This Community Service Program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PKM) aims to develop the communication strategy of Grandma Foundation through a corporate storytelling approach to enhance public awareness of its social programs. The main challenge faced by the foundation is the limited communication strategy, which has predominantly focused on informative reporting and has not yet effectively built emotional engagement with the public. The program employed interactive lectures, storytelling workshops, digital content production simulations, and mentoring and evaluation sessions. The results indicate a significant improvement in the foundation’s internal capacity to produce human-centered, authentic, and impact-oriented narratives. The implementation of corporate storytelling led to more consistent, emotionally engaging, and effective communication content, particularly through digital media. The discussion highlights that storytelling plays a strategic role in building public trust, strengthening organizational identity, and increasing public engagement. This program concludes that corporate storytelling is a relevant and effective communication strategy for nonprofit organizations to expand social impact and ensure the sustainability of their programs.

Empowering Posyandu cadresis one of the important strategies in improving the effectiveness of community-based health promotion,especially in the digital era. However, the limited skills of cadres in utilizing digital visual media are still anobstacle in creating interesting and communicative health information. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in Pondok Petir Village, Depok City, through seminars and training on the use of the Canva application as a medium for developing health promotion. The activity was conducted offline through lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice with intensive guidance. There were 25 participants, consisting of cadres and members of the local PKK. The results of the activity showed that most participants were able to understand and apply Canva's features to create health promotion media such as Posyandu schedule posters, immunization materials, and nutrition education. The enthusiasm of the participants during the practice sessions and their ability to produce informative and attractive visual designs demonstrated the success of this activity. Thus, Canva training has proven effective as a means of empowering Posyandu cadres in improving the quality of health communication and supporting the optimization of Posyandu services.

The creative economy industry serves as a strategic pillar of the national economy, experiencing significant transformation in the digital era. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the pattern of human resource (HR) competency gaps within priority subsectors of Indonesia's creative economy and formulate effective, multi-stakeholder development strategies. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, this research rigorously analyzes 30 scientific journal articles, government reports, and publications from global institutions published between 2014 and 2024. The findings delineate three primary clusters of competency gaps: (1) The Digital-Technical Competency Gap, encompassing deficiencies in data analytics, specialized software mastery, and digital content creation tools; (2) The Digital-Business Competency Gap, which includes shortcomings in digital financial literacy, online business model development, and management of digital intellectual property rights; and (3) The Social-Cognitive Competency Gap, highlighting needs in adaptability, complex problem-solving, and effective virtual collaboration. In response, this paper proposes an integrative strategic framework grounded in a collaborative multi-stakeholder approach. Key recommendations include revitalizing educational curricula through industry-embedded learning and micro-credential integration, developing agile and accessible training ecosystems featuring bootcamps and digital platforms, and fostering supportive policies through fiscal incentives and the alignment of national qualification frameworks with digital skill standards. The successful implementation of this synergistic strategy is expected to significantly enhance the adaptability, innovation capacity, and global competitiveness of Indonesia's creative workforce, thereby ensuring the sustainable growth of the creative economy sector in the face of rapid digital disruption.

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting the local economy, but still face limitations in the use of technology and market expansion. The Banana Chip MSME (Toko Agung) in Banatorejo Village, Tapango District, Polewali Mandar Regency is one of the local food businesses that has potential, but its management is still traditional. This community service activity aims to develop technology-based MSMEs to increase product competitiveness. The methods used are participatory assistance through observation, interviews, training, and evaluation, with a focus on digital marketing, packaging and branding improvements, and strengthening simple business management. The results of the activity showed an improvement in packaging quality, expansion of marketing reach through digital media, and improvements in business financial record keeping. Technology-based development has a positive impact on the readiness of MSMEs to face broader market competition. The implications of this activity show that integrated technology assistance can be an effective strategy in increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of local food MSMEs.

Science and technology (science and technology) has a strategic role in encouraging the progress of the nation, but its development needs to be directed so that it is not separated from moral and humanitarian values. Without a strong ethical foundation, the advancement of science and technology has the potential to cause various social problems, such as inequality of access to technology, misuse of technology, and degradation of human values. In the Indonesian context, Pancasila as the basis of the state and the nation's outlook on life can be used as a paradigm in the development of science and technology that is oriented towards humanity, unity, democracy, and social justice. This research aims to examine the role of Pancasila values in building science and technology ethics in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative approach with literature study techniques on various academic sources, public policy documents, and relevant laws and regulations. The results of the study show that Pancasila values are able to become an ethical foundation in the development of science and technology, so that technological progress is not only oriented to technical and economic aspects, but also to moral responsibility, social justice, environmental sustainability, and the welfare of society as a whole.

