Education is the main foundation in forming the character and intelligence of the nation's next generation. In Indonesia, Pancasila education has a very important role in directing students' moral and ethical development from an early age. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze effective Pancasila education learning strategies for grade 1 SD/MI. This research is qualitative research that uses the literature review method with Google School as a database. Based on the literature review that has been carried out, it can be concluded that creative learning methods, such as stories, games and art activities, are very effective in increasing grade 1 SD/MI students' understanding of the values ​​of Pancasila. These methods not only make the learning process more interesting and enjoyable, but also help students internalize the values ​​taught, develop critical thinking and problem solving skills, and form character in accordance with the principles of Pancasila. The successful implementation of creative learning methods is very dependent on the role of the teacher, family support and the school environment. Therefore, joint efforts are needed from various parties to overcome challenges and maximize the potential for creative learning in Pancasila Education.

This article discusses how to uphold human rights values ​​in Indonesian society based on Pancasila. The Pancasila ideology is seen as the basis of the Indonesian state because it contains several principles, such as the principles of divinity, humanity, nationality, sovereignty and social justice. Pancasila values ​​must be implemented in upholding human rights in society, taking into account the principles that have been previously established. Human rights in Indonesia are regulated by Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Implementation of human rights requires efforts from the government, non-governmental organizations and society to create an environment that supports respect for human dignity. Handling issues related to human rights and Pancasila values ​​is required with an inclusive approach and constructive dialogue. This article aims to discuss how human rights values ​​can be implemented in Indonesian society based on Pancasila. Apart from that, the article also aims to highlight the importance of implementing the noble values ​​of Pancasila in upholding human rights in Indonesia. The research method used in this article is text analysis and interpretation of human rights values, Pancasila ideology, the Basic Laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and implementation of noble values ​​of Casila in upholding human rights in Indonesia. The importance of implementing the noble values ​​of Pancasila in upholding human rights in Indonesia is also emphasized, by involving the government, non-governmental organizations and society in creating an environment that supports respect for human dignity. An inclusive approach and constructive dialogue are also considered important in dealing with issues related to human rights and Pancasila values.

This research aims to describe the role of teachers in 21st century learning for elementary school students in the independent curriculum.  In this research, the method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with a library research approach, namely an approach that focuses on literature analysis.  Researchers collect data from various written sources such as books, journals and other references.  Based on the research results, it shows that in 21st century learning teachers have a very important and crucial role in the learning process and development of students' skills based on 4C skills (communication, critical thinking, collaboration and creativity).  It is hoped that 21st century learning for elementary school students through the independent curriculum can develop students' potential and skills to compete with developments that are increasingly developing day by day.  The implementation of the independent curriculum in elementary schools also plays a role in creating empowered students, able to adapt to current developments through a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students.  Therefore, it is hoped that there will be collaboration and support from parents, school principals and the government so as to produce a young generation who are intelligent, have character and are ready to face the future. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran guru dalam pembelajaran abad-21 pada siswa sekolah dasar di kurikulum merdeka. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research, yaitu pendekatan yang berfokus pada analisis literatur. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber tertulis seperti buku, jurnal, dan referensi lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran abad-21 guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dan krusial dalam proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan keterampilan siswa berdasarkan keterampilan 4C (communication, critical thinking, collaboration, dan creativity). Pembelajaran abad-21 pada siswa sekolah dasar melalui kurikulum merdeka diharapkan dapat mengembangkan potensi dan keterampilan siswa untuk bersaing dengan perkembangan zaman yang kian hari makin berkembang. Implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar juga berperan untuk menciptakan siswa yang berdaya, mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman melalui projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Oleh karena itu diharapkan adanya kolaborasi dan dukungan  dari orang tua, kepala sekolah dan pemerintah sehingga menghasilkan generasi muda yang cerdas, berkarakter, dan siap menghadapi masa depan.

