This makes consumers have to be more selective in choosing a beauty clinic so they don't have to waste a lot of time and money. Beauty Clinics are included in service businesses that aim to provide satisfaction for customers or consumers. With the emergence of various types of Beauty Clinics, competition between one Beauty Clinic and another has become increasingly fierce, thus encouraging each Beauty Clinic to try to improve the quality of its products and services.

Cross-infection prevention is a crucial aspect of health services, especially in dental clinics that often face high risks of infection transmission. This community service program aims to improve the knowledge and skills of health workers and the community in preventing cross-infection in dental clinics. These activities include counseling, practical training, and evaluation in several dental clinics, with a focus on the implementation of hygiene protocols, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and sterilization of medical devices. The results of this program showed a significant increase in the understanding and implementation of cross-infection prevention procedures, as measured by questionnaires before and after the program implementation.

This Community Service aims to introduce English to toddlers at Fina Sembiring Clinic, Medan Polonia District, through a play-based learning approach in 2024. The program utilizes interactive teaching methods that combine educational games, children's songs, and picture stories to create a fun and effective learning environment for the children. By using this strategy, it is expected that children can develop basic English skills, such as vocabulary, pronunciation, and basic comprehension through age-appropriate activities. Active parental participation is also a focus of this program, providing guidelines and brief training to help them continue practicing English at home. The effectiveness of the program is evaluated through direct observation, interviews with parents, and language development tests specifically designed for toddlers. The results of this activity show that the play-based learning approach can increase children's interest and basic English skills. Moreover, active parental involvement proves crucial in supporting the success of this program. In conclusion, this approach not only improves toddlers' English skills but also creates a positive bond between children and parents in the learning process.

Gangrenous wounds are a chronic complication in diabetes mellitus patients. Gangrene is dead tissue that is slightly black in color and has a distinctive odor due to the presence of bacteria. Gangrene not only has a physical impact on the patient, but also has an impact on his psychosocial life. This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the psychosocial support of patients with gangrene wounds in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. The design of this research is correlational which aims to reveal the relationship between psychosocial support and the healing process of gangrene wounds in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at the Ibnu Sina Clinic Sejahtera Jenggawah and uses a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who had gangrenous wounds at the Ibnu Sina Sejahtera Jenggawah Clinic with a sample of 33 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The results of research using the Spearman Rho Test showed that the p value was 0.001 with a calculated r value of 0.563 in the strong correlation category and the direction of the correlation was positive, which means that the better the psychosocial support, the better the wound healing process for the patient. Every patient with gangrenous wounds is expected to receive various kinds of support, including psychosocial support. Based on this, the patient's family should provide psychosocial support in order to speed up the wound healing process.

This service was carried out to provide education to the people of Bantul after the closure of the Piyungan Bantul TPA. This service was carried out on May 10 2024 at the Kasih Bunda Clinic Hall. This activity involves various groups of residents around the Clinic, starting from young teenagers, adults and the elderly. The activity starts at 09:00 WIB and finishes around 15:00 WIB with several educational materials. The result is that this activity is an effort to educate ourselves through recognizing the type of waste that is closest to us, so that it is easier to reach. From the initial introduction to education on waste management, some participants only just understood the importance of sorting waste because in the beginning they often mixed up the three waste bins. The research was carried out by determining the initial level of pain intensity (pretest) before giving a warm compress and then continuing with measuring the pain intensity (posttest) after giving a warm compress. The results of the Independent sample t test showed P Value = 0.001, meaning p < 0.05, stating that there is a relationship between warm compresses and pain intensity in mothers with breast milk dams at the Pratama SAM Kampung Baru Clinic, Medan Maimun in 2023. Postpartum blues is a normal condition, and mothers themselves don't realize that they are experiencing postpartum blues. The aim is to find out the factors that cause post partum mothers to experience baby blues depression at the PBM Elsi Rahayana Clinic in 2023. Pre-Experimental Designs research method. All post  partum mothers who gave birth at the PBM Elsi Rahayana Clinic during February – May 2023 were 38 people. Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test statistical test. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test showed that the p value was <0.05. The research results showed that the majority of respondents with baby blues depression were 36 respondents (94.7%) and the majority of respondents aged < 20 years were 2 respondents (5 .3%). then the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test obtained p (0.001) < 0.005, so it can be concluded that the null hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the majority of respondents with baby blues depression aged 20-35 years were 36 respondents (94.7%) and the minority of respondents aged < 20 years were 2 respondents (5.3%). Based on research results, to determine the factors that cause postpartum mothers to experience baby blues.    

