Background: Unfortunate Children such as street children in Denpasar must work to survive. One of the jobs they can do were to become hawkers and become a "tukang suun" in several markets in the Denpasar. This child received less attention, including health. The purpose of this activity is to provide health services and health education for street children, especially hawkers and "tukang suun" at the Bali Children's Lentera Foundation (LAB), Denpasar City. Method: This is a Community Services activity in with health services for 23 street children / "tukang suun" at the Bali Children's Lentera Foundation (LAB) Denpasar. This health service activity about weight and height measurements to find out nutritional status based on body mass index (BMI); hemoglobin levels examination, health education about clean and healthy behavior; and supplementary feeding. Results: Most of the children present were girls (74%) and most  were 4 - 9 years old. Based on body mass index (BMI), children’s were thin (50% in 4-6 years old and 37.5% in 7-9 years old). The results of hemoglobin levels examination through periphery blood tests, there were 89% of children have normal hemoglobin levels. Conclusion: based on BMI, street children / "tukang suun" tend to be thin but most have normal hemoglobin levels 

Respiratory tract infections are one of the causes of high mortality and morbidity in children, especially in children under the age of 5 years whose immune system is still susceptible to various diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the rationality of giving antibiotics for acute respiratory tract infections (ARI) to toddlers at the Jamanis Health Center. The type of research used is descriptive research, the sampling method is purposive sampling and data collection is carried out retrospectively. Then data analysis was carried out and compared with references from MTBS guidelines. This research was conducted at the Jamanis Health Center when the research was conducted in March-May 2023. The population used in this study was all ARI patients at the Jamanis Health Center for the January-December 2022 period. Based on the data obtained, the number of medical records of ARI patients in toddlers at the Jamanis Health Center for the 2022 period is 1121 people. The results of the study of the most widely used antibiotic drug were amoxicillin with 82 cases (89.13%). The results of rationality of drug administration based on the criteria of Right diagnosis that is equal to 100% (Rational), Right indication that is equal to 65.21% (Not Rational), Right drug that is equal to 65.21% (Not Rational), Right patient that is equal to 100% (Rational), Right dose that is equal to 100% (Rational)

Posyandu is a forum between professional services from health workers and community participation in overcoming public health problems, especially in efforts to reduce infant mortality. According to the 2022 Central Statistics Agency (BPS) report, Indonesia has an infant mortality rate of 16.9 per 1,000 live births. Posyandu Sari Kencana 1 dan 2 and 2, Pentur Village, Simo, and Boyolali shelter 2 RWs consisting of 5 RTs, namely RT 001–RT 005, with a total of 60–80 toddlers. This Posyandu has 10 cadres who assist in the process of implementing activities. In implementation, problems were found regarding a lack of service quality, especially data recording, which was still manual and unsystematic. In this service activity, service records are implemented into the posyandu register book (printed) and Ms. Exel and toddler posyandu cards for recording and reporting, which can be used to help posyandu performance in data and information management so that it can be carried out clearly, regularly, and quickly, which can later support smooth operations and policy making.

 Language development is the most important aspect in early childhood. Many children use gadgets as a means of playing. Children who play with gadgets prefer to play with the gadgets they like. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of using gadgets from an early age on speech delays in toddlers. Method; The research is an observational analytic correlation, the research design used is cross sectional. The population in this study were all mothers with toddlers aged 3-5 years in Wonoyoso Village, Pekalongan Regency, totaling 150 and the number of samples was 60. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Analysis in this study used the Chi-Square statistical test. Results; the total frequency of using gadgets below 4 times a week is 30 children (96.77%) while those who have a frequency of using gadgets more than 4 times a week are 1 child (3.23%). the use of gadgets with high duration totaled 26 children (76.47%) in the category of children said to be normal in speech and language development, while in the category of children late in language and speech development there were 8 children (13.33%). Conclusion; There is a significant relationship between gadget use and delays in speech and language development in toddlers.

