This research aims to investigate the utilization of social media as a marketing communication tool by one of Sukin’s skincare products, which collaborates with an e-commerce platform and social media focused on beauty and skincare. The research employs a qualitative method involving observation and interviews. Data collected are analyzed using The Circular Mode of SoMe analysis model, which includes elements such as Share, Optimize, Manage, and Engage. The results indicate that Sukin and Sociolla utilize social media platforms effectively to introduce their beauty and skincare products, serving as communication tools for marketing purposes. Additionally, audiences participate in word-of-mouth promotions, provide reviews as beauty enthusiasts, and even involve influencers in digital campaigns created by Sukin and Sociolla. The evolution of social media usage across various fields facilitates easier communication and message delivery, contributing to the objectives of digital campaigns.

Job satisfaction reflects one's feelings towards their work, when someone is satisfied with their work, they will be more committed to the organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at the RSUD Kota Makassar. The type of research conducted is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. Sampling used stratified random sampling so that the sample in this study were nurses who served in the Inpatient Installation, IGD, ICU and OK RSUD Kota Makassar totaling 104 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study indicates that the high level of nurse satisfaction at RSUD Kota Makassar is able to create a sense of pride and trust in nurses, increase the emotional attachment of nurses to their organization and create a strong desire to continue working in their organization and have a high responsibility to stay afloat in their organization. hospital. It is recommended to the hospital management to pay more attention to the job satisfaction of nurses by creating a safe and comfortable work environment, including a clean room, good air circulation, adequate lighting facilities, and adequate health support equipment according to the needs of implementing nursing actions.

Infancy is a golden period for a child's growth and development so it needs special attention. One of the factors that influences a baby's growth and development is sleep and rest. The need for sleep is not only seen from the quantity aspect but also the quality. With good quality sleep, the baby's growth and development can be achieved optimally. One way that can be used to fulfill these needs is baby massage. Baby massage is a gentle stroking or massaging therapy for babies, this is stimulation through tactile stimulation, gentle massage approaching soft and gentle massage on the surface of the baby's skin gently, on the tissues and organs of the body. Baby massage is useful for increasing the baby's concentration and making the baby sleep soundly, to increase the baby's growth and weight, increase the body's endurance, build bonds of love between parents and children and improve blood circulation and breathing. A baby's weight is influenced by heredity, nutrition, environment, gender and social status. Body weight is an anthropometric indicator for assessing growth in babies or children. Balanced nutrition and basic health care in the form of immunizations. Regular massage for babies can increase the baby's weight and the length of time the baby sleeps. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining the effectiveness of baby massage on weight gain and baby sleep quality at AsyfAlesha Mom n' Baby Care, whether its implementation is effective in supporting weight gain and baby sleep quality to prevent stunting in babies.

Financial performance is a form of achievement on the results of management's work to achieve the company's goals in conducting an assessment by measuring financial ratios periodically the company's operational activities according to the criteria approved by the company. This study uses common size analysis which is a financial statement calculation technique to be simpler generally in the form of horizontal and vertical analysis, so as to show the relationship and trend of the company's financial position. This study aims to determine the circumstances, conditions and financial proportions in more detail of the company under study. The study was conducted descriptively with a comparative approach by processing secondary data in the form of company financial statements. The object of research is a food and beverage company listed on the IDX, namely PT. Mayora Indah Tbk and its competitor, PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk and PT. Siantar Top Tbk. Sampling was taken with a research period of 7 years, from 2015 to 2021 and found as many as 21 financial data. The method used is Common size analysis. The results obtained are financial management in terms of liquidity is mostly done by PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur which is offset by assets that also increase is reflected in the management balance sheet report showing optimal management with stable sales over time, PT. Mayora Indah Tbk transfers a lot of funds to the company's assets and equity, but in a pandemic situation, management still has difficulty managing funds so that operating profit has decreased, while PT. Siantar Top Tbk shows a unique pattern of liabilities with debt rising and falling from year to year based on profit appears very sharp decline in addition the company has a proportion of funds that mostly go to sales expenses compared to other account components.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of gymnastics (prolanis gymnastics) on heart health fluctuations in gymnastics participants in the Karangasem elderly gymnastics environment. The methodology used in this study was quasi-experimental analytic. The current study used original data collected from a sample of 17 people. April to June 2023 is the completion time of this study. Based on the mathematical analysis shown in Table 2, there was a considerable difference between systemic blood pressure and heart rate (p < 0.05), indicating that prolanis exercise had an impact on systolic blood pressure. However, there was actually no significant change (p>0.05) in systolic blood pressure. Based on analytical analysis, there were significant changes in systolic blood pressure and pulse rate (p < 0.05), indicating that prolanis exercise had an impact on systemic blood pressure. However, there was actually no significant change in blood pressure (p>0.05) in diastolic blood pressure. Introduction: Anxiety is a physiological state that has an impact on heart rate increasing rapidly, in this condition occurs when a person is under stress which makes him uneasy, every individual who experiences anxiety becomes one of the psychological problems that arise. Anxiety itself often appears but with unclear circumstances. To overcome anxiety can be done relaxation meditation and dhikr. Purpose: This research is to find out about the effectiveness of relaxation meditation and dhikr on students' anxiety before facing national exams. Methods: In this study using a pre-experimental type with a research design of two groups pre test - post test design with questionnaire sheets. The sample used was 20 people using purposive sampling. Results: Based on the results of statistical tests the results obtained were p-value = 0,002 for meditation relaxation and p-value <,001 for dhikr. Seen there is effectiveness or a significant effect on students' anxiety before and after meditation and dhikr relaxation. Which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Conclusion: Based on the results of research conducted that there is effectiveness between meditation and dhikr relaxation on students' anxiety before facing national exams.