The development of digital marketing has become a strategic factor in the growth of creative culinary businesses, particularly for micro, small, and medium enterprises facing increasing competition and changes in consumer behavior in the digital era. The use of digital platforms, such as social media and online marketplaces, enables business owners to expand market reach, enhance customer interaction, and optimize promotional strategies more efficiently. Nevertheless, various studies indicate that the implementation of digital marketing has not always produced optimal outcomes due to limitations in digital literacy, human resource capacity, and organizational adaptability. This study aims to systematically examine the role of digital marketing in the development of creative culinary businesses through a Systematic Literature Review approach. The review maps key concepts, research trends, and empirical findings related to digital marketing and organizational learning within the context of creative culinary enterprises. In addition, this study identifies existing research gaps and formulates recommendations for future research issues. The findings are expected to provide theoretical contributions in the form of comprehensive conceptual mapping as well as practical contributions for business practitioners, MSME facilitators, and policymakers in designing adaptive and sustainable digital marketing strategies.

This community service activity aims to improve the effectiveness of Batikayudewi MSME digital promotion by maximizing the use of Instagram as the main marketing platform. Initial observations show that although MSMEs have been regularly uploading content every day, the promotion of workshop packages as the main product has not been running well. Through a series of activities including observation, interviews, guidance in content creation, and improvements to the publication strategy, the PKM team helped improve the quality and consistency of promotional materials. The results of these activities showed an increase in the number of followers, viewers, and positive interactions on both Instagram accounts, both the main account and the supporting account created during the program. In addition to improvements on social media, business owners also gained a deeper understanding of the basic principles of digital marketing, the importance of informative visual content, and consistency in building brand identity. Overall, this community service activity successfully improved the promotional capabilities of MSMEs and strengthened Batikayudewi's readiness to utilize digital media as a sustainable marketing tool.

This study aims to conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) regarding the influence of career development on organizational commitment. Based on the analysis of various scientific articles, career development is an important approach in human resource management, which focuses on improving employees’ skills, enthusiasm, and readiness to face job challenges and promotion opportunities. On the other hand, organizational commitment refers to the emotional connection that employees have with their workplace, which includes aspects of emotional attachment, obligation, and enduring bonds. The results of the systematic literature review indicate that many previous studies have found a strong and positive correlation between career development and organizational commitment. Workers who are aware of support for their career development, including training programs, mentoring, or predetermined career paths, generally show a higher level of dedication to their organization. Furthermore, various studies have shown that career development can also have an indirect effect on organizational commitment through mediating factors such as job satisfaction, work motivation, and employee performance. However, several studies have shown that career development does not always have a significant impact on organizational commitment, particularly in organizations without a structured career system or when employees have negative perceptions of career opportunities. These varying results highlight the existence of contextual factors that influence the relationship between variables. Overall, this study offers in-depth insights into the significance of career development as a strategic factor in enhancing organizational commitment, along with suggestions for organizations and future researchers conducting similar studies.

This study aims to formulate development strategies for a billiard business in Kota Uneng, Sikka Regency, using the SWOT analysis approach. The activity was carried out through field observations, interviews with the business owner, SWOT training sessions, and guided preparation of the strategic matrix. The analysis indicates several strengths, including a strategic location, adequate facilities, and affordable service prices. However, weaknesses were also identified, such as limited capital, insufficient promotional activities, and suboptimal operational management. Opportunities arise from the growing interest in recreational activities and the potential for collaboration with local community groups. Meanwhile, threats include competition from similar businesses and shifts in entertainment preferences. Based on these findings, SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies were formulated to be implemented gradually to enhance competitiveness and ensure business sustainability. These strategies provide a practical guide for improving service quality and strengthening the market position of the billiard enterprise.

