The figurative language style of the short story 11:11 in the Winged Dusk chapter is the main study in this article. The short story Senja Berwing chapter 11:11 presents inner contact between characters and imagination and contains many positive moral messages and messages of humanity using beautiful language so that it attracts readers to read it. The purpose of this study is to find out what figurative language style is used by the writer and what meaning he wants to convey to the reader. Data collection techniques used in this study were (1) reading techniques, (2) listening techniques, and (3) note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques are (1) identification, (2) classification, (3) interpretation, (4) description. This research study is focused on the analysis of figurative language style in the short story Senja Berwing chapter 11:11 by Fiersa Besari. The results of the research show that the figurative language style used in the short story 11:11 chapter of the Winged Senja by Fiersa Besari is simile, personification, and allegory. The type of figurative language that is mostly used in the Winged Twilight Chapter is personification figurative language.

PK. Rosella Baru is a company operating in the plastic sack industry. In the production process of plastic sacks, there are several stages, including the production of plastic thread. The company still encounters a significant number of defects in the plastic thread, exceeding 2%, resulting in obstacles in the weaving process of the sacks and suboptimal production output. The research utilizes the Statistical Process Control method to identify solutions for quality control of the plastic thread products at PK. Rosella Baru. Based on the Pareto diagram, the most dominant defect is found in the unevenness of thread rolls, accounting for 43.3% of the defects. The control chart analysis shows that there are samples exceeding the upper control limit (UCL) in samples 1 and 9, and data exceeding the lower control limit (LCL) in samples 3 and 6. The cause and effect diagram identifies five factors: labor, machine, material, method, and environment. The most dominant cause is the lack of training for the workforce and insufficient maintenance of the machines, resulting in defective plastic thread. Therefore, the suggested solution is to perform regular machine maintenance, provide training to the workforce, and pay attention to machine settings and the quality of raw materials used.

Spiritual education is an important aspect of a child's holistic development, which involves understanding religious values, beliefs, and practices. Parents play a crucial role in shaping and facilitating the spiritual education of their children. This abstract discusses the important role of parents in supporting and promoting children's spiritual education, as well as the implications for children's development. This study was conducted through a literature review and analysis of previous research. The results showed that parents act as role models and role models for their children. They can provide spiritual education by teaching moral values, involving children in religious activities, and providing an understanding of family religious beliefs and practices. In addition, open and deep communication between parents and children also plays an important role in spiritual education. Discussions about beliefs, values, and spiritual questions can help children understand and internalize spiritual principles. The role of parents in children's spiritual education has a significant impact on children's development. Children who get good spiritual education tend to have a better understanding of moral values, a sense of empathy, and a sense of connectedness with others. Every citizen has the right to civil registration in the sense that he has the right to request an authentic deed from a state official. It is still rare for residents to realize how important a deed is for them in sustaining their life. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of the policy for implementing population administration in the possession of death certificates for the community at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency and to identify obstacles in implementing the policy for implementing population administration in making death certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Service for Kuantan Regency Singingi. Qualitative research as a research method that starts from assumptions, interpretive/theoretical lenses, and studies of research problems that look at how individuals or groups interpret social or humanitarian problems. The results of the research that the researchers conducted regarding the implementation of population administration administration policies in Kuantan Singingi Regency (a case study of death certificates), namely, the policy of implementing population administration regarding death certificates had not been properly implemented by the Kuantan Singingi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, this was obtained from several factors, namely Policy standards and targets/measures and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, implementor communication, attitude and position of executors, social, economic and political environment. The second obstacle is the lack of socialization related to population administration. The third obstacle is the lack of public awareness.

The tourism potential in Carangwulung Village is very diverse and has the opportunity to be developed into a tourist attraction. There are eight tourist destinations that have been developed in Carangwulung village, one of which is the Grojogan Selo Gonggo (GSG ) nature tourism. This tourist attraction is natural attractions that come from mountain water and also pine forests. Opportunities for tourism activities at GSG are very good, if the local community and the management are able to work together to achieve the expected goals. However, the fact is that over time the people who participate in managing the GSG experience a decrease in tourism awareness. This will not affect the future development of GSG natural tourism as tourism that is of interest to tourists. Therefore, the awareness of the Carangwulung village tourism community needs to be increased again so that the development of the GSG nature tourism is not in vain and gets maximum benefits from tourism activities. The formation of POKDARWIS and improving the quality of human resources play an important role in developing GSG natural tourism, with the aim of making GSG a tourist destination that is of interest to many tourists.  

