This study aims to explore the institutional governance and collaboration mechanisms at Indonesia's entry points, emphasising both formal arrangements, such as Memoranda of Understanding, and informal communication channels that facilitate daily operations among Immigration, Customs, Port Authorities, Law Enforcement, and Health Agencies. The research employed qualitative methods, including interviews, observations, and document analysis, grounded in Policy Network theory, to analyse the dynamics of institutional collaboration at entry points. The findings highlight that border oversight effectiveness hinges on inter-agency synergy quality, trust, and the ability to overcome technical and procedural barriers, whilst significant challenges include technological disparity, particularly incompatible data platforms hampering real-time information sharing, and silo mentalities driven by security concerns that impede operational harmonisation, resulting in delays and inefficiencies. Trust mechanisms such as informal communication groups, regular meetings, and leadership support significantly improve coordination and operational performance. The study concludes that sustainable and adaptive governance models characterised by mutual trust, effective communication, and technological integration are essential for enhancing border security and facilitating legal movement. The research underscores the importance of integrating technological systems to ensure interoperability, developing clear cross-agency SOPs, and fostering a collaborative culture that prioritises shared goals over organisational ego. Strengthening institutional collaboration at border crossings will bolster Indonesia's national security, economic growth, and international reputation, and contribute to resilient, efficient border management systems capable of addressing contemporary threats.

This research aims to analyze the role of internal social media (ISM) in facilitating collaboration and innovation among employees within organizations. With the increasing adoption of digital platforms in the workplace, ISM has become an important tool for enhancing communication, knowledge sharing, and social interaction. This study explores how the use of ISM influences employee collaboration, leading to increased innovation and overall organizational performance. Through surveys and interviews with employees across various industries, this research gathers data on ISM usage, perceptions of collaboration, and levels of innovation. The results of the study indicate that ISM plays a significant role in enhancing employee collaboration by providing a platform for easy communication, information sharing, and community building. Furthermore, the study finds that collaboration facilitated by ISM positively impacts employee innovation, leading to the development of new ideas, improved processes, and enhanced products. This research highlights the importance of ISM in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within organizations and provides practical insights for organizations looking to leverage ISM for competitive advantage.

This study aims to analyze the impact of participative leadership on voice behavior with knowledge sharing as a mediating variable among employees at PT. Jambi Ekspres Televisi. This research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) technique analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The sample consists of 30 respondents selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire that measures the variables of participative leadership, voice behavior, and knowledge sharing. The results of the study show that (1) participative leadership, voice behavior, and knowledge sharing are at a high category; (2) participative leadership has a positive and significant impact on voice behavior; (3) participative leadership has a positive and significant impact on knowledge sharing; (4) knowledge sharing has a positive and significant impact on voice behavior; and (5) knowledge sharing significantly mediates the relationship between participative leadership and voice behavior. This study recommends that PT. Jambi Ekspres Televisi enhance participative leadership practices by strengthening two-way communication and implementing a more structured knowledge management system to improve performance and collaboration among employees.

Knowledge must be managed effectively to facilitate transfer between individuals, groups, and organizations. The Informatics Engineering study program currently lacks a system for knowledge management. Currently, the study program facilitates offline discussion forums for the sharing of knowledge gained by lecturers and students. These offline discussion forums require significant costs, time, and space, often resulting in delays in knowledge sharing. This research focused on the analysis and design of a Knowledge Management System to meet the needs of Informatics Engineering students at Universitas PGRI Madiun. The system development method used was the Knowledge Management System Lifecycle (KMSL). In this study, the TIF KMS system using the KMSL method has been successfully built. The results of testing using the Blackbox Testing method showed that 5 scenarios and 18 cases were successfully executed as expected with a 100% success rate. Based on the system test results, the TIF KMS is ready to proceed to the implementation stage. Future implementation can be done by developing additional features such as a digital library

