The toddler period is a golden stage of child development influenced by several factors, including maternal knowledge in parenting. Working mothers face challenges in balancing professional responsibilities with caregiving roles. This study aimed to examine the relationship between working mothers’ knowledge and the growth and development of toddlers at Kasih Ibu Sejati Clinic, Sosa District, Padang Lawas Regency. This research used a descriptive analytic design with a cross-sectional approach involving 42 working mothers with toddlers. The results showed that most working mothers had good knowledge (38.1%) and most toddlers were in the good developmental category (64.3%). The Chi-square test yielded a p-value of 0.004, indicating a significant relationship between the mother's level of knowledge and toddler development. Good knowledge enables mothers to provide better-quality care despite time limitations. These findings imply the importance of enhancing education for working mothers to support optimal child development.

In today’s digital age, digital literacy is an essential competency, and equipping young people with the ability to create meaningful technology empowers them to be not just users but also creators of impactful digital solutions. The training took place on May 17, 2025, at a member’s house from the GKI Kasih congregation in Perumnas, Sorong. It was attended by 20 participants aged between 12 and 17 years. The choice of a familiar and friendly setting was intended to create a comfortable and collaborative learning environment. The training materials were structured step-by-step, starting with an introduction to the Thunkable platform, user interface (UI) design, navigation logic development using visual block programming, and culminating in group presentations and reflections on the final projects. The project theme chosen for the training was "Prophets as Role Models," aimed at integrating spiritual values and character development into an educational digital application. Through this project, participants not only gained technical skills but also reflected on the moral and inspirational values of prophetic figures in the Christian faith. Evaluation results showed that the training had a significant positive impact. Participants demonstrated increased understanding of app development concepts, were able to explain their project workflows and features, and showed high levels of enthusiasm and creativity throughout the process. Furthermore, character values such as teamwork, responsibility, and a strong learning spirit were fostered. This initiative serves as a concrete example of how technology-based education can be effectively combined with character formation. It also provides a replicable training model for other communities, particularly for church-based youth development programs that aim to nurture digitally literate and morally grounded future generations.

Sexual harassment against children in Islamic boarding schools is a serious issue that demands special attention, particularly in the context of legal protection for victims. This study aims to analyze the position and role of child victims in the dynamics of sexual harassment crimes within pesantren, as well as to identify forms of legal protection that can be provided through a victimological approach. One of the cases highlighted in this research occurred at Bani Ma’mun Islamic Boarding School, located in Gembor Udik Village, Cikande Sub-district, Serang Regency, which illustrates the weak protection afforded to children in religious educational environments. By employing an empirical juridical method and referring to secondary data such as legislation, legal documents, and academic literature, this study finds that child victims often do not receive optimal protection, either in the criminal justice process or in terms of psychosocial support. The victimological perspective emphasizes the importance of fulfilling victims' rights, including the right to security, physical and mental rehabilitation, and social reintegration. In this context, protection efforts should not only focus on imposing sanctions on perpetrators but also include the formulation of policies oriented toward the recovery of victims. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening institutional capacity within pesantren to develop and implement comprehensive child protection mechanisms, including regulatory reform and more responsive law enforcement toward victims of sexual crimes. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a legal framework that is more victim-oriented within Indonesia’s criminal justice system.

Early childhood represents a critical stage of rapid growth and development, during which children require appropriate stimulation to optimize both their physical health and overall well-being. One effective approach to meet these developmental needs is through engaging and enjoyable physical activities. Creative gymnastics, which combines rhythmic movements with music, offers a practical and appealing method to strengthen children’s immune systems while simultaneously fostering the development of gross motor skills. This community service program was implemented at Early Childhood Education (ECE) Citra Kasih School, Ambon, and involved children aged 4–6 years. The method of implementation emphasized direct practice, where children actively participated in a series of simple, structured, and playful movements accompanied by cheerful music, making the activity easy to follow and enjoyable. Observations during the program indicated that children showed a higher level of enthusiasm, increased activeness, and notable improvements in stamina, balance, and movement coordination. In addition, teachers expressed positive responses, highlighting the added value of integrating structured physical activities into the learning environment. The program not only benefited the children physically but also provided educators with new insights on effective strategies to support children’s health. Therefore, creative gymnastics can be recommended as a routine school activity to strengthen immunity, improve physical endurance, and promote healthy lifestyles in early childhood.

This research examines God as the initiator of cross-cultural missions through a case study of mission transformation in the life of the Apostle Peter. Departing from the existing research gap, namely the need to reflect on the nature of God who loves other nations through a change in Peter's perspective, this study aims to show that God is the initiator of salvation for all mankind. The significance of this study is to encourage the church to see cross-cultural missions as an important approach in transmitting God's love to those who have not yet repented. Using a descriptive-analytical method, this study finds that Peter's encounter with Cornelius was a crucial turning point in early Christian missionary work. The experience radically changed Peter's narrow understanding of who was worthy of receiving the gospel, extending from just Jews to all nations. The descent of the Holy Spirit upon Cornelius and his family is clear evidence to Peter that God's grace is impartial and available to every believer. This event was not only a personal lesson for Peter, but also a revelation of God that opened the door for the gospel to reach the Gentile world, fundamentally changing the course of church history.
