A limited security area is an area used for aircraft movement activities, employee or staff movement, and work equipment for flight activities, passenger and baggage movement that will board the aircraft, and vital installations/objects that are directly related to aircraft operations. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the perimeter fence of the limited security area of Adi Soemarmo International Airport was in accordance with applicable provisions and what efforts were made by Airport Security officers to meet the perimeter fence standards in the limited security area of Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport. This study uses a qualitative approach with the types and sources of data, namely primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport and the time of implementation of this research was carried out from August 1 to January 11 at the Airport Security (AVSEC) unit. The results of this study are that the condition of the perimeter fence of the limited security area of Adi Soemarmo International Airport is not in accordance with applicable regulations. This can disrupt flight activities and threaten flight safety. Efforts made by Airport Security officers for security are patrols in the perimeter fence area and approaches to the community to prevent unlawful acts.

This research aims to improve effective digital marketing strategies. In addition, digital marketing provides the necessary training and guidance, so that digital marketing can improve MSME products.  This research uses a community service method with assistance and training that ends with an evaluation of effectiveness.  The results of this study indicate that the use of digital marketing can increase market reach for products owned by MSMEs in Sambongsari Village. Training and guidance to help MSMEs by implementing digital marketing strategies begins with attractive product photos, logo creation, map creation, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing. An increase in sales after implementing the strategies taught will continue to be reported. The application of digital marketing has proven effective in improving MSMEs in Sambongsari Village. The community service work program called Programmed Independent Initiative Real Work Lecture (KKN MIT-18) Posko 26 UIN Walisongo Semarang provides benefits to MSMEs, because it facilitates understanding and application of digital marketing. Some things that MSME players should continue to learn such as changing MSME strategies and seeing the impact of long-term digital marketing implementation

Kebon Agung Sugar Factory is one of the major sugar producers in Indonesia that has an important role in supporting the national sugar industry, a key factor in maintaining competitiveness. In addition, optimization of procurement of goods and services is also closely related to risk management. The implementation of a more modern procurement system is also expected to support aspects of sustainability and resource efficiency. This study uses a descriptive method. Descriptive research with data collection methods used in this study is observation to obtain data regarding the service procurement system at PG Kebon Agung Malang, interviews with Mr. Egi as the head of the logistics sub-section and Ms. Debby as staff in the service procurement sector, and documentation. The system is an important element that a company has to manage all components in the company. Likewise at PG Kebon Agung which has a system that applies to the procurement of goods or services. the service procurement system at PG Kebon Agung Malang has been operating optimally. With the existence of its Own Estimated Price and Service Procurement Request Letter. The research is based on an analytical model that combines dynamic programming with row theory Immune-waiting, includes mathematical and experimental analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in different applied contexts. The research aims to provide practical insights on how dynamic programming can be used to improve the performance of SOA systems and to provide recommendations for improving management strategies.

The community service program implemented in Karang Tunggal Village, Tenggarong Seberang District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan, aims to strengthen breeders' capacity and support sustainable livestock development with the concept of assisted villages. Through a participatory and collaborative approach, this program involved ten livestock groups and twelve representatives from village officials, GAPoktan, field extension officers, sub-district officials, and the Agriculture and Livestock Service of Kutai Kartanegara district, with a total of 72 participants. The main activities include identifying needs, training, workshops, and discussions regarding sustainable livestock practices. The main focus of this program is the development of livestock areas, feed management, optimization of livestock production and reproduction, application of appropriate technology, and strategies to increase the competitiveness of livestock products. The results of this program show significant improvements in farmers' technical skills, feed stability through planting superior grasses and reduced dependence on commercial feeds. This program increases livestock productivity and income and encourages more sustainable and competitive livestock practices. These findings make Karang Tunggal Village a potential model for sustainable livestock development in East Kalimantan.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in enhancing licensing services and accelerating development in Bima City. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation, analyzing the implementation of OSS at the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP). The results indicate that the implementation of OSS has improved the speed, accuracy, transparency, and accessibility of licensing services. The licensing process, which previously took a long time, can now be completed within a maximum of one week. Digital socialization and real-time tracking features have also improved public understanding and reduced misuse of authority. However, the effectiveness of OSS is still hindered by several challenges, such as limited staff, inadequate budget, technical disruptions, and digital divides. Technical issues like system and network disruptions, along with resistance to change, further obstruct the process. To address these challenges, improvements in technology infrastructure, competency training, and increased transparency are required. Overall, although OSS has had a positive impact, further efforts are needed to overcome existing challenges to ensure the system's optimization in supporting the acceleration of development in Bima City.