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi merupakan penyakit kronis yang prevalensinya tinggi pada kelompok lanjut usia serta berperan signifikan dalam timbulnya komplikasi kardiovaskular. Salah satu faktor risiko yang dapat dimodifikasi dalam penatalaksanaan hipertensi adalah rendahnya tingkat aktivitas fisik. Tujuan: untuk memberdayakan lansia dalam melakukan aktivitas fisik dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Metode: pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pembelian Latihan fisik pada lansia dengan tujuan menurunkan tekanan darah yang terdiri dari tahap I: sharing materi perihal pentingnya aktivitas fisik terhadap tekanan darah sebanyak 1 kali pertemuan dan tahap II berupa kegiatan pelatihan aktivitas fisik berupa senam lansia 1 hari seklai dilakukan selama 3 kali seminggu dan diukur tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan senam lansia. Hasil: kegiatan ini menghasilkan meningkatnya pengetahuan lansia perihal pentingnya aktivitas fisik berupa senam lansia terhadpa tekanan darah dan menurunnya tekanan darah pada lansia yang menderita hipertensi. Kesimpulan: lansia dengan hipertensi sudah mampu melakukan aktivitas fisik untuk menurunkan tekanan darah dan mempraktekkan senam lansia secara mandiri ataupun golongan (secara bersama-sama dengan lansia yang lain).

Effective collaboration is a strategic imperative for contemporary organizations, yet its success hinges critically on team dynamics and underlying psychological factors like Trust and Psychological Safety. The purpose of this Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was to synthesize empirical research published between 2020 and 2025 to clarify how these psychological factors influence collaboration and team performance. Following the PRISMA guidelines, a rigorous search on Google Scholar using keywords such as "team performance," "psychological factors," and "collaboration" resulted in the final inclusion of 15 articles for in-depth synthesis. Findings confirm that Trust is the most vital psychological construct, acting as a crucial mediator: it successfully transmits the positive effects of Transactional Leadership on employee performance and, conversely, mediates the detrimental effect of Toxic Leadership leading to Employee Silence. Leadership Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence are identified as primary antecedents that build perceived trustworthiness, which, in turn, significantly reduces Turnover Intention. The review also highlights emerging contexts: trust is now influenced by Agent-Related Factors in Human-AI Teams (HATs), and unconventional factors like Corporate Comedy are found to positively contribute to Group Cohesion. However, contradictory findings regarding trust's role in Knowledge Sharing suggest a significant research gap. This SLR concludes that building psychological capital is fundamental to effective collaboration and recommends that future research utilize Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to validate conceptual frameworks and employ mixed-methods approaches to resolve contextual conflicts within the literature.

Islamic banking is a financial system that operates in accordance with the principles of Islamic law, such as the prohibition of usury (riba), gharar (unlawful betting), and maisir (gambling), as well as the implementation of a profit-sharing mechanism. Islamic banking was born in the 1960s with the founding of Egypt's Mit Ghamr Savings Bank as a pioneer, followed by the establishment of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) in 1975. After that, the development of Islamic banking expanded to various countries, particularly in the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe. In Indonesia, Islamic banking institutions officially began operating in 1992 with the establishment of Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI), the first Islamic bank. The industry's development is strengthened by specific regulations, in the form of Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking, which serves as a primary foundation for strengthening the sector. Currently, Islamic banking in Indonesia is starting to show significant growth thanks to government support, increasing awareness among Muslims, and product and service innovations that are able to compete globally. This historical journey demonstrates that Islamic banking has evolved beyond simply being an alternative option and has become a vital component of a healthy economic system, both nationally and internationally.

This research is motivated by several factors such as locally generated revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, revenue-sharing funds, and capital expenditure. Some of the problems identified in this study include the realization of locally generated revenue that has never reached the budget target over four consecutive years, a percentage decrease in locally generated revenue while capital expenditure remains constant, and the absence of certain special allocation funds, which may affect capital expenditure. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of locally generated revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, and revenue-sharing funds on capital expenditure. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method using data samples obtained from the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Aceh Province in the form of Budget Realization Reports for the period 2019–2022. The data analysis technique used is linear regression. The results show that, based on the simultaneous test (F-test), locally generated revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, and revenue-sharing funds have a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure. Meanwhile, based on the partial test (t-test), each of these variables—locally generated revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, and revenue-sharing funds—also has a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure.

