Gothic is a clothing style that is characterized by striking, mysterious, exotic, and complex dark features, in this study the author adds fabric painting with Dayak ethnic motifs on synthetic leather in a gothic look. This study aims to determine the process of making a ready-to-wear gothic look with variations of synthetic leather details and painting of Dayak ethnic motifs. The method used in this research process is a qualitative method. The process of making ready-to- wear which consists of a blazer, crop top, obi belt, and skirt begins with determining the fashion design, making patterns from basic patterns to breaking patterns, cutting materials, marking stitches, then sewing the sides of the crop top, combining with lining, attaching zipper and collar, sewing the sides and lining of the blazer, combining the main material and the lining, attaching the painting to the back, attaching the buttons, then sewing the sides and lining of the skirt, then combining the main material and the lining, reassembling, then combining the main material and the lining , reassembling, painting variations, installing tires on the waist, followed by combining all sides with a furing obi belt, sewing the waist, then installing chicken eyes, finally painting the Dayak ethnic motif on the skin, starting with making a pattern sketch of the motif, then installing it on the cloth, block the motif with white, and the last one gives color to the motif.

Radya Pustaka Museum is said to be the oldest museum in Indonesia. Radya Pustaka Museum is currently experiencing a setback in terms of tourist visits. This is due to two things, namely; 1. Pull factors or from the museum side, (collection, arrangement, promotion, interior design, interpretation, digitization). 2. Driving factors or from the visitor's side, (motivation drops, shifts in interest, lack of references). This study aims to determine the potential of the Radya Pustaka Museum as a tourist destination, along with efforts to develop the area into an integrated tourist destination. This research was conducted using a qualitative method in the Sriwedari Park area in general and the Radya Pustaka museum in particular. Data collection techniques were carried out by observations, interviews and document studies. Based on the results of data collection, it can be concluded that: (1) the Radya Pustaka Museum has the potential to be used as a cultural tourism destination, (2) a tourism attraction and tourist attraction development strategy is needed, (3) a tourism and regional development strategy is needed as well as good marketing support.

This research was conducted in the Colo Kudus Tourism Village, Central Java, which aims to understand and analyze the coffee-based agro-tourism development model as a tourist attraction in the Colo Kudus Tourism Village. And analyze what obstacles are experienced by the Colo Kudus Tourism Village Agrotourism. The data of this study were obtained through observation and interviews, the informants used in the study were 5 respondents. The results of the study are expected to provide useful information for coffee activists, the Colo Coffee community. The data obtained were processed using descriptive qualitative. Qualitative analysis uses data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Arowisata Colo Tourism Village has a strategy model such as Coffee Education Tourism, training for farmers.

The amount of newspaper waste makes the writer want to use newsprint as the basic material for making nail art extensions as a new innovation in the nail art field. This research was conducted with the methods of observation, documentation, literature, experiments, interviews and questionnaires. The manufacture of nail art extensions using newspaper waste is carried out in 3 stages, namely, the preparation of tools and materials, the process of making nail art extensions using newspaper waste and the final stage of using nail art extensions on fingernails. The feasibility of nail art extensions using newsprint waste, the color indicator has an average value of 4 which is declared feasible, the shape indicator has an average value of 4.5 which is considered quite feasible, the texture indicator has an average value of 4 which is considered quite feasible, the ease of application indicator obtains an average value. an average of 4.5 was declared quite feasible and the product design indicators obtained an average value of 4.3 with a fairly decent category. The results of a public test conducted on 38 respondents can be concluded that 94% like nail art extension products from newsprint waste. The results of this study produce a product that has a unique and attractive design because of the pattern of waste newsprint that makes the product look aesthetic. Thus, it can be concluded that nail art extension products using newsprint waste are quite feasible to use.

