This community service aims to increase the awareness of Abulyatama Elementary School (SD) students regarding the importance of disposing of waste in its place and sustainable economic management. This socialization is expected to form positive habits in students and reduce waste problems in the environment around the school. Through educational activities involving students, teachers, and parents, this program aims to create a clean, healthy environment, and understand how waste management is related to economic management. The approaches used in this socialization are lectures, interactive discussions, and direct demonstrations regarding good waste management, as well as an introduction to the basic concepts of economic management.

The phenomenon of IAT students who live in boarding houses and often consume fast food encourages the author to conduct this research. The reason is, so that what IAT students understand in lectures towards the meaning of Halal and Tayyib is implemented in everyday life, especially in boarding houses. This research is Descriptive Qualitative research. Data obtained through interviews via Whatshap chat. The research subjects amounted to 9 students consisting of 3 students in each class (A, B, and C). The theory that researchers use is Edmund Husserl's Phenomenology Theory. This theory prioritizes social phenomena to bring up a shared awareness of something. The results of this study indicate that: (1). The understanding of IAT Batch 2023 students towards the meaning of Halal and Tayyib as in the Qur'an is very good. (2) There are various phenomena revealed related to fast food eating patterns of IAT 2023 boarding school students. (3) Fast food or food that is Halal and Tayyib is very influential on student concentration, both short and long term.

Kompensasi merupakan imbalan yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan atas kerja yang dihasilkan. Kompensasi ini bisa berupa uang, barang atau fasilitas. Tentu hal ini akan berkaitan erat dengan tingkat produktivitas kinerja karyawan serta kesejahteraan yang didapatkan karyawan di perusahaan. Selain itu Beban kerja adalah sejumlah proses atau kegiatan yang harus diselesaikan seorang pekerja sebagai bentuk tanggungjawab dirinya terhadap perusahaan. Beban kerja ini menjadi indikator pekerja dalam menyelesaikan tugas nya secara tepat waktu. Sehingga beban kerja ini merupakan jobdesk yang sesuai kemampuan para pekerja. Sedangkan Lingkungan perusahaan adalah   semua aspek yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan karyawan di tempat kerja. Meliputi kondisi fisik kantor dan fasilitas, maupun bisa berupa tambahan seperti asuransi kesehatan. Salah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. XMLTRONIK (Xtra Mendahulukan Layanan) yang bergerak dibidang jasa server komunikasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 32 orang yang digunakan sebagai bahan analisis.

This study explores women’s experiences of discrimination in the workplace due to beauty privilege. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, participant observation, and questionnaires to uncover forms of discrimination. This phenomenon creates injustice and has negative impacts on individuals who do not meet beauty standards, such as feelings of inferiority, alienation, and limited career opportunities. This study recommends the importance of awareness and more inclusive policies to reduce appearance-based discrimination in the workplace. The findings show that beauty privilege often provides advantages for individuals who are considered physically attractive, but also creates psychological stress for those who do not meet certain beauty standards.

In recent years, the idea of leadership has changed dramatically to keep up with the quick advancements in technology, society, and the economy. Effective leadership has a direct impact on organizational productivity. A leader who properly manages human resources makes sure that workers are efficient and productive. Leaders create a positive work atmosphere, improve employee motivation, and give clear directions. Effective leadership increases productivity and helps organizations reach their objectives. Therefore, a leadership approach that emphasizes individual development is essential to enhancing overall organizational performance. In this study, the literature review approach is used. The results of this study of the literature suggest that inclusive, flexible, and technology-based leadership are all necessary for effective leadership in the current day. Employee engagement, well-being, and performance have all been demonstrated to improve under leadership that emphasizes personal growth and active team participation. Leadership that prioritizes technology utilization, interpersonal interactions, and change adaptation is essential to an organization's future success.

