The purpose of this study is to examine the profitability and viability of refill drinking water depot enterprises in Surabaya City's Mulyorejo District. Six businesspeople who refill drinking water in the Mulyorejo District of Surabaya City served as informants for this study. In this study, total costs, sales, profits, and business viability were employed as analytical techniques. The average total expenses incurred, the average income generated, and the average profit from the research were IDR 4,544.660, IDR 9,869.167, and IDR 5,324.507. The average value of the R/C ratio is 2.14 > 1, according to the findings of calculating the three business feasibility metrics for six refill drinking water entrepreneur informants in Mulyorejo District, Surabaya City. the average B/C value The obtained ratio was 1.14 > 0. Additionally, the ROI value averaged 17,35% > 1%. Thus, the Mulyorejo District, Surabaya City drinking water replenishment business can generate enough revenue to make it worthwhile to operate.

This research aims to examine the role of accessibility and visitor experience on intentions to return to Siola Surabaya. Siola, as one of the iconic shopping and cultural centers in Surabaya, always tries to increase its attractiveness through various infrastructure and service improvements. The research results show that good accessibility and positive experiences significantly influence revisit intentions.

This research aims to analyze the feasibility level of a motorbike repair shop business in Wonocolo subdistrict, Surabaya city. This research data analysis uses the method of calculating fixed costs, variable costs, total costs, revenues, income and business feasibility. In this research, the analysis used is B/C, R/C and ROI. The results of the research show that the average total cost for 6 informants who own a motorbike repair shop is IDR38,971,456/month, the revenue obtained is an average of IDR100,575,500/month and the average income is IDR 61,604,043/month. Calculation of business feasibility using the b/c ratio obtained an average result of 1.60%, the average r/c ratio calculation was 2.60% and the average ROI calculation was 118.667%. The results of these calculations state that the motorbike repair shop business in Wonocolo subdistrict, Surabaya city is feasible to run and develop.

The rapid evolution of social media has made it a significant part of daily life. Instagram, a widely used platform, plays a crucial role in communication, marketing, and branding, particularly among young people. This study focuses on Instagram's effectiveness as a branding tool for educational institutions, with a specific case study on SLB Khusus Bina Mandiri Surabaya. This institution uses Instagram to showcase achievements, communicate with stakeholders, and enhance its public image. The research aims to analyze the impact of Instagram on the institution's branding strategy, exploring both its benefits and challenges. Using qualitative methods, the study collects data through interviews and content analysis of the institution's Instagram account. The findings highlight the importance of social media in educational branding, offering insights for similar institutions seeking to leverage digital platforms for promotion and engagement.

This research was conducted of analyzing the influence of social media and visitor attraction on interest in visiting City Light Jalan Tunjungan Surabaya as a tourist attraction and marketing via Instagram as a medium on the interest of tourists or visitors to visit this tourist attraction. This research uses quantitative methods. The results of this research show that social media does not have a significant effect on interest in visiting City Light Jalan Tunjungan Surabaya. Meanwhile, attractiveness has a significant influence on interest in visiting City Light Jalan Tunjungan Surabaya.

Implementation of Klampid New Generation (KNG) as an innovation in population administration services in the city of Surabaya. KNG is an online website that facilitates the management of population documents online, such as ID cards, family cards, birth certificates, and others. Through the Internship and Independent Study Certificate (MSIB) program, researchers were directly involved as Population Administration Service Assistants at the Surabaya City Village Office. Observations and active participation were carried out to collect primary data from village officials and the community. The research results show that although KNG is intended to facilitate independent document management, many residents still prefer to use village office services. This is due to a lack of socialization and public understanding about the use of KNG. In addition, there are also obstacles such as limited facilities and infrastructure in the village office that can hinder service performance. This research recommends the need for more intensive socialization and assistance to the community, as well as improving facilities at the village office to optimize the implementation of KNG in creating better population administration order in the city of Surabaya.

Independent learning is important for deaf students. This research aims to examine the role of teachers in supporting the independent learning of deaf students at SLB Ayodya Tulada Surabaya. A case study approach was used to collect data through observation, interviews with teachers and students, as well as documentation of teaching and learning activities. The research results show that teachers act as facilitators, motivators, mentors and evaluators in supporting the independent learning of deaf students. Teachers facilitate learning by using various methods and media that suit the needs of deaf students. Teachers also motivate students to learn independently, and guide them in developing effective learning skills. In addition, teachers evaluate student learning progress and provide feedback for improvement.

