Methods: A survey was conducted on health workers at Tambora Health Center, West Jakarta on May 18, 2024. Participants were given a questionnaire regarding their perceptions and knowledge of fertility issues consisting of seven questions. The instrument has shown good validity, reliability, and consistency with Cronbach's alpha > 0.7. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the data using SPSS. Results: The majority of respondents believed that the most fertile age is 26-28 years (53%). Most respondents believed that there is a slight decline in a woman's ability to conceive at the age of 36-45 years (75%). Twenty-five percent of respondents stated that the chances of success for infertile couples undergoing IVF are 40-100%. Conclusion: Despite rapid progress in the development of fertility in clinical practice, this study shows that awareness of fertility is still low among health workers. There is a need for increased education for health care providers regarding fertility knowledge.

Improper care of the umbilical cord can lead to premature detachment and increase the risk of umbilical cord infection (neonatal tetanus). As long as the umbilical cord has not detached naturally, it needs to be properly cared for. Failure to do so can result in infection characterized by moisture, pus, and a foul odor around the umbilical cord. This review aims to determine the influence of mothers' knowledge on the care of the umbilical cord in newborns. This review aims to investigate the impact of mothers' knowledge on the care of the umbilical cord in newborns. This study utilizes a literature review method, utilizing journal articles obtained from Google Scholar, SINTA, and Garuda databases, published between 2019 and 2023, with full text available in the Indonesian language. Based on the reviewed journals, it was found that 7 journals discovered the influence of maternal knowledge on umbilical cord care in newborns, while 4 journals stated that there are still mothers who perform umbilical cord care incorrectly according to the procedure. Based on the literature review of 10 research journals, respondents' characteristics among postpartum mothers can be classified based on age, educational level, and occupation. All these factors significantly impact a mother's knowledge regarding the care of the umbilical cord in newborns, highlighting the importance of health education in enhancing maternal knowledge.

Inflammation caused by diapers is one of the most common skin diseases in infants and children worldwide. Diaper rash disrupts the baby's (perineal) skin health and can also interfere with the baby's growth and development. This can occur because the baby becomes fussy, especially during urination or bowel movements, and has difficulty sleeping. To obtain a literature review on maternal knowledge regarding perineal care and the occurrence of diaper dermatitis in infants. Articles published on diaper dermatitis were searched in databases and search engines, including Irandoc, SID, Ovid, PubMed, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, SINTA, Garuda, and IranMedex, from 2019 to 2023, in both Indonesian full-text articles. Ten journals meet the research criteria based on 30 published and identified journals from 2019-2023. The researchers found that the mother's knowledge level is one-factor affecting perineal care and the occurrence of diaper dermatitis in infants. Based on the reviewed journals, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge is crucial in implementing proper perineal care as it is one of the factors that can influence the occurrence of diaper dermatitis in infants, classified by age, education, occupation, or experience. Therefore, health education is vital in improving maternal knowledge in this regard.

Tuberculosis is one of the world's health problems, especially in developing countries. Treatment regimen with multiple first-line anti-tuberculosis drugs (ATD) such as Isoniazid, Rifampicin, Pyrazinamide, Ethambutol, and Streptomycin remains the most effective for treatment of tuberculosis. Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to antituberculosis drugs may range from mild gastrointestinal disturbances to serious hepatotoxicity, peripheral neuropathy, and cutaneous adverse effects. We report a 65 year old male patient with a complaint of yellowish discoloration of sclera, nausea and vomiting after three days of initiation of ATD therapy. The patient has been diagnosed with Tuberculosis relapse and has been taking ATD since June 2024. The patient noted epigastric pain. Laboratory examination found an increase in bilirubin level and electrolyte imbalance. The treatment is in the form of discontinuation of ATD, supportive therapy and followed by hepatoprotective supplements. ATD should be discontinued in patients with hepatotoxicity and fixed drug eruption until liver function and clinical symptoms improve. Initiation of ATD administration is carried out by administering one by one regimen. The patient is currently experiencing antituberculosis drug-induced hepatotoxicity, which is managed by providing supportive care and different AT regimens were prescribed.

Abstract: The Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) is an organizing body whose membership is mandatory. Every company is required to register its workers for a minimum of 6 months, while those who do not work for a company are required to register themselves and their family members with BPJS. Each BPJS participant will be charged a contribution, the amount of which will be determined later. Inactive BPJS membership is a participant whose registration process is hampered and services become payable independently. The aim of the research is to review the causes of Non-active BPJS participants in Cengkareng sub-district. The research method is a quantitative approach. The technique uses saturated sample observations. The research results showed that there were 75 Non-active participants. Of the 75 samples, there were 34 participants who were inactive due to premiums (45.33%), 13 participants because they left of their own accord (17.33%), 7 participants because their children were PPU> 21 years (9.33%), 10 participants were not covered (13 .33%), 11 participants with double data (14.66%). Follow-up of Inactive BPJS membership at the Cengkareng Community Health Center, there were 65 participants (86.67%) taking care of returning BPJS participants and 10 participants (13.33%) continuing at their own expense. Of the number of BPJS participants who registered for treatment at the Cengkareng sub-district health center, their membership status was inactive due to premiums being one of the highest. The follow-up is to pay all arrears and take care of returning the membership to the nearest BPJS. Fibromyalgia is a chronic disorder characterized by widespread muscle pain and fatigue, often accompanied by psychological symptoms such as anxiety and depression. Medication adherence is crucial for managing this condition, yet many patients struggle to follow prescribed regimens. This study aims to explore the role of self-efficacy in medication adherence among fibromyalgia patients through a systematic review and meta-analysis. The researcher conducted a literature search in major electronic databases to identify relevant studies published between 2015 and 2023. Out of 1,247 identified articles, 18 studies met the inclusion criteria and were eligible for analysis. The meta-analysis results indicate a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and medication adherence (r = 0.42, 95% CI [0.35, 0.49], p < 0.001). Moderator analysis revealed that this relationship is stronger among patients receiving self-efficacy-based interventions compared to those receiving standard care. These findings underscore the importance of integrating self-efficacy enhancement strategies into fibromyalgia management to improve medication adherence, ultimately leading to better patient health outcomes.
