Currently the development of information technology is growing rapidly. Therefore the application of information systems in agencies and companies is needed because information technology makes the performance will be implemented well and can handle a variety of data processing. One company that requires information technology is PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran. Inventory system used at PT. Makmur Santosa Ungaran Poliplas is still in the form of notes in the form of spreadsheets that are concurrently daily, making it vulnerable to errors in planning raw material requirements, and the uncontrolled use of production raw materials such as dyes. Therefore we need an adequate raw material planning information system to process data and make raw material planning reports automatically. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount and time of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. The problem formulated is when the raw material must be available at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa with the right amount and time. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a computerized system at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran can support the smooth production related to the availability of the right material, with the right amount and time so that data storage can be more safe and efficient, the program used to make this application uses the VB programming language. NET and SQL Server 2008 as database management.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal characteristics on managerial performance with a non-physical work environment as moderation. Population variables in this study are all leaders and financial officers in private vocational schools in the city of Semarang listed in the structure of the division of school work in 2016 which amounted to 14 vocational high schools and each was taken by 3 people so that there were 42 respondents, while the sampling technique used the census method. Data analysis method used is Regression Moderation Analysis (MRA) Hypothesis 1 test results note that the value of t arithmetic = 3.012> t table = 1.694 with a number of significance = 0.003 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H1) that participation budgeting has a positive effect. on proven managerial job performance. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.567 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the higher the participation in budgeting, the higher the managerial performance. Hypothesis 2 testing is known that the value of t = 2.723> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.010 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H2) that the characteristics of the budgetary objectives have a positive effect on managerial performance of the work proved. Stepwise coefficient = 0.279 (benchmark), can be interpreted more clearly the characteristics of the managerial level budget objectives. Testing hypothesis 3 is known that the value of t 2.484> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment is not moderate, moderate moderate positive positive effect on budget participation on managerial work performance proven. Testing hypothesis 4 is known that the value of t arithmetic 2.333> t table = 1.694 with the number of significance = 0.032 <α = 0.05 (significance nt). Thus the hypothesis (H4) that the non-physical work environment positively influences the characteristics of budgetary goals on proven managerial work performance. Interaction test results show β4 = 0.163 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the existence of a non-physical work environment that is conducive will strengthen the influence of the characteristics of the budget objectives on managerial work performance. Teaching media in the form of interactive multimedia has the ability to save audio visual data, make multimedia especially interactive learning as a supporter of the learning method that was once conveyed through books and direct explanations that are not easily digested by children, so expect the use of interactive CD media that aims to improve learning outcomes can explain that learning media interactive able to provide more interesting and interesting information a lot of fun In collecting data, the method used by the author is by using observation and survey methods. For the making using the Adobe Auditions CS5, Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe programs Flash CS5, CorelDraw X5, Format Factory, is expected in the presence of media interactive learning can increase children's interest in learning.

In this modern age, homes are becoming an increasingly increasing number of basic needs for society. However, critical urban middle communities begin to adopt an Islamic lifestyle by utilizing a sharia-based mortgage facility on sharia housing provided by the Developer Property. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of religious conformity factors and operational factors on consumers in purchasing home mortgages developer sharia. The research method used is multiple linear regression sourced from the primary data by distributing questionnaires to home consumers KPR developer sharia as much as 90 respondents. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique and data using SPSS software version 22 for windows. The results of this study indicate that religious conformity factors partially no significant effect on the purchase of home mortgage developer sharia with Sig value. (0.154> 0.05) and the value of t-count (-1.439 <1.987). Operational factors partially no significant effect on the purchase of home mortgages developer sharia with Sig value. (0.416> 0.05) and the value of t-count (0.818 <1.987). While simultaneously between the factors of religious suitability and operational factors also stated no effect on the variable home mortgages developer sharia.

