Postural balance is a crucial aspect of daily life that enables individuals to move with stability and safety. Children with Down Syndrome (DS) often experience balance disorders due to cognitive function limitations that affect their motor abilities. This study aims to explore the relationship between cognitive function and balance in children with DS. Cognitive impairments, including memory deficits, attention difficulties, and executive function challenges, can impact a child's ability to control posture and perform motor activities effectively. Additionally, difficulties in movement coordination and sensorimotor responses contribute to poor balance abilities. Understanding the connection between cognitive function and balance can facilitate the implementation of appropriate interventions, such as physical therapy and cognitive stimulation, to improve the quality of life of children with DS. A holistic approach is essential in supporting the development of children with DS to help them achieve greater independence. Parents and families play a vital role in actively participating in the growth and development of children with DS, ensuring that their cognitive function and balance are maintained and enhanced. Consequently, children with DS can become more independent and socially engaged, enabling them to interact with others and build healthy social relationships. In the 21st century, education is required to produce students who are creative, critical, collaborative, and communicative to face the challenges of the times. Therefore, the implementation of the STEAM learning model is one innovative solution to improve the quality of learning and student outcomes, especially in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) that adopts the Kemmis and McTaggart model with two learning cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of the STEAM learning model. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In the cognitive domain, the average student score increased from 76% in cycle I to 88% in cycle II. In the psychomotor domain, there was an increase from 71% in cycle I to 91% in cycle II. Meanwhile, in the affective domain, student activities increased from 78% in cycle I to 92% in cycle II. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of the STEAM learning model can be declared effective in improving student learning outcomes in IPAS subjects for grade III students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Munawwarah, Jambi City.

Stress and burnout among healthcare workers represent a global crisis with significant implications for psychological and physical health, job performance, and interpersonal skills. These conditions are linked to anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, substance use, poor quality of life, digestive disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Burnout is characterized by emotional fatigue, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment, often caused by chronic workplace stress. Factors such as demographics, fatigue, and resilience influence its development and severity. Traditional stress management interventions, such as counselling and leave, often prove insufficient in addressing these challenges. Recent advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) provide innovative tools for stress and burnout management, including mobile applications offering mindfulness, meditation, and self-care resources. AI systems like IBM Watson and Google DeepMind are being tested to enhance accessibility and effectiveness in stress management. Additionally, Stress Inoculation Training (SIT), involving methods such as meditation, yoga, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and biofeedback, has been recognized as a proactive approach to mitigating stress. This review explores the factors contributing to stress and burnout in healthcare workers and evaluates interventions aimed at improving well-being and productivity, emphasizing the potential of AI and SIT in preventing and managing these conditions.

The development of information and communication technology in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly, as evidenced by the internet penetration rate reaching 73.3% in 2019 (APJII). With 144.19 million out of 196.71 million Indonesians having internet access, the country has become the largest digital economy market in Southeast Asia (Google e-Conomy SEA, 2020). West Java Province recorded the highest number of internet users, followed by Central Java, DKI Jakarta, and Jambi. In response to this development, President Joko Widodo has designated accelerating digital transformation towards becoming a "digital nation" as one of the main visions of his administration, focusing on the development of digital talent human resources. This program emphasizes the importance of digital literacy, which includes individuals' ability to access, understand, create, communicate, and evaluate digital technology (UNESCO, 2018). The Minister of Communication and Information Technology targets digital literacy for 12.5 million Indonesians by 2020–2024 to enhance cognitive abilities beyond merely operating devices. In this context, lecturers from the Institute of Technology and Business Pelita Raya launched a community service activity on digital literacy themed "Embracing Technology: Equipping Students in the Digital Era at SMA N 12 Tanjung Jabung Barat." This activity aims to equip students with relevant digital skills to face the challenges of the digital era and contribute to Indonesia's digital transformation.

