Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui kualitas  citra radiografi schedell pada proyeksi  lateral  crosstable  dan  lateral  pada  kasus  kecelakaan  lalu  lintas ditinjau dari segi ketajaman dan detail. Adapun cara rnelakukan penelitian ini dengan pemotretan langsung terhadap dua pasien dengan pemeriksaan schedell proyeksi lateral crosstable  dan lateral. Hasil yang didapat berupa dua radiograf schedell dari dua pasien yang berbeda, Dari kedua foto diamati dari ketajaman dan detail berupa table.

. The construction sector is a high-activity sector, making it prone to accident hazards. Therefore, safety analysis is useful for identifying and mitigating risk factors and potential causes of disruptions. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is one of the efforts to protect workers from the hazards of workplace accidents. The purpose of this occupational safety and health (OSH) study is to analyze the causes of workplace accidents and the impact of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at PT. Bagas Patih Pratama to enhance employee safety and reduce accident risks in the workplace. The data collection technique in this study involves questionnaires or interviews with workers to gather the necessary information. This study evaluates workers' attitudes towards health and safety conditions, knowledge of safety protocols, and the challenges faced during work. The survey results show that the majority of workers have a high level of awareness and understanding of workplace safety and the importance of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). However, only a few workers consistently comply with established safety protocols. The study also highlights the importance of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to reduce hazards when working. It is recommended that the company enhance safety training programs and closely monitor the use of PPE to minimize workplace accident risks in the future.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan K3 dalam bentuk edukasi agar dapat membantu siswa mengidentifikasi bahaya di lingkungan sekolah, mengembangkan kebiasaan yang baik tentang keselamatan dan kesehatan, membantu anak-anak memahami pentingnya menjaga keselamatan dan kesehatan diri sendiri dan orang lain, membantu untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup siswa dengan mengurangi risiko kecelakaan dan cedera, serta meningkatkan kesehatan, dan juga meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian meliputi sosialisasi, diskusi dan tanya-jawab, dilanjutkan dengan pemasangan display. Dari hasil evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa sebesar 92% setelah kegiatan, juga terdapat display tentang K3 di lokasi sekolah sebagai pengingat dan pemberi petunjuk. Kegiatan berlangsung lancar dan sesuai dengan target dan tujuan.

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) are the steps we take to create a healthy and safe work environment, with the aim of reducing the possibility of work accidents or illnesses due to negligence which can result in decreased work enthusiasm and productivity. In accordance with the Basic Health Law of the Republic of Indonesia no. 9 of 1960 Part I Article II, Occupational Health refers to health conditions which aim to ensure that workers obtain an optimal level of health physically, spiritually and socially, through efforts to prevent and treat diseases or health problems caused by work, the work environment , as well as general illnesses. This research was conducted in two stages using a descriptive survey method which included field surveys and observations of the environment and work processes. The aim of this research is to prevent work accidents among chip factory workers. Although employees have implemented OSH efforts in the workplace, there is still room for further improvement in the long term.

The criminal system in Indonesia is experiencing reform, which is marked by restorative justice. The principle of restorative justice is a principle of law enforcement in resolving cases which is used as an instrument for the recovery process from its original state. This is done to prevent problems from arising such as the number of prisoners in prison being full. Therefore, this legal research aims to analyze the fulfillment of the principles of justice in resolving traffic accident criminal cases through restorative justice at the Sragen District Prosecutor's Office and to analyze the obstacles faced by prosecutors in implementing restorative justice. This research uses a descriptive normative-empirical method with a legal approach and a traffic accident criminal case approach handled at the Sragen District Prosecutor's Office in case number: PDM-12/SRGN/EKU.2/03.2023. Based on this legal research, the author concludes that the resolution of traffic accident criminal cases through restorative justice at the Sragen District Prosecutor's Office has fulfilled the principles of justice as one of the legal objectives. However, in its implementation there are still obstacles experienced by the Prosecutor as a facilitator in this peace process.