This activity aims to increase the capacity and competence of the Polling Station Supervisory Committee (PTPS) in Ranteangin District, North Kolaka Regency. PTPS plays an important role in ensuring the implementation of honest, fair, and transparent elections. However, limited understanding of election regulations and procedures is a challenge in carrying out supervisory duties. The method used in this program is debriefing, which includes providing structured material regarding election regulations, supervision techniques, handling violations, and reporting procedures. The debriefing was attended by 10 participants from all villages/sub-districts in Ranteangin District. The results of the evaluation showed a significant increase in the participants' understanding and skills related to their duties and responsibilities as PTPS. This program is expected to strengthen the role of PTPS in maintaining the integrity of the electoral process and supporting the realization of quality democracy at the local level

This study aims to examine the illegal land ownership of the Pusong Reservoir in Banda Sakti Subdistrict, Lhokseumawe City by the local community, viewed from the perspective of Islamic law, specifically the concept of milk al-daulah, and national legislation, particularly Law No. 17 of 2019 on Water Resources. The phenomenon of land ownership in the reservoir has resulted in various impacts, including ecosystem damage and the potential for conflicts between the community and the government. This research uses a juridical-sociological approach with a descriptive-analytical qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The findings show that the community’s ownership of the reservoir land, which is used for business and residential purposes, is in conflict with the principle of milk al-daulah and Law No. 17 of 2019, which stipulates that water resources are controlled by the state and must be used for public interest. The weak implementation of government oversight in managing this land has led to an imbalance between the interests of the community and the state. This study recommends better management of the reservoir land to ensure ecosystem sustainability and community welfare.  

Perilaku merokok tidak hanya ada di zona sekolah non pesantren, tetapi juga ditemukan di sekolah pesantren. Walaupun dalam pesantren terdapat aturan dilarang merokok, masih banyak santri yang merokok secara sembunyi, dimana salah satu tempat yang paling sering dijadikan tempat merokok mereka adalah di dalam kamar mandi asrama dan perilaku tersebut merupakan suatu pelanggaran. Pondok pesantren salafiyah safi’iyah sukorejo merupakan salah satu pondok pesantren yang sangat melarang para santrinya untuk merokok. Bahkan pelarangan merokok ini merupakan pelanggaran yang berat, dimana santri yang ketahuan merokok bisa langsung di keluarkan dari pondok. Salah satu solusi dari permasalahan ini yaitu  bagaimana merancang alat pendeteksi asap rokok berbasis IoT menggunakan sensor MQ-135 dan mikrokontroler ESP32-CAM, serta bagaimana sistem ini tidak hanya mendeteksi asap tetapi juga mengirimkan notifikasi lokasi dan mengambil gambar kejadian untuk dokumentasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kalkulasi biaya standar sebagai alat pengendalian manajerial pada usaha Penjahit Vina di Pematangsiantar. Biaya standar digunakan untuk mempermudah perencanaan, pengendalian, dan evaluasi kinerja keuangan, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam operasional usaha. Penelitian ini mengelompokkan komponen biaya menjadi biaya tetap, seperti sewa tempat, gaji karyawan tetap, dan penyusutan alat, serta biaya variabel yang mencakup bahan baku, benang, dan aksesori produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan biaya standar membantu usaha dalam mengidentifikasi penyimpangan biaya aktual dari standar yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan demikian, pemilik usaha dapat lebih efektif mengontrol biaya p2roduksi, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan menetapkan harga jual yang kompetitif. Kesimpulan ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi usaha kecil di sektor konveksi untuk memanfaatkan biaya standar sebagai alat manajerial yang mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis.

Kegiatan pengabdian di SDN 1 Sukamaju Teluk Betung Timur dilakukan melalui kolaborasi dosen dan mahasiswa Prodi Teknik Industri dari Universitas Tulang Bawang beserta PT. Centra Pertiwi Bahari dari lemahnya siswa dalam pengetahuan menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekolah dan budaya buang sampah pada tempatnya, ditambah minimnya fasilitas pendukung berupa tempat sampah. Dengan menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan di masyarakat, mengubah sikap dan pola pikir, serta meningkatkan kesadaran siswa. Hasil dari edukasi ini mampu menumbuhkan pemahaman juga kesadaran tentang membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekolah melalui sosialisasi dan simulasi, pemberian fasilitas tempat sampah dan poster-poster. Kegiatan berjalan lancar dan interaktif, dan dari hasil simulasi 90% peserta mampu mengelompokkan sampah sesuai jenisnya baik yang organik dan non-organik. Terdapatnya poster-poster yang dipasang diruang terbuka bermanfaat sebagai pengingat agar menjaga kebersihan lingkungan menjadi budaya berkelanjutan.  

