This study aims to determine the effect of digitalization and excellent service on the optimization of the Population Administration Awareness Environmental Area (KALIMASADA) program in Dukuh Sutorejo Village. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires and questionnaires with a sample of Dukuh Sutorejo Village residents who entered Kalimasada data (residents whose population administration was incomplete) aged 18-64 years. The number of samples in the study was obtained by multiplying the number of variable indicators used by the minimum number, namely 5. The sampling technique was carried out using the Accidental Sampling technique, namely a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who accidentally meets a researcher can be used as a sample if seen by others. that happen to be encountered is suitable as a data source. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that digitalization and excellent service partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on optimizing the Population Administration Awareness Environmental Area (KALIMASADA) program in Dukuh Sutorejo Village.

Property price determination is a complex challenge influenced by various factors, thus requiring an effective method for accurate prediction to support investment decision-making. In the current digital era, conventional approaches are being replaced by data-driven and artificial intelligence methods, where Linear Regression remains a popular choice due to its simplicity and effectiveness in modeling linear relationships. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the physical characteristics of a house and its selling price, and to build an accurate predictive model using the Linear Regression algorithm. A quantitative method was used, focusing on Building Area , Number of Rooms, and Building Age  against the House Selling Price. Correlation analysis results show that Building Area has the strongest correlation (0.81) with price, while Building Age shows a negative correlation (-0.52). The Linear Regression model demonstrated very strong and stable performance. The model achieved an R² Score of 0.9396 on the testing data, meaning 93.96% of house price variability can be explained by the model. Furthermore, the low MAE of only 11.31 million rupiah indicates a small prediction error, and the consistency of R² scores confirms that the model does not suffer from overfitting. This study concludes that the Linear Regression model provides excellent, stable, and reliable prediction performance for projecting house selling prices

The librarian profession is not only required to be proficient at work, but must be attractive in appearance, librarians face challenges and demands from net generation users. Being a professional librarian does not use the palms of the hands but it takes a lot of effort to achieve this, including the importance of social interaction in association to have a humanist face, which means that a librarian must be able to provide excellent service to users, so that librarians will gain the trust of their users. Librarians must also apply 3S etiquette (simple, harmonious, and polite) as well as to form a superior, inclusive, and humanist person who at least has POWER, namely, positive attitude, other people, words, expand, and realize. It is expected that librarians are able to maintain the stability of the quality of library services.

Sweet corn (Zea mays saccharate) di Indonesia dikenal dengan nama jagung manis semakin popular dan banyak dikonsumsi karena memiliki rasa yang manis serta umurnya yang lebih singkat (genjah). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan kandungan gula jagung manis (kadar air, kadar gula reduksi, kadar gula total, dan kadar pati) setelah lepas panen dalam penyimpanan suhu ruang 32°C, 16°C, 6°C pada 1,2,3,5,7,12 dan 48 jam penyimpanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data series data hasil pengamatan kemudian akan dianalisis dengan regresi non linier yang dianalisis dengan software Microsoft Excel dan Sigmaplot versi 12.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyimpanan suhu 6°C memberikan hasil kadar gula yang tinggi mendekati kadar gula pada kondisi awal dengan persentase penurunan sebesar 6,98 % dari kadar gula 6,6409 % menjadi 6,1773 % dan dengan  konstanta laju penurunan KG sebesar 0,049753/jam. Demikian pula untuk kadar pati pada penyimpanan suhu 6°C mengalami persentase penurunan sebesar 16,72 % dari kadar pati 12,4506 % menjadi 10,3693 % dengan konstanta laju penurunan sebesar 0,061697/jam. Semakin rendah suhu penyimpanan, maka laju penurunan kadar gula dan kadar pati makin rendah.

A disaster is an event caused by nature and humans. Disaster can result in victims of human suffering, loss of property, environmental damage, damage to facilities and, infrastructure, public facilities, and disruption of the life and livelihood of the community. The purpose of research was to determine the knowledge and attitudes of the community about the prevention of post-flood disease in Datahu village, Tibawa sub-district. This research method uses the descriptive quantitative method. The sample of this research is 76 people using an accidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that public knowledge of 76 respondents there are 65 respondents with good knowledge and 11 respondents with less knowledge and public attitudes. Of 76 respondents there are 70 respondents have good attitudes, and 6 have poor attitudes. The research concluded that the description of the level of knowledge and attitudes of the community about post-flood disease prevention in Datahu village, Tibawa sub-district was in the excellent category.