Background : Sleep disturbances in children are often complained of by parents, where sleep disturbances in children under five are 44.2%. A toddler's sleep quantity will greatly affect his growth, if a child has poor sleep quantity (<11 hours/day) then this will also have a negative impact on the child's growth. Interventions that can be done to meet toddlers' sleep needs are by means of acupressure therapy. Acupressure is stimulation of acupuncture points with pressure that stimulates sensory nerve cells in the acupuncture point area thereby increasing local endorphins production and relieving pain in certain areas. Purpose: To analyze the effect of acupressure on the quantity of sleep for toddlers in the RW 12 Rejosari Karanggeneng Boyolali area. Method : This type of research is pre-experimental with one grub design (before and after) treatment. The sample obtained is from the calculation of the freeder formula plus 30% of the total sample calculation results, namely as many as 21 toddlers. Results: The results of the study with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test obtained a P value = 0.000 where the P value is smaller ? (0.005) meaning that there is an effect of giving acupressure on the quantity of sleep for toddlers. Conclusion: There is an effect of acupressure on the quantity of sleep for toddlers in the RW 12 Rejosari Karanggeneng Boyolali area.

This study aims to analyze the interaction of local culture and climate change from an environmental science perspective, with a focus on the socio-ecological adaptation strategies of coastal communities in the Indonesian archipelago. Climate change has had significant impacts on coastal areas, ranging from increased tidal flooding and coastal erosion to decreased fisheries productivity. In this context, coastal communities rely not only on technical approaches but also utilize local wisdom that has been passed down through generations. The research method used is a qualitative study with an environmental ethnography approach, which allows researchers to explore the relationship between culture, ecology, and environmental adaptation. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with traditional leaders, fishermen, and local communities, and analysis of cultural documents covering rituals, customary rules, and traditional ecological practices. Data analysis was conducted thematically to identify adaptation patterns, then compared with technical approaches in environmental studies. The results show that coastal communities in the Indonesian archipelago have various forms of culturally based adaptation that are relevant to the challenges of climate change. For example, the practice of marine sasi in Maluku serves to preserve fishery resources, traditional rituals in Bali support collective ecological awareness, and mutual cooperation (gotong royong) on ​​the coast of Java helps mitigate tidal flooding. These practices demonstrate that local wisdom serves a dual purpose: strengthening social cohesion and sustainably protecting the environment. The study's conclusions confirm that adaptation strategies will be more effective if they integrate local wisdom with science-based technical approaches. This integration not only strengthens ecological resilience but also ensures the socio-cultural sustainability of coastal communities.

Background: Schizophrenia is a psychiatric disorder that affects the work of the brain. The resulting disorders can attack thoughts, perceptions, emotions, movements, and behaviors. Based on the records of the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2019, the prevalence in Indonesia with the highest psychiatric disorders is found in Bali and Yogyakarta Provinces with each prevalence showing 11.1% and 10.4% per 1000 with people with schizophrenia / psychosis. One of the therapies to reduce anxiety in schizophrenic patients with hallucinations is environmental therapy using drawing methods. Objective: To know the results of the implementation of occupational therapy drawing on the decrease in signs and symptoms of hallucinations in patients with hallucinatory sensory perception disorders. Method: applying sensory stimulation therapy applied to 2 patients in the form of a case study. Results: After the application of occupational therapy, both respondents experienced a decrease in hallucination scores, with a total score of 14 and 5 classified as moderate hallucinations. Conclusion: Based on the data obtained, both respondents experienced a development that was originally classified as a very severe hallucination to moderate hallucination.

Immunization is the most effective and efficient public health effort in preventing disease and reducing death rates. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the provision of basic immunizations to babies at the PT Pratama Clinic. Hijau Pryan Perdana 2023. The number of samples used was 35 people obtained using total sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses chi square. The results obtained in this study were that the majority of respondents did not complete basic immunization, 22 people (62.9%), there was a relationship between the age variable with a value of p = 0.004, there was a relationship with the education variable with a value of p = 0.012, there was a relationship with the employment variable with a value of p = 0.036, there is a relationship between the knowledge variable with a value of p = 0.003, there is a relationship between the family support variable with a value of p = 0.010 with the provision of basic immunization. There is a relationship between maternal age, maternal education, maternal employment, maternal knowledge and family support with providing basic immunizations to babies. It is recommended for health services to increase mothers' knowledge about basic immunization for babies through education to increase the completeness of basic immunization for babies.

