Waste is a waste product of human activities that continues to increase along with the increase in population, activities, and consumption levels. In Bengkalis Sub-district, Bengkalis Regency, there are many waste accumulation points that have not been handled properly, mainly due to the lack of information about the location of waste accumulation. This causes the Bengkalis Regency Environment and Hygiene Agency (DLHK) to have difficulties in managing waste transportation, even though it is carried out every day. There are still many complaints from people who are outside the waste collection point. To overcome this problem, this research aims to develop a mobile application-based garbage pile complaint application focused on the Bengkalis District area. This application is designed to assist DLHK in monitoring environmental cleanliness more effectively. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to determine the priority of handling waste complaints, which will be implemented in a web platform to ensure optimal handling. Application development uses a prototype approach to ensure that the resulting application is in accordance with user needs and expectations. With this application, it is hoped that waste management in Bengkalis Regency will become more efficient and responsive to community complaints.

Pondok Baru Furniture Store located in Makamhaji Kartasura is a business that operates in the field of manufacturing and selling furniture. There are problems in managing sales transaction data, stock of goods, and sales reports which still use manual methods, sometimes resulting in errors in recording. The current purchasing system which requires coming to the shop to see and buy the products being sold is very troublesome. And consumers want to know about the products being sold without having to come to the shop directly. Therefore, researchers created a web-based sales information system to overcome this problem. The method used in system development is the prototype method with data collection through interviews. The result is a web sales information system design that makes it easier for buyers to access products offered anywhere and carry out purchase transactions online. This system design is expected to produce more accurate data in processing sales data and sales reports.

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the digital marketing service industry in Indonesia faces the challenge of providing more effective and relevant solutions amid intense competition. This research utilizes the Design Thinking methodology to develop the UI/UX of the MARQETIQ website, aiming to enhance user experience by offering digital marketing services tailored to clients' specific needs. Through the five stages of Design Thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The researchers gained deep insights into user needs, formulated key problems, and created and tested innovative design solutions. The research findings indicate that this approach successfully resulted in a more intuitive and responsive website, facilitated the ordering process, and improved client satisfaction and loyalty. These findings demonstrate that applying the Design Thinking approach can significantly enhance user experience and the relevance of services in a digital marketing platform..

The use of information technology is increasingly advanced in the 4.0 era, especially in the field of village government. The purpose of the web-based population data processing information system for Penggung Village, Boyolali, is to have a good impact on population data management. The problems faced, such as conventional data archiving that causes data accumulation and corruption, drive the need for this solution. The prototype development method was chosen because it provides high interactivity between users and developers. The system is equipped with features of population data management, automatic archiving, quick search, and CRUD function. The results of the study show that this system increases the efficiency and speed of information access and reduces the risk of data loss and corruption. The implementation of this web-based information system is expected to be an effective solution for the village government and provide a new perspective for future research.

In this digital era, patients expect ease of access and transparency in healthcare services. Klinik XYZ, currently using conventional methods, faces challenges in meeting these expectations, such as long queues, incomplete information, and difficulties in scheduling appointments with doctors. This study aims to develop a mobile application to enhance service quality at Klinik XYZ. The method used is Waterfall, involving the stages of needs analysis through observation and interviews, system design, coding, and testing. The findings show that the developed application can provide essential features such as doctor profiles, doctor schedules, appointment scheduling, service selection, ratings, news, and health tips. This application successfully improves the efficiency and quality of services at Klinik XYZ by reducing waiting times and providing a better user experience. The implications of this study indicate that integrating mobile technology into healthcare services can significantly enhance patient satisfaction and the operational effectiveness of the clinic. In the rapid development of the food and beverage industry, overproduction and unsold food have led to a high amount of food waste, making Indonesia one of the largest food waste producers in the world. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2021 shows that Indonesia produces 23-40 million tons of food waste annually, which negatively impacts the environment, natural resources, and the economy. This research aims to create a website that serves as a platform for selling leftover food to reduce food waste issues in Indonesia. The method used in designing this website is the Design Thinking method, which consists of five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Data for this method is collected through surveys and interviews with respondents. By creating this website, it is hoped to connect food business operators, such as restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, with consumers, allowing them to interact and providing an effective solution to reduce food waste in Indonesia. Additionally, it is expected that this website can minimize the waste of still-edible food for everyone. By ordering through this online platform, customers can get food at half the normal price.

Pengelolaan inventaris yang efektif dan efisien merupakan salah satu faktor kunci keberhasilan operasional pasar plastik BIMIU. Namun berbagai permasalahan sering terjadi, antara lain kesalahan pencatatan persediaan, data persediaan yang tidak akurat, dan ketidakmampuan melacak umur barang persediaan.Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah  merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen gudang dengan metode FIFO (First In First Out) untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.Metode FIFO dipilih karena  paling cocok untuk toko plastik BIMIU, kami juga mengirimkan produk yang tiba lebih dulu, sehingga meminimalkan risiko kerusakan produk akibat penyimpanan jangka panjang. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan perangkat lunak berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen gudang yang dirancang dapat meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan persediaan, mempermudah proses pelacakan produk, dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan gudang. Pengenalan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan layanan pelanggan  Toko Plastik BIMIU.

