Effective collaboration is a strategic imperative for contemporary organizations, yet its success hinges critically on team dynamics and underlying psychological factors like Trust and Psychological Safety. The purpose of this Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was to synthesize empirical research published between 2020 and 2025 to clarify how these psychological factors influence collaboration and team performance. Following the PRISMA guidelines, a rigorous search on Google Scholar using keywords such as "team performance," "psychological factors," and "collaboration" resulted in the final inclusion of 15 articles for in-depth synthesis. Findings confirm that Trust is the most vital psychological construct, acting as a crucial mediator: it successfully transmits the positive effects of Transactional Leadership on employee performance and, conversely, mediates the detrimental effect of Toxic Leadership leading to Employee Silence. Leadership Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence are identified as primary antecedents that build perceived trustworthiness, which, in turn, significantly reduces Turnover Intention. The review also highlights emerging contexts: trust is now influenced by Agent-Related Factors in Human-AI Teams (HATs), and unconventional factors like Corporate Comedy are found to positively contribute to Group Cohesion. However, contradictory findings regarding trust's role in Knowledge Sharing suggest a significant research gap. This SLR concludes that building psychological capital is fundamental to effective collaboration and recommends that future research utilize Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to validate conceptual frameworks and employ mixed-methods approaches to resolve contextual conflicts within the literature.

Negative Binomial Regression is a statistical modeling approach used to analyze count data with overdispersion, where the variance exceeds the mean. This study applies the method to examine the influence of weather factors on the daily number of cyclists crossing the Williamsburg Bridge in New York City. The independent variables used in the analysis include maximum temperature, minimum temperature, and precipitation. The dataset was obtained from the NYC Department of Transportation through the Kaggle platform and covers the period from April 1 to April 30, 2016. The analysis began with a Poisson Regression model; however, the presence of overdispersion was identified, indicated by a high AIC value of 8598.19, suggesting that the model was not suitable. The alternative Negative Binomial Regression model was then employed and produced a significantly lower AIC value of 518.77, demonstrating a superior fit. The findings indicate that maximum temperature has a positive effect on the number of cyclists, while precipitation shows a significant negative effect. Conversely, minimum temperature does not exhibit a meaningful influence. These results highlight the importance of considering weather conditions when planning bicycle-based transportation systems and support the development of sustainable mobility strategies in urban environments.

This literature study evaluates the accuracy of the Slope Mass Rating (SMR) method for coal mine slope stability in Indonesia through a systematic descriptive synthesis of 25 empirical studies from 2020 to 2025. The objectives of the study were to identify the level of SMR prediction accuracy, factors affecting the method's performance, and modifications required for local Indonesian conditions. The research method involved a systematic search with inclusion criteria for empirical studies reporting SMR and/or Safety Factor (SF) values for coal mines and associated slopes in Indonesia. Quantitative analysis showed a range of reported SMR values between 41 and 96 with a median of 72, while SF values ranged from 1.137 to 4.09 for normal operational conditions. The synthesis results indicated that SMR provides a consistent stability classification for initial slope design and failure mode identification (planar, wedge, toppling), with historical validation showing a correlation of up to 91.23% between SMR-based hazard zoning and actual field events in some cases. Key limitations include dependence on discontinuity data quality, sensitivity to groundwater conditions and tropical weathering, and variation in the interpretation of adjustment factors F1-F4. Modifications such as NAAF23 and integration with numerical modeling have been shown to improve prediction reliability. It is recommended that coal mining practitioners combine SMR with kinematic analysis and limit equilibrium modeling as standard operating procedures, and develop adjustment factors specific to Indonesian geological conditions. Further research should focus on standardizing parameter reporting and cross-site quantitative validation to enable more robust statistical meta-analyses.

This study aims to thoroughly examine the triadic relationship among the Internalization of Aswaja An-Nahdliyah Values, the Pedagogic Competence of Ustadz/Ustadzah, and the Academic Supervision by the Kyai at the Salafi Sunanul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Sukabumi Regency. The research urgency is based on the vital role of the pesantren (Islamic boarding school) as a fortress of moderate ideology and the existence of a research gap that has not holistically integrated these three variables within the specific Salafi-Nahdliyyah context of the locus. The Aswaja An-Nahdliyah values central to the internalization process include Tawasuth (moderation), Tasamuh (tolerance), I'tidal (justice/firmness), Tawazun (balance), and Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar (enjoining good and forbidding wrong). This internalization is carried out through the formal curriculum (teaching Kitab Kuning using the Sorogan and Bandongan methods) and the non-curricular aspects (Kyai/Ustadz role-modeling and pesantren living values). The study utilizes a qualitative approach with a Case Study design. Data collection employs Method Triangulation involving In-depth Interviews (Kyai, Ustadz, Students), Limited Participatory Observation (learning processes and cultural activities), and Document Study (Lesson Plans, curriculum, and supervision reports). Data analysis employs the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (Data Condensation, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing). The research findings are expected to formulate the Integrated Model of Triguna Santri in Aswaja An-Nahdliyah Internalization, which synergizes traditional pesantren methods with culture-based quality assurance. Practically, these findings will provide blueprints for quality assurance (Cultural-Authoritative Academic Supervision) and recommendations for pedagogical strategies for Ustadz/Ustadzah to enhance the transfer of values from the cognitive level to the affective and behavioral domains. This model is expected to become a benchmark for developing educator competence and strengthening religious moderation in similar pesantren.