Abstrak –  Penggunaan website sebagai identitas dari suatu perusahaan saat ini sudah umum dilakukan suatu organisasi atau lembaga. Klinik Pratama Dr Jo adalah salah satu perusahaan yang menggunakan website untuk memperjelas identitas perusahaan, disamping fungsi lainnya seperti fungsi pendaftaran online. Namun dari hasil analisa awal, tampilan website tidak memenuhi standard beberapa aturan desain yang ada, mulai dari pengambilan warna yang kurang menegaskan identitas, serta tidak terdapatnya kontras pada warna sehingga beberapa aktivitas juga menjadi sulit untuk dimengerti pengguna. Pengambilan data dari pengguna dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) diperoleh skor website 41,83 dengan grade F, rating poor, dan memiliki tingkat penerimaan not acceptable. Untuk itulah penelitian ini melakukan perancangan ulang desain aplikasi menggunakan metode User Centered Design, yaitu perancangan dengan mengutamakan pengguna sebagai pusat dari penelitian. Setelah dilakukan perancangan ulang, pengambilan data dengan metode SUS menghasilkan skor 88,16 dengan grade A dan rating excellent yang berarti bahwa aplikasi memiliki tingkat penerimaan yang baik atau acceptable.

This study aims to determine the relationship of personal hygiene and obesity to the incidence of tinea cruris in patients at The Amanda Medika Clinic in 2023. This study is a type of quantitative research using case control design. The sampling technique used in this study is Simple Random Sampling with 108 respondents. The results showed that based on The Chi square analysis can be concluded that based on the chi square test above shows the value of Asy Sig (2-tailed) shows the value of 0.048 if < 0.05 means there is a relationship of personal hygiene to the incidence of tinea cruris in patients Amanda Medika Clinic. Based on the chi square test above shows the value of Asy Sig (2-tailed) shows a value of 0.025 if < 0.05 there is a relationship of obesity to the incidence of tinea cruris in patients Amanda Medika Clinic.

This study aims to analyse the workload of doctors at Ubhara Jaya Primary Clinic in order to improve the efficiency and quality of medical services. Effective human resource management, particularly in managing doctors' workload, is essential to provide fast, precise, and quality health services. This study uses the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method to measure and analyse doctor workload. Interviews and direct observation were used to get primary data, while secondary data was collected from relevant documents such as doctors' work schedules, monthly reports, and medical records. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, as well as literature review as a theoretical basis. The overall results of the various activities carried out by doctors at the Ubhara Jaya Primary Clinic show that the FTE index value is below the normal limit, these results indicate the need for additional workload and do not require additional labour for each activity performed.

From the statistical test results obtained The p value is 0.000 (p<0.005) which is significant There is meaningful relationship​ between Knowledge with pregnancy risk tall . From the statistical test results obtained The p value is 0.980 (p<0.005) which means None meaningful relationship​ between Attitude with pregnancy risk tall.

The rapid development of information technology has penetrated into various sectors of life, including in the health sector, which has also had an impact on the development of computer-based medical record systems. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Electronic Medical Records at the Internal Medicine Clinic at Kembangan Hospital. The research method uses descriptive methods with qualitative analysis on 10 informants by means of observation and interviews which will provide an overview and see directly a situation when the use of electronic medical records is carried out. The results showed that the hospital already had an SOP for filling in electronic medical records, which was not implemented according to what the officers did. The use of Electronic Medical Records, especially in the Internal Medicine Polyclinic, has gone well. Constraints from 5M Factor, namely Man, there are still registration officers who are incomplete or incorrect in filling in patient identity data, PPA (Professional Caring Provider) is incomplete in filling in patient diagnoses, Internet network material is sometimes slow, and the server is sometimes down, user complaints include display is less efficient, when filling. It is suggested to the Medical Record Unit, IT team and hospital management to evaluate the SOP, revise and socialize it in order to reduce the human error factor. Kembangan Hospital needs to improve the appearance of SIMRS Khanza to make it more attractive so as to increase the enthusiasm of the officers in inputting medical record data at SIMRS. Kembangan Hospital should improve network quality in the hospital environment to improve the performance of SIMRS.