. In the city of Surabaya, a large number of female online ojek drivers face problems such as prejudice, non-disclosure, and dangerous working conditions. While there are laws against violence, the quantity of sexual incidents suggests a lack of consistency in their application. By providing skills development, legal support, and psychological counseling, the Gerakan Sayang Perempuan Ojek Online (GASPOL) initiative seeks to strengthen safety and self-determination for female online ojek drivers. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology and collects data through observation, documentation, and interviews. William N. Dunn developed evaluation criteria for the GASPOL program, which include effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness, and accuracy. The GASPOL program met the needs of the participants, was efficient in using resources, and effective in improving the safety and competence of women drivers. In addition, the program was sensitive to feedback from participants and successfully distributed benefits equitably. Despite the success of the program, there are still challenges that influence public opinion, such as gender bias. SMP and SMA Katolik Santa Agnes Surabaya as Catholic schools in Indonesia have played a pivotal role in shaping the nation's educational landscape, offering a holistic approach to learning that encompasses academic excellence, character formation, and community engagement. This article explores the multifaceted contributions that have average achievement up to 89,65%, highlighting their commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals who are equipped with the skills, values, and mindset to thrive in the 21st century. Drawing upon a range of data using LIkert Scale spread out 260 respondents, this article demonstrates the enduring significance of Catholic schools in promoting academic achievement, moral development, cultural understanding, and social responsibility.

Everyone has an interest in satisfying the needs of life. But these desires are not necessarily expressed implicitly for adults. A strong need that is always expressed in tangible form has a significant impact on the defense of these interests. So is interest in the world of sports, one of which is interest in pound fit sports which is hot and widely known by the public, especially the younger generation. The main reason for the high interest in pound fit sports is its pleasant movements. Moreover, the amount of pound fit content uploaded on social media is an attraction for the younger generation to express their interest in pound fit sports. Many sports venues also present pound fit, one of which is Atlas Sports Club Surabaya. Pound fit exercise carried out on the page of Atlas Sports club Surabaya in addition to providing health benefits can also increase the social sense and familiarity of the members who have joined. This study aims to determine members' interest in pound fit sports at Atlas Sports Club Surabaya. The research method in this study used quantitative descriptive and survey methods which were carried out directly by distributing questionnaires to 20 respondents. The results of this study show that members' interest in pound fit sports at Atlas Sports Club Surabaya is included in the high category. This is evidenced by the results of calculations and data analysis of 92% of the interest of Atlas Sports Club Surabaya members intrinsically and 91% of the interest of Atlas Sports Club Surabaya members extrinsically.    

The growth of motorized vehicles is influenced by increased vehicle production and limited public transportation services. The government has launched various models of public transportation to overcome traffic jams in Surabaya due to lack of attention to public transportation. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the implementation of the policy for organizing people's transportation on the road by public transportation as an effort to reduce congestion in the city of Surabaya and to find out and analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the policy for organizing people's transportation on the road by public transportation as an effort to reduce congestion in the city. Surabaya. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The findings from the research results show that in implementing regional regulation policy number 07/2006 concerning public transport on the road, the Surabaya city government has collaborated with transport organizations, operators, public transport owners and the community effectively. The Surabaya government is also increasing the implementation of these policies to achieve the goals of reducing congestion and increasing the efficiency of public transport.

The impact of a policy can occur outside the wishes of the policy formulator or commonly called unexpected impacts. PLTSA Benowo is the result of collaboration between the Surabaya City Government and PT Sumber Organik and is equipped with gasification power plant technology which is regulated in PERPRES No. 35 of 2018. This PLTSA policy is a form of handling the national waste problem, such as eliminating waste and providing socio-economic benefits in the vicinity. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe how the evaluation of the impact that occurred from the PLTSA development policy on the community of Sumberrejo Village, Pakal District, Surabaya City. The research method in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods, for data collection through observation, documentation, and observation. The results of this study show 3 indicators including Individual Impact shows the positive impact of PLTSa for the Community economically, while the negative impact shows that it is not disturbed from the remaining emissions from the waste combustion process released by PLTSa Benowo. Community Impact The positive impact shows that it affects the increase in the economy of the wider community of Sumberrejo Village, while the negative impact is that the community feels an increase in air pollution that disturbs the comfort of the community due to air pollution from PLTSa Benowo. Social System Impact The positive impact shows a change in the social system in the community because there is an increase in economic structure and a reduction in unemployment, while the negative impact shows there is an indication of social inequality such as feelings of envy from people who do not get economic benefits from PLTSa to people who get economic benefits from PLTSa Benowo.  

This research was conducted with the aim of researching and evaluating the New Student Admission Zoning System Policy (PPDB) at the State Middle School level in the City of Surabaya. This research analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results show that the zoning system implemented is considered effective in achieving its main goal, namely equal distribution of quality education. However, other parents are disappointed because their children cannot attend public junior high schools because the distance between home and school is too far. So that the zoning system policy for Admission of New Students (PPDB) in State Middle Schools in Surabaya City in the future can be more optimal, the government will pay more attention to the problems faced by students during the registration process. The government must also see directly whether socialization is carried out immediately so that the implementation of the PPDB zoning system can be carried out optimally.