Streetwear is street clothing that is used every day and can be combined with various clothes that create a relaxed yet attractive effect. Batik, the fabric that is characteristic of Indonesia, is also widely combined with various models of clothing. Origami combination that would be applied to the fabric aimed to create decorative techniques so that the clothes are unique and interesting. The aim of this study was to determine how is the process of making batik streetwear with origami decorative techniques. The research method used was qualitative. The data collection methods used was literature, observation and documentation. The combination of origami placed on the shirt and outer sleeves produced a different artistic value, with the composition that has been considered so that they will look harmonious when wearing origami and batik. The production of this dress used the basic pattern of the Soen system so as to obtain pieces of clothing, darts, sleeves and sizes that are comfortable when worn. The conclusion of making streetwear that has been done was the cutting process of batik and materials must be done correctly. Then, pressing was also important to obtain good origami results.The suggestions for the next opportunity in making origami was on the arms should use layers to obtain arms that have firmness. The manufacture of streetwear clothing with a combination of origami should pay more attention to the materials used and the pressing process.

Balinese cotton knitting yarn is the main material in making knitting applications on ready to wear. The author applies knitting applications including techniques, materials, color harmony, and design. The goal is to find out how to apply the knitting technique using balinese cotton knitting yarn on ready to wear. The research method used is R&D which contains potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trial, product revision, usage trial, and product revision, and descriptive data analysis. The manufacturing stages start from the design, tools and materials, tailoring, to the finishing process. The application of knitting on this ready to wear uses a hand sewing technique that is done before the sewing process, in order to get a neat result. The author also pays attention in the selection of the color of the base material that matches the knitting thread. The application of knitting applications must consider the texture of the yarn with the base material to be used, so that when applied in ready to wear it looks neat and does not seem heavy.

The development of tourism in each region is indeed a trend that occurs in many districts or cities. Wonomerto Village also has various tourism potentials such as the Sumber Biru Tourism Area and the Tomb of Prince Benowo which have become economic drivers for the local community. The addition of a new spot at Sumber Biru Tourism Area is a good step to continue to increase the attractiveness of this tourist destination. The Participatory Action Research method can be an effective approach in the development process. In this context, community participation can involve them in the planning, decision-making and implementation processes of tourism development projects. Communities can provide valuable input, ideas and local knowledge in identifying tourism potential that has not been fully utilized around the Sumber Biru Tourism Area. In addition, involving the community in tourism development activities can also open up opportunities for them to be involved economically, for example through micro-enterprises or local crafts that support the tourism sector. This can increase the income of the local community and encourage sustainable economic development in Wonomerto Village.         

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) are sectors that are influential in running the economy in the community. MSME are also expected to be able to contribute in creating employment opportunities for the surrounding community, so as to be able to reduce poverty in an area. The existence of the Wolamgrezz MSME in Carangwulung village actually has the potential to become a large MSME in the Wonosalam District and even the entire Jombang Regency, because these UMKM raise the region's superior crops. Therefore, Wolamgrezz MSME must be fully supported in running their business, so that the existing potential can run optimally and can become the leading MSME in Jombang Regency. However, in carrying out its business, Wolamgrezz has several problems that arise in the field, such as obstacles to product promotion through digital e-commerce media and product marketing only by word of mouth, so that consumers who know Wolamgrezz's MSME products are very limited and only within the scope of Carangwulung village. Therefore, the branding and marketing of UMKM Wolamgrezz products must be carried out immediately and intensified so that they can attract consumers widely so that product sales can increase and income will also increase, and this can also affect the opening of new job vacancies.

Literacy and numeracy are fundamental competencies that have an important role in determining the quality of a nation. The problems that arise in the education sector have received great attention from the government. However, in fact, the literacy and numeracy competencies of students in Indonesia are still low and education has not developed as it should, so that it is far behind other countries. Therefore, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology launched the Teaching Campus program as a form of solution to the problems experienced by schools affected by the pandemic. The Campus Teaching Program Batch 5 is held at SDN Kenjeran 248 Surabaya for sixteen weeks. The purpose of this activity is to improve students' literacy and numeracy skills, provide assistance with technology adaptation, and assist schools in administration. The implementation of the Teaching Campus program batch 5 at SDN Kenjeran 248 Surabaya provides many benefits for the school. Students' literacy and numeracy skills have increased. Students become more fluent in reading and are able to conclude the contents of a reading. In addition, students are able to memorize multiplication well.