Lending often occurs in a loan agreement (credit), which is a State party to the debtor's inability to pay an obligation that has been mutually agreed by the lender so that losses on the part of creditors as occur at the KSP Artha True Semarang. As for the purpose of this research is to know and understand what factors being the cause of the occurrence of loans (bad credit) as well as settling the loan (bad credit) happens on the KSP Artha True Semarang. The methods used in the writing of this is empirical method that uses an approach from the aspect arising in field, which has the nature of a real legal who live in thecommunity. Formulation of the problem examined in this thesis is how writing reviews of juridical agreement loan (credit) in cooperative Artha True Semarang, what are the factors that led to the loan (kreditmacet) on Cooperative Artha True Semarang, and how the process of rescue and settlement of loans (kerdit jam) of the true Artha padaKoperasi Semarang Formulation of the problem examined in this thesis is how writing reviews of juridical agreement loan (credit) in cooperative Artha True Semarang, what are the factors that led to the loan (kreditmacet) on Cooperative Artha True Semarang, and how the process of rescue and settlement of loans (kerdit jam) of the true Artha on Cooperative Semarang From this research can generate external factors which are the cause of loan (kerdit jam) is the debtor experienced barriers/difficulties in economic needs due to an accident causing late payment in pay off in installments. The purpose of this study are (1) to analyze the factors that cause violations of traffic signs by motorcycle riders in the city of Semarang. (2) To analyze criminological studies of violations of traffic signs by motorcyclists in Semarang City. The approach method is done juridically sociologically, specification descriptively using primary data and secondary data, through interviews and literature, then analyzed qualitatively. The polemics of pornography legislation passed by the legislature are still centered on the lack of clarity in the definition of "porno" or "pornography". This has led to various conflicts or contradictions between various circles, especially the culture or culture of certain regions, which have an impact on the great potential for disintegration among regions in Indonesia, only because of the unclear and uncertainty of the establishment of the Pornography Act and its application which is inconsistent with Community culture. This evokes the author discusses the discovery of law for the enforcement of the Pornography Act against the diversity of the culture of Indonesian society. The purpose of research is to suppress and reduce the impact and distribution of pornographic material then one of the solutions is through the norms that exist in the community formed by the habits of society, so that at least can be obeyed and carried out in accordance with the norms in the community Because, these norms are a reflection of the habits of behavior (culture) of society in everyday life. Thus the definition of pornography, perception of pornography and application of pornography is different for every region in Indonesia, let alone a diverse culture. The pornography law that has been enacted should be able to ward off a crime or action to make the culprit a culprit, and of course also must meet the sense of community justice. The community's sense of justice here against the Pornography Act is how to balance the customary norms contained within the society which are to provide the moral guidance and moral education of the community.

New cases of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in Bali Province from 2011 to 2013 were increased. Based on the report of Integrated Disease Surveillance or Surveilan Terpadu Penyakit (STP) from Puskesmas it is known that DM was ranked 3 out of the 10 highest diseases in health centers throughout the City of Denpasar. The purpose of this screening is to find out the prevalence of DM in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar in 2015. Methods: Screening was carried out on 189 subjects aged ?15 in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar on January 6 and 7, 2015. Screening was carried out by checking blood sugar levels while using Nesco Multicheck. The collected data is processed and presented descriptively about thecharacteristics of the sample and the proportion of DM based on the results of the examination. Results: The results showed that 6.4% of respondents suffering DM. Most of the subjects were women (58.3%). In this screening, there are 50% in the age group ?51 years, and most are only elementary school graduates (30%). Based on the type of work, most of the subjects are entrepreneurs/traders (50%). Based on the interview, there was none history of DM in the family. Conclusion: The proportion of DM in Pemecutan Kaja Village is 6.4% through examination of blood sugar levels while using Nesco Multi Check. The positive results of DM in this screening should be carried out further examination to confirm the diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be carried out.