Key findings indicate that these difficulties can stem from a combination of cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors, highlighting the importance of early identification and intervention to support affected students. The journal emphasizes the need for educators and policymakers to develop tailored strategies and resources to assist students facing learning challenges. Additionally, it recommends future research to explore specific interventions and their effectiveness in diverse educational settings. Ultimately, addressing learning difficulties is crucial for fostering an inclusive educational environment that promotes the success of all students.

The ability to speak is a vital aspect of human life, involving the interplay between cognitive processes and the function of speech organs, such as the vocal cords, tongue, teeth, lips, and oral cavity. The articulation process enables humans to produce intelligible sounds for effective communication. This study aims to explore the anatomical, physiological, and phonetic roles of speech organs in generating, varying, and comprehending language sounds, particularly in the context of foreign language learning. A qualitative descriptive approach was adopted, with data gathered through interviews, literature reviews, and document analysis. The study provides an in-depth understanding of the connection between speech organ use and linguistic phenomena such as phonological structures, dialects, accents, and variations. Furthermore, it examines the significance of speech organs in phonetics and phonology learning for both native and second-language learners. The findings contribute to theoretical and applied linguistic studies, especially in phonetic, phonological, and language education analysis.

Abstract. Pedagogical competence is the main ability that educators must have to manage learning effectively. This research aims to discuss the meaning of pedagogical competence, the application of learning theories, and the role of information and communication technology in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. The research method used is literature analysis and theoretical study. The research results show that pedagogical competence includes the ability to understand student characteristics, design learning, and carry out comprehensive evaluations. The application of learning theories, such as behavioristic, cognitive, constructivist and humanistic, has been proven to support the effectiveness of PAI learning. Behavioristics helps build positive habits, cognitive improves deep understanding, constructivists encourage active participation, and humanistics develops students' potential holistically. Apart from that, the use of information and communication technology, such as e-learning, video conferencing and multimedia, is able to encourage learning that is innovative, interactive and in line with the needs of students in the digital era. Thus, the development of PAI teachers' pedagogical competence needs to continue to be improved through targeted training, optimal use of technology, and strengthening learning strategies to produce learning that is relevant to the needs of the times Abstrak Kompetensi pedagogik adalah kemampuan utama yang harus dimiliki oleh pendidik untuk mengelola pembelajaran secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas pengertian kompetensi pedagogik, penerapan teori belajar, serta peran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis literatur dan kajian teoritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik mencakup kemampuan memahami karakteristik peserta didik, merancang pembelajaran, serta melakukan evaluasi secara komprehensif. Penerapan teori belajar, seperti behavioristik, kognitif, konstruktivistik, dan humanistik, terbukti mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran PAI. Behavioristik membantu membangun kebiasaan positif, kognitif meningkatkan pemahaman mendalam, konstruktivistik mendorong partisipasi aktif, dan humanistik mengembangkan potensi siswa secara holistik. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, seperti e-learning, video konferensi, dan multimedia, mampu mendorong pembelajaran yang inovatif, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik di era digital. Dengan demikian, pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI perlu terus ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan yang terarah, penggunaan teknologi secara optimal, dan penguatan strategi pembelajaran untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman.

Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women can cause children born with cognitive decline, risk of stunting, and risk of chronic diseases in adults. The problem of pregnant women in CED is caused by low nutritional intake. Pregnant women with anemia are at 4.13 times greater risk of giving birth to children with short birth length compared to mothers who are not anemic. CED in pregnant women can cause risks and complications including anemia, bleeding, maternal weight does not increase normally and contracting infectious diseases. CED in pregnant women can affect the growth process of the fetus and can cause miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth, neonatal death, congenital defects, anemia in infants, intrapartum asphyxia, and low birth weight (LBW). Based on a survey conducted at the Cendana Putih Health Center, 45 pregnant women experienced CED (12.4%) in 2023. The problems that occur can be overcome by holding a collaborative program that can improve the health of pregnant women. This program can be used to address problems appropriately, namely by empowering pregnant women and cadres through GerCep CED. The design used in this program is community service activities carried out in the form of education in the form of providing pocket books and conducting direct counseling during the schedule of pregnant women's classes and assistance in making PMT from local food ingredients. The conclusion of this activity is that participants who initially had a low level of knowledge of KEK in pregnant women became more knowledgeable about KEK in pregnant women.