Advances in information technology have become a major influence on society in meeting needs, quality and convenience. One example of technological progress is online sales. E-commerce or online shops can make it easier for people to shop with time efficiency, accuracy and quality and can make it easier for the shop to sell because it can promote the products it sells more widely and get maximum profits. This research focuses on designing the UI/UX for cosmetic sales at beauty cosmetic stores. Researchers found problems in beauty cosmetic stores in that store management was still manual, only using social media as promotion without an online sales platform so that the income obtained from sales was not optimal. The method used in designing the UI/UX for selling cosmetics at this beauty cosmetic shop is using the prototype method. The results of this research are the UI/UX design for selling cosmetics at beauty cosmetic shops which can make it easier for beauty cosmetic shops to market their products. It is hoped that this learning media can increase people's interest in shopping at beauty cosmetic stores.

Royal Posh Pro adalah sebuah usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak di bidang jasa fotografi, menyediakan berbagai paket dokumentasi untuk berbagai jenis acara dengan kualitas tinggi. Namun, perusahaan ini menghadapi tantangan operasional, khususnya dalam pengelolaan penjadwalan dan data pembayaran yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan payment gateway guna mengatasi masalah tersebut. Metode prototype digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk merancang, menguji, dan menyempurnakan sistem secara iteratif, agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional Royal Posh Pro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi yang terintegrasi dengan payment gateway dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi pengelolaan data pembayaran serta mengurangi kesalahan manual. Sistem ini juga menawarkan kenyamanan lebih bagi pelanggan melalui berbagai metode pembayaran yang aman dan praktis. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam bentuk sistem berbasis web dengan integrasi payment gateway telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efisiensi operasional di Royal Posh Pro. Solusi ini tidak hanya menyelesaikan kendala operasional yang ada tetapi juga memberikan model bagi UMKM lain dalam industri fotografi untuk memanfaatkan teknologi guna meningkatkan daya saing bisnis mereka.

Layanan sistem informasi siswa di sekolah merupakan sebuah layanan terpadu yang berperan untuk membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana informasi yang dibutuhkan. Upaya agar layanan informasi sekolah lebih praktis dan memudahkah pengguna seperti staf sekolah, guru, dan siswa yang ingin melihat layanan informasi siswa jarak jauh maka dari itu di perlukan media mobile. Pada saat ini permasalahan yang ada pada kali ini Smk Purnawarman masih menerapkan layanan sistem informasi dengan manual yaitu melalui Tata Usaha dan informasi melalui grup whatsapp yang di sampaikan oleh guru. Website Smk Purnawarman pada saat ini belum berkembang dan tampilan user interface yang kurang diminati oleh sebagian siswa, sehingga website hanya sebagai Profile SMK Purnawarman. Maka SMK Purnawarman berencana kedepannya ingin membuat aplikasi PN Mobile menggunakan metode Keep It Simple Stupid (KISS). Metode Perancangan UI/UX dengan prinsip Keep It Simple Stupid (KISS) mengedepankan kesederhanaan dalam merancang antarmuka pengguna. Prinsip ini menekankan bahwa desain yang sederhana dan mudah dipahami cenderung lebih efektif dan menghasilkan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi pengguna. Dari pengujian menggunakan system usability scale (SUS) yang menunjukan Hasil SUS Score adalah 71 yang berada pada kategori (Baik) bahwa prototype yang dibuat peneliti telah diterima dan digunakan oleh responden.

This research develops a web-based information system for analyzing and evaluating visitor satisfaction at Kibito Amona Nabire Beach. The system collects automated data from online surveys, visitor reviews, and social media, which it analyzes to identify satisfaction patterns and trends. Using prototype methodology, the system was designed, developed, and tested to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The technology used includes MySQL for the database and Macromedia Dreamweaver for interface design. The results are expected to improve visitor satisfaction management, even though there are limitations such as limited access only to the beach area and site management by one admin.

In an era where information technology and communication continue to advance, competition in the business world is becoming increasingly intense. Companies must strive and employ strategies to sustain their businesses. Success is closely related to a company's ability to manage inventory effectively to meet customer demand maximally. This research aims to develop a web-based inventory management information system for Toko Agen Umi to facilitate the management of stock data and transactions. The development approach adopted is Prototype. The anticipated outcome of implementing this system analysis is to streamline the creation of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and inventory reports with a user-friendly interface. The application aims to organize inventory management in a more structured, systematic, and computerized manner to prevent calculation errors. It is advised not to adhere strictly to one system to allow for continual learning and development in the process.

