This research discusses the handling of problematic funding at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. Based on observations in the field, many consumer financing problems, especially for certain products, arise due to various factors. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan in handling problematic financing for consumer products, as well as the factors that cause these problems and the steps that must be taken if these problems arise. Again. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology, and the findings show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan's approach to overcoming problematic financing in consumer financing products is to develop the company's human resources (HR), providing advice to clients via telephone and face-to-face conversations. visits, and perfecting the company website, all that remains is for the client to submit a Warning Letter (SP), chat with the client, develop a financing restructuring strategy, and finally implement the final handling strategy by selling the client's assets or collateral. Financial problems at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan are not caused by internal bank problems, but external factors such as customer lifestyle, layoffs, requests for other financing, unreliable customers, and work at bad companies. If an opportunity arises, problematic consumer goods are being refinanced at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. This is done by assessing the money given, talking to all financial units, and avoiding problems with previous financing.

This research aims to determine the improvement of the logistics ecosystem both from exports and imports at Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan. Where Pelindo Belawan is the largest port in North Sumatra, however, due to the improvement in the logistics ecosystem, many goods have to transit before arriving at the Belawan Port dock. Apart from that, it can carry out port activities appropriately and maximize aspects of office effectiveness in order to create work comfort and optimal performance for its employees. If employees and service users who work feel comfortable and satisfied then their performance at Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan will also be good. This study uses a qualitative method.

This article examines the role of the agricultural sector in efforts to reduce poverty and enhance welfare in developing countries. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the extent to which the agricultural sector can contribute to the improvement of social and economic conditions in these nations. The research method involves the analysis of secondary data from various sources, including agricultural production data, food consumption patterns, and socio-economic and policy factors that influence the agricultural sector. The results of the study indicate that the agricultural sector plays a significant role in reducing poverty and enhancing welfare in developing countries. Firstly, the agricultural sector provides employment opportunities for a significant portion of the rural population, often the most vulnerable to poverty. Consequently, the agricultural sector contributes to increased income and access to economic resources for rural communities. Secondly, the agricultural sector also plays a crucial role in providing sufficient and affordable food for the population in developing countries. This positively impacts nutrition and public health, subsequently affecting the quality of life and overall welfare. By improving productivity and access to food resources, the agricultural sector can help reduce hunger and malnutrition. Thirdly, the agricultural sector has the potential to support national economic growth by supplying raw materials to the food processing and textile industries. This creates additional economic opportunities and enhances the competitiveness of developing countries in the global market.

BeAbdurrohim Gresik Orphanage Dusun Bunut, Randegansari, Kec. Driyorejo, Gresik Regency, East Java. The orphanage is a non-profit organization, where the orphanage management has full responsibility in matters of trust. which has been given in terms of running the operations of the orphanage. As a form of public sector non-profit organization, one of the sources of funding for orphanages is in the form of donations from regular donors or incidental donors. This research aims to identify the implementation of the Financial Reports of the BeAdburrahim orphanage when viewed from ISAK 35 regarding non-profit organizations. The research was carried out using primary data, namely interviews and field observations, as well as secondary data in the form of financial reports at orphanages. The type of research that will be used is using a descriptive qualitative method by describing the state of the research object and then comparing it with existing standards.

This research was carried out in December 2023 at Batanghari. The location of this research is determined deliberately (purposive sampling) with the consideration that Batanghari has good potential to carry out catfish farming business activities. Business Catfish rearing cultivation in Batanghari has been established since 2010. The total income obtained by farmers in carrying out a catfish rearing business, namely Rp. 110.000.000 and the income is obtained for one harvest, and the annual income is Rp. 440.000.000. Based on results of calculating the percentage of profits obtained from cultivators Catfish in Batanghari is 500kg, 10 fish per kg. Meanwhile, the value of the cost of production is 3,944. The profit value for the selling price of catfish is IDR 8,006/kg.

This research aims to determine the financial position analysis of the KSM Sehat Sejahtera Cooperative for the period 2021 – 2022 using Income Trend analysis. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data sources according to the data obtained are primary data and secondary data as well as the documentation method with the data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis, namely a data processing method that uses mathematical calculations, which in this case uses a method namely: Income Trend. The analysis was carried out regarding Trend analysis for 1 year. From the results of the analysis for 1 year, it shows that assets and liabilities in the following year after 2021 will increase similar to what will be obtained by members who will increase.