Hyper cholesterol is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease which is a major cause of death and illness worldwide. Chronic and non-infectious diseases are generally caused by bad lifestyle factors, which can actually be modified. Some of the factors that are at risk for heart disease and stroke are hypertension, cigarette consumption, diabetes, lack of physical activity, unhealthy diets, dyslipidemia, overweight and obesity. The purpose of this community service was to find out an overview of the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia in the area, this screening activity was also expected to be able to initiate cadres and the community to be more active in implementing post-natal activities. Method: This community service activity uses the Community Service approach, by carrying out screening activities forhypercholesterolemia through cholesterol checks on the people in Banjar Tulang Ampian and Banjar Kerta Sari Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar. Results: A total of 31 people netted had high cholesterol levels of 40240 mg / dL which was dominated by women (63.49%), the most age group was ?51 years (38.62%), most subjects were self-employed / traders (38 , 10%). Conclusion: Increased blood cholesterol levels with age increase are associated with a reduction in cholesterol elimination as bile salts and a decrease in receptors that mediate the clearance process of plasma LDL. Cholesterol levels increase with increasing age and the incidence of coronary heart disease.

Pos Pelayanan Terpadu or Posyandu are Post of Integrated Service. Posyandu were an effort to empower the community to support health development, especially in improving community health status through reducing infant mortality. Posyandu activities in Guwang Sukawati Gianyar village are one of the public health services. However, each banjar is still very minimal in terms of organizing the posyandu because the cadres do not really understand how the activities of the good posyandu. The purpose of this activity is to establish a Posyandu cadre of toddlers who are able to provide optimal health services for children under five through the implementation of a toddler posyandu. Method: Training was carried out through Community Empowering, involving 35 people who were trained as cadres. The training results are analyzed qualitatively (based on observations and results ofdiscussion). Results: Based on the evaluation in the form of pretest and posttest, it was found that there was an increase in cadre knowledge, namely from 30% to 70%. Posyandu has been conducted in 7 Banjar in the Guwang Gianyar Village. Conclusion: The establishment of skilled and trained Posyandu toddlers and able to provide optimal health services for children under five through the implementation of toddlers posyandu

 Human Trafficking is an act of recruitment, shelter, sending, transferring, or accepting someone with the threat of violence, using violence, kidnapping, confinement, counterfeiting, fraud, abuse of power or vulnerable positions, debt bondage or paying or benefits, so obtain approval from the person who holds control over the other person, whether carried out within the state or between countries, for the purpose of exploitation or to result in exploitation (Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of Crimes in Trafficking in Persons).           This study aims to analyze aspects of judges' consideration of the criminal termination of perpetrators of trafficking in persons in Decision Number 632.K / PID.SUS / 2016 and Decisions Number 1447.K / PID.SUS / 2016, covering juridical, philosophical, and sociological aspects. Juridical aspects are based on the existing legal umbrella and judge as the applicator, sociological aspects, namely the application of the law concerning the values ​​of society in order to create legal justice, and philosophical aspects that are based on the value of truth and justice.           This research is a type of normative juridical research that focuses on studying the application of positive legal norms or norms.           The problem in this study regarding the basis of the judge's consideration in imposing criminal sanctions against perpetrators of trafficking in persons and the comparison of judges' considerations related to criminal imposition of perpetrators of human trafficking in decisions No. 632.K / PID.SUS / 2016 and Decisions Number 1447.K / PID.SUS / 2016.           From the results of this study indicate that, the application of the law where the judge as the applicator is in accordance with the values ​​of the law, and the community, but still very minimal or the need for more policies on victims of trafficking, namely the right to restitution (restoration of the rights of victims from trafficking).

Background: Urinary catheterization is a medical action that is often carried out for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. One side effect of catheter placement is pain. Pain felt during catheter placement due to urethral trauma. Pain can be affected by the length of time the catheter is attached. The results of a preliminary study of 5 different patients who were attached to a catheter at different times had different pain intensities. Objective: To find out the relationship between the length of time the catheter is attached to the pain intensity of a patient with a urethral catheter. Method: This study is a non-experimental study with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling and the sample size was 38 people. Data collection tools use observation sheets and numeric rating scale (NRS) to assess pain intensity. Bivariate analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. Results: The length of time the catheter is installed is at most two days and one day which are 21.1% and 18.4%, respectively. The pain intensity of patients with urethral catheters in the lightest category is 42.1% while the moderate and heavy categories are the same in the amount of 26.3%. The results of bivariate analysis obtained the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of -0.914 with p value 0,000 (p <0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant negative relationship between the difference in catheter-attached time and the pain intensity of a patient with a urethral catheter where the longer the catheter is attached, the less pain is felt.

