundred and fifty million rupiah) to land owners, through the 2023 APBD budget.

The lime plant with the Latin name Citrus Aurantifolia is a plant that grows widely in Indonesia. Lime can also be used as a cough medicine, phlegm buster, influenza medicine, acne medicine and many more. Apart from using natural materials, we also use fish scale waste. Milkfish scales contain 0.3% collagen. The collagen content can be used as anti-aging for the skin. To find out the stability test of the peel off gel mask, a combination of milkfish scales and lime, meets the criteria parameters for cosmetic preparations. The formulation of the peel off gel mask was carried out by modifying the formula into 3 (three) formulas with different concentrations of the extract to be used, namely F1 (1%), F2 (3%) and F3 (5%). This research began with collecting simplicia, extraction, making a peel-off gel mask and stability testing. The stability tests carried out were organoleptic, pH, dry preparation time and spreadability. In accordance with SNI masks 16-6070-1999. The stability test of the preparation was determined by storing the preparation for 21 days at different temperatures. The stability test is based on looking at the changes that occur starting from day 1 to day 21 of storage. The test results of the three peel-off gel mask formulations showed that the three temperatures on day 21 experienced changes in test parameters. The research results were analyzed using the SPSS Anova method.

PLN is a state-owned company which operates in the fields of electricity generation, electricity supply, telecommunications, finance and maintenance services. In accordance with the existing electricity supply law, the Indonesian state-owned company which is given the authority to manage the electricity industry, starting from the industrial, housing, business, government office and public street lighting sectors is PT. PLN. Apart from that, PT. PLN is also obliged to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people by fulfilling electricity needs in accordance with the 5th principle of Pancasila. The method used in this research is the literature review journal method. This research is to describe the extent to which national values originating from Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution are implemented in PT's security management strategy. PLN to increase satisfaction with meeting the electricity needs of the Indonesian people. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of security management strategies at PT. PLN is based on national values, namely the 5th principle of Pancasila and Law Number 30 of 2009 concerning Electricity Articles 28a and 28b. PT. PLN as a state-owned business actor which is fully obliged and responsible for its design in accordance with existing laws, must ensure that the security management system implemented by this company covers security and safety aspects in its operations.

This research aims to analyze the role of the General Election Commission (KPU) in increasing the participation of first-time voters in holding the 2024 General Election. With the role of the KPU, various efforts have been made to increase the participation of first-time voters in the 2024 General Election. This research uses normative juridical research methods, namely research using how to search, review and analyze library sources. This research also uses primary legal material, namely legal material originating from statutory regulations, such as the Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2023 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum. Apart from that, this research is also supported by using secondary legal materials such as journals and books that are relevant to this research, as well as using tertiary legal materials in the form of facts and data from the internet. The results of the research show that the participation of first-time voters in the 2024 elections is very influential, in fact the participation of first-time voters will increase compared to 2019. The KPU has made several efforts to increase the participation of first-time voters in the elections, one of which is by providing political education and carrying out various outreach activities to increase awareness of new voters about the importance of elections.

This research aims to determine and analyze the urgency of Sirekap in calculating alternatives for 2024 election and the problems in recapitulating votes for the 2024 election using Sirekap and also how to solve the problems in recapitulating votes using Sirekap. This research uses normative juridical research methods, research by browse or ready-to-use document materials. This research uses primary legal materials, namely legal materials originating from statutory regulations, such as Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, PKPU No. 25 Tahun 2023 Tentang Pemungutan dan Perhitungan Suara dalam Pemilihan Umum, but also utilizing secondary legal materials such as relevant journals and books as well as tertiary legal materials in the form of data and facts from the internet. The research results show that the use of Sirekap in the 2024 election is faced with a number of challenges and obstacles that need to be solve. One of the main challenges is data and system hacking, which could threaten the integrity and validity of election results. Apart from that, the lack of transparency in the use of Sirekap is also a major concern. The solution uses a blockchain base that can identify and provide identity security for people who use Sirekap, blockchain technology also provides a high level of security. It is hoped that the application of blockchain technology can be an option for solving various problems, especially in the 2024 election process which is direct, free, confidential, honest and fair. However, implementing blockchain technology for elections requires attention to security, regulatory, operational and broad technology adoption challenges.

Physical fitness is a person's ability to do something or a task well without excessive fatigue and can be useful in developing students' learning and insight. Apart from that, physical fitness is also important in learning, especially in learning PJOK. However, many people consider physical fitness unimportant. The aim of this research is to determine the level of physical fitness of students and the differences in physical fitness levels of vocational science and vocational social science at SMA Hang Tuah 5 Sidoarjo. This research involved class XI F2 and class XI F5. Class XI F2 has 33 students with a ratio of 17 male students and 16 female students. Class XI F5 has 36 students with a ratio of 19 male students and 17 female students. This research applies a non-experimental method with a comparative design using the Independent sample t-test data analysis technique. The TKPN test (Indonesian Student Fitness Test) was used as an instrument for this research. The results obtained from the SPSS application showed a hypothesis test value of 0.15 (p-value > 0.05), indicating that there was no difference in physical fitness. Meanwhile, from the norm results for fitness results in the TKPN test (Indonesian Student Fitness Test) there was a difference in scores of 4.47 for science vocational students in the very good category and 3.78 social science vocational students in the good category.    