Educational activities and physical examinations regarding ear canal hygiene and tympanic membrane health have the aim of increasing public knowledge about the importance of maintaining ear hygiene and maintaining the integrity of the tympanic membrane. In this activity, counseling is given to the public to provide a correct understanding of cerumen, proper ear care, and signs of damage to the tympanic membrane. This community service activity was carried out on June 9, 2023 by involving 52 respondents. All respondents attended community counseling and physical examinations. On the results of the physical examination it was found that 3 (5.8%) respondents had a perforated tympanic membrane, and 6 (11.5%) respondents had prop cerumen. The results of this educational activity and physical examination are expected to increase public understanding of the importance of maintaining ear hygiene and maintaining the health of the tympanic membrane. With the right knowledge, it is hoped that people will be able to adopt healthy habits in caring for their own ears and take the necessary precautions to maintain optimal ear health.

The problem in this research is what is the strategy for the halo ustad program in attracting audience interest on salam tv. This study aims to find out how the strategy in the Halo Ustad program is to attract public interest on Salam TV. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques and direct interviews at the research location. The strategy in the halo ustad program starts with compiling a broadcast schedule, choosing and preparing questions, choosing a teacher to present the program, which is very influential on the intended audience. For that we need a strategy in an event program.

This research aims to analyze the application of diversion and restorative justice in criminal cases committed by minors. The application of diversion is examined in more depth about the obligation of every law enforcer to carry out a series of diversion processes in the police, prosecutor's office and up to the court. The implementation of diversion is something that must be done without exception in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 11/2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The application of restorative justice seeks a benchmark for the extent to which it can be implemented by taking into account the authority possessed by the public prosecutor when the diversion process is not achieved and when the criminal case has entered the criminal justice process. The application of the termination of prosecution must be based on the applicable provisions and conditions contained in the Attorney General's Decree No. 15 of 2020. After conducting research on diversion and restorative justice, the only legal benefit of juvenile criminal cases is through the provision of punishment for a child who is a perpetrator of a criminal offense in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations concerning the juvenile criminal justice system.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses owned by individuals or groups that aim to grow and develop their business. ChaCha Kitchen is one of the MSMEs in Blitar that has been around for a long time. The problem faced by ChaCha Kitchen is the application of branding which is felt to be ineffective so they feel the need to be re-branded. Assistance and development through product re-branding is carried out in several steps, including changing the logo, product design, creating a website, and registering on the marketplace. The purpose of this research is to help develop MSME businesses digitally and help develop products to make them more attractive. The method used in this service is by observing, interviewing, data analysis, re-branding, and evaluation. The results of this study are ChaCha Kitchen MSMEs, namely Instagram feed updates and also websites that can make it easier for MSMEs to market their products and can increase consumer interest so that income will increase rapidly.

Education in the 21st century shows how the changes that occur in the education system have become digital. It also shows how the presence of globalization has a major influence on education. In this case, leadership is needed in educational organizations that are able to keep up with the times so that they can meet the needs of education in the 21st century. One of them can use sociological leadership as a reference in shaping good leadership characteristics to lead educational organizations in the 21st century. Therefore, the preparation of this journal aims to examine the characteristics of a sociological leader in building education in the 21st century. In this study we used a qualitative approach with the documentation method, namely collecting secondary data obtained from books, articles and journals. The results showed the characteristics of a sociology-minded leader in educational organizations with the characteristics of his social abilities. Helping in building 21st century education through its role shown by paying attention to social welfare, developing skills and integrating technology in learning. The form of implementation can be seen in the leadership of the principal at SMPN 1 Purwakarta, West Java.

Catechesis is a means used by the Church to communicate the teachings of faith to the people. Through catechesis, the Church can provide effective accompaniment of faith to young people. This study focuses on the problems faced by young people today. They are the next generation of the Church who need special attention because they are very vulnerable to being influenced by the fast and swift currents of modernity. Therefore, an effective assistance effort is needed for them. The research findings show that young people, who are in a period of searching for identity, tend to get bored easily and are quickly satisfied. In this context, catechesis as a form of faith formation is an effective choice and responsive to the lifestyle of today's youth. Through catechesis, young people can gain a deeper understanding of the teachings of the faith, strengthen their relationship with God and develop a strong Christian identity. Digital catechesis, which combines technology with messages of faith, can be a relevant and attractive medium for young people. In conclusion, digital catechesis has a significant role in developing the faith of young Christians. In facing the challenges of modern times, the Church needs to use catechesis as an effective strategy to assist young people in strengthening their faith. By utilizing technology and adapting the right content, digital catechism can be an effective tool in forming a young generation who are firm in their faith and ready to face the changing times.