The process of making peuyeum carried out by UKM Peuyeum Bandung 1 is still done manually, where it is done for a long time and in the same position and the equipment used by UKM Peuyeum Bandung 1 does not meet occupational health and safety standards. In carrying out this work there may be risks. The aim of this research is to minimize risks in making peuyeum by UKM Peyeum Bandung 1. The type of research carried out is quantitative research. The conclusion of the research on risk identification and work safety at UKM Peuyeum Bandung 1 is that the results of hazard identification using HAZOP analysis at UKM Peuyeum Bandung 1 show that there are 5 sources of danger, namely worker attitudes, foreign objects in the work area, stove, peeler and washing area. One of the processes at the source of worker attitude hazards is getting an "Extreme" rating so that it must be prioritized to get recommendations or suggestions for improvement first. By using the HAZOP analysis method, you can socialize and create banners on the importance of K3, adding occupational health and safety equipment to SMEs, especially gloves, safety shoes and masks.

Traffic accidents due to rear-end collisions are the highest contributor to the death rate in traffic accidents that occur on toll roads. It is suspected that vehicle, environmental, weather and driver factors as well as high speed gaps contribute to the occurrence of accidents. This study aims to determine the relationship between vehicle, environmental, weather and driver factors with the occurrence of speed gaps through observations of rear light brightness levels, vehicle visibility and speed. This study uses a descriptive observational method. The sample is a vehicle that passes through the Cipali Toll Road KM 188-108 towards Jakarta, on Sunday, January 29, 2024 at 19.30-21.00 WIB. The observer vehicle speed is 80-100 km/hour. The brightness level is measured using a luxmeter. The results of the study obtained dark weather, no rain, some toll roads did not have street lights, there were 316 minibus, bus and truck vehicles that passed or passed the researcher's route. A total of 240 vehicles (75%) of the minibus type had appropriate rear light brightness, visibility and speed. As many as 56 vehicles (23%) of the truck type had low rear light brightness, poor visibility, and speeds below regulations, resulting in a high speed gap which has a high potential to cause rear-end collisions.

Jalanan merupakan suatu pengantar yang dimana dinamikanya mempermudah pengguna jalan dan terhindarnya dari hal yang membawa pada kecelakaan dan seringkali terjadi kerusakan. Beberapa kasus kerusakan jalan sering terjadi kelambatan pemerintah di dalam meresponnya. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat, yakni: 1) bagaimana pertanggungjawaban pemerintah daerah terhadap jalanan yang rusak ditinjau dengan status pengelolaan jalan; dan 2) bagaimana sinergitas antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah dalam merespon kesenjangan kewenangan atas jalanan yang rusak di daerah. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pemerintah daerah memiliki kewenangan di dalam memperbaiki jalanan rusak yang merupakan ranahnya dengan ditambah kewenangan penindaklanjutan sementara atas jalan nasional. Sinergitas antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah dalam penindaklanjutan jalanan yang rusak baik jalan nasional maupun jalan provinsi atau kabupaten/kota dapat dilakukan dengan cara mendirikan atau membangun suatu sistem satu pintu dalam hal pelaporan atas jalanan yang rusak tersebut.

The aim of the research is to analyze the factors that cause criminal acts of traffic accidents committed by children and the responsibility of children related to traffic accidents committed by minors which cause death. The research method used in this research is an empirical method. The results of the research show that: 1. The factors causing the occurrence of criminal traffic accidents committed by children which cause death are. General factors include: Manuia, Weather/Nature, Road Conditions. Then external factors, including: Age, personal existence, lack of awareness of the safety of oneself and others, lack of awareness of traffic regulations. And internal factors, including: Lack of parental attention, social environment.2. Responsibility of children for criminal acts of traffic accidents by minors which cause death. The provisions for criminal fines for children whose negligence causes someone to lose their life in Article 310 paragraph (4) of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation can be imposed a fine that can be imposed on childrezn whose negligence causes someone to lose their life at most ½ (one half) of the maximum threat of imprisonment for adults. It can be concluded that for children whose negligence is proven to result in someone losing their life, the threat of imprisonment that can be imposed on them is ½ of the fine in Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. Because the criminal fine in Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation is a maximum of IDR 12,000,000.00 (twelve million rupiah), then for a child whose negligence causes someone to lose their life a maximum of IDR 6,000,000, 00 (six million rupiah). Fatal occupational accidents in the mineral mining industry are a crucial issue that requires special attention. This research aims to analyze in-depth the factors causing fatal occupational accidents in mineral mines using a case study approach. Through detailed investigation of a specific fatal occupational accident incident, this research explores the roles of human, technical, and environmental factors that contribute to the occurrence of the accident. By uncovering the complexity of interactions among these factors, this research is expected to provide valuable insights for the mineral mining industry in efforts to improve occupational safety and health, as well as to prevent the recurrence of similar tragedies in the future.

