This study aims to empower farmer groups in applying appropriate technology to rice farming productivity in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The research methods used include field surveys and analysis of productivity data from farmers who apply this technology compared to those who do not. Primary data was collected through structured interviews with farmers and direct observation in the field during the research period. Data analysis was carried out by comparing rice production results, efficiency of using agricultural inputs, and farmer income before and after adopting appropriate technology. The research results show that the adoption of appropriate technology significantly increases rice productivity in terms of the number of harvests per hectare and reduces the costs of certain inputs such as fertilizers and pesticides. In addition, farmers who apply this technology also report better income increases compared to conventional methods. These findings support the importance of implementing appropriate technology in improving food security and the economy of farmers in rural areas such as Sukajadi Village. This research contributes to expanding understanding of the practical benefits of appropriate technology in the context of rice farming in Indonesia.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mojopuro Wuryantoro Wonogiri Jawa Tengah. Desa tersebut merupakan desa petani, dimana penduduknya mengandalkan hidup dari hasil pertanian. Selain ditanami padi, desa ini juga memiliki tanaman sorgum yang secara rutin ditanam setiap tahunnya. Sebagian sorgum yang dipanen dijual dalam bentuk mentah dengan harga yang tidak terlalu tinggi. Mengubah sorgum menjadi kue kering dapat merubah kebiasaan petani yang hanya menjual sorgum dalam bentuk mentah. Dengan mengubah sorgum menjadi makanan lain yang lebih enak akan menggairahkan petani untuk mengolah sorgum lebih lanjut, minimalnya untuk dikonsumsi sendiri dan secara bertahap merubahnya menjadi kegiatan ekonomi yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani.Pengabdian telah dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2017 yang lalu dan ternyata memberikan dampak pada petani khususnya kelompok Wanita Tani Rahayu Widodo yaitu berubahnya pengetahuan mereka terhadap komoditi sorghum dan perubahan keinginan mereka untuk memanfaatkan bahan baku sorghum menjadi makanan yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi.Kata kunci : sorgum, makanan tradisional, Mojopuro Wonogiri

This community service aims to assist in the production process of packaged shrimp paste chili sauce for the Sari Asih Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Klegenwonosari village, Klirong sub-district. Making shrimp chili paste will be able to meet the availability of chilies throughout the year for daily consumption. The method implemented is assistance starting from planning, preparating the ingredients, treatments of chili ingredients before making chili sauce, the shrimp chili paste-making process, frying, packaging, and labeling. At each stage of the production process, insight into hygiene and health risks is providing so that packaged chili products are attractive with color, taste, and aroma that remain stable and safe for consumption. The accompanying production process of packaged shrimp paste chili sauce is starting from the preparation, manufacturing, and packaging processes. The preparation selects goods and fresh ingredients free from chemical and biological contaminants. The stage of making chili paste is to control the water and cooking oil content in the chili sauce to extend the shelf life. The packaging process involves selecting packaging made from polypropylene for safety, controlling water content, and closing the packaging tightly to extend shelf life.

The province of Bali, Indonesia, as a tropical destination with abundant natural resources, exhibits a serious focus on the agriculture and livestock sectors. The Simantri program, as a local government innovation, aims to accelerate the adoption of agricultural technology in rural communities. Bio gas, as a renewable energy alternative, emerges as a crucial solution amid the challenges posed by unsustainable fossil fuels. The Simantri Farmers Group in Br. Sandakan, Sulangai Village, faces challenges in introducing their bio gas products to the community. In the Community Service activity, a documentary video was created as an effective informational medium, successfully introducing, enhancing understanding, and raising awareness about the use of bio gas among the community. The video not only promoted the product but also strengthened the role of Simantri in village development and tourism potential. The success of this activity reaffirms that utilizing video-based informational media is an effective step in introducing innovations, enhancing understanding, and supporting the well-being of the local community.

This research aims to analyze the profit and loss distribution mechanism in the Aida Jaya curtain joint venture with Marti convection, analyze the influence of financial performance on profit and loss distribution, and analyze the contribution of mature parties who influence the distribution of profit and loss. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research results show that: (1) Profit and loss distribution is carried out with a ratio of 7:3 according to the initial capital of each party; (2). Financial performance does not affect the sharing ratio, but does affect the amount of profit or loss that is shared, (3) Contribute to the content of Aida Jaya Gorden in the form of production facilities and Konveksi Marti which provides production personnel, which greatly influences the success of this joint venture. This means you can use shared media to share your thoughts with others who already have large joint ventures.