This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques using library research or library research. The purpose of this study is to find out, examine and reveal problems regarding the conversion of beggars into a profession. Poverty in Indonesia has increased significantly which has been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. This has an impact on reducing or terminating human resource jobs and making them unemployed. Limited skills and less than optimal business makes their economy weaken and they finally try other ways to make ends meet by begging. The feeling of being happy to get money without working hard gives rise to new habits and makes them feel at home to continue it even to the point of cheating. People's awareness and trust has decreased, creating doubts about whether or not to help beggars. In Islam itself, begging is the wrong way to meet the demands of life. Islam teaches to always try hard and the need for an attitude of mutual help both in actions or actions to reduce the existence of beggars.

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that occurs when the body's immune system mistakenly attacks healthy joints. The disease can start at any age, but the likelihood of onset is highest in older adults. In Rheumatoid Arthritis the tissue lining the joints becomes thickened resulting in swelling and pain. Elderly is an age that has a greater possibility of having an autoimmune this is based on the statement that the older you are, the greater the chance of having an autoimmune. Early diagnosis and treatment isthe key to successful treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis because joint damage cannot be restored once it occurs. Rhematoid Factor examination is largely used to help diagnose rheumatoid arthritis. Community service activities aim to determine the description of RF levels in the elderly with supply disorders, descriptive research type with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 62 elderly people in the Social Service of NTT Province. The results of RF examination in all elderly samples 6.45% have positive results and 93.55% negative results.

This community service aims to increase interest and skills in reading aloud in English as well as interpretation skills and English vocabulary when reading Bible verses for Sunday School children who are also students in elementary and secondary schools. The method used in this service was by paying attention to the voice, intonation, and stress appropriately followed by understanding the meaning of the reading by the reader through a Bible reading competition in English. The results of this service showed that the Sunday School children were eagerly and enthusiastically able to take part in the competition to read aloud Bible verses, although gradually they need to be trained again how to read aloud with the right voice, intonation, stress, and pronunciation of English words. 

A tourist village is a village that is used as a tourist attraction because of its attractiveness. The potential possessed by the village is a form of integration between attractions, accommodation and supporting facilities which are then presented in a structure of community life. This method by conducting PKM activities in a research-based community service program was carried out on June 18, 2023 in collaboration with UMKM Wonobodro Village, Blado Kab. Batang, which was held at a religious tourism site. This community service activity carries the theme of developing local culinary products to increase regional tourism. Therefore, the tourist village is usually made in one particular area supported by attractions, accommodation, and other facilities which as a whole integrate all elements in a village to promote local uniqueness and wisdom. Culinary tourism is one of the tourism potentials in this tourist village is Opak Singkong. This cassava opak is sold in raw or fried form. Opak is sold from Rp5-10 thousand per pack that can be used as souvenirs for tourists who come.

Pesticides are toxic substances that have a negative impact on human health problems. Anemia is one of the chronic effects of pesticide. The effect of pesticides to the farmer’s health, decreasing production or increasing destruction of red blood cells. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of pesticide exposure with anemia in the blood of pesticide spraying workers at PT. X. The research method used is Cross Sectional at PT. X with a total sample of 61 workers was obtained by Simple Random Sampling. Information was obtained through interviews with questionnaire and examination of hemoglobin levels using a portable hemoglobin meter. Based on the results of the analysis using chi square data, it was found that pesticide exposure were associated with anemia (p = 0.011). It is expected that sprayers pay more attention to the impact of using pesticides with health.    

This study aims to analyze the responsibilities of directors in a company through a legal approach. In this context, the responsibility of directors refers to the legal obligations attached to directors in carrying out their duties and functions in a company. This study uses the literature analysis method to collect data from various legal sources, such as laws, court decisions, and related literature. The results of the research show that the responsibility of directors in a company has a strong legal basis. The directors have an obligation to act in good faith, carry out the functions of managing the company, and protect the interests of the company and its shareholders. They must make rational decisions, based on careful consideration and adequate information. However, there are several issues that need to be considered regarding the responsibilities of directors in the company. One of them is the potential problem of law violations by the directors, whether intentional or unintentional. In this regard, there needs to be an effective oversight and accountability mechanism in place to ensure that directors are held accountable for their actions.