Canva consists of two types of services, namely free and paid. For paid services, Canva provides Canva Pro and Canva for Enterprise. In addition, users can also pay for products physically to be printed and shipped. Muhammadiyah 3 South Tangerang Vocational School, which was established on July 1 2009, has two Department Programs, namely Business Management with Accounting Skills Competency and Informatics Technology with Computer Network Engineering Skills Competency. Because of this, we hope that this training on making CVs can help friends at school to make CVs and later can be used to apply for jobs when friends have graduated from the Vocational School.

Tourism and the creative economy are sectors that are promising and have a great opportunity to support the economy, so they need to be a top priority. However, the reality is that the development of creative economy-based tourism potential has faced many problems, such as inadequate human resources and even insufficient promotion, so that many domestic and foreign tourists are not aware of the existence of unique and attractive destinations in East Java. Preliminary case studies have been carried out involving 25 communities to analyze the problems that occur in tourism and the creative economy in East Java Province. Based on the results of the study, the development of e-tourism-based promotions is crucial amidst the rise of technological developments. Debt to Asset Ratio in 2020 and 2021 is 46% and 41%. Working capital turnover for 2020 and 2021 is 2 times and 4 times. Fixed asset turnover for 2020 and 2021 is 0.23 times, and 0.28 times. Meanwhile, total asset turnover for 2020 and 2021 is 0.12 times and 0.16 times. The net profit margin in 2020 and 2021 is 37% and 35%. After conducting research on the performance of the BRI Simpang Rimbo Besar Unit, it can be concluded that the performance of the BRI Simpang Rimbo Besar Unit for the periods of 2020 and 2021 from a liquidity standpoint is quite good as well as from a solvency perspective. is good enough. Digital marketing can be a solution to solving problems that have been experienced by MSME actors, namely product marketing problems. Especially in Musir lor Village, Kec. Rejoso, Kab. Ngajuk, East Java Province, where there are several UMKM that have the potential to be developed to become more productive. However, the lack of understanding of digital marketing causes these UMKM to not develop further on a large scale. This is based on the results of observations and the implementation of location surveys in the village of Musir Lor which is a form of research method in the analysis of problems with Musir Lor UMKM owners, namely the lack of awareness of the residents of Musir Lor Village about the importance of Business Identification Numbers, as well as the lack of understanding in increasing business value. or the image of a product to support product quality improvement and increase the interest of potential consumers in an UMKM product. Some UMKM build businesses with minimal knowledge of UMKM business owners causing a lack of knowledge about product brands. Therefore, in branding or rebranding a product, it must be understood that an attractive, unique and easily recognized design is very important. Therefore, several alternative strategies that need to be considered in building a brand are logos that are appropriate to the line of business, banners and business stamps, more attractive and modern packaging designs. In this modern and technological era, it is certainly not far from operating digital applications that must be understood by UMKM business actors as a form of effort to increase the development of an UMKM, such as operating an online marketplace, social media and operating a financial management application to manage finances in a structured manner.

The development and progress of tourist attractions, in this case a tourist village, are largely determined by the readiness of their human resources, especially tour guides, especially from a technical point of view. Guides, from a technical and communication point of view, are increasingly able to captivate visitors, making them feel at home more and more. In addition, tourism product marketing that has not been maximized, especially the promotion of tourism products through digital media, has slightly hampered the introduction of tourism village products where the role of digital marketing is so important, especially those based on the web and social media. Recognizing such a mindset, the solution offered is to hold education and training (training) along with mentoring for tourism HR in the Tunjungan Tourism Village. Provision and capacity building according to the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) absolutely must be provided, covering knowledge, skills, and attitude. As well as being given knowledge about the basics of excellent service and tour guides. Tunjungan Tourism Village Community Empowerment Through Technical Guidance Capacity building and Capability of Tourism human resources, which has been implemented, has resulted in the participation of participants (the target audience) who expressed satisfaction and enthusiasm. Participants (the target audience) also hope that in the following year there will be ongoing activities to increase knowledge, skills, and attitudes for tourism HR in the Tunjungan Tourism Village.

Marriage between two people who have different religions is prohibited by almost all religions in Indonesia. Even though efforts have been made to obtain legal marital status, when a marriage is carried out, it is still obligatory to pay attention to Article 2 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The existence of an official registration in the form of a marriage certificate cannot be overlooked, because without it, marriages that are valid but not registered will not be recognized by the State. Marriage without legal recognition certainly has legal consequences, especially if it involves partners with different religions. This can create significant legal problems for husbands, wives and third parties, including the inheritance rights of children born in the marriage. The existence of a legal marriage is the basis of rights and obligations between husband and wife. The existence of a legally valid marriage and offspring born from a legal marriage are crucial to protecting the wife's rights regarding joint living and property.
