This research investigates the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop. Through analysis of survey data, it was found that service quality, including responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence, positively influences customer satisfaction. These results provide insight for PT. Pawnshops to improve their services, strengthen ties with customers, and increase customer satisfaction. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The descriptive method is considered suitable for explaining the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop. The data in this research report was obtained in accordance with books, journals, articles, theses, the internet and so on related to the research topic. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded from the five dimensions of service quality, the most important dimension for customers is guarantee, because customers prioritize security, comfort and trust in transactions with PT. Pawnshop. Conclusion This research has the implication that PT. Pegadaian must maintain and improve service quality to achieve higher customer satisfaction. PT. Pegadaian must also strengthen relationships with customers by providing services that are in line with customer expectations and needs                                                                              

This study aims to determine the budget as one of the performance control tools at the Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of North Sumatra Province, Medan City. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. The source of data used in this study is secondary data, in the form of Regional Budget Realization Reports. The analysis method used is a comparative descriptive analysis method, namely by comparing the budget with realization in various sources of financing using variance analysis. The results showed that there were irregularities in excess funds of 68.41%, 69.96%, 99.20%, and 32.52% in the budget of BPKAD Medan City for 2022. The conclusion from the analysis and realization of expenditures is that in the 2022 fiscal year, the BPKAD Medan City experienced deviations. Where deviations occur due to the budget that is not absorbed in the budget and expenditure realization. Performance control at the Medan City BPKAD for 2022 is considered good because the budget is greater than the realization in terms of budget variance and expenditure realization variance.    

The aim of this research aims to investigate the impact of factors that influence students' readiness to undertake an entrepreneurial career in an academic environment. These factors include education, motivation, practical experience, and social support from universities. In addition, this research also identifies relevant business opportunities that can support students in their entrepreneurial preparation. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The descriptive method is considered suitable for explaining the influence and business opportunities on students' readiness to become entrepreneurs. The data in this research report was obtained in accordance with books, journals, articles, theses, the internet and so on related to the research topic. The results of this research provide valuable insight into how universities can more effectively prepare students to become successful entrepreneurs. This research aims to reconcile the Deli Serdang Regency Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Realization Report (APBD). This research uses descriptive research methods and a qualitative approach, examining the potential for solving contemporary problems using data collection, categorization and analysis methodologies. A qualitative approach to describe ongoing phenomena or determine the characteristics of data in the research period, with the aim of answering the main research questions. The results of the research, namely those affecting the APBN for the 2019–2022 Fiscal Year, show that the Deli Serdang Regency Government shows inefficiency in managing state revenues as evidenced by an efficiency ratio of only 80.86 percent. Deli Serdang Regency experienced a significant increase in revenue in the 2019–2022 budget year, in line with the regional government's success in maintaining or exceeding the revenue target from the previous budget year.  

KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is one of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah branch offices located in Tambakromo district, Pati district. The aim of this research is to find out whether the variables of service quality and employee performance affect the satisfaction of members of the KPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch. The method used is associative because it aims to determine the cause and effect of two or more variables. The sample was obtained from 100 respondents, savings members of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah, Tambakromo Branch. The questionnaire method is the sampling technique used. Data is processed using reliability tests, validity, multiple liner regression tests, simultaneous tests. From the results of statistical tests there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the variables of service quality and employee performance on KSPPS member satisfaction. Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is proven by an Fcount value of 133,016 and a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, because Fcount is greater than Ftable which is 2.36. So it can be decided that the hypothesis is accepted which states that there is a significant influence and simultaneous between service quality and employee performance on member satisfaction of KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch.

This research aims to determine the planning and succession process in the Medali Mas ikat weaving family business. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, documentation. The research results show that the succession process was carried out with careful planning. Children as potential replacements are guided by their parents from childhood to be ready to continue the family business. Apart from that, children are required to go to college to increase their knowledge for managing the family business.

ThisThis study aims to examine financial management and financial accounting systems on the quality of financial reports. Collecting research data using a questionnaire. Questionnaires were delivered to 35 employees of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province. This research is included in quantitative research. The sample was determined using total sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple regression using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that financial management has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports and the financial accounting system cannot influence the quality of financial reports.

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of production unit employees at the company PT. Semen Tonasa District. Pangkep. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 75 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely using a saturated sample. The analysis used in this research is a multiple linear regression test. The results of simultaneous testing of work motivation and work discipline variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables as proven based on simultaneous test results with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The partial test results of the work motivation variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The partial test results of the work discipline variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05).