So Instagram is very suitable to be used as social media to introduce people. Just like researchers took research to analyze the existence of Instagram content that is effective in attracting generation Z. Because in this case radio Elbayu is not yet known to generation Z. radio Elbayu only recommends radio that still uses AM frequencies. And the listeners are only elderly, the Z generation doesn't know or understand it yet. So with the Instagram platform that can create this content it can attract or add new followers. So that in this way we can still maintain the unique characteristics of Elbayu radio, namely radio broadcasts with AM frequencies and also Elbayu radio can keep up with the times by creating content on Instagram so that generation Z is more interested and gets to know Elbayu. Strategy is a unique special preparation activity that differentiates the owner's business strategy from competitors in order to optimize competitiveness. Strategy is a project, meaning it provides solutions for the future and potential users. Strategy is defined as a pattern and shows company activities that can be explained through patterns that emerge from activities that have been planned and carried out previously. Strategy as a position means that entrepreneurs can use all the resources they have, both physical and scientific, to provide unique products to find a market that aims to be superior to competitors. Finally, the strategic perspective refers to the organizational culture of business people to view themselves and their environment as a strategy.

Education is an important activity for every person to be able to develop the potential that exists within him. Currently, the curriculum applied to education in Indonesia uses the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. The Merdeka Belajar curriculum has a system where teachers and students can of course have the freedom to learn independently, be creative and innovate. In the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, of course, there are subjects studied by students, one of these subjects is PPKn. The aim of this research is to determine the optimization of the character of elementary school students in PPKn learning based on the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. The type of research used is quantitative, the data collection procedure begins with determining the sample using test techniques, questionnaires, observation rubrics, documentation, as well as the research population and sample, namely class IV students at SDN Balas Klumprik 1 Surabaya. The results of the research show that the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in PPKn learning has an influence in optimizing the character formation of elementary school students. In the conclusion of the research, the influence of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum on PPKn learning as optimizing student character formation in elementary schools is that students are able to optimize character formation in PPKn subjects based on the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) with the dimension of working together and doing it in life. real.  

This research aims to find out how many fathers are involved in caring for early childhood children in the Surabaya area. The background of this research is to look at the phenomenon of fathers' lack of involvement in child care, resulting in some children behaving in fear, lacking self-confidence, speaking harshly, and not being able to control their emotions. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with a survey method. The subjects of this research were fathers who had young children in the Surabaya  sub-district area. Respondents in this study totaled 332 fathers. The research results show that as many as 84% ​​of fathers have high involvement in their children's care in Surabaya  Village. However, based on the data, 42% of fathers are still busy with their activities when they are with their children and as many as 46% of fathers are still not close to their children, such as kissing and hugging their children. Therefore, it is necessary to provide training to fathers on how to care for early childhood children which includes aspects: Interaction, giving an example, accompanying, supervising, providing warmth and meeting the child's needs.  

Project-based science learning with MELESAT content using loose parts is the choice as a learning model for young children to build new knowledge, with a scientific mindset children are getting to know Al-Khaliq, exploring new things, being creative, innovative, thinking out of the box, are adaptive to the environment, able to produce work and can develop and practice skills related to the real world. One way to learn science more constructively and meaningfully is through project-based learning that integrates MELESAT components using loose parts as open-ended play materials. Through continuous particSainstion in various play activities in the classroom and outside the classroom, children are actively involved in dialogue that is rich in scientific thinking patterns by utilizing complex and abstract scientific process skills such as observing, asking, observing, predicting, evaluating, and comparing. Discussions with children during the learning process about scientific thinking concepts related to mathematics, existence, literacy, engineering, science, art and technology merge with strengthening coaching by teachers for children during the learning process. The results of this research led to the conclusion that with the right teacher guidance, the learning process provides many opportunities for children to develop 21st century skills to prepare children for life in the future.  

One important aspect in the orderly and orderly administration of government is population administration. However, there are still problems related to irregularities in population administration, such as the existence of population documents that are incomplete or do not correspond to actual current conditions. To overcome this, the Population and Civil Registration Service of the City of Surabaya created an innovative Kalimasada Program (Environmentally Aware Population Administration Area). Medokan Semampir Subdistrict is participating in implementing the Kalimasada program which aims to improve the quality of population administration services and create an orderly population administration for citizens. This program involves outreach activities, data collection, population administration services, field surveys, as well as evaluation and monitoring. The results of the Kalimasada program in Medokan Semampir Subdistrict include increasing public awareness, updating population data, increasing the number of ownership of population documents, improving the quality of population administration services, and active community involvement. Thus, the Kalimasada program has proven to be effective in realizing orderly population administration in Medokan Semampir Village.