Modern education focuses not only on sharing knowledge but also plays a crucial role in shaping students' character and ethics. This study explores the role of ethics as the foundation of teacher-student relationships, the moral challenges of the digital age, and character education strategies as solutions. Using literature review and conceptual analysis, the study found that values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, politeness, and mutual respect are key to creating harmonious interactions in the learning environment. On the other hand, technological advances and cultural changes present challenges in the form of decreased empathy and the misuse of social media. Therefore, character education based on teacher role models, collaboration, and humanistic discipline needs to be developed. The study's findings emphasize the importance of balancing digital advancements with moral development in realizing ethical and civilized education. The study also reveals that, despite significant challenges facing educators in the digital age, they can utilize technology to support better character formation through an educational model that emphasizes ethics. The role of families and communities is also crucial in supporting this character education, fostering synergy between all parties in creating a generation with noble character.

The rapid advancement of information technology requires teachers to possess adequate digital skills and understanding to support the learning process. A website serves as an essential digital medium that can be utilized for providing information, learning materials, activity documentation, and facilitating communication among teachers, students, and the school. This study aims to develop and manage a school website as a means to enhance information technology knowledge for teachers at SMP Bina Bangsa Mandiri Cikeas, Bogor Regency. The research employed a system development approach, including needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of website usage by teachers. The results indicate that the developed website provides ease of access in managing school information, preparing digital learning content, and improving teachers’ digital literacy. Moreover, the website serves as a collaborative platform that supports teachers in sharing materials and teaching innovations. Therefore, developing and managing a website effectively contributes to enhancing information technology competence among junior high school teachers.

The digital era demands that organizations be fast-moving, adaptable, and innovative. With the advancement of information technology, changes in work methods, global competition, and stakeholder demands are becoming increasingly complex. Knowledge Management (KM) plays an important role as a strategic mechanism for identifying, acquiring, storing, sharing, and utilizing knowledge to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. In this context, knowledge management becomes one of the important elements for organizations to enhance performance. Knowledge management is not just about collecting data or information, but how organizations can store, share, create, and utilize knowledge to gain a competitive advantage. This article aims to analyze the importance of knowledge management for organizational performance in the digital age, including how the digital era changes the dimensions of knowledge management, how knowledge management contributes to organizational performance, the challenges faced, and their implications. The data obtained for this study were gathered from observations thru interviews with relevant parties and a literature review study by examining the results of empirical research from the past five years (2020–2025). The method used was descriptive literature analysis of 15 scientific articles from accredited national journals. The analysis focuses on the relationship between knowledge management dimensions (knowledge creation, storage, sharing, and application) and organizational performance indicators (financial performance, innovation, productivity, and customer satisfaction). The study results show that the implementation of knowledge management significantly contributes to improving organizational performance, both directly thru increased efficiency and effectiveness of work processes, and indirectly thru strengthening a culture of innovation and organizational learning. This article asserts that an organization's success in the digital age is not solely determined by its ability to adopt technology, but also by its ability to manage and leverage knowledge as a strategic resource. Therefore, knowledge management needs to be systematically integrated into the organization's digital strategy, accompanied by strengthening a learning culture, human resource training, and adaptive information technology systems.

Social media has become a tool used by everyone. It has become a widely used tool for sharing information and as a promotional platform. In today's digital era, many MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) promote their products using social media, eliminating the need to rely entirely on conventional strategies such as direct sales in markets or stores. Marketing utilizes digital technology to achieve goals through active and measurable communication. Marketing strategies using social media are crucial because they can reach a wide range of buyers without time or geographic limitations. Sellers and buyers can interact with each other through messages, comments, and reviews. This research aimed to gain a deeper understanding of how social media influences the marketing strategies implemented by MSMEs through interviews. The results of this study concluded that social media significantly influences MSME marketing strategies and builds relationships with customers. MSMEs are expected to develop better promotional strategies in the future and learn to adapt to competition in the digital era. As a suggestion, MSMEs are advised to integrate interactive content such as live streaming and influencer collaborations to strengthen consumer engagement, as well as allocate a minimum budget of 10-15% of revenue for digital marketing training.

