Digital branding is the process of building and framing a business brand online, especially using social media such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and many more. By getting to know customers more closely, communication becomes easier than before, this is one of the keys to success for all businesses. The objectives of this service activity include knowing how to use social media in online-based business marketing and knowing how to apply social media as an online marketing medium in the era of globalization. The method used is assistance to business actors regarding the importance of applying social media as a means of promoting products among the public. The results of this mentoring activity support that business digitalization can increase the role of digital branding, through the use of social media access so that it can facilitate the reach of target markets in business development and also as a way to help increase revenue at Berdikari Kopi, and can compete globally, and contribute to the opening of jobs for the surrounding community.

This community service initiative aims to enhance the brand awareness and market competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kedungjambe Village through digital marketing strategies. The study addresses the primary issue of limited consumer visibility, which hinders MSME growth. Training sessions were conducted to optimize the use of WhatsApp Business for effective customer communication and the Shopee e- commerce platform to expand market reach. MSME participants were guided in creating engaging promotional content, utilizing WhatsApp's broadcast features for direct interactions, and managing online stores on Shopee, including product descriptions, inventory, and sales analytics. Practical simulations on Shopee's features were provided to strengthen participants' understanding of e-commerce as a strategic sales channel. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance among participating MSMEs. This initiative highlights the effectiveness of leveraging digital platforms like WhatsApp Business and Shopee to enhance MSME competitiveness, offering a sustainable model for rural business development.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) show greater flexibility in adapting to market changes compared to large companies. They have the resilience to survive in challenging economic conditions, such as the global economic crisis or pandemic. One of the MSMEs in Indonesia, Dimsum Haochi Bites, shows strong potential in the local culinary market due to its distinctive taste and high-quality raw materials. However, its growth has been hampered by a lack of developed brand identity and limited digital marketing efforts. This community service activity aims to overcome these challenges by assisting Haochi Bites in creating a strong brand identity and expanding its digital marketing presence. The program begins with a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to identify internal and external factors that affect business performance. Furthermore, customized business support is provided, which results in the development of a new business logo and an improved digital marketing strategy through social media. In addition, the team facilitated product innovation by introducing new topping and sauce variants. The results of this community service activity increase the competitiveness of Haochi Bites and increase its market potential in the culinary sector in Tangerang.

The methods used include individual approaches, training, and rebranding, to improve operational efficiency, digitalizing bookkeeping, and optimizing digital marketing. The mentoring results include the creation of e-commerce accounts, social media rebranding, digital financial management training, and website development to expand market reach. The findings indicate that digital marketing strategies can enhance SMEs' visibility and competitiveness while positively impacting product sales and branding. This study recommends continuously monitoring and developing digital marketing strategies so MSMEs can constantly adapt to market dynamics.

Digital literacy refers to a person's ability to use, understand, and participate in the digital environment effectively. The development of information technology has changed the scope of the marketing world in recent years. Marketing communication methods that were previously traditional and conventional have now been integrated into the digital world. Digital marketing has become one of the media that is often used by business people because of the new ability of consumers to follow the flow of digitalization, several companies are gradually starting to abandon conventional marketing models and switch to modern marketing.The development of information technology is growing rapidly. Some activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) utilize information technology to run their business. One of them is the MSME Anak Rantau Iced Tea. Through the community service team, training on digital marketing was carried out as an effort to develop the Iced Tea Children of Rantau MSMEs The results of this activity showed that business actors participated in the training activities carefully. This community service project aimed to support the development of the "Kerupuk Santoso" MSME in Karangkembang Village, Lamongan Regency, East Java, through training in business management and digital marketing. While this MSME has significant growth potential, it faces various challenges, including limitations in marketing and management. Through a series of training sessions and mentoring, the MSME operators successfully improved their skills in management and digital technology utilization to expand their market reach. The results of this project show a significant increase in operational efficiency and product competitiveness in a broader market. The support from the local community and the active involvement of KKN students played a crucial role in the success of this program. This initiative is expected to have a long-term positive impact on the local economy and the well-being of the community.

Implementing Community Service (PKM) activities is very important because it will provide an introduction and knowledge about entrepreneurship. Empowerment and development of local potential through digitalization has become the main focus in Medokan Semampir RW 03. This research aims to explain the method of activities carried out in solving problems related to the development of MSMEs in the region. Through this activity method, it is hoped that empowerment and development of local potential can be achieved by improving the problems faced by MSME actors. Steps such as consultation with local authorities, direct approaches to MSME players, as well as providing education and assistance in the form of banners and stickers are expected to help improve marketing and branding of their products. Apart from that, by creating new business ideas such as making grass jelly iced milk, it is hoped that it can encourage innovation and creativity in local businesses. In the process, follow-up and monitoring of MSME actors as well as evaluation of work program results are carried out to ensure the success of implementing solutions and evaluating their effectiveness. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide benefits in improving the economy and strengthening local potential in Medokan Semampir RW 03. By utilizing digitalization and community empowerment holistically, it is hoped that it can create a conducive environment for the development of MSMEs and improve the quality of life of local communities.

