Nosocomial infections are a serious problem that often occurs in hospitals and can have a negative impact on patient safety. The role of nurses, especially in inpatient rooms, is very important in preventing these infections. Preliminary studies found 0.34% of HAIs in hospitals, 0.00% of urinary tract infections, 0.86% of Phlebitis, 0.00% of Ventilator Associated Pneumonia. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and behavior of nurses regarding the prevention of nosocomial infections.This type of research is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. This population is all nurses in the Inpatient Room at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital. The sample for this research was 42 respondents who were selected using the total data saturated sampling technique used, namely univariate and bivariate analysis (Spearman rho test).The results of the univariate analysis research showed that the nosocomial infection prevention process variable, nurse knowledge was in the good category at 100% and the nosocomial infection prevention process variable, nurse behavior was in the good category at 100%. The results of bivariate analysis using the Spearman's rho statistical test show that there is a p-value of 0.000, where this value is smaller than 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.528. So it can be said that there is a relationship between knowledge and behavior of inpatient room nurses in preventing nosocomial infections at the PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo hospital.In conclusion, there is a relationship between knowledge and behavior in preventing nosocomial infections at the PKU Muhammadiyah hospital. Suggestions: Increase counseling and training on preventing nosocomial infections for nurses and health workers and non-health workers at the PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital.

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah Perilaku Inovatif memiliki efek mediasi pada hubungan antara Disiplin kerja , Budaya kerjam dan Pelatihan dengan kinerja. Data dikumpulkan dari 170 tenaga Kesehatan pada 10 Puskesmas yang berada di Wilayah Kabupaten dan Kota Madia Pekalongan, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Responden dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pemodelan persamaan struktural digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan. Studi ini mengungkapkan: 1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku Inovatif, 2) Budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, 3) Pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja , 4) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, 5) Budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif, 6) Pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif 6) Perilaku inovatif mampu memediasi hubungan Disiplin kerja, Budaya kerja, dan Pelatihan dengan kinerja. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas di Pekalongan dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan disiplin kerja, Budaya kerja, dan Pelatihan melalui efek tidak langsung melalui variabel Perilaku Inovatif dari pegawai. Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, Budaya kerja, Pelatihan, Perilaku Inovatif, Kinerja.   Abstract The main objective of this study was to determine whether Innovative Behavior has a mediating effect on the relationship between Work Discipline, Work Culture,  and Training with performance. Data were collected from 170 Health workers at 10 Health Centers located in the Regency and City of Pekalongan, Central Java Province. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the collected data. This study revealed: 1) Work discipline has a significant effect on Innovative behavior, 2) Work culture has a significant effect on performance, 3) Training has a significant effect on performance, 4) Work discipline has a significant effect on performance, 5) Work culture has a significant effect on innovative behavior, 6) Training has a significant effect on innovative behavior 6) Innovative behavior is able to mediate the relationship between Work Discipline, Work Culture, and Training with performance. This study recommends that the performance of Health Center Employees in Pekalongan can be improved by improving Work Dicipline, Work Culture, and Training through indirect effects through the Innovative Behavior variable of employees.

Through absurd symbols and profound dialogue, this text pokes fun at human behavior that often uses tricks or deception to achieve personal ends, without considering moral values or truth. As part of modern Indonesian literature, Trik also reflects Putu Wijaya's view of art as a medium to arouse public awareness. With a unique theatrical approach, he encourages the audience or readers to think critically about the issues that humans face in daily life. This manuscript is not only relevant in its time, but also remains actual in describing the ethical and existential dilemmas of human beings to this day. Putu Wijaya's Drama Trik is an absurd theatrical work that explores the themes of manipulation, power, and the search for truth in human life. The abstract of the play includes the conflict between reality and illusion constructed by the characters, where they utilize each other's tricks and deceptions to achieve personal goals. In this drama, Putu Wijaya criticizes human nature that is often caught up in a game of power, lies, and boundless ambition. With a distinctive writing style and full of irony, Trik invites readers or viewers to reflect on the essence of truth, integrity, and existence in a life full of uncertainty. 

The short story "Robohnya Surau Kami" by Ali Akbar Navis is a literary work that is rich in meaning and moral values. This research aims to analyze the intrinsic elements that make up this short story, including theme, characterization, plot, setting and language style, as well as exploring the moral values ​​contained in it. Through this analysis, it was found that the main theme of this short story is about social responsibility and egoism in society. The strong characterizations, especially those of Grandpa Garin and Ajo Sidi, depict the conflict between spiritual obligations and responsibility towards the family. A storyline that uses a backwards technique provides depth to the narrative, while settings depicting people's daily lives add relevant social context. The language style used by Navis, with figures of speech and cynicism, provides sharp criticism of people's behavior. The moral values ​​that can be taken from this short story include the importance of social awareness, balance between worship and responsibility, as well as criticism of selfish attitudes. Thus, this short story not only functions as entertainment, but also as a reflection for readers to reflect on attitudes and behavior in everyday life.