This study aims to analyze the interaction and response of viewers on social media to the soap opera Asmara Gen Z using the Uses and Gratification theory. The research method used is a qualitative approach with interaction and response analysis, as well as in-depth interviews with active viewers. The results of the study indicate that the main motivation of viewers in watching the soap opera Asmara Gen Z is because of the presence of young actors and actresses who are relatable to their lives, an interesting and diverse storyline, and a hit soundtrack. This soap opera also succeeded in building hype through social media with active interaction from the players. These findings indicate that the soap opera Asmara Gen Z meets various audience needs, including cognitive, affective, personal identity, social integration and interaction, and escape needs. This study provides insight into how soap operas can create high engagement on social media and provides implications for entertainment content marketing strategies in the digital era.

Quipper School E-Learning is a learning media with an E-Learning system based on open source which is a link between students and teachers in the division of tasks online. Learning using the E-Learning Quipper School media can be done anywhere, providing teaching materials according to the curriculum, students can see the value of learning otcomes directly, students and teachers can discuss through this media so that students become more active. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using Quipper School e-learning media on the learning outcomes of class X High School of ITCI Penajam Paser Utara on the nomenclature of chemical compounds. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research with a Post Test Only Control Group Design. The population in this study were all class X students of High School of ITCI Penajam Paser Utara for the 2023/2024 academic year. Class XI-2 as an experimental class that uses Quipper School e-learning media and Class XI-1 as a control class that does not use Quipper School e-learning media. Data collection uses tests in the form of post-tests and daily tests as well as non-tests, namely student response questionnaires, observation sheets of teacher and student activities. The results of data analysis show that the value of learning outcomes in the experimental class is 86, higher than the control class which is 81, so it can be concluded that the use of Quipper School e-learning has an effect on students' cognitive learning outcomes in thermochemical material.

Jurnal Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Bergerak bersama Masyarakat 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Kesehatan Indonesia

The “Adu Sitomas” counseling held at MA Darussalam Jombang aims to improve students' knowledge, attitudes, and behavioral practices related to stunting. Stunting is a serious health problem that affects the physical growth and cognitive development of children. Through this program, students are provided with relevant information on the causes, impacts, and ways to prevent stunting. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding, with the level of knowledge increasing from 60% to 90% after the counseling. Positive attitudes towards the issue of stunting also increased from 40% to 75%, while the practice of related behaviors increased from 70% to 90%. Student engagement in discussions reached 90%, reflecting their enthusiasm to learn more. These findings emphasize the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and public health programs in stunting prevention efforts, as well as the potential of students as agents of change in supporting the health of future generations.

