Tujuan riset ini ialah untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui tingkat kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pudong. Populasi yang diteliti berjumlah 123 pekerja. Sampel sebanyak 95 karyawan dipilih menggunakan Sloane sampling dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kinerja pegawai dan promosi melalui etos kerja berada pada tingkat yang baik. Penilaian positif menunjukkan bahwa (1) semangat kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang yang efisien dan efektif, (2) promosi kerja yang efektif berdampak positif dan bermanfaat terhadap semangat kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang. ) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang, (5) etos kerja diterima dengan baik dan bermanfaat bagi pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang, (6) Kerja yang efisien dan efektif bagi pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pudong, dan (7) memajukan kerja yang efektif dan bermanfaat bagi para pegawai yang bekerja melalui kepuasan kerja Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pudong.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including the agricultural and environmental sectors in Karangmulyo Village. Community gardens and parks that were once well-maintained are now experiencing a decline in quality and productivity. This village nursery revitalization program aims to overcome the negative impacts of the pandemic, restore land function, and increase the spirit of the women farmer community. Revitalization steps include improving infrastructure, planting adaptive crops, and implementing sustainable agricultural techniques. In addition, this program also emphasizes the importance of community involvement and solidarity through mutual cooperation and discussion activities. It is hoped that this revitalization can improve the welfare of the community as a whole and ensure the sustainability of the village environment

Panjebar Selamat Magazine is a Javanese language magazine that provides various kinds of reading material, the contents of which contain character education values. Character education is the main thing, it is hoped that character education can become the most important foundation for Indonesian children to have good dignity. This research aims to explain the description and analyze the values ​​of character education in the children's discourse of Panjebar Spirit magazine. This research uses a sociological theoretical approach. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis theory. The source of data used in this research is children's stories in the Panjebar Spirit magazine. The data used in this research are excerpts from children's stories in the Panjebar Spirit magazine. The instruments used were the researchers themselves and supporting instruments, namely the Panjebar Selamat magazine, books and stationery. Techniques for collecting data using reading, note-taking and describing techniques. The method of data analysis used in this research is by collecting data, classifying data, presenting data, and concluding data. The results of this research are independent character education, there are four parts, namely: hard work, creativity, discipline, and courage.

This research departs from the phenomenon that occurred in Islamic boarding schools that are still not strong in developing a literacy culture in creating a generation that is waiting through educational leadership. The purpose of this research is to find out the literacy culture for students in the digital era, literacy facilitation for students and the impact of literacy culture for students at the Sirojut Tholibin Plosokandang Islamic boarding school.  The methods used in this service activity are the lecture method, question and answer method, and discussion method. The cottage-based literacy movement is carried out in three stages, namely the habituation stage, the development stage, and the learning stage.  The results of the implementation of service at Sirojut Tholibin Plosokandang related to literacy culture in this all-digital era can be held properly and smoothly in accordance with the work program that has been prepared. The purpose of this work program is so that Indonesian youth, especially students in Sirojut Tholibin Plosokandang, do not abandon the reading culture even though the times are increasingly sophisticated, especially in social media. Utilizing the technology they have for positive things for future provisions. Continue to develop a literate culture so that it can create a work that can be enjoyed by the general public. And the hope is that in the future when they become alumni students, they will be able to compete with the outside world. That is the hope of the community service implementation team and the caregivers of Sirojut Tholibin Plosokandang.

Pendidikan TK memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk mengembangkan kepribadian anak serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk memasuki jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya.Dengan kata lain, pendidikan anak usia dini khususnya TK sangat mengutamakan pendidikan yang berpusat pada anak. Dalam undang undang sistem Pendidikan Nasional (2003). Tugas utama TK adalah mempersiapkan anak dengan memperkenalkan berbagai pengetahuan,sikap/perilaku,keterampilan dan intelektual agar dapat melakukan adaptasi  dengan kegiatan  belajar dengan sesungguhnya di sekolah dasar. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu, Untuk mempermudah kemampuan menghafal abjad dengan tampilan yang menarik minat anak anak untuk belajar dalam pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis android yaitu aplikasi menghafal huruf abjad. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu, Memperkenalkan dan menampilkan Aplikasi “Mengenal Huruf Abjad”, menjelaskan keguanaan aplikasi ini dan mempraktekan cara penggunaan aplikasi ini. Dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru dan orang tua dan  anak – anak dari  TK Cinta Bangsa dapat memberikan semangat dan mempermudah belajar menghafal huruf dengan tampilan yang menarik minat untuk belajar membaca.

