This community service program aims to enhance the productivity and welfare of local farmers through the optimization of male layer chicken production. Male chickens, often considered by-products of the laying hen industry, are generally overlooked and regarded as less economically viable. However, with the application of appropriate farming strategies, male chickens can become an important alternative source of protein to support food security. The methods implemented in this program include training on poultry management, the use of efficient locally-based feed, and the development of marketing strategies for the production output. The results of the program show a significant improvement in both productivity and the efficiency of male layer chicken farming among local farmers. With ongoing support, this program is expected to become a sustainable empowerment model in the small-scale livestock farming sector.

Innovation is a key element in improving business competitiveness and sustainability. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyse the relationship between resources and innovation strategies in entrepreneurship. A total of 22 Scopus-indexed articles were reviewed using the PRISMA approach, focusing on the types of resources (human, financial, technological, informational, and physical) and forms of innovation (product, process, and managerial). The results show that product innovation is largely supported by human resources and technology, where the skills and creativity of the workforce play an important role in the development of new products. Process innovation relies on technology and information, especially in production efficiency and operational digitalisation. Meanwhile, managerial innovation is closely related to human resource management and organisational strategy, which enables companies to be more adaptive to market changes. This study enriches the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Dynamic Capabilities theories, and provides insights for entrepreneurs and policy makers in developing resource-based innovation strategies. In conclusion, successful innovation in entrepreneurship depends on optimal resource utilisation and appropriate policy support to create sustainable innovation.

Indonesia, as the world's sixth largest sugar market, faces an imbalance between sugar consumption and production, opening up opportunities for natural sweetener alternatives such as stevia. Stevia, which is low in calories and has the potential to reduce the risk of chronic diseases, is increasingly in demand. However, optimal business strategies to market stevia in Indonesia are still limited. This article aims to analyze PT Sweet on Stevia's business strategy by using Porter Five Forces and SWOT analysis. The method used is to link the two analyses to determine strategies in the aspects of service, marketing and sales, and operations. The results of the analysis show the importance of improving service quality, social media-based marketing, and operational efficiency in facing market competition. The findings provide insights for PT Sweet on Stevia to optimize its business strategy and contribute to the promotion of healthier sugar consumption patterns in Indonesia.

Digital procurement has significantly transformed business operations, impacting production, supply chain management, and customer interactions. At PT XYZ, routine commodity procurement utilizes an e-catalogue system, a form of e-procurement based on a catalog concept. This study examines the implementation stages, advantages, disadvantages, and challenges of the system. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation.Findings indicate that e-catalogue implementation at PT XYZ is complex before achieving full operation. Key advantages include automated PR creation and PO release, reducing administrative workload, enhancing transparency, and expediting procurement. However, drawbacks include inefficient data updates, a less user-friendly interface, and frequent system errors. Challenges involve poor socialization and the perception that the system mainly benefits buyers. Moreover, limited user understanding of time efficiency and error reduction further hinders adoption. Overall, while e-catalogue improves procurement efficiency, further enhancements in user training, system reliability, and feature usability are needed for optimal performance.

This study compares the economic resilience of Indonesia and Thailand in agricultural commodities such as rice, sugar, mangosteen, and mango. Both countries are agricultural countries in Southeast Asia and each makes a major contribution to the production and export of these commodities. Secondary data from government reports, international organizations, and previous research were used in a qualitative descriptive study. The results of the analysis show that Thailand excels in rice and mango production due to the use of advanced agricultural technology and efficient export strategies. However, Indonesia has great potential in the sugar and mangosteen industries, but faces challenges in production efficiency and competition in the international market. Through diversification policies and technological innovation, Thailand can adapt to the challenges of climate change and market price fluctuations. In contrast, Indonesia needs to improve agricultural infrastructure, increase supply chain efficiency, and create policies that help smallholder farmers. To improve economic resilience in these sectors, the study suggests increased regional cooperation and investment in technology.

The need for efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly animal feed in Indonesia, especially for small and medium-scale farmers, requires innovative solutions. This community service program aims to optimize the production and marketing of maggot as an alternative animal feed through the empowerment of MSMEs at TPS3R Ngudi Lestari. A participatory approach was implemented through two main stages: maggot production training and a digital marketing workshop. The results showed a significant increase in both the production capacity and quality of maggot, as well as an improvement in digital marketing skills among MSMEs. The training enhanced participants' technical abilities in substrate management, production efficiency, and post-harvest processing, leading to higher and more consistent production outcomes. Meanwhile, the digital marketing workshop equipped MSMEs with strategies to expand market reach through online platforms, branding, and content creation. Despite challenges such as substrate variability and digital infrastructure limitations, innovative solutions like substrate diversification and improved environmental monitoring were successfully applied. This program not only boosted the local economy but also contributed to a more sustainable livestock sector by integrating circular economy principles. In conclusion, the program demonstrates the potential of combining maggot production with digital marketing strategies to create a sustainable business model for MSMEs, serving as a replicable example for community empowerment within the context of a circular economy and sustainable agriculture in Indonesia