The background of this research is about optimizing company assets and limited resources in company operations. The aim is to find out whether the financial performance of the Cornflower Agent business is optimal or not. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. With this data, researchers can find out what types of fixed assets are used by Cornflower Agents, namely buildings, machines and vehicles. The limited resources in the Cornflower Agent business are human resources, because they have been replaced by machines that can make the grinding process easier.

PTPN IV Medan Company is a company operating in the plantation sector in Medan, Indonesia. As a company operating in the business sector, PTPN IV Medan also has a retail business division which is an important part of its operational activities. This research is the result of qualitative research by raising the problem of how to apply Islamic economic principles in the PTPN IV Medan company. This type of research method is qualitative research using a descriptive approach and library research. As for the data sources in this research, the primary data is interviews with related parties, namely employees who work at the PTPN IV Medan company, while the secondary data is data obtained through reports regarding the PTPN IV Medan Company. In this context, it is important to evaluate the extent to which this company applies Islamic economic principles in its retail business. This analysis can also provide insight into the effectiveness and success of implementing Islamic economic principles in the company's retail business.

In this study, the complexity of motivational factors is closely related to the context of organizational culture, team dynamics, and perceptions of rewards and recognition of individual contributions. Participation in decision-making, opportunities for career development, and interpersonal relationships at work also emerged as important elements in motivating employees. The qualitative analysis highlighted that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to understanding work motivation in this environment. However, the need for recognition of achievement, a sense of involvement in the work process, and support from superiors and coworkers have a significant impact on individuals' motivation levels. This study provides an in-depth understanding of what influences work motivation at the Office of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a sensitive approach to individual needs and preferences in designing effective motivation strategies to improve productivity.

This research aims to determine the implementation of dock management at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan where the dock must be managed well, so that output results are maximum. If each pier were managed by one operation, this is not the case currently, where two docks are managed by one operation, which results in negligence and lack of focus on one job, which results in many ships not reaching their loading and unloading targets as planned. Which is detrimental to the next ship that is queuing for the next loading and unloading. Further steps to achieve this goal include improving operational results, optimizing infrastructure and upgrading IT systems. The millennial generation is very techno minded, where they interact using gadgets in their daily activities, so they have the potential to become muzakki, especially in online zakat payments. There are several perceptions of the millennial generation in paying zakat online, namely awareness, level of trust, transparency, accountability and income level. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand awareness, level of trust, transparency, accountability and level of income on online payments and to determine the most dominant independent variables in online zakat payments. The type of data collected was primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to the millennial generation, totaling 100 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and assisted with SPSS 20. The research results show that brand awareness and the level of trust have a positive and significant influence on online zakat payments. Transparency, accountability and income level do not have a positive and insignificant influence on online zakat payments. The most dominant variable influencing online zakat payments is the level of trust.

Professional zakat is a type of zakat which is specifically related to income or earnings obtained from certain jobs or professions in the Islamic economy. Professional zakat is one of the topics of contemporary jurisprudence that is still debated and not yet fully agreed upon by scholars. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach based on data sources from literature studies and observations. The aim of this research is to provide information related to professional zakat. The research results show that Professional Zakat is calculated based on a certain percentage of an individual's income after meeting basic needs and debts that must be paid. The percentage that must be spent varies between 2.5% to 20% depending on the assets owned

The history and development of waqf in Islam is a reflection of the deep social, humanitarian and religious values in Islamic teachings. Over the course of its history, waqf has become one of the main pillars of Islamic civilization, making a significant contribution to the development of education, health, culture and social services throughout the Muslim world. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach based on data sources from literature studies and observations. The aim of this research is to provide information regarding the history and development of waqf. The results of the research explain that waqf already existed during the time of the Prophet and then during the time of Khulafaur Rasyidin, the Islamic Dynasties. As well as the development of the waqf era in various countries.