This meta-analysis aims to measure the correlation between transformational leadership and workplace happiness by considering the effect size. The number of studies used in this study were 12 studies from 7 literatures that were considered to have met the requirements. The total sample of this study was 2662 people. The results of this meta-analysis indicate that a significant positive correlation between transformational leadership and workplace happiness is found at 95% CI (0.279; 0.612). The relationship between transformational leadership and workplace happiness is included in the moderate category with a score of r = 0.445. Similar results were found in other sample groups, namely the employee group (95% CI [0.234; 0.507]) with a score of r = 0.371. ; the health worker group obtained a score of r = 0.219 with 95% CI [0.142; 0.297]) and in the academic staff group a score of r = 0.565 with 95% CI [0.320; 0.808]). The results of the heterogeneity test showed good results and no publication bias.

This research explains about the mosque: apart from being a place of worship, it is also a place that guarantees security, especially in the modern era. This article aims to explore and analyze the role of mosques as institutions that function not only as places of worship, but also as a guarantee of security in the modern era. In a world that continues to change and is faced with various social and security challenges, mosques are seen as having great potential in creating stability and harmony in society. This research uses qualitative research methods. The author uses qualitative methods to analyze studies regarding the role of mosques in ensuring security in the modern era, therefore this data analysis focuses more on library research. The research results show that mosques have a significant function in maintaining security and social order through various initiatives, including centers for education and social awareness, tolerance education, overcoming radicalization and extremism, providing social and health services, involving women in mosques, and mosques as safe spaces and comfortable. Mosques, as spiritual and social centers, have a significant role in ensuring security in the modern era. By educating the public, organizing social activities, and facilitating interfaith dialogue, mosques can function as agents of peace and stability amidst global challenges. Optimizing the role of mosques in this field is very important to create a safe, harmonious and just community.

Mosques have a very important role in the lives of Muslims, not only as places of worship but also as centers of spiritual and social development. This research aims to examine the function of mosques as places that purify the soul and strengthen spirituality. Through a qualitative approach using literature study methods, this research explores the role of mosques as centers of worship, character development, and strengthening social solidarity in the Muslim community. The research results show that mosques not only function as places of prayer, but also play a role in religious education, moral development, and social activities that strengthen relationships between believers. With its calm and peaceful atmosphere, the mosque is a place of reflection and contemplation, helping individuals draw closer to Allah and find inner calm amidst busy modern life.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Mundam bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan ini fokus pada isu lingkungan, kesehatan dan pendidikan. Melalui berbagai program sosialisasi implementasi 3R (reduce, reuse, recyle) sabun cuci piring dari limbah kulit nanas dengan metode eco enzym, pengadaan tempat sampah, pemberian bibit dan penanaman pohon, sosialisasi DAGUSIBU (dapatkan, gunakan, simpan, buang), dan lainnya. Mahasiswa KKN berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan, meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak-anak, atau memberdayakan UMKM lokal. Secara keseluruhan, KKN ini telah memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat Kelurahan Mundam dan diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat lainnya.

Limitations in the provision of rubbish bins in Pasinan Village, Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency have become one of the problems that needs to be immediately evaluated to prevent the emergence of diseases that could endanger public health. The aim of implementing to find a solution to the environmental pollution problem currently faced by the people of Pasinan Village, Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency. As a solution, a Trash Can Procurement program was held as a step to reduce the dirty environment in the village. This report will explain the role of trash cans in increasing public awareness of the importance of environmental cleanliness and understanding of sorting organic and inorganic waste. The trash cans were handed over directly to the relevant parties. The community welcomed this activity well and enthusiastically, considering it an important step in improving environmental cleanliness in Pasinan Village, Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency. Overall, this activity is considered effective in overcoming the waste problem, so that Pasinan Village can become a cleaner and healthier village.