The purpose of writing this research is to find out the regulation of kasapekang sanctions and the implementation of kasepekang sanctions imposed on residents in Dewasana Traditional Village based on the perspective of Human Rights (HAM). The research that the researcher conducted was empirical research using a statutory approach, case approach, facts and comparisons. The results of the study show that the regulations that guarantee the existence of customary law communities are regulated according to Indonesian positive law in the 1945 Constitution article 18b paragraph 2 and also village awig-awig, especially the Dewasana Customary Village related to kasapekang sanctions are regulated in the village awig-awig in pawos 69. Kasepekang sanctions when viewed from a human rights perspective can lead to human rights violations because they are contrary to the formulations in the 1945 Constitution. For the implementation of kasepekang sanctions imposed on residents of Desa Adat Dewasana, it has been carried out in accordance with awig-awig pawos 69. In its implementation, the stage of imposing sanctions is considered quite mild, but it can also cause human rights violations.

Dalam abstrak ini, kami menjelajahi peran krusial matematika dalam pembangunan dasar-dasar komputasi yang kita kenal saat ini. Kami melacak evolusi dari konsep matematis dasar seperti logika boolean, teori himpunan, aljabar, hingga konsep-konsep lebih lanjut seperti teori bilangan dan kalkulus yang membentuk landasan bagi pengembangan algoritma dan struktur data. Kami juga menyelidiki bagaimana konsep-konsep ini diimplementasikan dalam bahasa pemrograman modern dan arsitektur komputer. Dengan memahami fondasi matematis ini, kita dapat lebih menghargai kompleksitas dan keajaiban di balik teknologi komputasi modern.

The acidity level of saliva pH is one of the factors that influences oral health. In the context of toddlers experiencing stunting, high saliva pH acidity can increase the risk of serious oral health issues. This research aims to explore the potential impact of cassava chips consumption on changes in saliva pH in stunted toddlers. The study utilized an experimental pretest-posttest design. The research population consisted of 190 stunted toddlers in the working area of UPT Puskesmas Pekkae, Barru Regency, in May-July 2023. The sample comprised 16 stunted toddlers selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon statistical test. The research results indicated that the consumption of cassava chips by stunted toddlers during the first four weeks resulted in a significant increase in saliva pH. There was a significant difference between saliva pH levels before and after consumption in the first week (p = 0.002), second week (p = 0.001), third week (p = 0.001), and fourth week (p = 0.001). However, in the fifth week, there was no significant change in saliva pH (p = 0.020). This means that cassava chips can increase saliva pH to a more neutral level in stunted toddlers during the first four weeks, but this change does not continue into the fifth week.

In the partnership agreement between PT. GO-JEK Indonesia with online motorcycle taxi drivers does not meet the principle of balance. The principle of balance which is intended to harmonize legal institutions in agreements known in civil law which has the aim of making the agreement equal or balanced. This study aims to determine the legal consequences of not fulfilling the principle of balance in the partnership agreement between PT. GO-JEK Indonesia Bali Branch With Online Ojek Drivers. As discussed in this study are the legal consequences and legal protection of agreements that do not meet the principle of balance in the partnership agreement between PT. GO-JEK Indonesia Bali Branch with online motorcycle taxi drivers. The research method in this study is a normative research method, which is a legal research library by reviewing regulations and theories of experts related to the problems discussed. After doing the research, it was concluded that the result of the partnership agreement between PT. GO-JEK Indonesia Bali Branch with online motorcycle taxi drivers creates an imbalance between the rights and obligations of the parties. And GO-JEK in resolving problems that cannot be carried out through deliberation is allowed to take legal action by bringing the dispute to a court that has been determined by GO-JEK, namely the South Jakarta Court, but with the determination of the Court by GO-JEK, it can be difficult for partners who live outside city or far from the Court.  