Background: Etiology of  pruritus uremic has not yet been found specifically, but there are risk factors of the pruritus such as dry skin, reduced pruritogenic transpidermal elimination, hyperparathyroid, high calcium, magnesium and phosphate levels. Pruritus is a common and sad symptom that affects patients with chronic kidney disease. Purpose:  to describe the skin moisture level in patients with Chronic Kidney Failure who undergo Hemodialysis in the Hospital of Buleleng. Method: This research is a quantitative research using descriptive method design. The population of this study was CRF patients who underwent regular HD at Buleleng Hospital. Sampling using simple random sampling technique with a total of 52 respondents. Respondents studied were CRF patients who underwent regular HD twice a week with a description of characteristics including age, sex, education, occupation and length of HD. Result: showed that the majority of respondents (38.4%) were in the category of 30-45 years old with a greater number of male respondents (69.2%). Most of the respondents' education levels were in secondary education (42.3%) and respondents did not work as many as 10 respondents (19.2%). Furthermore, the length of HD is mostly for 0-5 years, which is as much as 75%. the skin moisture level of CRF patients undergoing Hemodialysis in Buleleng General Hospital found that all respondents obtained dry skin (100%). Patients who undergo HD for approximately 5 years have experienced dry skin. Conclusion: Chronic kidney failure can cause changes in the sweat glands and oil glands which cause the skin to lose its natural ability to moisturize itself. This condition can also be caused by metabolic changes in CRF, which are interrelated with the fluid volume of patients undergoing dialysis.

ABSTRACT An environmental permit is a permit given to any person or initiator who wishes to undertake a business and / or activity that is required to be UKL-UPL in the framework of environmental protection and management as a condition of obtaining a business and / or activity license. Violations committed by PT. Hadi Putra Makmur related to the issue of obligations and prohibitions, especially regarding licensing, efforts to manage and monitor the environment, hereby the supervision of DLH enforces by giving administrative sanctions. The above is the basis for the author to take the title "ADMINISTRATIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT ON IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES THAT DO NOT HAVE DOCUMENTS UKL-UPL (Study of PT. Hadi Putra Makmur Semarang City)." In this research, the authors raise the problems, namely: a. How is administrative law enforcement for activities that have no significant impact that do not yet have UKL-UPL documents? b. What are the obstacles that arise in the administration of administrative law for activities that do not have significant impacts that do not have UKL-UPL documents? c. What is the Role of Administrative Law in Enforcement of Environmental Law? The method used is to use the type of juridical normative research with descriptive analytical research specifications, secondary data sources with data collection methods through literature study and interviews, and the method of presentation and data analysis methods using descriptive analytical methods. The purpose of this study is to explain the application of administrative sanctions for activities that do not have significant impacts that do not have UKL-UPL documents. Barriers that arise in the enforcement of administrative sanctions for activities that do not have a significant impact that do not have UKL-UPL documents, and the role of administrative law in environmental law enforcement. The results showed that PT. Hadi Putra Makmur has violated licensing, environmental management and monitoring efforts, DLH Semarang city has imposed administrative sanctions in the form of government coercion in accordance with PP no. 37 of 2012 concerning environmental permits. Administrative sanctions are legal instruments used for the first time by DLH in enforcing cases conducted by PT. Pressure  ulcer is local injury of skin of subtexture it, generally at bump of bone, the effect of pressure or pressure combination with friction or seraping. To preventing the risk of pressure ulcer at total bedrest patient need to treatmen of skin by Nigella Sativa Oil. The purpose of this case study is to be analyze of application by prevention of pressure ulcer pressure sores method at total bedrest patient. The type of this research is descriptive with method of the case study. The subject of this research use two patient who is sustain of total bedrest more than 3 eith enteria for assesment result by Norton 14 scale less than 14 which it is categorized risk of everage pressure ulcer. The result of this research can be conclude at subject I from 10 Norton scale to 13 scale, at subject II from 13 Norton scale to 16 scale. So, at the time from it review with high severe of injury to use the Design from every the category that obtains the result 0 which it means not happens pressure ulcer injury by both of subject. The nurse must be applies by Nigella Sativa Oil therapy at total bedrest patient to can prevent of pressure ulcer risk.