A nurse is someone who works and provides excellent and quality service 24 hours a day, so a nurse must be in good physical condition. The condition of the body which should be in the rest phase must be conditioned on working conditions which can result in work stress and end in work fatigue. Work fatigue is a tired condition felt by a person which is also characterized by a decrease in work productivity. Workload is the volume of work of nurses in a hospital unit. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurse characteristics and workload with work fatigue in inpatient rooms at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital. The design of this research is cross sectional. The sample in this study was 86 patients treated at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital using a total sampling technique and the data were analyzed using the chi square test. The results show that there is a relationship between workload and the level of fatigue in inpatient nurses at Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital with a p value of 0.000. It is recommended that nurses should carry out Benson therapy after providing nursing care so that the level of fatigue can be reduced, understand the work and duties of nursing so that nurses can carry out their duties according to applicable regulations, and make the best use of rest time.

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of product excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari. The population in this study were all consumers of CV Pucuk Daun Lestari totaling 1,320 consumers. The number of samples for research uses a margin of error of 2.5% of the total sample, namely 92 consumers. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling method. The data collected was carried out using questionnaires and interviews which were then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, and linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of product excellence and service excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari, either jointly or partially.

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has generated a massive and continuous volume of product reviews. This user-generated content is vital for business intelligence, yet its sheer scale makes manual analysis inefficient, subjective, and practically impossible. Automated sentiment analysis is therefore crucial for businesses to efficiently understand customer feedback and market perception. This research addresses this gap by implementing the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm to automatically classify the sentiment of Indonesian-language e-commerce product reviews. This study utilized a dataset of 2,000 reviews collected from a major e-commerce platform's "Electronics" category. The data underwent critical text preprocessing stages (case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming using the Sastrawi library) to handle the complexities of informal Indonesian text. The dataset was split using an 80/20 ratio, resulting in 1,600 training reviews and 400 testing reviews. Model performance was then evaluated using a Confusion Matrix, focusing on the key metrics of Accuracy, Precision, and Recall. The test results showed excellent performance, achieving an Accuracy of 90.00%, Precision of 91.93%, and Recall of 95.00%. These results demonstrate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm, when supported by robust preprocessing, is a highly effective, reliable, and computationally efficient method for this task, providing a valuable tool for e-commerce stakeholders.

  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan, lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian di agen BRILink. Pada penelitian ini sebagai variabel bebas (X1) dan (X2) yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi, sedangkan variabel terikat  keputusan pembelian (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang mana konsumen merupakan responden dalam penelitian, untuk pengumpuln data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 40orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Untuk mengolah data, penulis menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2010 dan IBM SPSS 29 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan keputusan pembelian berada pada kategori baik sebab kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.  

Thematic learning in elementary schools has several special characteristics that distinguish it from other learning approaches. Children of school age / 6-12 years are called school age, because children have finished kindergarten as a real preparatory institution. It is called the ripe period for learning, because the child has tried to achieve something, but the activity of playing development is only aimed at getting pleasure when doing the activity itself. It is called a mature period for school, because children already want new abilities, which can be provided by schools (Nasution Noehi, 1993: 44). According to Banett, et al., the characteristics of elementary school age children are as follows. (1) They are naturally curious and interested in the world around them. (2) Enjoys playing and prefers to have fun. (3) Likes to organize himself to handle things, explore a situation and try new ventures. (4) usually thrilled and driven to excel because they do not like to experience dissatisfaction and reject failures. (5) Learn effectively when satisfied with the situation that occurs. (6) Learning by working, observing, taking initiative and teaching other children (Mulyani Sumantri & Nana Syaodih, 2000: 12).