Background: Traditional medicine can be used to treat cough in ARI. WHO recommends the use of traditional medicines including herbs in maintaining public health, prevention and treatment of disease, especially for chronic diseases and cancer. Objective: to determine the effect of giving ginger and honey drinks on coughs in toddlers. Method: This type of research is pre-experimental with the research design used is one group pre-test-post test design with a sample of 20 subjects. The instrument used in collecting this data is the respondent's characteristic sheet which contains the name, age, gender along with the observation sheet. Honey ginger therapy intervention was given in the morning and evening for 5 consecutive days with a dose of 1 glass containing 150 ml and 2 teaspoons of pure honey. Result: the results of observations in studies that have been conducted for 5 consecutive days with a frequency of 2x a day obtained a p value of 0.00. Conclusion: There is an Effect of Giving Ginger and Honey Drinks to Ease Coughs in Toddlers.

Monitoring nutritional status in 2018 reached 27.5% while the WHO limit was <20%. This means that approximately 8.9 million Indonesian children experience suboptimal growth, or 1 in 3 Indonesian children is stunted. More than one third of children under the age of 5 in Indonesia are below average in height. Purpose: To analyze the relationship between the health history of pregnant women and the incidence of stunting in the working area of the Responsibilityrjo Health Center. Methodology: The research design used is quantitative research using analytic survey methods with a cohort approach. The population is 3140 and the sample is 355 respondents. Results: The average respondent was 20-35 years old with a percentage of 80%, the education of the most respondents was high school with a total of 220 respondents or 62%. Most of the respondents' occupations were housewives, namely 102 respondents or 28.7% and the highest number of respondents were multigravidas, namely 215 or 60.6%. Health history of mothers during pregnancy with CED as many as 84 respondents (23.7%) and non-SEZ 271 mothers or 76.3% And mothers who experienced mild anemia were 98 mothers or 27.6% and mothers under five who experienced moderate anemia 22 respondents or by 6.2%, there were 135 stunted toddlers with a percentage of 38%, there was no relationship between age and work with stunting with a p value of maternal age of 0.611 and a p value of work of 0.158 and there was a relationship between education and parity most of the respondents were multigravida, namely 215 or 60.6%. Health history of mothers during pregnancy with CED as many as 84 respondents (23.7%) and non-SEZ 271 mothers or 76.3% And mothers who experienced mild anemia were 98 mothers or 27.6% and mothers under five who experienced moderate anemia 22 respondents or by 6.2%, there were 135 stunted toddlers with a percentage of 38%, there was no relationship between age and work with stunting with a p value of maternal age of 0.611 and a p value of work of 0.158 and there was a relationship between education and parity with the incidence of stunting, namely the p value Mother's education is 0.00 and the p value for mother's parity is 0.000. There is a relationship between maternal health history and the incidence of stunting. negative indicates that the better the mother's nutrition and the higher the mother's Hb, the lower the incidence. Suggestion: So that parents can better prepare for early pregnancy and pay more attention to their children's nutritional intake.

This study used the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique (stratified random disproportionate sampling), with the target of students of the Social and Political Faculty of Balitar Blitar Islamic University, a total population of 140 students and a sample of 136 students. Data collection techniques were field observations, literature studies and questionnaires. The results of the research from various tests that have been carried out on 140 respondents to answer the statements that have been submitted, in this study there is a conclusion that the relationship between Marketing Content (X) and Purchase Intention (Y) has a positive or significant effect.

