In this article, we will examine the impact of divorce (Division of Property & Child Custody) where this study was conducted at the Medan District Court. This divorce has a lot of impacts, especially on children. However, this article will focus on the division of assets and child custody as a cause and effect of divorce. This research uses descriptive qualitative and normative legal methods through analytical and observational approaches, with data collection techniques based on literature studies and interviews. Divorce is triggered by various reasons, including disharmonious relations between husband and wife in terms of fulfilling biological needs, issues of different principles of life, differences in income in improving welfare, infidelity. The decision to divorce results in the division of property and child custody, where custody falls to the mother because the child is under 12 years old. Referring to Article 105 KHI, which explains that child custody in divorce with children under 12 years old is given to the mother. Meanwhile, the distribution of assets is in accordance with applicable Islamic law.

This study aims to, (1) To find out the skills of writing procedural texts without using the mind mapping method in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. (2) To find out the skills of writing procedural texts using the mind mapping method in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. (3) To find out the effect of the mind mapping method on the skills of writing procedural texts in class VII students of Siantar 1 Middle School in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The population in this study was students from VII SMP Negeri 1 Siantar with a sample size of 30 students using the Mind Mapping method. The instruments used in this study were writing procedural text contents, writing procedural text structures, writing procedural text writing rules and language features of procedural texts. The method used in this research is one group pretest-posttest. Data analysis techniques use analysis requirements tests, normality tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results during the pretest obtained an average of 60.47, and were included in the sufficient category. Meanwhile, the results of the posttest research obtained an average score of 88 and were included in the very good category. Through testing the hypothesis, namely tcount > ttable, namely 8.5047 > 2.0484, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence from the use of the Mind Mapping method on the Writing Skills of Procedure Text in Class VII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar.

Immunization is one of the main goals of vaccination, which is basically can have passive or active immunity. Immunization is carried out in order to prevent the occurrence of diseases that can be prevented by carrying out immunization. The government is obliged to provide complete immunization for every baby and child. This study aims to analyze family knowledge and support for the completeness of basic immunization in the working area of the Parsoburan Health Center. This type of research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study were 40 research samples. After conducting the research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and the infant's immunization status, a p-value of 0.000 is obtained, which is less than 0.05. There is a relationship between family support and infant immunization status with a p-value = 0.000 where the value is less than 0.05. It is hoped that the puskesmas will always provide information related to basic immunization for infants.

This study was to find out how the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to the topic of Colligative Properties in the science program at SMA Negeri 1 Babalan Class XII academic year 2021–2022 would increase students' problem-solving skills and learning activities. Three cycles of action research were used in this study. 32 SMA Negeri 1 Babalan students from the first semester of the academic year 2021–2022 served as the study's subjects. The findings came from watching students engage in learning activities and testing their capacity to solve problems at each stage of the Cycle. The results demonstrated that 1) college students' problem-solving skills improved by implementing the PBL model on the Colligative Properties subject, with average values from Cycles I to II and III of 56, 77, and 87, respectively, while the percentage of classical completion from Cycles I to II and III was 44%, 62,5%, and 87%, with gains from Cycles I to II of 0,083 and from Cycles II to II equal to 0,35; 2). Applying the PBL model to the topic of Colligative Properties resulted in an increase in the students' learning activities, with an average value of 75 in sufficient criteria, 77 in sufficient criteria, and 85 in good criteria from Cycle I to Cycle II and Cycle III, respectively.

Judging based on the results of observations made by the PKM team at Clarissa Batu Aji Middle School, the team found the problem that some students still did not understand the importance of counseling guidance in schools, which was caused by the thinking factors of participants who considered counseling to be scary and unimportant. The purpose of implementing this PKM is to provide students with an understanding of the importance of counseling guidance. The application of counseling guidance has benefits that include several things, namely: achieving positive mental health, individual effectiveness, ability to make decisions, and changes in behavior. In this case, it will help students to explore and increase their potential. The implementation of this PKM uses the method of observation, implementation of activities, and evaluation. The results obtained are students are able to better understand the importance of counseling guidance to increase the potential of interest and morale