One form of understanding the values contained in Pancasila and also implementation by socialization. By giving direction and understanding as well as implementation to students about Pancasila. The activity of writing this journal aims to provide a further understanding of what Pancasila is, what is its function and position and what values are contained in their precepts and how they apply in everyday life. The author conducts a series of socialization to middle, high school students, and students by asking them to what extent they know about Pancasila. Based on the socialization activities it was found that some students understood the importance of Pancasila. Meanwhile, related to the use of media, some students expressed their understanding in understanding Pancasila. This shows that the use of media through socialization activities can increase the understanding of Pancasila. Therefore, it is important for education to be able to develop learning media, especially for Pancasila education.

Digital literacy is becoming increasingly important in today's education, especially in developing student profiles that are independent, critical reasoning, and creative in the context of Pancasila. This study aims to describe the role of digital literacy in strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in these three dimensions. This research uses literature method to collect information from various related sources. The results showed that digital literacy has a significant role in strengthening and developing the profile of students who are independent, critical reasoning, and creative in the context of Pancasila. Digital literacy enables learners to access, evaluate, create, use information wisely, and communicate effectively through a variety of digital media. Thus, the integration of digital literacy in education can help strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in the independent, critical, and creative dimensions.

This research aims to find out how the existence of populist values in democracy in Indonesia and to understand the fact that Indonesian democracy is based on populist values embodied in the 4th precept of Pancasila. The 4th precept of Pancasila reads “Democracy led by wisdom in deliberation/representation” and contains populist values that underlie democracy in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative methods with literature studies, namely data collection techniques by examining books, journals, and other literary studies. The results of this study show that the existence of populist values in Indonesian democracy is reflected in the principles governing people's participation in decision-making and government behavior towards the people. This shows that Indonesian democracy is based on populist values that require the state to guarantee the participation of the people democratically through their representatives without discrimination.

PLN is a state-owned company which operates in the fields of electricity generation, electricity supply, telecommunications, finance and maintenance services. In accordance with the existing electricity supply law, the Indonesian state-owned company which is given the authority to manage the electricity industry, starting from the industrial, housing, business, government office and public street lighting sectors is PT. PLN. Apart from that, PT. PLN is also obliged to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people by fulfilling electricity needs in accordance with the 5th principle of Pancasila. The method used in this research is the literature review journal method. This research is to describe the extent to which national values originating from Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution are implemented in PT's security management strategy. PLN to increase satisfaction with meeting the electricity needs of the Indonesian people. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of security management strategies at PT. PLN is based on national values, namely the 5th principle of Pancasila and Law Number 30 of 2009 concerning Electricity Articles 28a and 28b. PT. PLN as a state-owned business actor which is fully obliged and responsible for its design in accordance with existing laws, must ensure that the security management system implemented by this company covers security and safety aspects in its operations.

Pancasila is the ideology of the Indonesian nation whose values can be a reference for the development of the nation's character to face the development of society 5.0 era. This study aims to measure the readiness of the younger generation in facing technological developments in the era of industrial revolution 5.0 and how the influence of Pancasila in the life of the nation. This study uses a mixed method, in addition to using a conceptual approach, it also uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to obtain strong data. Conceptually, this research looks at and explores reference sources from books and journals that contain substance about character building based on Pancasila. Meanwhile, quantitative data were obtained from a survey conducted on a number of respondents who were students considered to have a high level of idealism. The problem studied in this study is the values contained in Pancasila to built a society character to face the era of society 5.0. The results show that Pancasila education plays a very important role in character building in this country, but political life has not supported the creation of the Pancasilaist character of the Society.