Pujodadi Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, what was carried out in this activity included preparation, training and implementation of product manufacturing. The results achieved in implementing the community service program were increasing public knowledge about the benefits of fish bone waste, increasing knowledge in making fish bone crackers and providing a new product, namely fish bone crackers. The training in making catfish bone crackers really helped the Pujodadi community, especially the women of Hamlet 2. In this extension, the women of Hamlet 2 were very enthusiastic about this training. This training is carried out so that waste that is usually thrown away can be used into useful products that are ready to be sold.

Dasawisma groups have strategic potential in supporting family independence, but have not been optimally empowered. This Community Service activity aims to strengthen Dasawisma's capacity as agents of social change in enhancing family independence through the internalization of independence spirit values. The method used was a participatory and educational community organizing approach, implemented at Dasawisma Asoka RT.007, Bukit Timah Sub-district, Dumai City, on August 10, 2024. Activities included interactive material delivery, group discussions, work program preparation simulations, and reflective evaluations. The results showed increased understanding among Dasawisma members regarding their strategic roles, emergence of initiative and self-confidence, ability to formulate solutions based on local potential, and formation of more structured cooperation patterns and emergence of local mobilizer figures. The participatory approach based on independence values proved effective in driving Dasawisma's transformation from administrative implementers to subjects of independent and sustainable family and community development.

The use of learning methods used today is still an obstacle, causing various impacts. Often found is that the material presented uses a simple method in the form of lectures plus teaching materials in the form of printed books or LKS only. Research method with qualitative field. The objectives of this study. 1) To find out the concept of edutainment methods and the spirit of learning. 2) The application of edutainment learning methods in increasing students' enthusiasm for learning in SKI subjects. 3) To find out the analysis of the factors of edutainment learning methods in increasing students' enthusiasm for learning in SKI subjects. The findings show that: 1) The concept of edutainment is a step to unify the way of teaching and learning in a classroom that has a conducive and pleasant atmosphere and the spirit of learning refers to emotions and behavior to achieve learning goals and leads to passion in a learner who shows a form of seriousness and earnestness in learning. 2) The application of edutainment methods in increasing the spirit of learning in SKI subjects is based on the decline in enthusiasm for learning due to boredom and boredom. 3) Analysis of the factors of the edutainment method in increasing the enthusiasm of students learning SKI subjects examines in terms of factors in the individual himself and the beginning of educators in teaching who use simple methods.

This research aims to determine whether work life balance and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee morale at the Bima City Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Department. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 64 employees consisting of 34 civil servants, 7 honorary employees and 23 contract employees. The sample in this research was 34 Civil Servants with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of the research show that there is a partially significant positive influence of Work Life Balance on employee morale, there is a partial positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee morale, there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence of Work Life Balance and the work environment on employee morale in Bima City Department of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade.    

Catechesis is an important aspect in building the spirit of young Catholics in their faith formation. This article has a catechetical role in forming the foundations of young people's spiritual life and overcoming challenges in the process of faith development. With reference to Church documents that emphasize the importance of catechesis, this article discusses some strategies that can be used to increase the participation of young people in catechesis, including the use of technology as well as involvement in church activities. The research method used in this article is a qualitative method with an observation and literature study approach. The researcher observes young people in catechesis and collects data from articles, journals, and books that are appropriate to the topic discussed. In addition, the article discusses the challenges that young people face in catechesis, such as a lack of understanding of the relevance of catechesis, academic pressures, as well as the influence of secular culture. Considering these challenges, this article may suggest strategies to overcome the boredom that young people experience in blessing and also the importance of listening to the views and experiences of young people. As such, this article aims to awaken the spirit of parents in blessing and strengthen the foundation of their faith.

The world of education, especially in terms of learning media, is influenced by current technological developments. With the development of technology, we should be able to use it to solve problems, especially in the field of education. The use of video media as a learning tool in the classroom is one example of technology used in the world of education. With the aim of arousing elementary school students' enthusiasm for learning through the expansion of learning videos. This research uses a qualitative approach, involving content analysis techniques. The use of video as a learning medium is a data source for this analysis. Data collection techniques include analysis of data sources from national and international journals over the last five years. Several findings from the use of video media show that they can have a positive impact on learning activities, one of which is that they can make learning in class more fun and prevent students from getting bored. Students will achieve better learning outcomes if they have greater motivation to learn. Therefore, it can be concluded that the development of video-based learning media can be used effectively during the learning process.

In the current digital era, learning supports students' enthusiasm for learning, there is a lot of learning that can foster enthusiasm for learning, conventional learning sometimes makes students bored in following the learning process. The role of the teacher is also very important in fostering enthusiasm for learning in students, an interesting learning process and an active classroom atmosphere can be a factor in fostering enthusiasm for learning. The learning media that is widely used today is educational games. Educational games are a learning medium that describes a game designed to help the learning process. This socialization activity aims to utilize the use of technology in the field of education by using a game engine. The use of technology in the field of education has also succeeded in creating an interesting learning process, for example educational games, combining play and learning, examples of educational games that are often used are assembler edu, wordwall and Construct 2. This socialization activity took place in the Bina Bangsa IT SMP Hall involving 39 7th grade students. This activity was attended by the Principal and the Teacher Council with resource persons Mrs. Desty Endrawati Subroto M.Pd.