This study aims to explain and describe the Choreography of Talam Sapinggan  Dance at Sanggar Lindang Urek, East Payakumbuh District, Payakumbuh City.  This research is qualitative research with descriptive method. The instrument of this study is the researcher himself. Data were collected using literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Sanggar Lindang Urek creates Talam Sapinggan  dance to function as a performance art and entertainment. Aspects of Talam Sapinggan  dance form are movement, floor design, top design, group composition, dancers, dance accompaniment and costumes. The content aspect is the idea and atmosphere. Talam Sapinggan  dance has 32 types of movements. Floor Design consists of 4 designs including: Triangle, Pentagon, Circle, and Trapezoid. Top Design consists of flat, deep, vertical, horizontal, medium, high, low, curved, contrast, low and angular. The design form of large composition groups is as follows: (1) unison or synchronous, (2) alternate or alternating intervals, (3) broken or split, (4) balanced, (5) canon or alternate. The number of dancers in the Talam Sapinggan  dance consists of 7 people. The musical accompaniment uses Minang tradition music created, including: gandang tasa, talempong, gandang tambua, saluang, bansi, thamburin, and assisted by vocal dendang. Costumes already use a form of creation.

The existence of textbooks cannot be separated from the curriculum that is implemented. In reality, the textbooks in circulation are still not in accordance with the content standards contained in the curriculum. This research aims to find out and describe the material contained in the 2017 Revised Edition of the Indonesian Language Student Book for Class VII published by the Ministry of Education and Culture with KI and KD in the 2013 Curriculum. To achieve the above objectives, qualitative research methods were used. The data and data source for this research is the 2017 Revised Edition of the Indonesian Language Student Book for class VII. The type of instrument used in this research uses a checklist. The data collection technique in this research is the reading technique, the word technique. In this research, the data analysis technique uses content analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the suitability of the material in the 2017 Revised Edition of the Indonesian Language Student Book for Class VII with the KI and KD in the Curriculum, if the results are as a percentage, namely 50% of the discrepancy lies in the order of the textbook material to the KI and KD. This means that the sequence of material in the second semester does not match the sequence in the curriculum.

This research aims to determine the influence of the collaboration between the Circ and Quick on The Draw learning models on social studies learning outcomes for Class IV students at SD Inpres Pangalloang District. Mamuju. This research uses a quantitative research method. The sampling method in this research uses a saturated sampling technique. The research results obtained the Kolmogorov Smirnov data normality test value which showed that the data was normally distributed. The average score obtained by students on the pre-test score was in the medium category and the average score obtained by students on the post-test score was in the high category with an increase in score of 3.1%. These results show that the collaboration of circ and quick on the draw learning models can improve social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD Inpres Pangalloang SD Inpres Pangalloang Makassar. The results of the data hypothesis testing analysis obtained a Sig value. (2-tailed) is smaller than the probability value or H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means the data analysis coefficient is positive. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of collaborative learning models and quick on the draw on social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD Inpres Pangalloang.