This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted to address work-related stress experienced by partner institutions amid economic uncertainty and rapid digital transformation, particularly in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). The main issues identified included role ambiguity, job insecurity, and increasing demands for competency adaptation, which contribute to psychological stress, emotional exhaustion, reduced well-being, and declining work effectiveness. To respond to these challenges, the implementation team organized educational activities in the form of seminars and interactive sharing sessions titled “Thriving at Work in the AI Era: The Dynamics of Work Stress.” The program aimed to enhance participants’ understanding, awareness, and skills in identifying sources of work stress and applying adaptive stress management strategies. A participatory education method was applied, beginning with a pre-test and concluding with a post-test to assess changes in participants’ knowledge. The results showed a notable improvement in understanding, as reflected by a decrease in incorrect responses from 27.2% to 10.8% and an increase in correct responses from 72.8% to 89.2%. The implementation process consisted of three stages: preparation (team coordination, partner needs analysis, material development, and technical preparation), implementation (delivery of materials and interactive discussions), and evaluation and reporting. The mandatory outputs of this program include a PKM report and the publication of an article in a community service journal. Additional outputs involve dissemination through mass media and the development of a booklet intended for Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) registration.

Social media management has become a strategic necessity for social and community organizations to enhance the effectiveness of public relations activities in the digital era. This community service program aims to strengthen the digital communication capacity of members of the Indonesian Doctors’ Wives Association (IIDI), Surakarta Branch, particularly in managing social media as a public communication channel. The training was conducted offline and combined theoretical sessions, technical demonstrations, and hands-on practice covering content strategy, basic photography, Canva-based content creation, content calendar development, and management of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test instruments to assess participants’ improvement. The results show a significant increase in all competency indicators, especially in content creation, content scheduling, and social media administration skills. Participants also produced their own digital content as part of the practical assessment. Post-training support was provided through a WhatsApp group to ensure continued knowledge sharing and skill development. Overall, the program demonstrates that practice-oriented training can effectively enhance the digital communication competencies of social organizations and strengthen their public relations functions. This initiative is expected to serve as a replicable model for similar organizations seeking to optimize their social media engagement.

The phenomenon of job hopping has become an important concern in the dynamics of modern employment, especially among generations X, Y, and Z. Frequent job changes in a short period are often triggered by various factors, ranging from the pursuit of job satisfaction, the need for flexibility, to the desire to gain broader experience (Arlita & Sari, 2025). The internal socialization activities conducted at PT Borneo Samarinda aim to enhance employees’ understanding of job hopping behavior and its impact on organizational stability and company productivity. These activities are carried out in the form of interactive sharing sessions involving employees across divisions. The socialization materials include the understanding of the job hopping concept, main causes in each generation, negative impacts on the company, and adaptive solutions that can be implemented by management and employees. Results show increased participant awareness regarding the risks of job hopping, particularly related to reduced loyalty, high recruitment costs, and loss of institutional knowledge. Open discussions during the sessions revealed employees’ commitment to be more reflective about their personal careers and loyalty to the company. This socialization is expected to be a preventive step that encourages strengthening the organizational culture and creating a balance between individual satisfaction and corporate sustainability.