The aim of outreach to this school through community service activities is to increase the spirit of independence of students at SDN 056604 Purwobinangun, Emplasmen Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency. By participating in all the activities at the school, our socialization team plays a role in giving extraordinary enthusiasm to the students. The results of the outreach carried out by the socialization team to students showed that students had high enthusiasm for learning and enthusiasm in welcoming the Republic of Indonesia's independence day. The outreach team invites students to continue to remember the services of our independence heroes who died on the battlefield to defend and defend Indonesia so that Indonesia could become independent. With the program that has been held by the socialization team, we hope that we can strengthen relationships and increase insight and enthusiasm for students to become future generations of the nation who have a strong heroic spirit, are obedient, responsible and intelligent in the future.

This change can be seen from the condition of the mosque and congregation before and after Ustadz Bahrun was appointed preacher in the village of Air Buluh. The mosque, which was previously empty of religious activities and activities, is now bustling with congregational activities, which are organized by Ustadz Bahrun such as daily, weekly, monthly, and even yearly studies. Jama'ah who used to be negligent and neglected the implementation of congregational prayers, now there are many congregational prayer activities at the mosque. The aim is to find out what da'wah methods are used by Ustadz Bahrun in increasing the spirit of congregational worship in Air Buluh Village, Ipuh District, Mukomuko Regency. The results of the research are Ustadz Bahrun's da'wah method in increasing the spirit of congregational worship consisting of three da'wah methods. The first is the method of da'wah al-hikmah where Ustadz Bahrun preaches gently, and provides an understanding of what is right and wrong, and Ustadz Bahrun can understand the conditions of men who differ socially, racially, ethnically and understand their religion, the second method of da'wah mauidzatul Hashanah It can be seen that Ustadz Bahrun was able to give advice inviting the congregation to return to the path blessed by Allah SWT. the third method of da'wah mug is billati hiya ahsan where ustadz Bahrun uses this method in terms of religious discussions so that congregations who do not know about a problem can be discussed directly with ustadz Bahrun so that the ustadz is able to provide solutions to these problems.

The research employs a quantitative approach using statistical methods, where the data consists of numerical values obtained through the use of questionnaires and surveys. The total population in the production department of PT SKF Indonesia is 255 employees, and the sampling is done using the Purposive Sampling technique with the Slovin formula to determine the sample. The sample used is 72 employees from the production department of PT SKF Indonesia. This study utilizes Smart PLS 3.0 software and conducts testing, including data analysis methods (descriptive and verificative), outer model testing for validity and reliability, inner model testing for R-Square (R2), Predictive relevance (Q2), and model fit testing (Goodness of Fit), as well as hypothesis testing including T-test (Partial) and F-test (Simultaneous). The results of this study, in partial, show that the workload variable has a P-Value of 0.001 or < 0.05, indicating that the workload has a positive influence on work enthusiasm. The working environment variable has a P-Value of 0.000 or < 0.05, signifying that the work environment has a positive influence on work enthusiasm. Lastly, the simultaneous results indicate that the workload and work environment variables have a positive and significant impact on work enthusiasm, with an F-value of 923.83 > F-Table 3.13 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 96.4% in R-Square.

Causes of lack of enthusiasm for learning among Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Middle School students. Based on questionnaires and interviews conducted with Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Middle School students. Boring classroom learning is the main factor in students' low enthusiasm for studying at Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Middle School. Boring learning makes students sleepy, annoyed, and indifferent to the material being explained. Meanwhile, enthusiasm for learning greatly influences the learning process and students' future. This factor is not very good for students, therefore learning requires learning methods that are attractive to students. These factors can minimize students' enthusiasm for learning, including Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Middle School students.

This research was conducted on the Effect of Performance Allowances on Motivation and Job Satisfaction of PAUD Teachers in Tenjolaya village. This research was conducted by interviewing each PAUD institution. With the results stating that allowances are very important for PAUD teachers because the small salary and very large amount of work makes the existing teachers overwhelmed so as to create high motivation. By providing performance allowances, PAUD teachers in this area have high motivation and enthusiasm for work.       Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pengaruh Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru PAUD yang berada di desa Tenjolaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara setiap Lembaga PAUD. Dengan hasil yang menyatakan bahwa  tunjangan sangat penting bagi guru PAUD dikarenakan Gaji yang sedikit dan tugas yang sangat banyak membuat para guru yang ada kewalahan sehingga untuk menciptakan motivasi yang tinggi. Dengan di adakan Tunjangan kinerja maka guru PAUD di wilayah ini memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dan semangat untuk bekerja.   Kata kunci: Pengaruh,Motivasi,Tunjangan, Kepuasan Kerja  