This study aims to determine the Effect of Self-Efficacy and Emotional Intelligence on the Independence in Learning Economics of Class XI Social Sciences Students of SMA Negeri 1 Siantar Academic Year 2022/2023 with Achievement Motivation as an Intervening Variable. This type of research is ex post facto research. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Siantar, totaling 128 students. The sample used in this study amounted to 97 students who were taken based on simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Then the classic assumption test in this study is the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing was carried out by linear regression analysis for hypotheses 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, path analysis and Sobel test for hypotheses 6 and 7 through the SPSS.25 program. The research results show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on student achievement motivation with tcount(2.461) > ttable(1.661) and sig. of 0.016 <0.05. (2) There is a positive and sig. between emotional intelligence on student achievement motivation with tcount(7.111) > ttable(1.661) and sig. of 0.000 <0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on student learning independence with tcount(2.135) > ttable(1.661) and sig. of 0.035 <0.05. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence on student learning independence tcount(3.967) > ttable(1.661) and sig. of 0.000 <0.05. (5) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on student learning independence with a value of tcount(9.369) > ttable(1.661) with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. (6) Achievement motivation is able to mediate the influence of self-efficacy on student learning independence with a Sobel test statistic score of 2.427 > 1.96 (5% level) and a one-tailed probability value of 0.007 <0.05. (7) achievement motivation is able to mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on student learning independence, with a Sobel test statistic score of 5.925 > 1.96 (5% level) and a one-tailed probability value of 0.0 <0.05.

Accounting is a process of recording, classifying, and concluding every financial transaction that occurs and is the main thing in the hospital's finance department. The finance department is also used as a reference by the directors in making policies and decisions. The existence of an Accounting Information System will make it easier for the finance department and other related parts such as cashiers and accounting to collect data.    This study aims to determine whether the accounting information system for inpatient income at Benyamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka Regency, is good or not. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research while the processed data sources are secondary obtained through documents, notes, reports, archives and other supports according to the needs of the author. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation which will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form.    The results of the data analysis show that the organizational structure contained in the Benyamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka Regency, has separated the duties and authorities of each work function. The procedures used are also in accordance with generally accepted standard operating procedures.

In 2019 the total number of tuberculosis cases in North Sumatra was recorded at 99,398 cases, while in 2020 there were 78,698 cases and in 2021 there were 57,247 cases. This study aims to look at the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and family support with the risk of pulmonary TB transmission. This type of research is survey research which is analytic in nature. Cross sectional research design. The sample is pulmonary TB patients in the Working Area of the Kartini Public Health Center, Pematang Siantar City for the period of October 2022 as many as 44 people. Data analysis using chi square. The results of the study concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes and family support with the risk of pulmonary TB transmission in the family. The role of health workers and Community Health Centers is as a source of correct information through applicative counseling by giving leaflets to pulmonary TB patients.

In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative method. News script writing plays a very important position in radio news broadcasts. In writing broadcast scripts, scriptwriters must be able to write in a conversational or spoken language style in a concise, concise, and clear manner. Broadcast Script is broadcast material that will be delivered by broadcasters in broadcasting, especially broadcasts with script reading techniques.

Digital marketing di Distro Kedai Oblong Jambi sudah bagus mereka mengenalkan distro mereka melalui media social seperti instagram tetapi pemilihan lokasinya kurang strategis karena berada didalam perumahan yang letaknya tidak dipinggir jalan. Sedangkan desain dan kualitas produk, telah berkembang dengan berbagai macam motif dengan kualitas yang bagus, namun hasil penjualan fluktuatif padahal seharusnya jika semua indikator produk tersebut telah diterapkan dapat mendorong minat konsumen untuk membeli produk sehingga menaikkan hasil penjualan. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, desain produk dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Kedai Oblong Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif deskriptif sampel yang diambil sebanyak 61 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non probability yakni teknik sampel aksidental yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, siapa saja yang secara kebetulan atau insidental bertemu dengan peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa digital marketing dan desain produk tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian.  

Content creator training conducted by the Indonesian Business Polytechnic in collaboration with the Simarmata Young Generation to increase young people's creativity. This activity aims to increase young people's knowledge of using social media to get various benefits. Activities are carried out in workshops accompanied by practices using Instagram and TikTok media as content media. Seventy youth participants from Pematang Siantar attended the action. The training continued enthusiastically because the speaker is an activist content creator on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. After the activity, an activity survey showed that 98% of the participants were very interested in the material presented and gained new knowledge about using social media for more positive things.

UISU Siantar Vocational School is one of the private vocational schools and is one of the best Vocational Schools in Siantar. All SMK students are required to take part in industrial/prakerin work practices. The problem faced by partners is that when industrial work practices students do not have knowledge about the world of work and work ethic. A provision is needed for SMK students before industrial work practices take place. The training is carried out by providing material on an overview of the current labor market situation and the prospects for various types of jobs in the future. This activity is carried out by discussing between the training participants and the speakers. After training, the next stage in this activity is mentoring or teacher guidance. In the mentoring activities the training students are taught practice in behaving during the apprenticeship. The purpose of this activity is that students can get maximum work experience while carrying out an internship. Not only that, it is hoped that this internship activity can be used by students to demonstrate their abilities or capabilities in the world of work so that many people believe in and are interested in their abilities.