This research explores the factors contributing to the high rate of workplace accidents in the shipping industry, highlighting the complexity of challenges in enhancing safety. Key factors such as unexpected weather conditions, human error, lack of training, unsafe working environments, and high workload pressure create an environment susceptible to accidents. Holistic prevention efforts, including improved training and the implementation of advanced technology, are necessary to reduce risks. The study also emphasizes the unique work environment impacts, such as weather and the complexity of ship operations, as well as the psychological, organizational, and social influences on safety and occupational health. With a better understanding of these factors, it is hoped that more effective prevention strategies can be designed to create a safer working environment for ship crews.

This research aims to find out: This research aims to find out: analyze the readiness of PKP-PK unit officers in efforts to improve aviation safety by National and International Regulations. This is because, when an accident occurs in the waterside area, the PKP-PK unit must be ready and alert to handle the condition. The PKP-PK unit's lack of alertness can pose a danger to the aircraft if an aircraft is about to land. In carrying out their duties, PKP-PK personnel have their respective roles according to the personnel's abilities and licenses. The license held by a personnel is of course a benchmark for the performance of the personnel in carrying out their duties, so that the performance of each PKP-PK unit is not completely the same or equivalent.This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documents, and documentation along with observations. The researcher directly carried out observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during interviews and observations. For the researcher's interview with the resource persons, namely PKP-PK officers consisting of the Head Unit, Supervisor, Senior PKP-PK, and Junior PKP-PK at mogul Wulung Airport, Cilacap, and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusions. The readiness of PKP-PK officers at mogul Wulung Cilacap Airport is a key factor in handling plane accidents effectively. Factors such as knowledge, skills, equipment, training, and external factors such as weather can influence officer readiness. To increase readiness, there needs to be ongoing efforts to improve training, maintain equipment, and conduct simulations regularly. Good readiness of PKP-PK officers will help minimize risks in emergencies and protect the lives of passengers and aircraft crew. Handling aircraft accidents by PKP-PK officers at Nggul Wulung Airport, Cilacap is a very important task to ensure the safety of passengers and aircraft crew. The obstacles faced by PKP-PK officers can hamper the effectiveness of the actions of PKP-PK officers at Nggul Wulung Airport, Cilacap. Therefore, it is necessary to implement several solutions to increase the effectiveness of handling aircraft accidents and minimize the associated risks. These solutions must be implemented with caution and take into account the specific situation in each location and country. Menurut data dari BPJS, kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi di Indonesia pada bulan Januari hingga November 2022 sebanyak 265.334 kasus. Jumlah ini meningkat 13,26 persen dibandingkan 234.270 kasus pada tahun 2021. Data tersebut menjadi peringatan keras bahwa pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) harus semakin menjadi perhatian. UD Cantenan menggunakan beberapa mesin, bahan-bahan kimia dan suhu yang tinggi, dan hampir seluruh proses dilakukan masih secara manual tanpa alat bantu dan dioperasikan langsung. Berdasarkan obeservasi yang dilakukan terdapat 34 risiko kecelakaan kerja yang terdapat pada bagian proses produksi dan tercatat ada 14 kasus kecelakaan kerja yang terdapat pada bagian produksi di Ud Cantenan, data tersebut diambil dari bulan Febrari tahun 2020 hingga bulan Juli tahun 2023. Metode JSA digunakan untuk menentukan pekerjaan yang dianalisis serta mengidentifikasi risiko pada masing-masing pekerjaan, Metode FMEA difungsikan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja yang mengukur dari aspek dampak, peluang kejadian dan pencegahaannya dilakukan, sedangkan metode FTA digunakan untuk mengdentifikasi potensi penyebab kecelakaan. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa 5 failure mode dengan nilai RPN terbesar yaitu, terkena tumpahan logam cair,, tergulung putaran chuck mesin turning, tersengat listrik, tergulung putaran mata pahat milling dan mata terkena sekrap logam sisa produksi, ke lima failure mode dengan nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu fm 14, fm 27, fm 31 dengan nilai RPN 75 dan fm 22, fm 28 dengan nilai RPN 64. Nilai RPN tertinggi nantinya akan dilakukan analisis FTA untuk mengetahui akar penyebab masalah dan diberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan, untuk FM 14, 21, dan 38 memiliki tiga akar masalah, sedangkan fm 27 dan 28 memiliki 4 akar masalah.