This study aims to analyze local community participation in the development of ecotourism. The method used is descriptive qualitative based on document analysis, with data obtained through the review of village planning documents, tourism development reports, field observations, and informal interviews with local stakeholders. The results show that the community has begun to engage in tourism-related activities such as opening homestays, food stalls, and working as tour guides. However, this involvement is still limited by capacity, skills, and the lack of supporting facilities. Neblo Beach holds great potential to be developed as a nature- and culture-based ecotourism destination, but it currently lacks basic amenities such as toilets, trash bins, souvenir kiosks, and photo spots. Through a SWOT analysis, several strategies were identified to support the development of this area, including the participatory preparation of a master plan for amenity development, community training programs, and collaboration with academics and investors. In conclusion, the success of ecotourism development at Neblo Beach strongly depends on the synergy between the community, village government, and strategic partners in realizing sustainable tourism that provides direct benefits to the local population

Social Studies instruction at the elementary school level plays a strategic role in instilling civic values in students, thereby preparing them to behave as good citizens within the social environment. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method conducted in Grade IV at SDN Kebumen 02 using the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The findings indicate that the Senada song–based learning media developed using Articulate Storyline 3, which contains material on the diversity of ethnic groups and nations in Indonesia, was designed in accordance with instructional needs, received a “very feasible” rating from both content and media experts, and was proven effective as a supporting medium for Social Studies learning in improving the learning outcomes of Grade IV students, as evidenced by the results of paired t-tests and N-Gain analyses conducted in both small and large groups. This media has also proven effective in improving student learning outcomes, as tested using paired t-tests and N-Gain tests in small and large groups. These results indicate that song-based media can improve student motivation and learning outcomes in social studies.

kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan inovasi mengajar guru di MI Puti Bungsu Al-Muhajirin Denpasar. Sebagai pemimpin institusi pendidikan, kepala madrasah memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan kompetensi guru melalui penerapan empat dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional, yaitu pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta keabsahan data diuji menggunakan triangulasi,auditrial dan membercheck. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah berperan signifikan dalam membangun budaya kolaboratif yang memberdayakan guru, memotivasi siswa, dan melibatkan wali murid, sehingga tercipta iklim madrasah yang kreatif, harmonis, dan berdaya saing. Selain itu, inovasi pembelajaran di madrasah berlangsung dinamis melalui penerapan metode beragam, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan evaluasi yang efektif, yang secara keseluruhan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

This study aims to analyze the level of digital readiness and the development of digital promotion strategies at Florina Bouquet MSME as an effort to enhance competitiveness in the digital era. The research background arises from the limited optimi\zation of Instagram features and digital marketing strategies, resulting in low product visibility in the digital market. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and literature review. A scoring analysis was applied to evaluate three main components: digital readiness, digital marketing strategy and implementation, and their impact on competitiveness. The findings indicate that Florina Bouquet demonstrates a relatively high level of digital readiness in terms of infrastructure and basic platform utilization; however, weaknesses remain in strategic planning, content creation, feature optimization, and consistent monitoring. Despite these limitations, the uniqueness of the product and strong market potential contribute positively to competitiveness, especially in differentiation and brand perception. The results highlight the need for more structured, consistent, and data-driven digital promotion strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and expand market reach. This study provides practical implications and strategic recommendations for MSMEs to strengthen their digital marketing performance sustainably.

This research explores strategies for developing the Lewaja Natural Tourism Area in Enrekang Regency, which has considerable potential as a leading destination but has not yet been managed effectively. The study aims to examine the current conditions of the site, highlight its opportunities and constraints, and design strategies for sustainable development. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) in conjunction with IFAS and EFAS to establish strategic priorities. The results indicate that Lewaja possesses advantages in terms of natural scenery and accessibility, while weaknesses are found in facility provision and managerial aspects. The proposed strategies derived from the SWOT framework emphasize infrastructure improvement, enhancement of supporting amenities, digital-based promotional efforts, community involvement in destination management, and stronger collaboration between governmental bodies and the private sector. Overall, the study concludes that the future development of Lewaja Peak Natural Tourism should align with the principles of sustainable tourism, aiming to increase its attractiveness, raise service standards, and deliver economic value to the local community.