This study aims to determine the effect of Excellent Service and Price in Creating Customer Satisfaction at PT. Medan Trans Lestari rides. The type of data analysis used in this research is to use quantitative data analysis techniques which only use numerical calculations and then draw conclusions. The testing technique carried out in this study uses descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, hypotheses then multiple regression tests and finally the coefficient of determination test. In this study using statistical software SPSS Version 25. The results of this study are based on the results of the t test test which can be seen in the table above, the hypothesis test criteria are accepted, namely H1 is accepted, which means that partially Service Excellent has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the t test, it can be seen that, partially, it can be concluded that H2 is rejected, which means that partially, price does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then simultaneously the variables Service Excellent (X1) and Price (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Trans Lestari rides.

Underpricing merupakan sebuah fenomena initial public offering yang sering terjadi di pasar modal dan telah dibuktikan oleh para peneliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, reputasi undewriter dan jenis industri terhadap underpricing. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling pada sampel perusahaan yang melakukan initial public offering (IPO) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2020-2021.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan Eviews9. Dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, reputasi undewriter dan jenis industri mempengaruhi underpricing sebesar 55.35%. Secara parsial current ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap underpricing sebesar 0.0480 < 0.05 dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap underpricing sebesar 0.0002 < 0.05, sedangkan return on asset, reputasi undewriter dan jenis industri tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap underpricing.

Motivation in a company is very important to be able to move all the power and limits of human capabilities and other facilities. The right motivation will be able to advance and develop the company. The problem of motivation in a company is the responsibility of management to create, organize and implement it, so management must be able to create motivation that is able to foster people's motives so that they want to act according to the company's wishes. The objectives of this study are: 1). Knowing the work motivation of employees of the marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali. 2) Knowing the performance of the employees of the marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of Marketing Division and eight marketing staff at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali, the procedure for determining informants by means of purposive sampling. Marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali has the following motivations: There is a work environment that has a positive influence on employees, there is protection and security provided by the company in the form of BPJS Health and Employment, and the company provides a form of recognition or respect for employees who excel and have company leaders who are competent in their fields, 2) Marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali has the following motivations: There is a work environment that has a positive influence on employees, there is protection and security provided by the company in the form of BPJS Health and Employment, and the company provides a form of recognition or respect for employees who excel and have company leaders who are competent in their fields, 2) Employee performance of the marketing division of PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali still has not reached the company standards presented, employees are still not optimal in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

Aplikasi media pembelajaran huruf dan angka untuk anak usia dini dengan konsep gamifikasi berbasis android ini dilatar belakangi kurangnya pemahaman siswa-siswa PAUD Desa Karanggintung, pada materi huruf dan angka. Di PAUD Desa Karanggintung, para siswa belum memahami materi huruf dan angka tersebut dengan baik. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang konvensional, belum adanya pengembangan media yang lain, anak menjadi mudah bosan dan kurang berkonsentrasi pada pelajaran menjadi alasan kurangnya pemahaman pada materi huruf dan angka. Perlu diciptakan inovasi baru yang searah dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu terbangunnya media pembelajaran huruf dan angka dengan konsep gamifikasi berbasis android, guna meningkatkan motivasi belajar serta pemahaman pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).   Hasil evaluasi skala benchmark User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), Aspek Daya Tarik (attractiveness) dengan nilai 2,43, Aspek Efisiensi (efficiency) dengan nilai 2,22, Aspek Kejelasan (perspicuity) dengan nilai 2,08, Aspek Ketepatan (dependability) dengan nilai 2,11, Aspek Stimulasi (stimulation) dengan nilai 2,45 dan Aspek Kebaruan (novelty) memperoleh nilai 2,23. Dengan demikian, maka keenam aspek UEQ memperoleh hasil  Excellent (baik sekali) di atas rata-rata. Aplikasi media pembelajaran ini dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi para siswa, pada pembelajaran materi huruf dan angka.

