Abstract – The 2019 Covid outbreak is an infectious disease and can attack the respiratory organs which is very deadly in China. For the Indonesian people who have been infected with the 2019 Covid virus, forecasting needs to be done to find out the number of community cases infected with the 2019 Covid outbreak in the following month. By using the Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, and Triple Exponential Smoothing methods, we use the RStudio application to determine the value of the parameters α, β, and γ we can find out the comparison of the three methods. Of the three methods will use the parameter values α, β, and γ. From the three methods, the smallest SSE value is sought. By knowing the smallest SSE value, more accurate forecasting results will be obtained. The data that I use is 30 periods. By using 30 periods, we get the smallest SSE value of 33042318. With this value we get a coefficient value of 1179.6161 or the people who were infected with the 2019 covid outbreak on the next day amounted to 1741 people. With this research, it is hoped that every community can maintain their health by maintaining health, hygiene, and consuming healthy and nutritious food so that they can avoid the Covid-19 virus. By using the Single, Double, Triple Exponential Smoothing method, we can predict COVID-19 cases in Indonesia over the next few months.

Economic activity becomes a benchmark in the assessment of the community to achieve prosperity, and becomes a supporter and driver of growth in the surrounding area. Vim Village, Abepura District is one of the service activity centers that has a land use that is so complex and strategically located that it triggers various forms of economic activity, becoming an attraction for people to travel for transportation, especially along Jalan Perkutut. This study examines the relationship of micro-economic activities with traffic performance obtained from side barriers, vehicle volume and road capacity. The research methods used to achieve the objectives are quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The quantitative method uses the analysis of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI, 1997) to obtain vehicle volume, road capacity and traffic performance. The qualitative method uses descriptive analysis that discusses the comparison of the distribution of micro-economic activities that affect side barriers, the comparison of two traffic performance results and spatial planning plans along the Perkutut road. The results showed that the increase in the number of micro-economic activities at night along Jalan Perkutut had an effect on increasing the number of side barriers and the volume of vehicles. In addition, the imbalance in the volume of vehicles and road capacity shows that Perkutut Road traffic performance is experiencing congestion as indicated by the Service Level Index (ITP) with a value of F. Under these conditions, spatial planning for the road network, pedestrian pedestrian arrangement and land use arrangement is needed, especially on microeconomic activities.

The research seeks to reveal the perspective of the truth about God, is library research with a philosophical inquiry approach. Primary data sources are from the Al-Qur'an and hadith, strengthened by secondary data from other literature, then analyzed for interpretation, comparison and reflection. The research resulted in the conclusion: Proving the truth of God is not only a topic of discussion for Western philosophers, but also Muslim philosophers and theologians, such as Muslim philosophers and theologians who were followers of the Mu'tazilah and al-Ash'ariyah. This proof is divided into two propositions, First, Argument a novitate mundi (dalil al-huduts), which emphasizes the temporality of the universe, and has actually been used popularly by Muslim theologians with a general procedure, proving the temporality of the universe, second, the postulate of possibility (dalil al-imkan), focuses on arguments from contingency. These two proofs confirm that God is real. In this way, the thoughts of Muslim philosophers increasingly strengthen the existence of the reality of God. After the formula for the nature of salbiyah is applied to all Gods, it can be seen that all Gods are void Gods, except Allah SWT who is true.

Face recognition is an area that is still being researched and improved for various purposes such as attendance, population data collection, security systems and others. Two methods that are often used for face recognition applications are artificial intelligence methods, especially back-propagation neural networks (ANN) and learning vector quantization. Both of these techniques are directed learning techniques that are widely used to identify distinctive patterns, namely grouping patterns into groups of patterns, making them ideal for use in facial recognition applications. In this application, preprocessing of the input image includes the detection process of scaling, grayscale, edged with the sobel and threshold methods, carried out before the image is processed in ANN. Meanwhile, the ANN approach used to identify faces involves the Backpropagation method and the Learning Vector Quantization method. The findings of this analysis are a comparison of the backpropagation neural network method and quantization of the learning vectors of face recognition used to assess variations, limitations, strengths and optimal results of the two techniques for use in facial recognition systems.