Literary works always contain the author's perspective on reality as a social institution created by the author. These problems are often combined into a view or criticism of life. This certainly describes social life as a reality that occurs in an environment. One type of literary work that contains a view of reality is W.S Rendra's poem entitled "Poem of Hot People". The aim of this research is to determine the effort to explain the social impact of the poem entitled "Poetry of the Overheated People" by W.S Rendra. The poem depicts social and political inequality between the needy class of society and the ruling class of society. Through this research, I hope to make us more sensitive to circumstances and conditions. The reason I chose W.S Rendra's poetry was because the language was very clear and specific. With poetry that uses clear and specific language, the meaning of the content is accurate and complete. The poem is analyzed using the perspective of the social impact that occurs on a phenomenon. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using a literary sociology approach. The technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The researcher sees himself as the only tool. This process involves recording factors related to aspects of social impact as documentation of analysis and as a source of understanding. The results of the research show that the poem "Poetry of Hot People" describes social inequality. Based on these findings, researchers concluded that poetry can be used as a means to criticize existing injustices and express feelings of dissatisfaction with social situations.      

One of the most basic and most important things in dealing with the circulation of false information is to strengthen digital literacy and ethics in students, the purpose of this study is to provide education and socialization about the urgency and strengthening of digital literacy and ethics as a preventive in preventing Hoax and Hate Speech information circulating on social media, this study uses descriptive qualitative methods with the results: First, strengthening digital literacy is an effective solution in dealing with fake news circulating, because the higher a person's cognitive abilities, the more selective he is in sorting out the information presented, Second, the implementation stage in strengthening and learning literacy and learning ethics is with various learning methods, especially digital-based learning media, school literacy movements, e-learning and utilization of online learning platforms and applications in honing students' cognitive skills and skills in digital literacy, as well as the effectiveness of socialization about the impact and dangers of hoaxes and hate speech. Third, the obstacles in strengthening digital literacy and digital ethics are student skills, weak parental control and supervision, social and economic status, and the skills and abilities of teachers who are required to continue to innovate.

The electrical power system at the factory is very prone to disturbances, both short 3-phase interruptions, overload and phase to ground. If this interference cannot be minimized, it can cause damage to the installed equipment. To minimize the above conditions, it is necessary to have a security system and adequate security equipment. One of the safeguards used by PT. Petrokimia Gresik is a protection relay located at the 1A Utility factory.In this study, the Etap Power Station version 12.6 software will be used, the application will be very helpful in calculating short circuits that occur on 6 KV Busbars and 400 V Busbars. With the help of this software, we can analyze the ability of the Bus to short circuit disturbances. From the calculation results obtained, it shows that the busbar bracing ability and the capacity of the circuit breaker installed in the electrical system of PT. Is Petrokimia Gresik still good enough to withstand the existing disturbances.

Non-pharmacological methods of reduction are by exercise, one of which is hypertensive gymnastics. Tera gymnastics is a physical and mental exercise combined with motion. Tera gymnastics has many benefits, one of which is improving heart conditions and blood circulation and can control blood pressure. Purpose; Knowing the results of the application of tera gymnastics on blood pressure in the elderly in Sragen Wetan District. Method; This research design uses a case study method with a descriptive research method on hypertensive elderly using a spygmomanometer. Result; Blood pressure before the application of tera gymnastics in respondents was included in the category of Grade I hypertension. There were differences in the development of blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension before and after the tera gymnastics intervention became Grade I hypertension. Conclusion; There are differences in development before and after tera gymnastics in the elderly with hypertension.

As a result of dysmenorrhea can cause discomfort that can interfere with adolescent activities.Overcoming dysmenorrheal pain, namely with acupressure. The acupressure points used are LI4 and SP6 points. Emphasis on the hegu point (LI4) has a strong function on the mind so that it can be used in calming the mind and reducing anxiety, because dysmenorrhea can be caused by stress and psychological disorders while the SP6 point has a function to strengthen the spleen, restore Yin balance in the liver and kidneys so that it can improve blood circulation thus the SP6 point can reduce dysmenorrheal pain. Objective : To determine the effect of LI4 and SP6 point acupressure on reducing dysmenorrheal in adolescent. Method : This type of research uses a pre-experimental method with a one group pre-test post-test design. The sample obtained is from the calculation of the slovin formula, namely as many as 30 people. Results : The results of the study with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test obtained a p value of 0,000 where the value is smaller a (0,005) meaning that there is an effect of acupressure.