Nganjuk is a Kabupaten in the province of East Java, Indonesia. One of the sub-districts in Nganjuk, Rejoso sub-district, Ngadiboyo village, is a potential producer of shallots. We found that the Ngadiboyo village area is a potential producer of shallots. In addition to shallots, residents use their farmland to grow commodities such as soya and green beans. However, the problem we identified with the village's economy is the need for home industry-based businesses that utilize the main crops to be sold as ready-to-consume products. On this occasion, we want to develop the sale of shallot products to increase the economic stability of the Ngadiboyo Village community. Community service is carried out with a mentoring method through attracting community participation. Assistance to attract participation is focused on developing sales through social media, product photos, and e-commerce. Sales development activities on shallot products are one of the activities to help increase community sales. Implementing this activity is expected to increase sales to help the economy. Therefore, this community service activity is hoped to change the community of shallot product sellers.

This study aims to analyze how effective promotion can help build customer loyalty in kebab businesses in Wonokerto, and to find out whether the business is feasible or not to run. Qualitative case studies were conducted by conducting in-depth interviews with kebab business owners and several loyal customers, as well as observing promotional activities carried out. This study uses qualitative research methods to collect data and analyze complex phenomena in a specific language and cultural context. In-depth interviews were used to collect data from purposively selected informants, namely kebab business owners and some loyal customers. Observations were also made to obtain information regarding promotional activities carried out and interactions between customers and kebab business owners. The results of the study show that effective promotion can help build and maintain customer loyalty to kebab businesses in Wonokerto. Kebab business owners need to pay attention to customer needs and preferences in designing effective promotional strategies. Effective promotion must be able to attract customers and provide significant added value for them. Therefore, kebab business owners need to understand the characteristics of customers and the market environment to design targeted and effective promotional strategies. So that the business can be declared feasible to run.

The level of discipline on the performance of ground handling employees is very important, discipline is also needed in improving employee performance. The basic attitude of employees towards themselves, competencies and current job as well as an overview of every opportunity that can be achieved needs to be considered by PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport. Performance analysis of ground handling employees will discuss how ground handling employee performance that viewed from the level of discipline based on the performance indicator. This research uses a qualitative research method design, which data collection is carried out by interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies in the work area of the passasi unit of PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport. This research was conducted to determine the performance of ground handling employees in terms of the level of discipline at PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta Internasional Airport. The results of this study are the performance of ground handling employees on time is quite good in providing services to passangers, ground handling employees are quite good in two ways communication between leaders and subordinates, ground handling employees obey the regulations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), carry oud good cooperation with coworkers, creating a sense of comfort and safety at work has improved well.

Maxim is an online transportation service that is often used by people in Indonesia by offering various services including Maxim Ride, Maxim Car, Maxim Delivery, Maxim Food, and Maxim Cargo. Maxim also offers cheap fares start three kilometers on every service used by the community so that it can attract people's interest in using it, it is also supported by Maxim who continues to exist in various regions of Indonesia to enjoy the online transportation service. However, it is possible that there are still problems when users use the service, namely the accuracy of the lacking maps and the less variable payment method. So there needs to be optimization on navigation accuracy and payment flexibility in Maxim application.Therefore, through the MSIB Batch 4 Program of Certified Independent Studies on Product Management Fundamentals for Digital Product at Apiary Academy, The researchers applied the study to Maxim's application in the form of a Final Project supported by a qualitative descriptive research method through a survey and in dep depth interview to find out more details about the user's problems for navigation accuracy planning and flexibility payments can be maximally accepted by the public especially today's users. Barokah is a business that is engaged in meeting the primary needs of the community, namely in the form of selling various kinds of products, both in the form of sales of wholesale and retail. Sales have been carried out effectively by utilizing competitive business opportunities with various business plans. In achieving sales targets, UD Barokah carries out various strategies and innovations on an ongoing basis in order to maintain business existence and compete with other entrepreneurs. Efforts to build communication with customers through creating Whatshap groups and services in a timely manner are important keys in attracting and retaining customers.The main objective of this research is to find out the business strategies and innovations implemented by UD Barokah in achieving sales targets. The specific objective of this research is to learn to run a business, find out the factors that influence the development of UD Barokah's business, and make creations and innovations in developing business and market opportunities.
