YouTube is an internet-based social media that focuses on video content. Through account creation, users can get an audience that has a YouTube account and upload videos from different categories, which shows how a YouTube account is packaged in social media. This research is to find out how the process of positive comments and Devina Hermawan's YouTube content is carried out. from this second study is to find out negative comments on Devina Hermawan's YouTube content. The data in this study were analyzed using Social Reception which interpreted observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that there is an impact of comments which include positive and negative comment categories.

The results of the study show the Communication Strategy of Content Creators in Improving EF (English First) Instagram Brand Image. From the results of research and discussion, it is known that EF (English First) is an English language education institution built for children to adolescents and EF (English First) is also a place for learning English and creating creative content that can be trusted in the credibility of its content. from the strategies made by EF (English First) content creators with the aim of developing brand image through social media instagram. Based on the results of the discussion in the role of communication according to Effendy (Effendy, 2019), in this theory there are two indicators that researchers apply, namely Attractiveness and Source Credibility.

This community service program aims to socialize the importance of early saving habits to children using an Islamic financial approach, while also contributing to the village of Jaranguda in environmental preservation through the creation of organic and non-organic trash bins. The activities included preparation, socialization of the program, and participation in various social activities, such as group exercises, religious recitations, and the Independence Day celebration. Furthermore, the program developed the creativity of RA Nur Ilmi kindergarten students through games and skill-based activities. The results show that the program successfully fostered positive relationships between the students and the local community, raised awareness about the importance of saving and environmental management, and provided valuable experience for students in applying their knowledge within the community. The program is expected to continue with the support of various stakeholders to generate more long-term and significant impacts.

This community service activity aims to increase awareness and understanding of early childhood children regarding the importance of saving, especially in facing financial challenges in the future. This program is implemented in Gongsol Village, Merdeka District, Karo Regency, and involves children and parents as the main participants. Through an approach that includes socialization, mentoring, and evaluation, this activity focuses on developing savings habits from an early age as part of basic financial literacy. The methods used in this program include initial surveys, interviews, direct socialization, and the creation of educational media in the form of creative piggy banks to motivate children to be more enthusiastic about saving. The results of this activity show a significant increase in children's understanding of the concept of saving, its benefits, and how to do it effectively. In addition, this program also educates parents about the importance of supporting children in forming savings habits from an early age, in order to prepare them for financial challenges in the future. This socialization has been proven to be able to form a more positive mindset regarding financial management in children, teaching them discipline, responsibility, and independence in managing their pocket money. This program is also expected to be integrated into the school curriculum in the village, to strengthen the habit of saving as part of character education and financial literacy. With ongoing support from various parties, including schools and families, the habit of saving from an early age can be the foundation for the financial stability of individuals and society as a whole.

The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method through a review of literature related to the development of local tourism village of Bukit Batu Galugur as part of Sustainable Tourism Development. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) program in Wonorejo Village, Karanganyar District, Kebumen Regency, aims to bridge academic theory with community practice through the preservation of pandan leaf weaving crafts and the strengthening of local SMEs. This program involves students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto for 32 days, focusing on increasing youth interest in traditional crafts and innovating product packaging. Methods employed include observation, field research, and training. Results indicate a decline in young artisans and a need for innovative packaging designs to improve product marketing. Social learning and innovation theories are used to encourage youth participation and enhance product appeal. The program faces challenges in attracting youth interest and the need for appropriate training. In conclusion, KKN successfully applies social and economic theories to address local issues, resulting in social changes that include economic development, skill enhancement, and the creation of a sustainable community.

Character education is very important in this modern era, especially in creating children of the nation who have good attitudes. Therefore, the researcher wants to find out the extent of character education from Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's perspective and its relevance to contemporary educational theory. If we apply it in character education, according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan, maybe I can apply it contemporary, adapted to the development of this contemporary education. The following are these articles: 1) Biography of Abdullah Nashih Ulwan, 2) Character education, 3) Purpose of character education, 4) Character education according to Abdullah Nasih Ulwan, and 5) Relevance of Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's thoughts on character education in contemporary education. Mutations in BRCA1 lead to weak DNA repair processes which enhance an individual's vulnerability to cancerous changes. Rodestrogens enhance the functioning of proliferative pathways like PI3K/AKT and MAPK pathways in cells with dysfunctional BRCA1. This collaborative action elevates the threats posed by benign growths such as fibroadenomas leading to invasive breast cancer. By affecting the expression of vital regulatory proteins linked to cell proliferation estrogen further compromises the genomic integrity in cells harboring BRCA1 mutations. The hormone environment influenced by exogenous estrogen therapy can shape the tumor microenvironment for better cancer progression and metastasis. Comprehending the relationship between estrogen signaling and pathways related to BRCA1 is important for identifying the enhanced risk of cancer in transgender women using hormone therapy. This detailed study aligns recent discoveries regarding genetic vulnerability and hormonal impacts with cell mechanisms to reveal a detailed insight into breast cancer progression in these individuals. The study emphasizes the necessity for custom-designed cancer screening methods and targeted treatments to help mitigate risks and support transgender care. Understanding these pathways greatly enriches our knowledge of hormone-induced carcinogenesis among those who carry certain genetic markers while also guiding the creation of personalized care for transgender women at enhanced risk of breast cancer.