The WISN and ABK-Kes methods can be used to calculate the workload and staff requirements in the medical record unit. Medical record workers often catch several jobs without calculating the workload, so they feel a high workload. The purpose of this research is to analyze the need for medical personnel using the WISN and ABK-Kes methods. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive research design. The population in this study were all medical record officers. With eight medical record officers as samples. The results showed that based on calculations using the WISN and ABK-Kes methods, ten medical record officers were needed. So the proposed solution is to add expert medical record officers who are competent in their fields according to the calculation of the need for medical personnel according to the ABK-Kes method. This makes the medical record unit more reliable and ideal, because it is in accordance with PMK No. 33 of 2015 the addition of SDMK.

Stroke is the sudden death of brain tissue caused by the lack of oxygen due to the impaired blood supply. Patients with stroke need to be given strengthen joints therapy, one of them is 300 lateral incline positions. The purpose of this case study is to analyze the position in stroke patients after the intervention of mobilization exercise every 2 hours for 6 days in Cempaka ward of RS Pantiwilasa Ciratum Semarang. The type of this research is descriptive case study approach method. The subjects of this study are two stroke patients with good functional outcomes, where the score for Modified Rankin Scale is between 0-2, willing to be respondents, never received a lateral 30? lateral incline therapy. The immobilization analysis is done descriptively and measured by Braden scale. Hence, the result of the study is the decrease of the risk shows by the changing of risk scale from 10 to 13. The recommendation of the research is the need of nurse consistency in mobilization to prevent decubitus in stroke patients.

Hypertension is not infectious disease which occupy the third place in the region’s small-scale Clinics Rowosari Semarang. Less healthy lifestyles as well as stress lead to uncontrolled hypertension and cause various complicatio. Foot reflexiology message is one of complementary therapies with muscle compression techniques giving rise to a relaxing effect and the lower blood pressure. The purpose of this study  is illustrate the aplication of reflexiology message theraphy to lower blood preassurein hypertensive clients.The methods used in this research is a descriptive case study method with case study approach. The subject are 2 people with criteria of age 35-65 years old and suffering from hypertension grade I and II. Intervensions carried out in the form of foot reflexiology massage therapy 30-60  minutes for three days a row. The results of the case study shows that there is a decrease of blood preassure 160/90 mmHg  143/83 mmHg be on subject I and subject II 180/100 mmHg to 155/87 mmHg. Foot reflexiology message therapy is recomended as a nursing intervention in the client management of clients  with hypertension.

The purpose of this case study illustrates the changes in depression levels before and after the dangdut music therapy performed rapidly in the space Gatot Kaca RSJD Dr. Amino Gondhohutomo. This type of research is descriptive by using case study approach method. Subyek in this case study were two patients with mild to moderate depression, 18 to 20 years og age, and like dangdut music. Analysis was done descriptively and measured using an HRS-D scale assessment. The result of analysis after the music therapy dangdut fast rhythm for 4 times on subjects I and subjects II, showed that the occurrence of decreased depression rate with subjects I score 13 (mild depression) to 6 (normal) and subjects II 16 (moderate depression) to 12 (mild depression). Recommendations for nurse may continue nursing actions to lower dep levels.

Depression Breast milk is the best food for babies, because it contains all the nutrients the ideal amount  and  composition  required  by  infants.  One  of  the  obstacles  in  the  early breastfeeding is the production of breast milk in small quantities on the first day after birth. Ways that can be done toincrease milk production is the oxytocin message. The purpose of case study to improve sepending colostrum at maternal post partum after doing oxytocin message. This type of research is descriptive using a case study approach. Subjects in this study were two patients maternal post partum. The result of the analysis to subject 1 spending colostrum time this is 5.00 hours with fast   categori, while to subject  2  spending  colostrum  time  this  is  06.20  hours  with  low  categori.  Can  be concluded there oxytocin message effect on the time spending colostrum.nurse have to apply message oxytocin to the mother post partum to give colostrum on her baby soon after birth.