This service is based on changes in the mechanism and substance of the implementation of National Selection for Student Admissions (SNPMB). This transition is something new for prospective students and if prospective students do not understand it, it will 0certainly have a bad impact on the readiness of prospective students in participating in the implementation of UTBK-SNBT. The procedure for implementing the service is a sharing session on the implementation of SNPMB 2023, introduction and discussion of the 2023 UTBK-SNBT model questions, as well as an initial ability test on the representation of the 2023 UTBK-SNBT question model based on the latest UTBK-SNBT sub-matter. Then the socialization participants will be given a test to measure their knowledge of the SNPMB 2023 mechanism after the provision of SNPMB 2023 material. The results of this service activity are that more than 90% of prospective university students at SMA Negeri 1 Kefamenanu have understood the mechanism for implementing SNPMB 2023 after participating in the sharing session, based on the ability test, prospective university students do not fully understand the 2023 UTBK-SNBT model questions, and based on the results of the questionnaire, more than 90% of sharing session participants gave a good response to this activity. The results of this activity are important as a measure of understanding of the SNPMB 2023 mechanism and provide an overview of the initial ability of prospective students to answer UTBK 2023 model questions so that follow-up can be known in accordance with these abilities.

This research refers to the decision of presidential regulation number 80 of 2017 concerning the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and based on the approval letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number B/411/M.KT.01 2018 dated June 8, 2018 concerning the Arrangement of Technical Implementation Units of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency. /In this study, the problem for researchers is to find out how the socialization of the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang is to help the consumer community to choose products that already have a distribution permit in order to protect consumers from dangerous cosmetics by introducing the Bpom Mobile application as a very useful application to help the public in purchasing cosmetics that are safe and have a distribution permit. the research used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources and use data collection techniques by observation, interview, and documentation. The theory in this study refers to Budiani's theory (2007: 53), namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, program monitoring. The results showed that the first indicator, namely the accuracy of program targets, still had to set age limits to be able to use the Bpom Mobile application so that people could find out the rules for using the Bpom Mobile application. The second indicator is the socialization of the program, the Pom Workshop in Tanjungpinang makes a lot of socialization both for the community, students of school children who make Bpom Mobile material an important material in every socialization / counseling and even open a stand to explain the Bpom Mobile application. The third indicator is the purpose of the program, has the aim that the public knows that there is an application that is very helpful for buying a product to ascertain whether the product used has a distribution permit and is safe for use in everyday life. The fourth indicator is monitoring program results, the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang sees that the results of the Bpom Mobile application program are beneficial to the community even though it is difficult for people who cannot use cellphones to use the Bpom Mobile application. The conclusion of this study is that the socialization of Bpom has not been effective because there are still many people who do not know that the Bpom Mobile application exists.

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between drawing activities and the fine motor development of young children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Anak Ceria, Parbaju Julu Village, Tarutung District. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. Population is all children u sia d this 5-6 years class B at Ceria Children's Early Childhood Education Center in Parbaju Village Julu District of Tarutung, totaling 18 people. Data was collected using an observation sheet of 20 items. Based on the results of the study, namely the calculation results of a positive relationship test, the value of rxy= 0.483 was obtained > rtable( =0.05,n=18)= 0.468 Thus it is known that there is a positive variable X between variable Y. 2) A significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 2.204 > ttablel(=0,05,dk=n-2=16)= 2.120, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. So Ha says there is a relationship between activities drawing with fine motor development for early childhood 5-6 years in Ceria Children’s PAUD, Parbaju Julu Village, Tarutung District and H0¬ was rejected.

This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer and solid organic fertilizer on the growth and production of eggplant (Solanum melongena L). This study used a Factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK). The first factor is liquid organic fertilizer (POC) consisting of 4 treatment levels, namely: A0 = 0 ml/l (control), A1 = 2.5 ml/l, A2 = 5 ml/l and A3 = 7.5 ml/l. The second factor is solid organic fertilizer (POP) consisting of 3 treatment levels, namely: P1 = 600 g/plot (3 tons/ha), P2 = 1000 g/plot (5 tons/ha) and P3 = 1400 g/plot (7 tons/ha). The results showed that liquid organic fertilizer had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of fruits per plant, production weight per plant and production weight per plot but had no significant effect on the number of flowers, fruit length and weight per fruit. Solid organic fertilizer had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of fruits per plant, production weight per plant and production weight per plot but had no significant effect on the number of flowers, fruit length and weight per fruit. The interaction of liquid and solid organic fertilizers had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of flowers, number of fruits per plant, production weight per plant, production weight per plot, fruit length and weight per fruit.

Delayed motor development in children means that motor development has not been developed as it should be, at the child's age, which results in the child not being able to carry out developmental tasks appropriate to his age group. The output target of this dedication is in the form of training services in the form of information for students about data processing, calculation and data management using the Microsoft Excel application. The method of implementing the activities used is the offline training, discussion, and question and answer method. The results of implementing this community service activity are providing an understanding of the use of the Microsoft Excel application for preparing financial reports and improving the hard skills of Pt employees.