This community service activity aims to develop a web app for the management of sacrificial animal operations, covering the entire process from ordering to meat distribution. The development methodology integrates Agile, DevOps, and Design Thinking. The study focuses on Masjid Baiturrahman located at Jl. Legoso Raya No. 31B, RT 06 RW 07, Pisangan Village, Ciputat Timur District, South Tangerang City. Agile methodology ensures iterative and adaptive development based on user feedback. DevOps automates integration and ensures continuous delivery, facilitating rapid and reliable deployment. Design Thinking guides user-centered solution design through stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This activity resulted in a web-based application that can be used by the management of DKM Masjid Baiturrahman for managing sacrificial animal data. This web-based application is capable of enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in all stages of the ordering, slaughtering, and meat distribution processes. Moreover, it assists DKM in digitally managing sacrificial animal data, ultimately improving operational performance and congregational trust in the sacrificial process.

Technological advancements have significantly contributed to the robotics industry, yet mobility remains a challenge that can be addressed with mobile robots. In education, it is crucial to understand the basic principles of robotics and the use of related software and hardware. This research focuses on using a 4WD mobile robot as a learning tool. This robot offers flexibility and is easily controlled via a smartphone with built-in sensors. A smartphone application was developed using App Inventor, an open-source web-based development platform. The HC-05 Bluetooth module was used to connect the smartphone application with the 4WD robot. The goal of this research is to design innovative learning media to aid in understanding the concepts and control of the 4WD robot, as well as to increase students' interest and motivation in learning robotic systems. The results of the research demonstrated success in creating a 4WD robot prototype controllable via an Android smartphone. The distance between the Arduino and smartphone did not significantly affect the robot's movement, although communication was disrupted if the distance exceeded 10 meters. Directional control was achieved through the rotation of the right and left wheels, and sufficient power supply was needed to drive all wheels. Programming with C/C++ and Bluetooth communication functioned as planned. This innovative learning media is expected to help students understand and operate the 4WD mobile robot more effectively

This research focuses on the monitoring system official travel web based development planning board the kabupaten government ngawi. This difficulty while manual is the use of ms.Office word and excel in the management of official travel, led to the mistake and the.To deal with this problem, the researchers devised a system of the web based covering management accountability, that in the official travel. This study by using the method proposed method of development rad.The design participation of users who plays the role of crucial revision in software design the specifications.The result showed that these information systems capable of accelerating and loosening the process of making a official travel.The implementation of this system, expected the finance division directorate of trading businesses able to manage official travel more efficiently in accordance with the regulation.This study produced recommendations for similar institution to adopt similar solutions in the management of official travel.

Villas are one of the important lodging entities in the tourism sector, where villas are needed as a place to rest. A good villa cannot be separated from good service. The purpose of this writing is to improve user experience and user efficiency in the villa reservation process. The Design Thinking method is used as a creative approach in designing user experiences that meet user needs and expectations. The stages of Design Thinking, starting from understanding the problem to implementing the solution. In the UI/UX design process, data is collected through observation, interviews and analysis of user needs. The results are used to identify areas of improvement and guide prototype development. This writing contributes to the development of the UI/UX of the Rima Villa Ciwidey reservation website by applying a Design Thinking approach and utilizing SUS metrics to measure the quality of user experience. The use of the System Usability Scale (SUS) is used as a tool for measuring UI/UX performance, with a resulting value of 70.05. These results show a good level of user satisfaction and are also included in the prototype design which is user friendly, that is, easy for the user to use.

User-centered design methods are used to identify user needs, analyze usage contexts, and design interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use. In this study, data collection was carried out through interviews with Cemilanpuas stakeholders and prospective users. Based on the data obtained, the researcher formulates user requirements and creates a solution design in the final form of a prototype. After the design is complete, usability evaluation is carried out using the Think Aloud method. Evaluators are directed to complete a series of tasks that represent common activities in using the Cemilanpuas application. During the test, the constraints and difficulties encountered by the evaluator were recorded both verbally and non-verbally. The results of the usability evaluation contain the advantages and disadvantages of the user interface which are grouped based on the five usability points. Based on these findings, improvements were made with a minimum of two iterations. Measuring the value of user satisfaction has a grade B final result of 87.5. This research makes an important contribution in understanding user needs and improving the usability of the website-based Cemilanpuas application. The results of this study can be used as a guideline for the development and improvement of the user interface of similar applications in the future.

One media for conveying information about a departement, company or agency is a website profile. To provide information, the indo plant hauling district departement only uses the WhatsApp application to share the latest news, announcements, or updates related to the departement, such as awards, new projects, or changes in the organization. To overcome the problem of information that can only be known by people in the departement, we provide recommendations for designing the Indo Plant Hauling District Departement website PT. Pamapersada Nusantara East Kalimantan. The prototype method that will be used to develop this website and get results from this service, namely a user interface design and website prototype for the Indo plant hauling district departement profile.