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cililin has not yet achieved patient satisfaction, with ongoing complaints about suboptimal health service quality, particularly in the Emergency Department (IGD). This study aims to identify the causes of inadequate health service quality as observed in the IGD. The research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The researcher used source triangulation to verify the validity of the data. Data analysis was performed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study assessed the quality of health services in the Emergency Department at RSUD Cililin, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, based on six main indicators: 1) Professional and Skill; 2) Attitudes and Behavior; 3) Accessibility and Flexibility; 4) Reliability and Trustworthiness; 5) Recovery; and 6) Reputation and Credibility. The general overview of the identified issues includes: 1) Limited number of certified medical staff; 2) High-pressure work environment; 3) Limited space and equipment; 4) Issues with medical equipment; 5) Slow evaluation processes; and 6) Impact of adverse patient incidents. Overall, the quality of services in the Emergency Department at RSUD Cililin can be considered adequate. Despite facing various challenges, RSUD Cililin demonstrates a strong commitment and effort to improve emergency department services, reflecting dedication to patient welfare and ongoing enhancement of health service quality.

This artwork aims to interpret the phenomenon and behavior of the community at the baralek event starting from the preparation stage to the party stage equipped with the art of saluang bagurau into a new musical composition. The process of creating this artwork is carried out with the observation (exploration), experimentation (improvisation), and forming stages. The idea of the musical work "Balega Dalam Rami" was raised from the procession of preparation for the baralek event (wedding party) in Minangkabau. Baralek as a creative idea had an impact on the emergence of the composer's imagination which was then poured into the concept of garap which became a foothold to accommodate the three parts of the procession in this work, namely Bagotong Royong, Bainai Night and Bagurau, which provided an overview of how the phenomenon and behavior and emotions of the community during the preparation process for Baralek (wedding party), to an entertainment night that focused on the phenomenon that occurred in Saluang Bagurau.

There are eight different uses for medical records: administrative, legal, financial, research, educational, documentation, public health, planning, and marketing. This study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge about medical records use value and the behavior of filling out medical record documents by nurses in inpatient room at Mitra Medika Hospital Tanjung Mulia Medan in 2023. This is quantitative research with analytic survey design and used cross sectional approach. The statistical test used spearman rank test. The population in this study were all nurses who worked in Inpatient Room of the Hospital with 89 people and all were sampled. The results of Spearman rank test with a confidence level of 95% or alpha (a) = 0.05 obtained a p value = 0.002, it can be concluded that there was a significant relationship (meaningful) between knowledge of the use value of medical records and the behavior of filling out medical record documents. The correlation coefficient obtained through the Spearman rank statistical test or r value was = 0.319. According to cross tabulation, the results of data analysis (statistical test) are p value (significant value) = 0.002 a = 0.05, indicating that there is a meaningful relationship (significant relationship) between knowledge of the value of using medical records and the practice of filling out medical record paperwork. It is suggested that in order to improve the accuracy of filling up medical record documents, respondents broaden their understanding of the importance of medical records and their use by reading books, articles, and other reading materials.

Relapse is a relapse behavior that repeatedly occurs after undergoing rehabilitation characterized by the emergence of addictive mindsets, behaviors and actions after the withdrawal period. Drug cases create a sense of dependence caused by several factors, namely family factors, social factors, employment factors, psychological factors and spiritual factors. That's why the case causes uncontrolled emotions of wanting to collect. The focus of the research is to analyze in depth the psychospiritual of ODGPZ who experience continuous relapse in the Rehabilitation Workshop. The term psychospiritual refers to psychology and spirituality where the psychological dimension affects the spiritual experience and the spiritual dimension can affect psychology. Spirituality and psychology include the search for identity which raises various questions that can cause problems in oneself that make oneself anxious, depressed, unstable mood and feeling like they have no purpose in life. Psychospirituality is used as a tool or analytical knife for counselors to dismantle spiritual problems experienced by counselors and see patterns of relapsed behavior. The purpose of the study was to determine the pattern of relapse behavior for the ODGPZ group and analyze the pattern of relapse behavior using a psychospiritual perspective at the BNN Deli Serdang Rehabilitation Workshop. This study uses a qualitative research methodology with a case study method to clients who have experienced relapse. Data collection techniques were obtained by initial observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis showed that the pattern of relapse behavior by ODGPZ was extraordinary enjoyment, suggestions from ODGPZ friends, increasing the spirit of activity, escaping from problems, and pressure and stigma from society. After the pattern was analyzed using a psychospiritual lens, the author found that there were clients who still found it difficult to refuse offers from ODGPZ friends, there were errors in interpreting the theological message of the Bible text, all problems were solved with drugs, finding meaning and purpose in life and social change. Therefore, psychospirituality is closely related to the intellectual and emotional of the individual which affects the mindset and behavior of individuals, especially drug user.