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the current digital era requires product branding through social media. Strengthening MSMEs product branding by providing business assistance through the Business Work Lecture (KKU) program conducted by YPPI Rembang University. In this case, the MSMEs assisted is MSMEs Anis Tempe which is located in Meteseh Kaliori Village, Rembang Regency, Central Java. The problems experienced by MSMEs Anis Tempe are at the marketing (branding) stage, lack of ability in digitalization, not having a business license and not having a business logo. The solution to this problem is to carry out a community service program with development and assistance in strengthening product branding through social media as a marketing strategy and expansion, as well as creating attractive logos and product labels. The results of this service activity are creating attractive logos and product labels, having a social media account, including the location of MSMEs on Google Maps, and having a business license continue their business. The Community Service Program (KKN) of Raja Ali Haji Maritime University in Toapaya Village has a work program that aims to encourage the advancement of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by facilitating the creation of Business Identification Numbers (NIB). This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to understand the process, challenges, and impact of business legality on MSME actors. The results of the activity show that NIB ownership provides significant benefits, including increasing business legality and credibility, expanding access to capital, and opening opportunities to participate in various government programs. The assistance process was carried out through socialization, data collection, technical assistance, and NIB distribution. Despite facing obstacles such as limited digital literacy, internet access, and resistance to change, the collaboration between KKN students, the village government, and related agencies succeeded in helping MSME actors obtain NIBs effectively. With business legality, MSMEs in Toapaya Village were able to increase their competitiveness, expand their marketing networks, and strengthen their role in village economic development. This program proves that MSME empowerment based on business legality can be an important foundation for village independence and sustainable economic growth.

Human Resources (HR) competency is one of the main factors that must be possessed by MSME business actors. Managing human resources is a skill that must be possessed by business actors. Apart from that, in facing business challenges in the digital era, MSMEs need to adapt to technological developments so as not to be left behind. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide knowledge about HR competencies in the era of digitalization to business actors in Bekasi Regency, especially North Cikarang. The method used in this community service activity is in the form of counseling and assistance to strengthen employee competency in this era of digitalization, especially the development of digital marketing so that in the future micro businesses have the potential to increase the profitability of their businesses. Human resource management in micro businesses has a specific goal, namely that participants in community service activities are expected to be able to adapt to current developments so that they can maintain the existence of their business and increase their business productivity. Implementation is carried out by providing materials, lectures, discussions/questions and answers and practice with business actors.

The implementation of this community service involves this Partner Village located in Randutatah Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. This group has various businesses, processed seafood. Technology development in the digital era has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in business and marketing. E-commerce is one form of technology utilization that is growing rapidly, providing new opportunities for business actors, including farmers and fishermen in Randutatah Paiton Village. However, obstacles such as limited internet access, lack of e-commerce knowledge, low marketing networks, and intense competition on e-commerce platforms are the main challenges.To overcome these obstacles, a training program on e-commerce utilization was conducted.  This training program involves business owners and workers, with an implementation method that includes planning, implementing activities, and monitoring and evaluation. The purpose of the implementation of this community service is to apply e-commerce to the sale of various MSME products in Randutatah Village with the intention of introducing and increasing their sales turnover, while the method used is to use participatory methods, counseling, mentoring and training. The results obtained from the implementation of this community service are that with the help of training and e-commerce applications, it can reduce the sales turnover of MSME products in Randutatah Village.

Marketing activities have experienced a fairly rapid development along with development of information technology. In today's all-digital era, digital marketing formed a new strategy that is very important in the marketing of a company, especially for businesses such as online stores that allow buying and selling at once. Current company competing in developing their marketing strategies in achieving and retain customers. The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. The customer is currently in commit Interaction with the company is carried out by utilizing social media and applications growing rapidly. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. The Community Service Program (PKM) has successfully conducted a training on Dashboard Development and TikTok Business for the Small and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) Shofi Group. This training was facilitated by the Informatics Engineering Department of Trisakti University and has received an excellent rating based on feedback from the participants. As part of this training, a visualization dashboard was successfully integrated into the Shofi Group's website, allowing them to monitor sales data more efficiently and effectively. In addition, participants also learned about the use of TikTok Business as a tool for marketing their products. Positive feedback from Shofi Group indicates the significant benefits of this training, in terms of assisting MSMEs to adapt and utilize digital technology in their business development. These results underline the importance of similar programs in supporting SMEs to compete in the digital era. It is hoped that the success of this PKM can lay the foundation for similar initiatives in the future, supporting more MSMEs in leveraging the potential of digital technology.