Considering the importance of economic activities in maintaining national stability, sharia banking is considered as an approach to boosting the nation's economy. In the context of these concerns, researchers plan to explore the impact of the consolidation of three state-owned sharia banks on the development of Indonesia's sharia economy. The mobile technology advancement has been growth rapidly. Every persons use mobile phone to support their daily activities. This condition make banks have to change their traditional methods of customer service to adoption of information technology.Customers today require more personalized services at any time and any place. Mobilebanking is one of advanced information technologies that can employ to achieve a high level of customer services and emerging technology that permits conduct of banking transaction through mobile phone. For bank’s customers, this application will support their banking transaction if they think it has a usefulness and easy to use. The important one is customer trust to mobile banking application. This research purposes to test the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust to use of mobile banking. A survey was conducted at BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru Collected data analized with multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust tend to have effect on use of mobile banking And There are still many customers who make transactions directly to the teller even though there is mobile banking.

Poverty is a serious problem that is always faced by a country that must be overcome immediately. In addition to being a problem, poverty is also a benchmark for socioeconomic conditions in measuring the success of development carried out by the government in a region / region. On the other hand, the Human Development Index (HDI) is one of the important indicators to measure success in efforts to build the quality of human life, and has an important impact on economic growth. Economic growth is the spearhead considering the correlation between HDI and poverty. This research was conducted to determine the influence of the human development index variable and poverty as the independent variable on economic growth in East Java as the dependent variable. The analysis used is quantitative analysis with multiple regression analysis methods in data with 2021 data and cross section data from 37 districts/cities in East Java and the conclusion is that all the independent variables used in this research have a significant effect on the amount of economic growth in East Java. either simultaneously or partially.

This research contains the application of business combination accounting to the merger of PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk. with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia with the implementation of PSAK 22. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of business combinations on company performance and income. The research method used is a literature study of journals, websites and previous articles. The results of this research include an overview of the application of business combination accounting and its impact on company performance and income. Through financial performance analysis carried out using ROA, ROE, PER and NPM, the results show a rapid increase after the merger of PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk. with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia. This research encourages companies to maintain their achievements and maintain the trust of investors and customers.

The financial condition of a company is accurately and transparently reflected in its financial statements, so the company needs to pay attention to the principles of Financial Standards (SAK) in business combinations. The presentation and recognition of goodwill by PT Astra International Tbk. must comply with applicable financial accounting standards, in order to create good financial statements and facilitate users in understanding the contents of the financial statements. The purpose of this study is to find out how PT Astra International Tbk. applies the principles of presentation and disclosure of financial accounting standards in its financial statements for business combinations. The data collection method used in this study is secondary data in the form of consolidated reports for the period 2020 to 2022. The results of this study indicate that the presentation of PT Astra International Tbk's financial statements has complied with generally applicable standards and has presented the results of business combination activities in the form of goodwill recording by PT Astra International Tbk amounting to Rp824 billion in its financial statements.

E-government is a government effort to provide efficient and effective public services by utilizing information and communication technology. E-Government allows people to access various available services. The aim of this research is to find out how the E-Government service system is implemented, including the factors that influence it, and the benefits of implementing E-Government in public services. This research also uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique carried out by determining special criteria or considering certain characteristics of the sample or research subject to be studied that are relevant to the topic. The results of the research show the implementation of UPT KB  Tangerang City is not yet optimal, both in terms of the synergy between agencies in the Tangerang City government and the UPT itself in implementing the E-Government system which is still lacking, and the low level of understanding and socialization of employees in implementing it. E-Government service system. To improve e-government management, it is required to integrate information systems for e-government management sequentially to improve public service performance, and increase human resources who are skilled in information technology, the implementation of E-Government at UPT KB can run more optimally and provide greater benefits for the community.

This study analyzes the impact of key variables such as tax facilities, profitability, leverage, and capital structure on tax management practices in a corporate context. Through literature research, it was found that profitability, leverage, and capital structure play a significant role in managing a company's tax liabilities. However, taxation facilities, while aimed at improving compliance, tend to have a limited impact in tax management practices. This article emphasizes the need for a holistic approach to tax decision making, taking into account a number of these factors simultaneously.