The rapid development of the digital era has led to a major shift in the modern workplace, with over 1.5 billion people spending more than six hours daily in front of computer screens. This working condition poses significant occupational health risks, including Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) such as Low Back Pain (LBP) and neck strain, with a global prevalence of 60-80%. Furthermore, prolonged screen exposure and high workload contribute to mental health issues like chronic stress and digital fatigue. This community service aimed to increase awareness among PT. XYZ employees regarding the importance of integrated ergonomics to achieve optimal productivity. The method used was an informative sharing session through a presentation and discussion. The material emphasized a three-pronged intervention approach: physical ergonomics (workstation adjustment), technology-based interventions (wearable devices, break reminder apps, and electromagnetic radiation prevention), and mental well-being integration (mindfulness and relaxation techniques). The results showed a significant increase in participant understanding of the health risks and the practical steps to implement integrated ergonomic solutions. It was found that combining technology-based reminders and mindfulness exercises can reduce health complaints by up to 40% better than physical interventions alone. The implication of this service is the recommendation for PT. XYZ to adopt an integrated ergonomic policy that addresses physical, technological, and mental aspects to create a healthier, safer, and more productive work environment for its employees.

In the context of the influence of social media on the learning concentration of Students in the learning concentration if students in the J-PBSI (Indonesia Language and Literature Education Department) at Lambung Mangkurat University, social media is one of the most influential technological products in the lives of students today. Students in J-PBSI at Lambung Mangkurat University are increasingly dependent on various digital platfroms to support their educational processes. Theses applicantions have become essential tools for socializing and sharing information with other students. The influence of social media use on the learning concentration of J-PBSI students shows that many students experience a lack of focus while studying due to the distracting effects of social media. This distraction often reduces students’ ability to contcentrate, which in turn affects their overall to concentrate, which in turn affects their overall learning performance. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interviem techniques conducted with several students from the Indonesia Language and Literature Education Department. The results of the most students use sosial media on a daily basis. High usage of social media tends to decrease learning concentration because students are often distracted by notifications of the urge to open social media while studying. However, there are also J-PBSI students who use social media effectively, utilizing it as an additional learning resource. Thus, the influence of social media is twofold, depending on the intensity and purpose of ir use. This study aims to determine the extent to which social media affects students’ learning concentration. It is also expected to provide a better understanding of how social media influences the learning process. Students are encouraged to use social media wisely and responsibly so that is does not interfere with their focus on studying, but instead supports their academic activities.

This comparative study analyzes the models of character education by comparing the implementation of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) in Finland and the Akhlak (Moral) Curriculum within Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Indonesia. Modern education demands not only cognitive intelligence but also emotional and moral maturity, highlighted by rising issues like bullying and mental health problems in adolescents. Finland's success is attributed to the strong integration of SEL, a psychological method focusing on five core competencies (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making) that fosters a positive school climate. In contrast, Indonesia's PAI Akhlak Curriculum aims to form character rooted in theological-spiritual values (piety and obedience). Using a descriptive qualitative comparative method through literature review and content analysis, the study found that despite sharing the core objective of cultivating moral character , their foundations differ: SEL is secular-humanistic for well-being, while Akhlak is theological-spiritual. Furthermore, Finland's system employs a low-pressure, integrated, formative evaluation, supported by teacher autonomy, while Indonesia's PAI implementation faces challenges from a dominant focus on quantitative cognitive assessment. The study recommends that PAI adopt the structured SEL framework as a methodological bridge to translate Akhlak values into concrete student behavior and promote active, affect-focused learning.

This study investigates the role of knowledge management (KM) capabilities in enhancing managerial decision-making within organizational settings. Using a systematic review approach, ten peer-reviewed journals published between 2019 and 2024 were analyzed to identify key themes, patterns, and empirical findings related to knowledge management implementation and its influence on decision-making processes. The review reveals that strong knowledge management capabilities particularly in knowledge acquisition, storage, sharing, and utilization significantly contribute to improving the accuracy, speed, and strategic quality of managerial decisions. The findings also show that organizations with well-developed knowledge management infrastructures, supported by digital technologies and a culture of knowledge sharing, demonstrate greater adaptability, innovation, and problem-solving effectiveness. This study concludes that knowledge management capabilities are essential for strengthening evidence-based decision-making and enhancing organizational competitiveness. Implications for managers emphasize the need to invest in knowledge management systems and foster collaborative knowledge practices. Suggestions for future research include expanding the scope to cross-industry comparisons and integrating knowledge management with emerging technologies such as AI-based decision support systems..