The mortality causes of babies in Demak regency, in 2020, were low weight birth (43.87%), Asphyxia (16.9%), Tetanus Neonatorum (1%), and Sepsis (5.3%), and inherited abnormality (30.6%). The umbilical cord is a unique tissue and could be the infection source for newly born babies. Umbilical care becomes a behavioral realization that must be improved with excellent knowledge of taking care of the cord. This excellent behavior to take care of the cord could improve the behavior of taking care of the umbilical cord. Thus, the cord will be easily detached. Lack of adequate knowledge about umbilical cord will lead to incorrect administration of using traditional medicine which highly leads to neonates infection. This research determined the correlation between the mother's knowledge about the opened umbilical cord care and the detachment period of the umbilical cord. This analytic correlation research used a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of all mothers, 64 mothers, with an estimated period of birth from June to July 2022 in the working area of Sayung 1 Health Care, Demak Regency.  The researchers analyzed the data with univariate and bivariate analyses. The results showed the correlation between the mother's knowledge and the opened umbilical cord during the detachment period. Promotion is a communication activity carried out by a person or company with the broader community, where the aim is to introduce something (goods/services/brands/companies) to the community and at the same time influence the wider community to buy and use the product. Purchasing decisions are a process where consumers choose and evaluate products or services, often consumers consider various things that suit their needs in the purchase decision process. Every company built by a business entity or individual is generally the same, namely, to seek as much profit as possible by increasing purchases at the company, it takes various kinds of marketing activities, one of which is to hold promotional activities for the products produced, with the existence of marketing activities. Sales promotion in each company will indirectly help increase purchases of products. This study aims to determine how much influence promotion has on purchasing decisions at the Qolsa Fashion Store. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all consumers of the Qolsa store in the metro city. In this study, samples were taken from many as 50 respondents. Data was taken through a questionnaire method. Data processing is done with the help of Microsoft Excel. The test includes a validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, simple linear regression test, F-test, and t-test. The results show that there is a significant positive effect of promotion on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that: There is a promotion effect on purchasing decisions for clothing at the Qolsa store in 2022 with the regression equation Y = 44.324 + 0.3233 X can be seen from the results of the analysis of the calculation of the value of t-count and t-tab above, it means that it is known that t-count > t-tab can be seen in the table of t point on the 5% significant list, namely 2.65> 1.68 also the Fcount value of 4.28 is greater than Ftab = 4.04 which is 4.28> 4.04 means There is a Significant Effect of Promotion on Purchase Decisions Clothing at Qolsa Stores in Metro City in 2022.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja keuangan pemerintah Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat sudah ekonomis, efisiensi dan efektivitas bedasarkan konsep volue for money. Sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif  yang bersumber dari kator desa pemerintahan Sungai Bengkal Barat Kecamatan Tebo Ilir Kabupaten Tebo. Dianalisis dengan menggunakan microsoft excel dan rumus value for money. Hasil dalam penelitian yang di lakukan maka diperoleh kesimpulan (1) kinerja keuangan Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat dari segi ekonomi ditahun 2018, 2019 dan 2021 berada pada kategori ekonomis, sedangkan tahun 2020 dikategori kan tidak ekonomis, (2) kinerja keuangan Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat dari segi efesiensi tahun 2018, 2019 dan 2020 berada pada kategori efisiensi, sedangkan tahun 2020 dikategorikan tidak efesiensi, (3) kinerja keuangan Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat dari segi efektivitas ditahun 2019 dan 2020 berada pada kategori efektif, sedangkan ditahun 2018 dan 2021 di kategorikan tidak efektif.

This research aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Finance (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) on the Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method with data collection techniques, documentation studies and library research. The number of samples used as many as 12 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews 10 software and Microsoft Excel 365. The results of this research indicate that the CAR has an insignificant positive effect on Profitability, NPF has a significant negative effect on Profitability, FDR has an insignificant negative effect on Profitability, and (BOPO) has a significant negative effect on profitability. 

The implementation of Community Service is intended to provide socialization to the community about the existence of various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy during the time when the Covid-19 pandemic ended. The main target of this Community Service is the community or residents in Suci Village, Karangpawitan District, especially those affected by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. This PKM activity was carried out to share knowledge about various business opportunities in times of crisis, as well as to distribute information related to the socialization that was carried out. With the socialization program for various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy post-Covid-19, it is hoped that the target community for this PKM activity will be aware of various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy to be used as motivation in an effort to take advantage of all available opportunities. Campus academics are also expected to become a source of knowledge, liaison or interface with MSME stakeholders and become a center of excellence in MSME business development through the creative economy.