This study examines the optimization of conveyor belt usage in supporting passenger services at Syamsudin Noor International Airport, Banjarmasin. Conveyor belt is one of the important facilities in handling luggage that has a crucial role in accelerating the process of handling goods and reducing passenger waiting time. The less than optimal use of conveyor belts at Syamsudin Noor International Airport causes less than optimal passenger service, especially causing a buildup of passengers in the arrival terminal area. Therefore, the author conducted this research with the aim of finding out the causes of non-optimal use of conveyor belts at Syamsudin Noor Airport and the solutions that must be implemented to overcome them.This research was conducted from January 31 to February 10 2024 at Syamsudin Noor International Airport, Banjarmasin. This research uses qualitative research methods in the form of primary and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained from interviews conducted with 1 technical officer and 2 Terminal Service Officers. Meanwhile, secondary data in this research was obtained from literature reviews and journals related to this research. Qualitative data analysis techniques used include Data Reduction, Triangulation, and Drawing Conclusions. The research results show that optimizing and  increasing conveyor belt capacity as well as implementing automatic monitoring and maintenance technology can reduce the risk of operational disruption and increase passenger satisfaction. This research also identifies solutions for terminal service area officers and mechanics to improve conveyor belt conditions that are not optimal, where the solutions suggested by the author include replacing rollers and pulleys, cleaning and lubricating components, and applying strengthening techniques.

The main focus of this research is to deeply analyze the existing production process, evaluate the technology and equipment used, and identify ways to improve raw material and energy management. Through the application of the latest technology, such as more efficient processing machines and more modern processing methods, it is expected to improve production efficiency, reduce operational costs, and ensure consistent product quality. The research method includes data collection from observations of the current production process, interviews with local producers, and analysis of the equipment and techniques used. In addition, this research also involves testing the implementation of innovations and evaluating their impact on the final product results and production costs. The expected results of this research include improved syrup quality, better operational efficiency, and reduced production costs, which overall can increase the competitiveness of Karangtengah syrup products in the market. The benefits of this research are not only limited to improving the quality and efficiency of production but also include positive economic impacts for the local community. By improving the production process and expanding market reach, it is expected to create new economic opportunities, improve the welfare of local communities, and provide a model for other food processing industries in the region. This research aims to make a significant contribution to the development of the local industry and encourage the adoption of more sustainable and innovative production practices.

Jeruk Manis Village is a village resulting from the expansion of Kembang Kuning Village, after its expansion Jeruk Manis established itself with new branding as a tourist village that is already known for its natural beauty and green rice fields that refresh the eyes. In its efforts to build a tourist village that promises visitors, Jeruk Manis has not provided adequate facilities such as the lack of tourist information for visitors, as well as inadequate changing rooms in several tourist attractions. Therefore, the purpose of KKN PMD University of Mataram for the July-August 2024 period is to optimize tourism in Jeruk Manis Village through making Tourist Information and improving Changing Room facilities. The implementation method used is field survey, location planning, design or design, and program implementation (production and promotion). The results obtained from the making of Tourist Information and Changing Room improvements have a stronger impact on the progress of the branding of the Jeruk Manis Tourism Village, with Tourist Information being a reference for foreign visitors when visiting Jeruk Manis Village. In addition, the placement of the Changing Room made of bamboo which adds to the attractiveness also ensures the comfort of visitors.