This study explores the development of digital and storynomic-based tourism in Kamasan Tourism Village, Klungkung Regency, Bali. Kamasan is historically known as the center of classical Balinese wayang painting and traditional metal crafts such as gold, silver, and brass. Using a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and document studies, this research identifies the village’s cultural potential and formulates a sustainable tourism development model. The SWOT analysis reveals that Kamasan’s main strengths lie in its rich cultural heritage, community participation, and diverse local crafts, while weaknesses include limited digital promotion, lack of facilities, and low involvement of younger generations. Opportunities arise from the growing trend of cultural and educational tourism and strong government support for digitalization through the Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia (ADWI) program. The integration of storynomic tourism and digital media—such as e-brochures, promotional videos, and virtual tours can enhance destination competitiveness, strengthen local identity, and improve community welfare. This research emphasizes that combining cultural storytelling with digital innovation is a strategic approach to creating sustainable and engaging tourism experiences in Kamasan Village.

The development of thematic teaching materials at the elementary school level requires a deep understanding of students’ learning needs to ensure that the presented material is relevant, contextual, and capable of improving learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the learning needs of elementary school students as a basis for developing effective thematic teaching materials. Literature related to learning needs, teaching material design, integrated thematic approaches, and the characteristics of students’ cognitive development were analyzed comprehensively. The results of the study indicate that students’ learning needs include contextual material, concrete visualizations, collaborative activities, and varied learning media. Challenges include limitations of teachers in conducting needs analysis, suboptimal utilization of technology, and the suitability of material to the local context. This article provides strategic recommendations for designing student-needs-based thematic teaching materials that are adaptive, engaging, and competency-oriented.

Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is a pedagogical approach that links the learning material to students' everyday life, making the learning process more meaningful and easier to understand. The aim of this literature review is to identify the effectiveness of context-based teaching materials in enhancing students' conceptual understanding, motivation, and learning outcomes in elementary schools. Studies focusing on the development of teaching materials, interactive modules, contextual worksheets, and e-modules were analyzed in depth. The findings show that the contextual approach consistently enhances student engagement, conceptual understanding, and critical thinking skills. However, several challenges need to be addressed, such as limited resources, lack of teacher competence, and the scarcity of relevant local learning resources. This article provides strategic recommendations related to the development and implementation of more effective and sustainable context-based teaching materials, taking into account resource availability and the improvement of teacher competencies to ensure the success of contextual learning in elementary schools.

The Merdeka Curriculum demands the development of teaching materials that are adaptive, contextual, and relevant to the demands of 21st-century learning. This article aims to examine the strategy for developing teaching materials based on the Merdeka Curriculum that can support the strengthening of 21st-century competencies, such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and digital literacy. The method used is a literature review of various studies related to the Merdeka Curriculum, teaching material development, and 21st-century learning. The findings show that effective teaching material development must consider the integration of local context, the use of digital technology, and project- and problem-based approaches. In addition, it is also important to conduct continuous reflection and evaluation in the teaching material development process. With the right strategy, teaching materials based on the Merdeka Curriculum can become a key tool in creating meaningful, flexible learning that aligns with the needs of 21st-century learners. Through the implementation of this strategy, it is hoped that a more effective learning process that aligns with the times can be created.

This study aims to analyze the influence of terminal users’ perceptions on business development opportunities at Mangkang Type A Terminal, Semarang City, managed by the Central Java Class I Transportation Management Agency (BPTD). As a major transportation hub, the terminal functions not only as a passenger transit point but also as a strategic economic area with potential for commercial facility development. However, the utilization of business opportunities at Mangkang Terminal remains suboptimal, necessitating an evidence-based analysis of the factors that shape these opportunities. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving terminal users, including passengers, public transport drivers, and terminal visitors. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression to examine the influence of user perceptions on business potential, which includes interest in facility usage, demand for additional services, and preferences for commercial space utilization. The findings indicate that perceptions related to comfort, safety, cleanliness, accessibility, and service quality significantly affect business development opportunities. Comfort and service quality emerge as the most dominant factors driving user interest in commercial facilities. These results emphasize that improving terminal service quality can serve as an effective strategy to expand business opportunities and enhance non-tax revenue.

Employee retention is a crucial aspect in maintaining smooth operations and the quality of human resources within an organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support, career development, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and work-life balance on production employee retention at PT. Lucky Textile Semarang. The study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method, distributing questionnaires to 307 respondents, selected using the Slovin formula, from a population of 1,325 production employees. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS Statistics 27. The results indicate that organizational support has no effect on employee retention, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, and work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. These findings confirm that internal factors related to personal development, job satisfaction, and a healthy work culture are the most important factors in employee retention decisions. Therefore, companies need to prioritize career advancement strategies, improve working conditions, and strengthen organizational culture to maintain a competent workforce in the long term.