The work program planned to be implemented in Sabuk Empat Village includes: Teaching good manners and akhlakul karimah, introducing hijaiyah letters using Flash Card media, teaching Arabic vocabulary, teaching Arabic reading and writing, teaching fiqh, du'a-do' a daily, and short surahs. The work program carried out at the PKM STAI Ibnu Rushd 2024 activities is running smoothly as it should. PKM students have had a positive impact on the children of TPA Babussalam. Based on the results of activities, observations and implementation, the PKM program has been planned, prepared and implemented.

The growth of the internet has influenced the tourism industry because the internet makes it easier for individuals to obtain reviews about places to visit and because the internet is a tool used by tourist site managers to assess the quality of their offerings. The increase in the number of tourists of almost two million in just three years in West Sumba is proof of this influence. Social media is a tool that people use to interact with each other online; some people have multiple accounts on platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, and so on. Tourists can receive recommendations for tourist attractions based on price and type of trip desired through a tourist attraction recommendation system that uses the KNN algorithm. Three factors were used in this research: activity, type of tourism, and type of price. An accuracy of 63.16% is found in the test results using the KNN algorithm and the Rapid Miner application with a K value of 5. The analysis results show that the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) approach can be used as a guideline for recommending tourist destinations to visitors in West Sumba.

The importance of innovation in waste management is increasingly felt in this modern era. This research introduces an automated waste handling system utilizing Arduino Uno-based sensors. Arduino Uno, as a versatile microcontroller, is employed to control the automation process in waste bins. Integrated ultrasonic and load cell sensors assist in identifying the presence of individuals disposing of trash and monitoring the weight of the waste, triggering the automatic disposal mechanism. This implementation not only enhances the efficiency of waste management but also provides convenience for sanitation workers. The study details the design, implementation, and performance evaluation of the automated waste bin system, showcasing the potential utilization of Arduino Uno technology in creating intelligent and sustainable solutions for waste management.

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ruang terbuka hijau yang berpasir menjadi taman mini yang asri. Ruang terbuka hijau merupakan sebuah tempat terbuka di alam bebas yang berisi dengan tatanan tanaman hias, tanaman peneduh yang dapat memberikan kesejukan pagi pengunjung. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara ke beberapa aparatur desa dan masyarakat. Berkaitan dengan pengabdian ini memberikan hasil yang efektif terhadap estetika lingkungan dan kenyamanan masyarakat. Namun dalam konteks menciptakan udara yang sejuk, pengabdian ini belum memberikan hasil yang maksimal sehingga perlu adanya tindak lanjut untuk kedepannya.  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Evaluasi Pemanfaatan Jampersal di Kota Prabumulih Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara penyajian data, reduksi data, dan pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fokus utama program ini adalah memberikan pelayanan ekstra dan jaminan khusus bagi ibu dan bayi sejak hamil sampai setelah melahirkan, adalah untuk menyelamatkan nyawa manusia, menghindari kematian ibu dan anak serta membantu kesehatan dalam artian memastikan dalam kondisi baik dan aman. Pemanfaatan Jampersal kurang diminati oleh masyarakat, hal ini dikarenakan adanya pola pikir dari masyarakat bahwa program pemerintah tidak memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu seperti yang diluar program pemerintah atau secara umum baik di rumah sakit maupun di tempat praktik bidan atau rumah bersalin. Program Jampersal merupakan salah satu terobosan dan solusi dari pemerintah bagi masyarakat kurang mampu, meskipun kondisi pelayanannya belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, artinya program dari pemerintah tanpa biaya ini jangan sampai kualitasnya jelek dan tidak layak, karena tentu saja hal tersebut bertentangan dengan keadilan sosial. Kendala dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan program Jampersal terletak pada sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang masih belum dapat dipenuhi oleh Pemerintah melalui Dinas Kesehatan dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan bagi ibu hamil. Faktor pendukung. Kualitas dan adanya sumpah profesi dan kemanusiaan membuat tenaga medis memberikan pelayanan yang prima dan ekstra kepada masyarakat, khususnya kepada ibu yang akan melahirkan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat. Belum semua sarana yang dimiliki oleh Puskesmas di Kota Prabumulih memenuhi syarat dan kriteria yang cukup untuk mendorong terlaksananya program Jampersal, sehingga kedepannya harus banyak dilakukan pembenahan.