As cloud computing advances, organizations' IT infrastructure and application deployment processes are moving to the cloud because cloud computing provides everything as a service over the Internet. The performance of a cloud-based application is based on proper datacenter selection and workload distribution within the selected datacenter. Service broker policies are used for suitable datacenter selection, and load balancing algorithms(LBA) are applied to distribute workloads. This paper is to evaluate the effect of a proposed service broker policy (PSBR) on the performance of cloud-based applications with LBA. To achieve the objective, the behavior of the TikTok application was modeled using the worldwide users’ statistics on the cloud simulation framework, namely CloudAnalyst. As a result, the average response time and data center processing time are measured. Next, the PSBR provides better results than the existing service proximity-based policy. This paper supports cloud service providers' benefits, from coordination between data center configuration, data center selection, and workload distribution to cloud users' identification of the appropriate procedures for their organization or application. PSBR with Active Monitoring had the best average response time of 75.1 ms, while SPR consistently exhibited higher average times across all algorithms, with the highest being 84.5 ms for Round Robin. Under the PSBR policy, Throttled had the lowest average processing time (4.67), while Round Robin had the highest (5.72). Similarly, under the SPR policy, Throttled maintained its efficiency with the lowest average (4.8), while Round Robin showed the highest (5.79).

Employee performance is an important factor that must receive serious attention for human resource management at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I Medan. The level of success of a company is largely determined by the abilities of the employees in the company. This research aims to find out whether human relations, individual behavior and work ethic have an influence. The information analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 55 respondents. Collecting preliminary information using a questionnaire. The results of the research show that human connection has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Local I Medan employees. Individual behavior has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Local I Medan employees. Work ethic has a partially positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Provincial I Medan employees. Human connection, individual behavior and work ethic simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Provincial I Medan employees. The changed R Square value is 0.731 which can be called the coefficient of determination, which in this case means that 73.1% of employee performance can be obtained and explained by human connection, individual behavior and monkey ethos while the remaining 26.9% is explained by other factors or variables outside the research model.

The advancement of technology and changes in lifestyle have become triggers for deviant behavior, potentially causing mental health issues. Mental health is an increasingly crucial aspect of societal well-being. Optimal mental health impacts individuals' awareness of their potential, their ability to manage life pressures stably, productive performance in work, and active participation in community life. The negative stigma in society towards individuals with mental disorders further exacerbates the number of affected individuals. In Indonesia, this issue is gaining more attention due to its impact on the quality of life for individuals and society as a whole. Mental disorders necessitate a holistic and innovative approach to rehabilitation efforts. Therefore, it is essential to establish specialized rehabilitation centers for individuals with mental disorders, providing support in both physical and mental recovery processes. Well-designed and functional spaces play a key role in enhancing the psychological well-being of individuals, creating an environment that is safe, comfortable, and preserves privacy. By adopting the Behavioral Architecture approach in design, it is expected to create an environment that meets the needs of patients and positively influences the behavior, perceptions, and feelings of everyone involved in the activities.

The scheduling and resource allocation procedure is an essential component of cloud resource management. Effective resource allocation is severely hampered by the task arrival rates' erratic and unclear behavior. To prevent under or overusing resources, an effective scheduling strategy is necessary. To improve scheduling and allocation performance, a multi-objective optimization technique is presented for the best resource allocation and task scheduling inside scientific workflow datasets in a heterogeneous environment. In the first stage, the system calculates four key metrics: Communication Cost, Computation Cost, Earliest Finished Time on a particular VM, and Total Task Length for a specific scientific workflow dataset. These metrics provide a comprehensive understanding of the resource requirements and help make informed scheduling decisions. In the second stage, tasks are clustered using the K-Means clustering algorithm. This clustering groups similar tasks together, making managing and scheduling them easier. In the third stage, the proposed resource allocation algorithm allocates the clustered tasks to the appropriate VMs. This step ensures that the tasks are assigned to the best-suited resources, optimizing the overall system performance and resource utilization. By following this multi-stage process, the system aims to achieve optimal resource allocation and task scheduling, thereby improving the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud resource management. The proposed method significantly outperforms PSO, CSO, and GWO by consistently achieving lower Makespan—under 400 units at 50 tasks—while maintaining high resource utilization rates above 0.75, demonstrating superior efficiency in task execution and resource management.