Abstract. Basically, all companies want profits in running their business, and are able to minimize losses that occur in running their business. Therefore, many companies have good quality workforce but the number of employees is small. So a company often gives responsibility for various fields to one workforce in order to achieve goals according to plan by minimizing losses, one of which is by minimizing the workforce in a company. Lack of labor can have an impact on employee job satisfaction and employee work motivation. The right number of workers can make it easier to control outlet operations, because a shortage of workers can slow down the process of operational activities, causing outlet conditions to become unconducive. Apart from that, the lack of labor also affects work motivation because it can reduce work morale due to excessive working hours and multiple job descriptions. This makes it more likely that an employee will make mistakes due to decreased concentration at work. Pada dasarnya, semua perusahaan menginginkan keuntungan dalam menjalankan usahanya, serta mampu meminimalisir kerugian yang terjadi pada jalannya usaha. Oleh sebab itu banyak perusahaan yang memiliki kualitas tenaga kerja yang baik namun dengan kuantitas tenaga kerja yang minim.Maka sebuah perusahaan tak jarang membebankan sebuah tanggung jawab berbagai bidang pada satu tenaga kerja guna mencapai tujuan sesuai rencana dengan meminimalisir kerugian yang didapat, salah satunya dengan meminimalisir tenaga kerja pada sebuah perusahaan. Minimnya tenaga kerja dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Kesesuaian jumlah tenaga kerja dapat melancarkan kendali operasional outlet, karena minimnya tenaga kerja dapat mengakibatkan lambatnya proses kegiatan operasional sehingga menyebabkan kondisi outlet menjadi tidak kondusif,selain itu minimnya tenaga kerja juga berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karena dapat meurunkan semangat akibat jam kerja berlebih serta double job deskripsi yang menyebabkan kemungkinan besar seorang karyawan melakukan kesalahn karena menurunnya konsentrasi dalam bekerja.Tidak hanya itu, minimnya tenaga kerja juga menyebabkan jumlah complain customer meningkat karena terjadinya pelayanan yang kurang maksimal. SEJARI PADLET (Semangat Belajar IPS dengan Padlet) which is carried out on grade 6 students at Karangasem State Elementary School aims to increase students' enthusiasm or interest in learning. Padlet application as a container for sharing learning materials from teachers. Students independently explore the features of the Padlet application which has been filled in with learning material by the teacher. Students do not need to download the application but simply open the link. The Padlet application can be opened at any time so students can study the material again in sequence. Best practice has been implemented by applying the learning by doing method in several stages. The first stage is the preparation stage, the second stage is training, the third stage is the implementation of the learning process. The results of questionnaire analysis and observations during social studies learning before and after using the Padlet application increased by 42.8% to 86.8% from 44% before learning using the Padlet application. Previously, only around 4 students out of 9 students showed interest in taking part in social studies lessons. After using the Padlet application, around 8 out of 9 students have shown interest in taking part in social studies learning. The average student learning outcomes also increased by 13.75 to 90 from the previous 76.25. All student learning outcomes are above or equal to the KKM, meaning students understand the lesson material more easily. From these data it can be concluded that the Padlet application is able to increase students' enthusiasm and interest in learning social studies.

Kedudukan pondok pesantren hampir-hampir tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan umat Islam Indonesia. Lembaga pendidikan Islam tertua ini sudah dikenal semenjak agama Islam masuk ke Indonesia. Sejarah pesantren merupakan bagian yang tidak dipisahkan dari sejarah pertumbuhan masyarakat Indonesia. Hal itu dapat dibuktikan bahwa semenjak kurun kerajaan Islam pertama di Aceh dalam abad pertama Hijriyaah. Pondok pesantren adalah lembaga pendidikan Islam yang tertua di Indonesia. Peranannya sangat   penting  dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan rakyat Indonesia yang telah tercatat dalam sejarah.  Semangat pengabdian itu tetap berlangsung sampai saat ini. Sebagaimana, dilakukan oleh Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah Pagutan yang terus melakukan upaya pengembangan dalam proses pengabdian kepada masyarakat luas. Dewasa ini Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah Pagutan sadar betul bahwa tantangan yang dihadapi  pondok pesantren bukan saja tuntutan pengabdiannya yang harus ditingkatkan, akan tetapi juga tuntutan untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya. Tantangan inilah yang menyadarkan  semua pihak untuk meningkatkan usaha-usaha pembinaan mutu pendidikan dan meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pondok pesantren sesuai dengan harapan Agama dan Bangsa.