Abstract. Understanding opportunity material is often a challenge for students at primary to secondary education levels. This article aims to discuss the factors that influence students' understanding of opportunity material. These factors include students' cognitive abilities, learning styles, teaching methods used by teachers, learning motivation, previous learning experiences, and a supportive learning environment. By understanding these factors, it is hoped that teaching opportunity material can be more effective and help students understand the basic concepts of opportunity.   Keywords:Student understanding, opportunity material, influencing factors, mathematics learning.   Abstrak. Pemahaman materi peluang seringkali menjadi tantangan bagi siswa di tingkat pendidikan dasar hingga menengah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemahaman siswa terhadap materi peluang. Faktor-faktor tersebut mencakup kemampuan kognitif siswa, gaya belajar, metode pengajaran yang digunakan oleh guru, motivasi belajar, pengalaman belajar sebelumnya, serta lingkungan belajar yang mendukung. Science Education (IPA) has a very important role in the development of science, technology, and in forming critical and analytical thinking patterns of students. Through science learning, students not only gain knowledge about scientific concepts, but are also trained to think critically, systematically, and creatively in dealing with various problems. One aspect that influences the success of science learning is cognitive psychology, which focuses on how individuals process, store, and remember information. Cognitive psychology plays an important role in designing effective learning strategies, which are tailored to the way students understand and manage information. In addition, the learning paradigm used in science education also greatly influences the success of learning. The two main paradigms that are widely considered in science learning are absolutism and constructivism. The absolutism paradigm argues that knowledge is absolute and must be accepted without change, while the constructivism paradigm assumes that knowledge is built through experience and active interaction with the environment. This article aims to explore how the tradition of cognitive psychology influences science learning and examines the differences in the impact of the two paradigms in the context of science education in Indonesia. This discussion is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of applying cognitive psychology and selecting the right learning paradigm in improving the quality of science education.

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays an important role in the formation of students' character and understanding of religious teachings. However, in practice, not a few students face difficulties in understanding PAI material, both in terms of cognitiveness and affective. These difficulties can be caused by a variety of factors, such as differences in academic ability, lack of motivation, or socio-cultural problems. Therefore, the right strategy from PAI teachers in overcoming learning difficulties is very necessary. This article aims to identify various strategies that PAI teachers can apply to help students overcome learning difficulties. Based on a literature review, there are several approaches that have proven to be effective, including the use of varied learning methods, the use of educational technology, the provision of intensive guidance, and the strengthening of student motivation and character. In addition, the importance of constructive evaluation and feedback in the learning process is also one of the keys in improving the effectiveness of PAI learning. By implementing these strategies, it is hoped that the learning difficulties faced by students can be overcome, and the quality of PAI learning can be improved.

The formation of a strong identity is a complex process involving the harmonisation of cognitive, affective and conative aspects within the individual. This research aims to examine how the concept of ‘cipta, rasa, karsa, and self-control’ in Javanese philosophy can be a relevant framework in building a strong identity in the modern era. Through literature study and qualitative analysis, this research reveals that ‘cipta’ refers to the ability to think critically and creatively, ‘rasa’ is related to emotional intelligence and empathy, ‘karsa’ refers to the will and goal-oriented actions, and ‘self-control’ relates to the ability to regulate emotions, thoughts, and behaviour. These four aspects are interrelated and mutually reinforcing in forming the foundation of a strong identity. The results of the study show that the integration of creation, rasa, karsa, and self-control can equip individuals with high adaptability, strong resilience, and solid moral values. Individuals with a strong identity tend to have clear life goals, are able to make wise decisions, and are able to establish positive social relationships. This research also highlights the importance of cultural context in the formation of identity. The concept of ‘cipta, rasa, karsa, and self-control’ derived from Javanese philosophy can provide a unique and relevant perspective for Indonesian society. However, further adaptation and development is needed so that this concept can be effectively implemented in the context of modern life.

This study aims to describe and reveal data about the diagnostic approach in assessing learning difficulties in junior high school students. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a library research approach obtained from books, literature, articles, journals, and sites on the internet that are related to the research conducted. The results showed that the diagnostic approach has proven effective in identifying and dealing with learning difficulties of junior high school students. The form of learning difficulties in junior high school students is related to changes in their cognitive and emotional development. the form of difficulty that is often found is difficulty in exact lessons (Mathematics and Science). The causes of students having difficulty learning science are interest, motivation, concentration, learning habits and intelligence. To find out learning difficulties, teachers can conduct learning diagnostics through: first, student identification. second, conduct a diagnosis test with the most consecutive instruments using observation guides, written tests, interview guides and questionnaires and can conduct diagnostic investigations of learning difficulties by observation, interviews (interviews), diagnosis tests (including giving instructions, conducting tests, assessing test results, following up by adding remedial programs). third, provide assistance with tutoring.