Nowdays, the understanding and knowledge in logic, reasoning, and legal argumentation become moreabsolute necessity not only for civitas academica in philosophy and law but most important for legal practitioners as polices, judges, prosecutors, attorneys, lawyers, and even all members of society whosedealing with legal problems everyday. As apart of generally reasoning, legal reasoning, although have some different characteristics, is attached to valid principles of reasoning such as rules of reasoning, rules of sillogism, rules of inductive probability, and informal fallacies. Thus legal reasoning is not a distinct and separate kind of reasoning from logic as science of how to think rightly, appropriately, and valid (as a branch of philosophy) but rather how to applied rules of reasoning from logic principles to legal problems. This article explores the rules of thinking in induction and sillogism. IRAC (Issue, Rule, Argument, dan Conclusion) model as an application of inductive and sillogistic reasoning in law will to end this article.

Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that the prophetic leadership paradigm is a leadership paradigm that refers to the leadership concept of the prophets or Apostles of Allah SWT. Where this prophetic paradigm is a set of theories that not only describes and transforms social phenomena, and does not just change things for the sake of change, but more than that, it is hoped that it can direct change on the basis of ethical and prophetic ideals. From the description of the verses of the Koran, hadith, and theoretical views, which are relevant to the values ​​of the mission sent by the prophets, there are several indications or characteristics that could be seen as a prophetic leadership paradigm. Among these characteristics are: a) Smart, analytical and critical (fathanah); b) Tabligh, firm, brave and upholding justice and honesty; c) Gentleness and compassion; d) Bringing the mission of monotheism (transcendental). Then, other prophetic leadership values ​​or characteristics include: Smart, analytical and critical (fathanah); Tabligh, firm, brave and upholding justice and honesty; Gentleness and compassion; Bringing the mission of monotheism (transcendental); have a progressive vision; Have moral responsibility; Have managerial abilities; Sincere and have a spirit of dedication and devotion; Trustworthy and fair; Carrying the mission of worship and monotheism; Zuhud, honest and good at socializing or interacting with others; Become a role model for subordinates; Wise, forgiving and tolerant; Optimistic, patient and moral al-Karimah; has a reforming spirit and professionalism. Apart from that, the prophetic leadership paradigm is a necessity to be implemented and at the same time becomes the spirit in the implementation of leadership in Islamic educational institutions. Everything is a means to create the benefit of the people and solely.

This correlation with the rights possessed by every human being cannot be separated, because this is something that is very inherent among them. Historical colonization has resulted in a fundamental economic, social and cultural oppression that humans have. For example, the practice of colonialism, which often involves political oppression such as the persecution of political activists. The economic exploitation that occurred under this colonial regime often resulted in social oppression, including exploitation of workers, injustice in the distribution of resources, and widespread poverty. Apart from that, colonialism also often causes racial and cultural discrimination, as well as the destruction of original cultural identity. By protecting and monitoring the rights of humans, this is often one of the main arguments in opposing and ending forms of oppression such as colonialization. The influence of colonialization on human rights is a very complex and very important matter in global history and politics. Colonial countries often implemented regulations that prohibited political participation and suppressed national independence movements or political activists who opposed colonial rule. Colonization can often lead to economic exploitation which can violate workers' rights, such as forced labor, low wages, and injustice in the distribution of economic resources. Colonial policies can often destroy native culture and also impose colonial culture on populations that have been dominated.

This research was carried out with the aim of finding out the effect of the Case Based Learning learning model on the ability to write explanatory text. The population of this study was all students of class XI SMA Negeri 3 Medan, totaling 6 classes. Sampling in this study was carried out randomly, so 2 classes were obtained, namely class XI MIA-2 consisting of 30 students as the experimental class and class XI MIA-5 consisting of 30 students as the control class. From the data collection and processing that has been carried out, it shows that the ability to write explanatory text in class using the conventional model obtained an average value of 67.08 and a standard deviation of 9.87. Apart from that, judging from the normality test results of the Case Based Learning learning model, the results were Lcount<Ltable, namely 0.137<0.161. Then in the conventional learning model Lcount<Ltable is 0.124<0.161. Because Lcount is smaller than Ltable, the two data above are said to be normally distributed. Likewise, from the results of the data homogeneity test, namely Fcount<Ftable, namely 0.51<0.53, the data comes from a homogeneous population. After the normality test and homogeneity test, hypothesis testing is then carried out. From hypothesis testing, the results obtained are Tcount>Ttable with hypothesis test results of 5.85>1.699, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so this proves that the Case Based Learning model is more influential in improving the ability to write explanatory text in class XI students at SMA Negeri 3 Medan .    