The correctional system aims to restore prisoners, especially women prisoners, as good citizens, and also aims to protect the community against the possibility of criminal acts by prisoners, especially women prisoners. From some of the possibilities that occur, the government changed the role to the Correctional Institution, meaning that the convicts are placed together and the placement process and activities according to the schedule since the convict entered the institution, in addition to the length of serving the sentence. Although this institution is not directly related to law enforcement, it plays a major role in creating public order in legal life. This research is focused on literature studies or document studies because this research is mostly carried out on secondary data and Primary Data as a trap, the data to be obtained in this study were collected by means of library research (Library Research) The library material referred to consists of primary legal materials, namely related legislation in accordance with the Criminal Code. The research specification used is descriptive analysis, namely describing the results of research with data that is also complete and as detailed as possible. Description is intended for primary, secondary and tertiary data related to legal certainty about the rights of women prisoners in Lubuk Pakam correctional institutions legislation and theories that have been relevant. The presence of Class IIB Lubuk Pakam Correctional Facility is expected to be able to provide good and appropriate guidance to prisoners and provide information to the public about the implementation of inmate guidance in detention centres through mass media and newspapers or other means in accordance with the intention of changing the public's view of prisoners, that prisoners can return to society without discrimination. The implementation of women prisoners' development in Lubuk Pakam Penitentiary contains several procedures starting from the reception of prisoners, registration to the next stage of the implementation of prisoners' development. In the implementation stage itself consists of stages, namely the initial stage of teaching prisoners to have religious and legal awareness, the advanced stage which gives direction to prisoners to always display their talents and skills so that when in the Penitentiary, prisoners have positive activities to do.

Legal protection and human rights for workers are basic rights guaranteed by the constitution. The impact of the development of information technology through online buying and selling has created new jobs such as expedited couriers. However, the lack of protection, especially regarding Occupational Safety and Health (OHS), creates inequality of rights for expedition courier workers. This research aims to explore the legal protection arrangements, especially in the aspect of OHS, for expedition courier workers, with reference to the principles of Pancasila justice. The research method uses a statutory and conceptual approach, with the collection of legal materials through literature studies with legal material analysis techniques used in this legal research is deduction reasoning. The principles of Pancasila justice require regulation in accordance with the values of Pancasila. The lack of regulations covering OHS for couriers results in inequality of rights and frequent work accidents. Therefore, revision of the Occupational Safety regulation needs to be carried out by prioritizing the values of Pancasila justice to ensure the safety of workers, including expedition couriers. The government needs to review the Occupational Safety Law to cover new types of work, such as gojek and expedition services, in accordance with the justice values of Pancasila as the Ideology of the Indonesian nation

The aim of this research is to examine how the literature on Pancasila values has developed in the era of globalization. By conducting a literature review and looking at 17 journal articles released between 2019 and 2023. This research aims to convey knowledge or understanding about the application of Pancasila values to the lives of the younger generation in the current era of globalization which has resulted in some people forgetting these values. -value itself. This research shows that most Indonesian people do not apply Pancasila values in their daily lives and the same goes for social life in the era of globalization. This research can be used as a basis for further research in this area and can help increase the awareness of Indonesia's young generation towards the values of Pancasila. Future research could expand the scope and duration of the study, as well as improve the analysis to pinpoint patterns and modifications that need to be considered.

Oleh karena itu, sebagai warga negara Indonesia, kita memiliki kewajiban untuk menghormati kontribusi besar para pahlawan yang telah membentuk falsafah ini, yang berperan dalam menyatukan Indonesia yang beragam dengan berbagai suku, agama, ras, dan adat istiadat. The increasing use of social media has given rise to various forms of verbal violence, such as cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is a phenomenon in which individuals use social media to disseminate degrading messages, threats, or insults to individuals or groups. Its relevance to Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state is crucial, given the principles of Pancasila, such as Just and Civilized Humanity, Indonesian Unity, and Social Justice for All the People of Indonesia. This study aims to examine the perception of cyberbullying among the +62 community. This research employs a quantitative approach. Data collection is conducted through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms on social media. The results obtained from this research indicate that a majority of respondents agree that humor on social media and personal matters are common reasons for cyberbullying. Additionally, cyberbullying deviates from the second principle of Pancasila, where every individual has the right to live safely, peacefully, and be treated fairly and equally, regardless of physical, economic, and other differences. Efforts to address cyberbullying include individual ethical awareness and behavior, the need for supervision and regulation in the online world, and education and awareness about the principles of Pancasila.