This study aims  to describe and reveal data about the diagnosis of student learning difficulties at school and the teacher's efforts to identify the types and characteristics, as well as the factors that cause students to experience difficulties in learning. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a library research approach obtained from books, literature, articles, journals, and sites on the internet that are related to the research conducted. The results of the study show that learning difficulties are defined as obstacles to children in learning who have difficulty learning to read, understanding every learning the child cannot develop and receive the information obtained properly so that it affects the child's learning achievement. Factors that cause students to experience difficulties in learning are 2, namely internal factors which include psycho-physical disorders of students both in cognitive, affective, psychomotor aspects and external factors including family, school and community environments. Efforts made by teachers to overcome students' learning difficulties can make various strategic efforts involving identification, diagnosis, intervention, providing assistance and collaboration. In this effort, it is important for teachers to continuously improve their professional competence, especially in recognizing and dealing with various types of learning difficulties.

This study aims to determine the impact of possessing the components of strategic cognitive competencein enhancing the quality of health services in the private health sector operating in the holy KarbalaGovernorate through a sample that was studied, which included three important private hospitals, namely(Al-Kafeel Hospital, Al-Hujjah Hospital, and Zain Al-Abidin Hospital). To achieve this goal, threedimensions were adopted for the main independent variable, strategic cognitive competence, which are(information technology, decision-making, creative thinking). Five dimensions were also adopted for thedependent variable, the quality of health services, which are (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness,assurance, empathy), based on ready-made scales. A sample of leaders, administrators, and doctorsworking in these hospitals, amounting to (120) respondents, was selected for the purpose of answering thequestions related to the independent variable, strategic cognitive competence. As for the questions relatedto the dependent variable, the quality of health services, they were answered by a sample of clients ofthese hospitals, amounting to (120) respondents, in order to ensure the credibility of the answers. Anumber of statistical programs were used, such as (SPSS V.25, AMOS V.23). One of the most importantconclusions reached by the study is that the material aspects of health services, such as medical devicesand equipment, are considered good, but they need continuous improvement to keep pace with everythingnew in this field. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of whichwas the need to work on developing an integrated system to measure and analyze the level of patientsatisfaction with the nature of the health services provided.

This research aims to analyze the level of anxiety of volleyball students at Surabaya State University Surabaya State University before competing. This research uses a descriptive. Descriptive quantitative approach with the Sport Anxiety Scale (SAS) questionnaire instrument which includes cognitive, somatic, motor, and affective dimensions. The sample consisted of 17 students aged 19-21 years with 1-8 years of volleyball playing experience. The results showed that the majority of students had a low level of anxiety (88,24%) with an average score of 36,941. Cognitive anxiety was the while somatic and motor anxiety were at low levels. This study underscores the importance of anxiety management through mental training and appropriate coping strategies for the mental training and appropriate coping strategies to improve athlete performance during competition.

This research aims to identify the problems faced by English education students at STAI Miftahul Ulum in writing courses. The background of this research is based on the importance of writing skills in the academic world and the challenges faced by students in mastering linguistic, cognitive, psychological, and learning environment aspects. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and observation methods. The research subjects were second, fourth, and sixth-semester students in the 2023 academic year who had taken Basic Writing, Editing & Revising Erroneous Text, and Academic Writing courses. The results showed that the main problems lie in grammatical errors and the organization of ideas related to linguistic aspects. Cognitively, students have difficulty developing ideas and drawing logical conclusions. Psychologically, low motivation and self-confidence exacerbate students' writing abilities. Meanwhile, an unsupportive learning environment, such as limited access to reading sources and minimal guidance from lecturers, becomes a significant external constraint. The conclusion of the study indicates that the appropriate solution involves intensive guidance in grammar, increased opportunities for writing practice, and the creation of an interactive learning environment. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more effective and structured writing learning strategies.