Education at Islamic boarding schools has a vital role in shaping the character and spirituality of the younger generation in Indonesia. However, the success of santri education does not only depend on educational institutions, but also on the active involvement of santri guardians through effective parenting practices. This article discusses the importance of synergy between parenting of santri guardians and Islamic boarding schools in an effort to create a superior generation based on Islamic values. With a structured parenting program and close communication between the santri guardians and the Islamic boarding school, a consistent educational environment can be created that supports children's holistic development. It is hoped that the result of this synergy will be the creation of a generation that is intelligent, has character, and is ready to face future challenges while remaining firm in the teachings of Islam.

Community Service (KKN) in Perkebunan Maryke Village, Kutambaru District, Langkat Regency, was carried out by students of the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra from 12 to 27 August 2024. This program aims to improve the financial literacy of the community and optimize the potential of the broomstick MSME which is the main source of income for village residents. Through MSME mentoring activities, students conduct value chain analysis to improve production efficiency, product innovation, and more effective marketing strategies. This mentoring aims to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs and shorten distribution channels to a wider market. In addition, the financial literacy program in collaboration with Bank Sumut is also provided through workshops to teach the community, especially the younger generation, about the importance of saving, financial planning, and personal budget management. The results of this activity show an increase in community understanding of financial literacy and MSME management, as well as the creation of new innovations in broomstick products. This activity not only has an impact on increasing residents' income, but also strengthens social cohesion and sustainable village economic development. This program is expected to be a model for community empowerment in other rural areas.

Expert systems are one type of computer technology that is being used by a used in the medical field to assist physicians in patient examinations is expert systems.The goal of this is to improve patient care both now and in the future.system with expertise  is an application that replicates how an expert would reason to solve a particular problem or acts similarly to an expert due to its understanding of a knowledge base that has to be processed and its ability to solve problems. An expert system's diagnosis of epilepsy leads to the creation of a system that can offer individuals with the condition a consultation service for the purpose of diagnosing the condition and providing information on treatment options. This is demonstrated by the development of numerous technologies that facilitate the work of numerous parties. One of them is computer-related and uses Expert System Science to assist in the diagnosis of epilepsy. The Certainty Factor approach is employed in this study. Thirteen symptoms and three different forms of epilepsy—general, partial, and secondary—were used in this investigation. The study's findings indicate that, based on the chosen symptoms, the most accurate diagnosis is Partial Primary, Partial Secondary, with a confidence level of 74%, and the most accurate diagnosis is Generalized Epilepsy, with a confidence level of 99%.

Therefore, the author will write a thesis discussing the creation of a web-based project management application using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. The development process of this software will use the waterfall method. This application is expected to facilitate PT. Aurora Arta Indonesia in conducting its business processes. With features for progress tracking, billing recording, and progress reporting to clients, it will help achieve project goals quickly and effectively.

Low achievement of Indonesian students in literacy and numeracy in PISA 2022 (359 and 366 points, far below OECD average of 476-493 points) demands evaluation of factors affecting learning quality. This study analyzes the relationship between teacher welfare management and improvement of student literacy and numeracy through systematic literature review of 44 studies covering 76,990 teachers from 2019-2025. Analysis shows significant relationship between teacher welfare and student academic achievement through three mechanisms: increased teaching efficacy, positive classroom climate creation, and pedagogical innovation development. International comparison reveals significant gaps between Indonesia and developed countries like Japan (teacher salary Rp38 million vs Indonesia Rp800,000-Rp2,000,000). Implementation in Indonesia faces challenges of regional disparities, employment status inequality, and excessive workload. Comprehensive policy reform is needed including compensation standardization, holistic support programs, and longitudinal studies to understand deeper causal mechanisms.

This research was conducted for three months using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that from the aspect of Organizational Characteristics, namely the form of supervision carried out by the Environmental Service through employees who worked in the field, it was approved and recommended by the Head of the Department of Environment. For specialized employees or field staff who carry out supervision, there must be a specialization to support better work abilities, as well as DLH employees in carrying out their duties, namely supervising companies that are directly related, more flexible and able to adapt, if this is indeed the case. not something urgent. For the Environmental Characteristic aspect, it is important for employees to adapt to the work environment, in this case, the Prabumulih City DLH employees must be able to adjust the conditions in the DLH office and also adapt to the conditions in the field in carrying out supervision in the hope that any decisions to be taken are right there. Aspects of Employee Characteristics, namely DLH employees in having good quality because they are in accordance with the educational qualifications and skills possessed, then also in carrying out employee duties ensuring that every company in Prabumulih City can progress but still ensuring the environment in the form of rivers, land and others does not damaged by pollution. As for the aspects of Management Policy and Practice, namely internal vertical and horizontal communication within the DLH Department, it is quite good, then communication with other institutions is also quite good. Then at the DLH Office, there are rarely awards given to employees, so it can be said that the reward system has not been able to stimulate employees to seek effective performance creation and performance and performance development.