This qualitative literature review explores the role of digital marketing strategies in the social media era and their influence on the competitive advantage of startup companies. The study identifies key factors such as customer responsiveness, service quality, branding, and profitability as crucial elements for enhancing competitive advantage. Social media platforms enable startups to interact with customers more personally and directly, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Moreover, social media facilitates effective brand building and optimization of marketing strategies to increase profitability. Despite the valuable insights, the study is limited by its reliance on secondary data and focus on recent literature, which may not fully capture the rapidly evolving dynamics of social media. Future research should include empirical studies to provide deeper contextual understanding and explore emerging technologies and trends in social media marketing.

In the fast-paced era of globalization, the role of youth is crucial in preserving and developing religious values in society. In Pulau Panggung Village, despite having significant youth potential, their participation in religious activities remains low. This has led to a decline in understanding and practicing religious values, especially among children. To address this issue, the implementation of the Community Service Program (KKN) focusing on Quranic reading and writing education using the Talaqqi method can provide a solution. The Talaqqi method, which involves direct interaction between the teacher and students, offers in-depth personal guidance in Quranic education. It is expected to enhance children's skills in reading and writing the Quran and their understanding of religious values. Additionally, the program aims to boost religious enthusiasm among youth through comprehensive education about religion and culture. By optimizing the implementation of this KKN program, it is hoped that youth involvement in religious activities will improve and religious values in society will be strengthened.

This study examines the strategy for selecting Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching methods at the Dwi Farma Pharmacy Academy in Bukittinggi. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research involved 20 participants including PAI lecturers, students, and academy leaders. Results show that method selection is influenced by pharmacy students' characteristics, the need to contextualize PAI materials with pharmaceutical ethics, technology availability, and diversity in students' religious knowledge. Interactive and problem-based methods prove more effective. Main challenges include time constraints and learning technology optimization. The research recommends developing integrated modules, enhancing lecturers' technology competence, implementing peer mentoring, and fostering collaboration between PAI and pharmacy lecturers. This study contributes to the development of effective PAI learning strategies in pharmacy higher education institutions.

This activity is to improve the skills of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in product photo documentation, as well as their skills in editing product photos for online marketing purposes. MSMEs are expected to be able to publish product photos that are well documented and have high publication value. Product photos can visually represent the unique attributes of an entity, such as its shape, philosophy and color, to characterize the entity. This entity can be an institution, company, product, or something similar. Typically, a photo has an underlying ideology that is used to depict a product. Usually, a photo has a different idea and concept that differentiates it from other brands. The product photo optimization training activity received several requests from participants aimed at increasing MSME business marketing efforts through social media. Therefore, partners must develop program activity strategies that can meet the specific needs of MSME players, especially those who have not yet fully used social media to optimize their product photos

Knowledge and understanding about how to use and apply social media in promotional or business activities for tourism actors or the public is very important. Some of the main problems faced by service partners are related to the use and optimization of social media. If the community or tourism actors already have an understanding of these things, their business can grow more rapidly. The aim of implementing this community service is to provide strengthening and understanding of management concepts such as marketing, use of digital media, to develop business for the community or tourism actors in promoting tourist attractions in Tlogokotes Village as service partners. The activity mechanism uses lecture and discussion methods as well as practice or simulation. Each session ends with a question and answer session to find out how far the participants' level of understanding is in responding to the material that has been presented. This community service activity was carried out in three sessions by each team member, and it was carried out well. As a result, service partners can have better knowledge and understanding of management concepts, because the response and enthusiasm of service partners to understand the material presented is quite high. As a recommendation, community service with this theme can be carried out with other service partners such as home industry groups, street vendor groups, traditional market trader groups and so on, so as to expand understanding of management concepts such as Sharia marketing, product packaging and financial management. business better.