Pregnancy can be good or bad depending on the condition of the mother. Some mothers who do not want their babies choose to have illegal abortions. This has led to the proliferation of illegal abortion clinics that perform abortions not in accordance with the law.  Although the law provides for some justifiable cases of abortion, there is debate about the consequences of punishing abortionists. Judges' verdicts in abortion cases often do not fulfil the purpose of punishment to provide a deterrent and corrective effect. The purpose of this research is to analyse the Case Study of Central Jakarta District Court Decision Number 1140/pid.sus/2020/Pn Jkt Pst on the act of carrying out illegal abortion in accordance with Article 75 of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning health in relation to the purpose of punishment. This research method is a normative juridical approach. The research specifications used are descriptive analysis. The result of this research is that the Panel of Judges in this case can be considered lacking in considering the mitigating or aggravating circumstances of the defendant when compared to other cases. Consideration of judges who are less mature can lead to unclear objectives of punishment in cases of abortion. The clarity of the human rights of a foetus is questionable in this abortion case. More research and careful consideration by judges is needed to ensure fair and balanced sentencing in abortion cases.

Background; Stroke is a blood circulation disorder in the brain which results in the death of brain tissue. Stroke patients who experience hemiparesis can result in functional impairment, impaired mobility, impaired daily activities and irreversible disability. Purpose: This study aims to determine the results of implementing rubber ball ROM exercise on muscle strength in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. Methods: The application was carried out using a descriptive method with a case study design in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients who are at risk of experiencing muscle weakness. The application of the rubber ball rom exercise was carried out for 4 consecutive days by holding the rubber ball for 5 seconds and repeated 7 times. Results: There was an increase in muscle strength of 1 degree in both respondents after the rubber ball ROM exercise. Conclusion: The results of the application to the two respondents between before and after being given the rubber ball ROM exercise showed an increase in muscle strength. So that rubber ball ROM exercise can be used as a non-pharmacological technique to increase muscle strength in stroke patients.

Marriage is a bond between two men and women to form a happy and eternal household. Marriage, which is symbolized as a bond and agreement, legally can be reviewed when the main goal is not fulfilled due to inconsistencies between the two parties deviating from the original purpose of forming a family. The review of the marriage agreement may end with a legal process or due to natural causes such as the death of one of them. Marriage, which was originally intended to form a happy and eternal household, could be broken up because the husband and wife are not committed to living life together. The principle of marriage, both according to Islamic Shari'at and Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage contains the principle of monogamy, namely a man may only be paired with a woman and vice versa, but under certain conditions, Islamic Shari'at and the Law The law provides space and opportunities for a man to have more than one wife, namely polygamy. In practice, polygamous marriages still have pros and cons. There are pros and cons of opinion on polygamous marriages due to irregularities in its implementation. These deviations will be the object of research.

Background:  Elderly is a condition where a person is 60 years old. Hypertension is a condition of a person who has mixture of salt and lemongrass that can facilitate blood circulation in the body. systolic blood pressure of 140 mmHg and diastolic 80 mmHg. Data from the Kaliwungu Health Center (2023) shows that the number of hypertensive elderly is 18 elderly people. Non-pharmacological therapy that can be done by soaking warm water feet with aObjective: to determine the effect of the application of foot soak therapy using warm water with salt and lemongrass on blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension in Kaliwungu Village, Semarang Regency. Method: this application uses a case study research design with prestest and post-test design. Samples were 2 elderly people who had 2nd degree hypertension. Results: the application of  there was a decrease in blood pressure that was different between respondent 1 and respondent 2 after the application of warm water foot soak with salt and lemongrass for 3 consecutive days for 20 minutes. Both respondents were categorized as grade 2 hypertension decreased to normal-high based on the PDHI classification (2019). Conclusion: Application of warm water foot soak with a mixture of salt and lemongrass can lower blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension.  

The tendency of students to form circles often causes conflict, lack of self-confidence, difficulty socializing, low learning outcomes, and intolerance. This study used a quantitative experimental research method. The research sample was students of class VII SMP Yohannes XXIII Semarang. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect, increase in learning outcomes, and the effectiveness of using the module-assisted GI method on learning (PAK) on learning outcomes. The instrument used documentation, questionnaires, and tests. The results showed that the average pretest score was 39, posttest was 84, and the difference was 45. The average learning achievement exceeded KKM 78 with an increase in score reaching 1213. The results of global diversity attitudes and student achievement showed that by 87.3%. This means that the attitude of global diversity of students influences as much as 87.3%. The mean of the N-gain test is 76.2 which is in the very good and effective category. It can be concluded that the module-assisted GI method is effective in learning, able to increase: global diversity attitude values, learning outcomes, and is effective in increasing global diversity attitudes.
