This research aims to investigate the importance of financial performance evaluation in predicting the potential financial failure of a business entity. Financial performance evaluation is a critical step in assessing a company's financial stability and health and in identifying early signs of potential bankruptcy. In this research, the financial performance analysis method is used to measure the company's financial health holistically. The research results highlight that proper financial performance evaluation can provide a clear view of potential future financial failures, enabling management to take appropriate anticipatory steps.

This study explores the efforts made to maintain mangrove ecotourism in order to maintain environmental sustainability. The research focus is on conservation strategies, community participation, and ecotourism management. Data was collected through field observations and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The results show the importance of collaboration between government, communities and non-government organizations in protecting mangrove ecosystems. Increasing public awareness and implementing sustainable practices are key in maintaining mangrove ecotourism and ensuring sustainable environmental sustainability.

Beside that, the habit to consume over amount of nutrition can be trigers to various illness. These things are actually can be prevented by food management with balance nutritions which can be gained from various kind of vegetable. Hence, there is important to held training and workshop about the way to consume vegetable to maintain people health in this area. Training and workshop will give information about the benefits of each kind of vegetables, the way to get extract, and how to consume them properly. The information about 5 elements vegetable extract soup will help the people in this area to maintain their heatlh better. Those five elements are; beet , gobo, carrot, and shitake mushroom.Key words : Vegetable extract soup, beet , gobo, carrot, shitake mushroom, physical health.

Lewirato District aims to improve cleanliness and health by fostering a caring attitude among its residents. The strategy includes educational programs, community clean-up drives, and sustainable practices. Regular monitoring and evaluation ensures program effectiveness and provides benefits to the community. The KKN program was implemented in Mpunda District, Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara, from August 2023 to September 2023, aiming to improve the quality of life of residents in Lewirato Village. This initiative includes planning, implementation, and evaluation stages, with a focus on waste management, environmental cleanup, and community involvement. Program achievements are assessed throughout the process. This community service activity for STIE Bima in Lewirato Village produces output in the form of a unified organic and inorganic waste bin, a clean landfill environment, a clean and comfortable field, water and the environment. the surrounding environment is not polluted and clean, and a clean environment is pleasing to the eye. With this activity, it is hoped that the people of Lewirato can develop a more caring attitude and develop themselves in an effort to maintain a clean and healthy environment. community environment. Increasing the clean and healthy quality of life for the people of Lewirato will have an influence on other sub-district communities.

This research aims to evaluate risk management in financing through the Sharia Fintech Peer To Peer Lending (P2P) platform. P2P lending is an innovation in the financial sector that allows borrowers and fund providers to interact directly via digital platforms. In the context of sharia finance, the risk management aspect is crucial to ensure compliance with sharia principles. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to identify and evaluate various aspects of risk management related to financing through sharia P2P lending. Risk factors such as credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and sharia risk will be evaluated to provide a thorough understanding of the effectiveness of risk management in this context.

This research aims to analyze the impact of task areas and position allowances on device performance in an organization. The research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys and statistical analysis. The research sample involved a number of officers at various levels of positions in representative organizations. Task area variables are identified and classified, while position allowances are evaluated based on the type and amount received. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between the task area and position allowances and device performance. The implications of these findings can help organizations design more effective policies regarding the management of job duties and benefits to improve device performance.

This research aims to evaluate the financial performance of PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk with a focus on profitability ratio analysis during the 2016-2020 period. Through collecting financial data and applying the ratio analysis method, this research provides a comprehensive picture of the company's financial health and identifies the implications of the analysis results for stakeholders. The results of this research can provide valuable insight for company management, investors, financial analysts and related parties in making strategic decisions.

Fraud is related to fraudulent actions that are carried out intentionally and result in another party suffering losses. The main issue raised in this research is related to the large number of fraud cases that occur in Sharia Commercial Banks. The underlying reason for researching this issue is because, the majority of Sharia Commercial Banks have formed independent audit committees, held audit committee meetings, and given audit committee terms of service by referring to POJK N0.55/POJK.04/2015 concerning the Formation and Implementation Guidelines for Committee Work. Auditing. The formulation of the problem is whether the number of audit committees, audit committee meetings and the number of audit committees that occurs in banking, can it influence internal fraud that occurs in banking. With the aim of having audit committee meetings and the number of audit committees, it can minimize the risk of fraud in banking.This research is quantitative research, namely research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research certain populations and samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical. Data analysis uses statistics by presenting data using tables. Because the data obtained in this research is in the form of financial report figures. The figures obtained will be analyzed further in data analysis, the data management process uses eviews 10.From the research results, it can be concluded that the variable number of audit committees has a significant effect on internal fraud in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2021 period. The Audit Committee Meeting variable has an insignificant negative effect on Internal Fraud in Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2021 period. And the variables Number of Audit Committees and Audit Committee Meetings have a significant effecton Internal Fraud in Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2021 period.

In recent years, podcasts have become a type of content that is popular with many YouTube users. Deddy Corbuzier is a public figure and also the owner of a well-known YouTube channel which provides podcast content for his followers. Deddy Corbuzier's podcast content entitled SOMASI (Stand On Mic Take It Easy) presents standup comedians as guest stars to convey people's complaints about government policies which are packaged casually and funny so that they are easy for subscribers to understand. In this context, content that discusses government policy is predicted to influence a certain point of view for the audience so that in the current research context the focus and aim is to determine the influence of the role of podcast content on Deddy Corbuzier's channel on subscriber behavior in determining the pros and cons of government policy. This research uses a quantitative approach using descriptive methods used in the current study. Data collection techniques are carried out online with the help of Google Forms while data management techniques use Validity Tests and Reliability Tests while data analysis will be carried out using simple Linear Analysis techniques using IBM SPSS 26 software. The results of this research prove that the Ha hypothesis is accepted and Ho is rejected in the current research context. In other words, there is an influence on the role of podcast content on Deddy Corbuzier's channel on subscriber behavior in determining the pros and cons of government policy

This article reviews the importance of management of educational facilities and infrastructure in the perspective of Qur'anic verses. The discussion of educational facilities and infrastructure is described as an integral part of education management, which includes various components such as curriculum, materials, methods, educators, students, and infrastructure. In this context, understanding of the role of facilities and infrastructure as a key factor in education is still somewhat lacking, which can hinder the learning process to be not optimal. This research uses a literature study method with an analytical-descriptive approach. The results of the study confirm that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is a process that aims to manage and utilize all educational facilities and infrastructure effectively. The importance of infrastructure management is reinforced by views derived from verses of the Qur'an. The purpose of the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is to ensure that educational institutions are able to provide services professionally so that the learning process can take place effectively and efficiently. The implementation of management of educational facilities and infrastructure includes planning, organizing, implementing and utilizing, inventory, and supervision and maintenance. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure must be based on principles that ensure smooth learning activities in educational institutions.

This research aims to evaluate service performance at the Animal Park through the application of the Balance Scorecard (BSC) as an evaluation instrument. The research method used involves qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure performance aspects including finance, customers, internal processes, and learning and growth. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The research results show that the application of BSC helps in understanding the balance between financial and non-financial aspects in evaluating service performance in Animal Parks. This evaluation provides comprehensive insight into various dimensions of performance, enabling management to identify areas of strength and weakness, and design effective improvement strategies.