Musholla management must be carried out systematically and correctly, because musholla can not only be used as a place of worship but can also be used as a place of faith-based learning. This study aims to find out how the management of prayer rooms at SMPN 2 Jenggawah. The emphasis of this study is how the musholla management carries out management so that the musholla at SMPN 2 Jenggawah can function properly according to the observations made. This study uses qualitative research methods with research data collection instruments using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that the musholla management process at SMPN 2 Jenggawah is carried out well, both from the planning of the musholla program that is running and the existing mushollah management structure, At SMPN 2 Jenggawah mushollah is not only used as a place of worship, but as a classroom where learners.

Human resource management is an important factor that must always be considered in any business or organization. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City. The aim of this research is to understand the role of human resource development in improving staff performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative, namely data collection through observation and consultation with PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City. The research results show that human resource development has a positive and clear impact on employee productivity.

In the development of the world, the manufacturing industry sector continues to develop every year, this results in increased competition in the business world, especially in the economic sector. Therefore, every country is required to be more advanced and developed so that the welfare of the population is evenly guaranteed. In the business world, if the business is growing, the competition between one company and another will increase tighter. To be able to compete with other companies, the company must be able to manage all assets owned and its obligations as much as possible so that the operational activities of the company can run well according to the original plan for the company to be established.

This research was conducted to analyze student behavior in participating in the English learning process at school. This research uses qualitative descriptive techniques. The object of this research was 40 students in class XII of Hospitality and Culinary Management at Praja Pandawa Bangli Vocational High School. Data was collected through a system of observation, questionnaires and direct student and teacher interviews. This data analysis was obtained from observations in the field regarding students' attitudes or behavior when participating in the learning process. This foreign language is one of the languages that they must learn as prospective tourism actors. English has now become a mandatory language for tourism vocational students. Apart from language skills, what we need to pay attention to is that behavior or attitude is what really underlies everything we do. We don't only teach education about student behavior at school, but the role of parents is the most important. We can teach attitude, but change is based on each individual, as educators we can only give direction and direct, in the process the individual has the main role.

Given the lack of knowledge about how to create a questionnaire using the Zoho Form application. Implementation of dedication to PT Atmi Duta Engineering using observation and interview methods. Based on the results of the trial and  outreach,  it shows that  the marketing division finds it helpful in filling out order letters and it is easy for the admin to manage order data.

The case study used in this research is descriptive qualitative with literature review method. Research that characterizes research subjects based on emerging facts is known as descriptive qualitative research. The results of the research on the case study of PT Dianta Mitrafairindo Internasional highlighted the significant role of foreign exchange transactions in the company's operations, with management seriously implementing proper accounting processes, dealing with foreign exchange differences, and recording them thoroughly. Despite a loss in 2018, the company managed to record a profit in 2019, demonstrating its seriousness and commitment in managing foreign exchange risks. Overall, PT Dianta Mitrafairindo Internasional demonstrated accuracy, vigilance, and a strong commitment to foreign exchange-related accounting aspects in the context of its global business.

Business combination is a phenomenon of the Company to gain control over another company operating as a business. This research uses descriptive analysis to collect data relevant to the topic of discussion, conducted by reviewing the financial statements of PT Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk. which can be accessed through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The result of this research is that the parent company implements a business combination system by identifying the acquired party based on its acquisition value. This research aims to apply and develop the information collected to find the best solution to study the process of business combination operations in the company.

Institutional Economics is a school of thought in economics which contains the view that economic behavior, where a person or party is greatly influenced by certain institutions. In this case, institutions themselves have a fairly broad meaning and can be briefly defined as the "rules of the game" in a community group, both formal and informal, which are deliberately designed to limit or regulate relationships between people within that community group. Formal institutions can be in the form of rules, regulations, statutory law and others; while informal institutions can be conventions, trends, culture, and so on. Thus, institutions here are not the same as organizations. The Institutional School initially emerged as a refutation of the neo-classical economic view or school which states that a person's economic behavior is solely based on each individual's desire to maximize profits (maximizing profit behavior). The term "institutional economics" was first introduced by Walton Hamilton in 1919.  

Religious tourism is one of the tours that is closely related to religion, history, customs, and beliefs of an individual or group. The existence of religious tourism in the midst of society has an economic and social impact on the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the social economic impact on local communities with the existence of religious tourism Sapuro Tomb in West Pekalongan City. This research uses field research with a qualitative approach. The main data sources in this study are local communities and pilgrims. The results showed that there are economic and social impacts on local communities. The economic impact is felt by business people who are around Makan Sapuro, who get a large income every day because it is not uncommon for pilgrims to come from outside the city. The existing social impact is in the form of interaction of local people who work together if a religious event is held besides that there is interaction between the surrounding community with pilgrims or visiting worshipers.