Work stress is one of the main concerns regarding occupational health and safety for the workforce's well-being and health issues. It has been estimated that half of the workforce's absences and occupational accidents at work were caused by work-related stress disruptions. This research aimed to find out the relationship between work stress and occupational accident in the workforce of the harvester palm oil unit. This research was an observational analytic research with a cross-sectional approach. The result of this research showed that there is a positive relationship between work stress and the risk of occupational accidents. Statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test obtained a p-value of 0.005 compared to the degree of significance (p-value <0.05). The recommendations for the company could be used as a reference to train the occupational health and safety workers unit to increase awareness of occupational health and safety.

Abstract.The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of the Social Security Administering Agency for work accidents experienced by workers and the implementation of the Social Security Administering Agency for work accidents experienced by workers. This research uses descriptive analytical research with a normative juridical approach. The results of this research show that BPJS Employment protects online motorcycle taxi partners with its five programs, namely; work accident insurance, old age insurance, death insurance, pension insurance and job loss insurance. The obstacle in employment protection for online motorcycle taxi partners is that there are still several online motorcycle taxi partners who are not registered as BPJS Employment participants due to various reasons, which means that protection for online motorcycle taxi partners is still not optimal.

Work accidents are a phenomenon that often occurs in various industrial sectors. In the process of nation building, the role of the workforce is increasing, along with the various difficulties and risks they face. As a result, to increase national productivity, workers must be provided with protection, care and increased welfare. To ensure that all the steps required to obtain work accident insurance have been carried out correctly and clearly, BPJS procedures cover various aspects, such as registering participants, handling work accident cases, and paying compensation to victims. This journal is made using the library research method, which refers to the process of searching, collecting and analyzing literature or written sources such as books, reports and journals that are relevant to a particular research or study topic. One of them is for the workforce in realizing prosperity. Due to the important role of labor in achieving development goals, they have rights and obligations protected by law. Workers who experience work accidents can receive legal protection such as health services according to medical needs and monetary compensation. The rights and obligations of workers, employers and BPJS Employment are not affected if reporting work accidents is delayed to BPJS Employment and UPTD Employment Inspection.

UMKM Kripik Tempe RICO merupakan salah satu UMKM kripik tempe terbesar yang berada di Desa Sadang, Kabupaten Ngawi. Dalam proses produksinya seringkali terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Diketahui penyebab kecelakaan kerja berasal dari kelalaian manusia Human Error seperti pekerja yang lalai dalam mengendalikan mesin, terburu-buru dalam bekerja, dan tidak menggunakan APD secara lengkap. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu Menganalisis Human Error, menentukan tingkat risiko proses produksi UMKM Kripik Tempe RICO serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan sistem dengan metode SHERPA untuk mengurangi kecelakaan kerja pada kegiatan yang disebabkan oleh Human Error.  Berdasarkan SHERPA Error Mode teridentifikasi human error pada tipe action error sebanyak 21 error atau sama dengan 49%, tipe checking error sebanyak 5 error atau sama dengan 12%, tipe retrieval error sebanyak 9 error atau sama dengan 21%; tipe communication error sebanyak 6 error atau 14%, tipe selection error sebanyak 2 error atau sama dengan 5%.