As a country with a lot of diversity, Indonesia has a number of problems related to diversity. This also happens among students majoring in nutrition. Therefore, there needs to be further discussion regarding the awareness of tolerance in accordance with the values contained in Pancasila. Activities to increase awareness of Pancasila values to form a tolerant attitude in nutrition students are carried out not only in Pancasila education courses but are carried out continuously and continuously every semester with the hope that every academic is required to implement them. The implementation of PMK 66 Tahun 2023, also known as the Natura tax regulation, has sparked debate. On one hand, some view it as an excessive effort by the state to pursue tax revenue. On the other hand, others see it as the state's endeavor to achieve collective well-being. This study analyzes the 2023 PMK 66 based on the theory of hierarchical legal norms (Stufenbau) to understand the alignment of PMK with the overarching legal standards, particularly Indonesia's foundational philosophy, Pancasila. Ultimately, the goal is to achieve social justice for all Indonesian citizens, primarily through the fair application of tax policies that prevent practices such as money laundering and other forms of tax fraud.

Gender equality is a social construct related to the roles, rights, and characteristics of women and men in society that can change with evolving social dynamics. In Indonesia, gender equality issues are also tied to the principle of justice, which is an integral part of the state ideology, Pancasila. Customary law, on the other hand, is a legal system that develops within specific communities and is not always codified. Customary law in Kemang Indah Village, Riau, is strongly influenced by Islam and Islamic identity. The people of Kemang Indah Village are indigenous to the Kampar tribe and have a historical connection with Minangkabau, with strong Islamic influences evident in their customary law. This research aims to understand the relationship between customary law and the concept of gender equality in Kemang Indah Village. The results of the study show that the village community has successfully harmonized these two principles. Women in Kemang Indah Village have strong roles, even becoming leaders at various levels of community organization. They are also empowered to pursue their interests and talents, with facilities aligned with the applicable customary law. This is evidence that customary law principles can be integrated effectively with the concept of gender equality in the context of Kemang Indah Village. Thus, gender equality and customary law can coexist and mutually support each other in creating a fair and equal society in Kemang Indah Village.

This article examines the influence of agrarian law in the development of legal politics in Indonesia with a focus on issues of land ownership and human rights. This article explains that land ownership is often a source of conflict and disputes in Indonesian society, especially when land does not have clear certificates. The Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA) is the legal basis that provides guarantees for land rights for the people of Indonesia. The National Agrarian Operations Project Program (PRONA) is the government's effort to provide land certificates to people with economically weak groups. This article also reviews changes in legal political views in Indonesia following the transition from the New Order era to the reform era. During the New Order era, there were shackles in various sectors, including law and politics. However, during the reform period, efforts to restore Indonesia's image as a rule of law through changes in government policy were carried out concerning the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila. In the context of land ownership and human rights, this article underscores the need to protect the rights of rural communities and indigenous peoples whose ownership is inherited hereditary, regardless of the completeness of the ownership papers. This article examines the need for a balance between public interest and individual rights in the context of land ownership in Indonesia. In conclusion, this article presents a comprehensive analysis of the influence of agrarian law in the development of legal politics in Indonesia. Pancasila merupakan ideologi bangsa Indonesia. Nilai-nilai dalam Pancasila berkaitan dengan caraberpikir dan berperilaku sangat sesuai dengan budaya bangsa. Dalam kehidupan masyarakat sudahseharusnya nilai-nilai tersebut dijadikan landasan dalam kehidupan. Dewasa ini, nilai-nilaiPancasila semakin luntur akibat pengaruh kehidupan yang semakin modern. Lunturnya nilai-nilaitersebut juga diakibatkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menerapkannya. Akibatnya,terjadi degradasi karakter yang tidak sesuai dengan watak, nilai, dan norma bangsa Indonesia.Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan membangun karakter yang lekat dengan nilai-nilaiPancasila demi kemajuan negara Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur denganmembahas penelitian-penelitian terdahulu mengenai bagaimana menumbuhkan karakter yang sesuaidengan kepribadian bangsa melalui penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Berdasarkan pembahasan yangdilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui berbagai carasangat penting dilakukan untuk membangun karakter demi mencegah terjadinya degradasi moral diera sekarang.