Body image disturbance is one of the problems that chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis will experience due to changes in the function of the patient's body structure due to the effects of hemodialysis. Patients also feel embarrassed in front of their families and society due to the physical changes they experience. The quality of life of patients with chronic kidney failure is often disturbed. The aim of this research is the relationship between body image and motivation and the quality of life of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at the Esa Pemuda Clinic in 2023. The research method that will be used is an analytical research design with a correlational design. cross-sectional approach, a population of 94 respondents using proportional stratified random sampling technique and a sample size of 48 respondents. Using the non-parametric Rank Spearman Ro test. The results are 5. There is a relationship between body image and the quality of life of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at the Esa Pemuda Clinic, p-value 0.000 < 0.05 and there is a relationship between motivation and the quality of life of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at the Esa Pemuda Clinic 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: Body image and motivation can influence the quality of life of patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Esa Pemuda Clinic.

Hemorrhage is the leading cause of maternal death worldwide and most occur before 24 hours postpartum. Therefore, the birth attendant must ensure that the uterus contracts properly so that bleeding does not occur. The postpartum period is influenced by many factors, one of which is socio-cultural. Indonesia is a country consisting of various tribes and cultures that have their health traditions. Not all existing traditions have a bad effect on health but some have a positive impact on health. Efforts to assist and therapy to shape the coping skills of postpartum women are complementary therapy. Complementary therapy is a therapy that is used as a companion in conventional therapeutic efforts that a person has done. This type of research is descriptive by applying a case study approach. The implementation of this research was carried out at the Pratama Medical Center Clinic on Mrs. F by providing complementary health education education for mothers in the postpartum period.

Umbilical cord care is needed to prevent the umbilical cord from becoming a breeding medium for pathogenic microorganisms: Incorrect care techniques can lead to tetanus neonatorum infection which can affect the length of cord detachment. This type of research is descriptive by applying a case study approach. The implementation of this study was carried out at the Pratama Medical Center Clinic on Mrs. W's baby by providing umbilical cord care to her baby.

The puerperium is a period that will be passed by the mother after the delivery period, which starts after the birth of the baby and placenta, namely after the end of stage IV in labor and ends up to 6 weeks (42 days) which is marked by the cessation of bleeding. The puerperium is a period that is very vulnerable to infection for postpartum mothers if the treatment is not appropriate. Many postpartum mothers do not know how to maintain their hygiene, especially in the genital area. Mothers just clean it without caring about good and correct vulva hygiene, so that wound healing becomes slow (> 6 days). This type of research is descriptive by applying a case study approach. The implementation of this research was carried out at the Pratama Medical Center Clinic for Mrs. N by providing care for the implementation of genital cleansing and perineal wound care.    

Anemia in pregnancy is a condition where the hemoglobin level of a pregnant woman is below 11 g/dl. The high rate of anemia in third trimester pregnant women at Kita Clinic Depok is a health problem that needs attention. One non-pharmacological effort to increase hemoglobin levels is to consume red spinach juice and tomato juice. This research uses a Quasy Experiment design, with a Two Group Pretest Posttest Design. The samples in this study were pregnant women in the third trimester who experienced mild anemia, of which 15 pregnant women were given red spinach juice and 15 pregnant women were given tomato juice for 7 days. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. Based on the research results, it shows that from pretest data the average hemoglobin level of pregnant women before being given red spinach juice was 10.1 gr/dl, whereas before being given tomato juice the average hemoglobin level of pregnant women was 10.2 gr/dl. In the posttest data, it was found that the average hemoglobin level of pregnant women after being given red spinach juice was 11.1 gr/dl, whereas after being given tomato juice the average hemoglobin level of pregnant women was 11.2 gr/dl. The results of the paired sample T-Test show that the value (p-value 0.000 < 0.05) states that the Ha hypothesis is accepted and Ho is rejected. There is effectiveness between the consumption of red spinach juice and tomato juice in increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the third trimester at Kita Grogol Depok Clinic in 2023. Collaboration is needed with specialist obstetricians and gynecology (Obgyn) and midwives providing nutrition education for pregnant women or counseling with provide information about the importance of foods containing iron and carry out routine checks to monitor hemoglobin levels to prevent pregnancy anemia.