This article reviews the latest techniques in machine learning model optimization with a focus on pursuing maximum performance. We discuss various methods applied to improve model accuracy and efficiency, ranging from hyperparameter tuning techniques, advanced optimization algorithms such as Bayesian optimization, to innovative approaches such as meta-learning and transfer learning. These optimization techniques not only aim to improve model performance but also to overcome challenges related to big data, model complexity, and computational limitations. We investigate how these methods can be integrated in machine learning pipelines to achieve better results with more efficient resources. Accounting information system (AIS) is an important part of corporate financial management. This research aims to study the design pattern of AIS for cash receipts and disbursements using a phenomenological approach based on a background that illustrates how important AIS optimization is at the Ngawonggo Patirtaan Site. To investigate the experiences of four informants regarding the current AIS implementation, this study used qualitative phenomenology. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Then, a model was used to analyze the relationship between theme attributes and meanings. The research was conducted at Ngawonggo Patirtaan Site, which is located in Tajinan District, Malang. The results showed that the current AIS at Ngawonggo Patirtaan Site is still simple but organized. Expenditures are allocated based on needs, but the cash receipt system uses a kotak asih. Periodic recording is done manually in the cash ledger. Information is provided through verbal reports every month. The absence of supporting facilities is a major obstacle. The results show that the AIS should be more integrated and organized. The design of the proposed AIS pattern includes online registration process, cash receipt through kotak asih, digital and manual recording of transactions, and periodic reports. It is expected that better use of AIS will improve the efficiency and accountability of financial management at Ngawonggo Patirtaan Site.

Airports play a crucial role in the transportation system, linking flights with ground transportation and supporting the global economy. Flight safety is a top priority, and one important aspect of ensuring it is the optimization of the perimeter in the airport's airside area. At Oesman Sadik Airport, there is an issue with inadequate runway fencing, which causes the public to frequently approach the runway and threaten flight safety. This study aims to identify the constraints in optimizing the perimeter in the airside area of Oesman Sadik Airport and provide recommendations to enhance the security system for better flight safety.This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to evaluate perimeter optimization in the airside area of Oesman Sadik Airport in September 2023. The subjects are airport employees, and the object of the study is the perimeter system itself. Primary data is collected through interviews and observations, while secondary data includes documents such as SOPs and airport maps. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, and verification. Data validity is tested using source and method triangulation. The research steps include observation, problem identification, planning, data collection, analysis, and conclusion.The results show that steps for optimizing the perimeter at Oesman Sadik Airport include utilizing advanced technology, enhancing security personnel, and physical improvements to significantly improve flight safety. Addressing the constraints in optimization requires a structured approach, including a thorough evaluation of security needs, efficient resource allocation, strong partnerships with relevant parties, and the implementation of innovative and adaptive solutions to face technical and environmental security challenges at the airport.

Social media, especially Facebook, can be an effective tool for promoting and marketing shallot products. This research aims to analyze the optimization of the use of Facebook social media in increasing shallot marketing in Ngasem Village. The use of social media Facebook can effectively increase shallot marketing in Ngasem Village. The optimization strategies carried out include creating a Facebook business page, managing interesting content, utilizing advertising features, as well as intensive interaction activities with customers. By implementing this strategy, shallot farmers and traders can increase product visibility, expand marketing reach, and encourage increased sales.

Teman Sejalan.co is a Coffeeshop located in Karanganyar and was established in December 2022. Operations in the Teman Sejalan.co Coffeeshop business certainly include from the initial order to pickup. This is related to the queuing system which must improve its service so that customers do not leave if there is a queue. This research uses the Single Channel Multiphase method which is in accordance with the current conditions of Teman Sejalan.co's servers and services. This data was obtained by going directly to the research object during the "Makgedebrews" event by calculating the customer queue time with the number of customers at that time being 103 customers.  The results of the research regarding the server line service queue system with H1 and H2 were not proven to be true because the number of customers who were enthusiastic about the event held by Teman Sejalan.co. The use of 1 server lane is not optimal at events that are quite popular with customers which causes queues to pile up, so it is better to use 2 lanes at future events so that it is effective when it is busy.

This service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Tempe small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs in effectively managing their businesses and enhancing competitiveness. This service activity is carried out through a series of workshops, motivational training, and group mentoring. The community partners involved in this project were the Tempe SMEs located in the Pejuang neighborhood, Bekasi. The results of this service showed a significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of the Tempe SME entrepreneurs after participating in the training and mentoring sessions. They successfully enhanced their business performance, expanded market access through digital marketing, and formed a group or association of Tempe SMEs to share knowledge and support each other in addressing business challenges. This initiative positively contributed to the welfare and local economic growth by strengthening the Tempe sector as a key pillar of the economy in the Pejuang neighborhood