This study aims to explain the concept of ecological repentance according to the encyclical Laudato Si in responding to violations of nature that occur in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan. This study also aims to understand the call of the encyclical Laudato Si that it is important to protect and preserve nature as part of human life. This study is a development of philosophical reflection on dynamic and metaphorical nature by FX. Eko Armada Riyanto, in his book entitled Menjadi-Mencintai: Berphilsafat Theologis Sehari-hari and also as a reflection on the call of the encyclical Laudato Si that the universe is a common home that must be maintained for the sake of creating universal fellowship in God. Departing from Armada Riyanto's philosophical reflection, the author is moved to provide further reflection on the destruction of nature that is occurring in the world today, specifically nature in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan. Ecological problems such as forest destruction that occurs in Nunukan Regency are the destruction of nature which is a common home as a place of fellowship of all creation. Therefore, the Church through this encyclical loudly voices ecological conversion for all believers so that with it humans can once again knit harmony with the created nature. In this paper, the author presents a philosophical study that describes nature as an entity that has great value and dignity, so that the existence of nature is not only seen as a reality of entertainment or a tool to satisfy human needs, but also as part of human life. In addition, the author also provides an understanding of the importance of ecological conversion that must begin with the awareness that created nature is God's creation that must be guarded, maintained and protected with concrete communal actions to maintain the integrity of nature in Nunukan Regency. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative method by conducting a literature study related to the theme discussed. In addition, the methodology used is a literature study of several previous studies that are also related to the theme discussed in this paper.

Education is a conscious and planned pedagogical effort to develop students in various aspects of life. And teacher plays a significant role in the educational process to create a conducive classroom atmosphere which greatly affects student learning outcomes. Concentration is a key for students in learning, and in oder to improve students focus to study, it is necessary to use learning media of song or music. During the teaching practice at primary school of Sukajadi Haurgeulis, the researcher observed and recognized that the first-grade students were less conducive. They often run and played around and also had less attention to teacher. The students got involved more with their classmates. Therefore, the teacher is required to modify the learning process to foster better and enjoyful learning activities which lead to learning enthusiasm. The study aims to explore the use of song as learning media in the classroom and to find out whether the media can improve student concentration. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through data collection of observation, interviews, and documentation to gather information and data. The study shows that the use of song learning media affects and increases student engagement. The song offers several benefits, such as students motivation enhancement, and the improvement of memory retention and learning focus. Songs are played in three different purposes involving the classroom introduction phase, student readiness check, and introduction of the alphabet lesson topic. The positive impacts resulted in the study are as follow better students’ attention during lessons, student concentration improvement, and simple comprehension of learning topic and many more dynamic learning creation.

Every human being has the common need to be happy. A thorough grasp of the notion of happiness is provided for Muslims who look to the Qur'an as their source of life direction. The study's findings can be used in a variety of contexts, including teaching, counseling, and therapy. The Qur'anic definition of happiness can serve as the foundation for intervention initiatives designed to enhance the well-being of both people and society.

This research aims to improve effective digital marketing strategies. In addition, digital marketing provides the necessary training and guidance, so that digital marketing can improve MSME products.  This research uses a community service method with assistance and training that ends with an evaluation of effectiveness.  The results of this study indicate that the use of digital marketing can increase market reach for products owned by MSMEs in Sambongsari Village. Training and guidance to help MSMEs by implementing digital marketing strategies begins with attractive product photos, logo creation, map creation, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing. An increase in sales after implementing the strategies taught will continue to be reported. The application of digital marketing has proven effective in improving MSMEs in Sambongsari Village. The community service work program called Programmed Independent Initiative Real Work Lecture (KKN MIT-18) Posko 26 UIN Walisongo Semarang provides benefits to MSMEs, because it facilitates understanding and application of digital marketing. Some things that MSME players should continue to learn such as changing MSME strategies and seeing the impact of long-term digital marketing implementation

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment, individual characteristics and employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach using literature study and technical content analysis. In the work environment at Bank Syariah Indonesia there is a huge support for the creation of a company's activity processes. With a good working environment, good and pleasant working conditions will be created, this can provide employee morale. According to (Rahmawanti et al., 2014). a work environment that is always around workers who are able to influence them in carrying out the tasks they have been burdened with. Meanwhile, individual characteristics are that each person must have different views, goals, abilities and needs from each other. These differences will bring habits into the world of work, which will cause self-satisfaction and cause differences between each other even though they work in the same place. An employee's performance is the result of a person's work during the period of work, for example standards, targets or target criteria that have been determined in advance and have been mutually agreed upon.