Occupational accidents are considered a risk that is difficult to avoid in production or work activities. Protection of rights can ensure the working life not to consider itself in a hazardous work environment, even if accidents at work are inevitable. The research uses implementation assessment elements: programs or policies, target groups, and implementers. The aim of this study is to find out how the implementation of worker rights protection is related to employment accidents at BPJS Employment. The research method used is qualitative, with a library study approach. As for the results obtained in this study, i.e. in creating social security related to work accidents as an attempt to protect workers or workers, the program or policy implemented is JKK (Work Accident Insurance) with the target group of workers and workers and implementers of the BPJS Employment. This research could draw the conclusion that the implementation of social security efforts related to work accidents is not optimal because there are still problems in these activities, such as delays, and companies do not do what should be done by the company.

Pelabuhan merupakan bagian dari suatu sistem kompleks yang bertujuan untuk menjaga rantai logistik agar berjalan lancar.Seluruh aktivitas operasional di area kerja pelabuhan tentu tidak lepas dari adanya risiko kecelakaan dan keadaan darurat lainnya, tak terkecuali Terminal Petikemas. Adapun risiko yang mungkin terjadi di antaranya kelalaian operator, kesalahan dalam menjalankan prosedur, ataupun kebakaran. perusahaan dengan risiko tinggi wajib memiliki sistem tanggap darurat beserta organisasi tanggap darurat.Maka dari itu fokus pada penelitian kali ini adalah pada salah satu Perusahaan Jasa Petikemas di Surabaya. Proses kerja di perusahaan ini tentu terkait penanganan container dengan berbagai jenis muatan. Container ini kemudian diletakkan pada lapangan penumpukan petikemas yang memiliki risiko tinggi akan terjadinya kebakaran. Setelah dilakukan observasi, pada masing-masing CY telah tersedia Fire Hydrant dengan kondisi berupa rusaknya bagian-bagian hidran, kurang mencakupnya pemanfaatan hidran ke seluruh area, serta titik lokasi penempatan hidran yang tidak maksimal. Maka dari itu, penulis melakukan kajian lebih lanjut terkait kondisi sistem tanggap darurat di Lapangan Penumpukan Petikemas dan melakukan perancangan ulang penempatan hidran di Container Yard.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif di mana setelah  pengambilan data maka dilakukan analisis terhadap tingkat risiko kebakaran dan selanjutnya perhitungan dan perancangan ulang kebutuhan hidran. Hasil penilaian risiko menunjukkan tingkat risiko kebakaran tingkat tinggi pada CY 01, serta tingkat sedang di CY 02 dan CY 03. Kondisi hidran di Terminal Petikemas di Surabaya memiliki beberapa ketidaksesuaian yang harus dilakukan perbaikan dengan penggantian bagian serta pemeliharaan berkala. Selanjutnya pada perhitungan kebutuhan hidran di area Container Yard menghasilkan dibutuhkannya penambahan 3 pilar hidran serta 2 sambungan hose di CY 01, serta penambahan 3 pilar hidran dan 2 sambungan hose di CY 02.

Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport located in Bima regency, West Nusa Tenggara is the main terminal for the people of Bima and its surroundings who travel using air services. As the main terminal for Bima people who will travel by air service, Bima Airport must have a risk management system in accordance with applicable regulations, especially in the airside area where all aircraft operational activities take place in the airside area. This study aims to determine the suitability of the safety criteria of Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport and the steps taken by the airport in the event of a non-conformity or an event that can be categorized as hazard identification and Risk assessment (HIRA). This study used mixed methods Data collection was carried out by observation, structured interviews and documentation. The general data in this study is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study are based on research that has been carried out based on ISO 31000 on Aviation Hazard Risk Management Analysis on the Airside Side as an effort to minimize the risk of accidents with the Hira method at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport which is carried out using stages consisting of the risk identification stage, risk analysis and risk evaluation as well as the risk treatment stage, So from the study 10 dangers and risks that are likely to occur. Of the 10 risks, there are 9 risks in the red zone (high) and 1 risk in the yellow zone (medium). Of the 10 risks, they then get treatment or control because they are in the red zone and yellow zone. Controlling the possibility of 10 existing risks, Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport uses control measures in implementing measures to minimize the impact of possible risks that occur, namely avoiding and reducing risks. This is supported by risk treatment carried out by the company and adjusted to 10 risks that are likely to occur.