This study investigates the relationship between performance-based accounting practices and employee motivation within organizations. Utilizing a quantitative research design, a survey was conducted among employees in a specific industry to analyze how performance measurement systems impact motivation levels. The sample included 200 employees in PT. Pabrik TERIGU Makassar, and data were collected on their perceptions of performance-based accounting practices, such as clarity of performance metrics and reward systems. Statistical analyses, including linear regression and correlation analysis, revealed a significant positive correlation between effective performance-based accounting and increased employee motivation. The findings suggest that organizations that implement clear performance metrics and recognition programs can enhance employee engagement and productivity. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence of the positive influence of performance-based accounting on employee motivation, highlighting practical implications for management practices aimed at fostering a motivated workforce.

Using an analytical approach and empirical data, this study identifies the latest trends in consumer behavior, such as increasing interest in interactive viewing experiences and the use of digital platforms. In addition, this research also discusses the challenges faced by athletes, including mental health problems, injuries, and pressure to perform. This finding provides valuable insight for team managers, marketers, and policy makers in formulating strategies that support the sustainability and growth of professional sports in the future.

Demand for additional electric power increases as electricity demand increases, but the process is often hampered by obstacles in the operational workflow. The main objective of this research is to analyze operational risks in kWh addition services using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method using the 5 Why technique and fishbone diagram. The RCA method equipped with a fishbone diagram will produce a mapping of the causes of operational risk obstacles in the PT XYZ kWh addition service in a structured manner. In the process, the author identifies and analyzes the various risks faced, and proposes improvements aimed at improving service quality. Based on the results of the research analysis, there are two operational risks related to kWh addition, namely: the migration process of postpaid kWh meters to prepaid meters and the use of electricity by customers who exceed the contracted power. The conclusion shows that most of the operational risks come from customer behavior. Proposed improvements include increasing the frequency of inspections, proactive planning for power additions, and transparency of information to customers. The results of this report are expected to make a positive contribution to operational risk management at PT XYZ and improve customer satisfaction.

The implementation referred to in this research is the implementation of peer counseling services.This activity will be carried out in 3 stages, namely the initial stage includes surveying community service locations, making proposals and submitting proposals, the second stage is implementing activities where socialization will be carried out about the concept of peers. Then there will be an evaluation of the process of community service activities carried out in a question and answer session for the audience with the presenter or speaker. The final stage is evaluation and reporting of activities. Teenagers are targets in community service activities which are always directed at coordinating with local health workers.The results of the activity show that increasing capacity through peer education in efforts to screen for sexually transmitted infections in adolescents in the Sungai Beliung sub-district in the working area of the Perumnas II Health Center in 2024 has been carried out well.It is hoped that partners can continuously implement media and deliver educational material about STIs by involving teenagers, families and the general public.

Bullying in the school environment, especially at the high school level, has become an issue that is increasingly disturbing and urgent to be addressed. Many students who are victims of bullying experience lasting negative impacts, both psychologically and socially. This phenomenon not only affects students' academic lives, but can also result in serious emotional problems, such as depression and anxiety. Therefore, it is important to find effective solutions to prevent bullying behavior in schools. In this research, researchers used interview methods to explore in-depth data about individual experiences, opinions or feelings that are difficult to measure quantitatively. The role of Indonesian language teachers is very strategic. Apart from teaching language and literature, teachers have the opportunity to instill moral values ​​through selected learning materials. Literary works, for example, often contain themes of humanity and social interaction that are relevant to bullying behavior. By integrating Christian values ​​in language learning, teachers can help students understand the importance of empathy and compassion in relationships between people. From the results of research that has been conducted, it is clear that Indonesian language teachers at Marisi Medan Private High School have a crucial role in preventing bullying through instilling Christian values.

However, there are still inconsistencies in the implementation of nursing care behavior carried out by nurses in hospitals. This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and supervision to implementation behavior care nursing, as well as test role motivation as intervening variable. Causal quantitative research method with a sample of 63 executive nurses who work in the Inpatient Installation of Hospital X, Bekasi. Data collection used a questionnaire and the analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The research results show that self-efficacy and supervision influence motivation and nursing care behavior. The results of the mediation test show that self-efficacy and supervision influence nursing care behavior through motivation. The influence of self-efficacy on nurses' work motivation has the highest regression coefficient value compared to other variables. The results of this research provide managerial implications for the home Sick For increase efficacy self And quality supervision to nurse, as well as paying attention to the motivational aspects of nurses in order to encourage the implementation of optimal nursing care behavior. A comfortable and good work environment is a collection of processes that encourage employee behavior and encourage the achievement of company goals. The work environment is things related to the workplace itself and can influence the way he does his work. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT Bandar Bakau Jaya. This research used a questionnaire method with a Likert scale which was distributed to 37 respondents. The variables studied include work environment (X1), job satisfaction (X2), and employee performance (Y). Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and data quality testing through validity and reliability tests. The research results show that a good work environment, such as adequate lighting, appropriate temperature, and good ventilation, has a positive influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. Most respondents agree that the conditions of their work environment affect productivity and the quality of work results. This research suggests that companies continue to improve working environmental conditions to increase employee satisfaction and performance.