Kepribadian introvert merupakan perilaku di mana seorang individu cenderung pendiam, malu serta terasa tak nyaman pada kondisi kesosialan  tertentu. Kepribadian ialah sejenis introvert nan kecenderungan semakin terfokus terhadap perasaan serta terpikir nan asalnya dari dalam dirinya. Sehingga mereka terkadang disebut sebagai orang yang anti sosial. Padahal, mereka tetap melakukan sosialisasi walau harus kelihatan malu. Maka penyebab anak kepribadian lebih proses kesesuatu secara dalam serta piker kelebih dulunya kesebelum bicara, serta harus memilah apa nan diperlukan untuk mengungkapkan terhadap orang lainnya. Kepribadian  cenderung membatasi interaksi dengan orang-orang sekitarnya, karena sejatinya berinteraksi nan merupakan hubungan menimbal balik antar dua orang bahkan berlebih, serta masingnya orang yang terlibatkan di dalamnya yang mainkan peran secara aktif. Berbanding terbalik dengan orang berkepribadian introvert yang terkesan kaku dalam berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Maka, peneliti memakai metode penelitian kualitative dengan metode descriptive  untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara mengetahui penyebab seseorang berkepribadian introvert, dan bagaimana cara seseorang mengembangkan kepribadiannya.

Dear David menimbulkan kontroversi dan perdebatan panjang kalangan penonton di media sosial. Akibatnya karena dianggap menormalisasikan tindakan pelecehan seksual terhadap kaum laki-laki. Penelitian ini mengkaji representasi stereotip perempuan melalui petanda dan penanda di balik skenario, gambar, adegan, dan teks yang terdapat dalam film. Penelitian ini menggunakan deksripstif kualitatif yang mengacu pada teori semiotika Roland Barthes. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode dokumentasi dengan teknik rekam dan teknik catat sehingga diperoleh data primer. Teknik rekam dilakukan dengan mengamati lalu mendokumentasikan data pada film Dear David. Teknik catat dilakukan dengan mencatat data yang dibutuhkan pada cuplikan film Dear David. Analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari makna denotasi, makna konotasi, dan mitos yang terdapat dalam film Dear David untuk kemudian ditarik representasi stereotip perempuan di dalamnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa antara lain, (1) makna denotasi dalam film Dear David yang tergambar jelas melalui adegan-adegan merupakan makna yang sebenarnya terjadi di dalam film tersebut, (2) terdapat pula makna konotasi menggambarkan makna tidak langsung atau makna kultural yang muncul akibat adanya stereotip masyarakat, maka ditemukannya stereotip-stereotip positif dan negatif masyarakat terhadap perempuan di dalam film Dear David, (3) terciptalah mitos yang memunculkan pandangan masyarakat sehingga muncul pemikiran-pemikiran negatif dari stereotip-stereotip yang ditemukan. Ditetapkannya Indonesia sebagai Presidensi G20 untuk tahun 2022, menyebabkan pembangunan untuk acara tersebut dipersiapkan. Penyelenggaran akan dilaksanakan di Provinsi Bali sebagai pusat lokasi penyelenggaraan Konferensi Tingkat Tinggi (KTT) G20. Provinsi Bali sebagai salah satu Provinsi di Indonesia memiliki peraturan terkait dengan Bangunan, yaitu Peraturan Daerah Nomor 5 tahun 2005 mengenai Arsitektur Tradisional Bali. Penerapan Perda ini wajib dilakukan agar Bali tidak kehilangan jati diri akibat adanya kemajuan teknologi dan perkembangan budaya. Salah satu kemajuan teknologi saat ini dapat dilihat dari adanya konsep Suistainability Design. Bangunan Pengelola Showcase Mangrove ini tidak semata-mata dibangun dengan cepat dan bernafaskan Arsitektur Tradisinal Bali tapi juga diharapkan mampu menjadi bangunan yang sustainable karena berada di wilayah ekosistem Mangrove. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif. Bangunan Pengelola Showcase Mangrove TAHURA Ngurah Rai telah mengimplementasikan Arsitektur Tradisional Bali dan Sustainable Design dalam pelaksanaan pembangunanya.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Course Review Horray (CRH) learning model on the active learning of Christian Religious Education of class The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all class Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 40 items, of which 20 questionnaire items were for variable class X Yapim Balige Private Vocational School, Toba Regency, 2022/2023 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.580 > rtable(a=0.05,n=45) = 0.294, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Test A significant relationship is obtained by the value of tcount= 4.667 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=43)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation , the regression equation Y ̂="36.86"+0.44X is obtained. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 33.6%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=20, dk denominator=n-2=45-2=43) namely 21.69 > 1.51.