This research aims to find out the effectiveness of the Canva application in improving students' writing skills in narrative texts in class X-A with a total of 30 students at Sman 1 Kesamben. The design of this research is Pre Experimental using One Group Pretest-Posttest. In One Group Pretest-Posttest there are 3 steps, first the researcher gives a pre-test, then carries out treatment, and after treatment the researcher gives a post-test. To obtain data the author used a test, before the test was tested on students, a trial test was carried out at the same level to determine the reliability and validity of the test. Data analysis techniques use SPSS version 23. The results of this study show that the average pre-test score is 69 and the average post-test score is 82, this shows that the post-test score and average are better than the pre-test. Apart from that, the t-test result showed that the score was sig. (2-tailed) <0.05 means there is a difference between the scores from the pretest and posttest. This means that the hypothesis will not be rejected and the alternative hypothesis will be accepted, which can be interpreted as meaning that there is a significant influence of using Canva on the writing skills of class X-A students at SMAN 1 Kesamben. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended for teachers to use the Canva application in learning English, especially writing skills so that students can learn easily and have fun. Apart from that, it is recommended for future researchers to research the use of the Canva application in learning with other topics to find out students' or teachers' responses to using the Canva application.

The use of critical theory as an analytical tool, especially in the context of the use of words in the Djarum 76 cigarette advertisement which raises critical questions. The aim of this research is first, to reveal the implied meaning in the Djarum 76 cigarette advertisement through a critical discourse analysis approach. Second, to explain the social meaning of the use of words in the advertisement in the context of general society. The method used is a critical discourse approach with an analytical descriptive method, which aims to describe the phenomena contained in the advertisement. This research limits its focus to the Djarum 76 cigarette advertisement. The research results show that the Djarum 76 cigarette advertisement has a distinctive presentation style with the use of humorous words but contains implied meaning. These words have become part of popular culture and are able to attract people's attention. Apart from that, Djarum 76 cigarette advertisements are also known for their distinctive jargon, such as "wani piro?" and "I'll give you one wish", as well as Uncle Jin's style which contains social criticism implied in these words.

The purpose of this research is to find out about students' mathematical abilities and proofs when learning mathematics at the tertiary level. In this research, researchers used quantitative methods in the form of literature reviews or literature reviews, namely this research took data sources from books, journals and previous research that had been carried out. Apart from that, it is also based on the results of the researcher's analysis, where this theoretical reference can be used as a strong basis for understanding students' mathematical proof abilities. Based on the research results obtained by researchers, it is that students' mathematical proof abilities are not optimal, and based on the research results, the percentage of mathematical proof abilities obtained is less than optimal. The majority of students still have difficulty working on proof questions. This is due to various factors, one of which is that understanding of integers and their definitions and properties is still low.

Data archiving has a very important role because it can make it easier to process data quickly and accurately. Web-based information systems have become an integral part of digital transformation in various industrial sectors. By providing centralized access to computing resources, data storage, and applications over the internet, the cloud provides significant freedom and flexibility. Web-based information systems bring great benefits to organizations that successfully adopt them. While challenges such as security and regulatory compliance need to be overcome, the opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency make cloud-based information systems a strategic choice in a company's digital transformation roadmap. Several institutional companies and individuals have used web-based archiving but it has not been effective. For this reason, a good archiving system is needed that makes it easier to search and process data. Web-Based Archiving Management Information System which will provide convenience in processing data to be more effective and accurate. Apart from that, it can also save time and better manage reports and decision making within the Company.

Abstract Indonesian has an important role in developing children's communication skills at the early childhood education stage. This article discusses how the use of Indonesian can influence the development of children's communication skills at an early age, as well as effective methods for developing these skills. This research aims to explore the role of Indonesian in developing children's communication skills in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). This research uses qualitative methods by means of observation and interviews. Indonesian is not only a means of communication, but also a means of developing PAUD children's thinking, self-expression and social interaction skills. This article provides a deeper understanding of the role of Indonesian in developing children's communication skills at this stage of education. Apart from that, language development strategies in early childhood and effective communication models for developing creative thinking abilities are also discussed in this journal. Storytelling and role-play learning methods can also be used to develop children's language skills at an early age. It is important to pay attention to the role of Indonesian in early childhood education to improve their communication skills. By paying attention to the role of language, it can be easier to develop an effective and holistic learning approach in developing children's communication skills from an early age. The results of the research are that providing an understanding of Indonesian can play a role in developing communication skills in early childhood.

The existence of citizenship administration service is quite crucial for a country, apart from being able to register data every resident in its territory, it is also influential to the further development plans. The aim of this research is to determine the conformity of the implementation of Kemayoran District service in accordance with George Edward III's theory and its effectiveness in serving the community. The chosen and implemented method in this research is descriptive qualitative with data acquisition techniques through interviews, field observasions, and documentation studies. The obtained data will be analyzed and processed by using several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The result of this research is the existence of the conformity of citizenship administration service implementation in accordance with George Edward III's theory and it is effectively implemented so as it obtain the high satisfaction from the community..