In the current era of globalization, the use of computer technology has been widely used, including in the operations of non-formal organizations such as farmer women's groups (KWT), one of which is in administration, activities, schedules, sales. agenda, and reporting is still manual, namely with bookkeeping records and does not yet have a system for this. Given these problems, the right solution is to create a web-based information system for women farmer groups (kwt). In analyzing and designing, the author uses a software development method that uses the V-Model method, which is an extension of the waterfall model. It is called expansion because the stages are similar to those in the waterfall model. If in the waterfall model the process is carried out linearly, then in the V model the process is branched. In this V model, the relationship between the software development stage and the testing phase is described. The purpose of this research is to produce an information system that can make it easier for the kwt to do administration. activity. timetable. sale. agenda. and reporting without recording with the books.

Desa Banjarejo merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki potensi alam yang bagus dengan tanah subur yang bisa ditanami berbagai macam sayur-sayuran, salah satunya adalah selada air. Namun pemanfaatan kekayaan alam tersebut belum maksimal sehingga masih memiliki nilai ekonomis yang rendah. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dari Universitas Negeri Malang berkesempatan untuk melakukan pelatihan pengolahan selada air untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis dari sayuran tersebut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat perekonomian kelompok tani melalui inisiatif pengolahan mie selada air sebagai strategi mendorong pengembangan desa wisata di desa Banjarejo kabupaten Malang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan, kegiatan ini melatih bagaimana kelompok petani di desa mengatur dan mengembangkan usaha pengolahan mie selada airnya, tidak hanya membantu meningkatkan pendapatan pribadi tetapi juga berkontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian Desa Banjarejo. Potensi dampak pengembangan komersial ini untuk meningkatkan daya tarik desa sebagai tujuan wisata juga dieksplorasi dalam kegiatan ini, memberikan pandangan komprehensif tentang potensi pemberdayaan ekonomi berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal. Organic waste is still a problem that needs to be resolved. Piles of organic waste can cause the emergence of methane gas (CH4), giving rise to an unpleasant odor and can even potentially cause disease. The aim of this community service is to provide understanding, knowledge and skills to the community regarding how to utilize household organic waste in the form of fruit and vegetable waste into eco-enzymes by fermentation. eco-enzyme is a multi-purpose liquid that can be used to purify waste water, as a household cleaning product, as a detergent, as a pest control product, to remove pesticide residues, and also as an organic fertilizer for plants. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) where the service team is integrated into the community and works with the community to increase the knowledge and abilities of the people who are members of the Women Farming Group (KWT) in understanding and changing the community to become better, more empowered and knowledgeable. The results of this activity were able to increase the understanding, knowledge and skills of Women Farmer Groups in 4 Districts of Bandar Lampung city both conceptually and practically, and have the awareness not to just throw away organic waste, but to use it because it not only protects the environment but also provides benefits to the community. This activity was considered successful and sustainable for future programs.  

Rice is included in the class of annual crops or young plants, namely plants that are usually short-live less than one year and only one time to produce, after the planting period ends the plant will die or be replaced by a new plant. Rice plants have a stems that are branched, the leng of stem depends on the type. Local types of rice have longer stems than superior types of rice. Rice stem segments are hollow and round, as with other plants, the roots of the rice both taproot and fibrous roots are branched. In the agricultural cultivation system requires technology to facilitate farming activites. One of the farmer groups that cultivate semi-organic and non-organic rice is the Muara Hurip Taruna Tani Farmer Groups. This reaserch aims to determine the cost, revenue, and comparison of the feasibility of semi-organic and non-organic rice farming. The results showed that the total cost incurred by semi-organic rice farmers was Rp. 3.282.823,73 while the total cost for non-organic rice farmers was Rp. 4.792.901,73. Total revenue for semi-organic rice farmers amounted Rp. 20.400.000,00, while for non-organic rice farmers revenue amounted Rp. 13.200.000,00. R/C ratio of semi-organic rice farming is greater at 6,21, meaning that every one Rupiah of capital spent obtained revenue Rp. 6,21. While the value of the R/C ratio of non-organic rice farmers is 2,75, meaning that every one Rupiah of capital spent obtained revenur Rp.2,75. This shows that for both farms is feasible to cultivate.

Pertanian  merupakan  salah  satu  produk  yang  sangat  penting di         Negara Indonesia. Sektor pertanian merupakan sektor yang mempunyai peranan strategis dalam struktur pembangunan perekonomian nasional. Pembangunan pertanian tidak akan bergerak maju apabila tidak  didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana pertanian yang yang memadai. Salah satu  permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh petani adalah akses untuk mendapatkan pupuk bersubsidi. Dalam rangka mewujudkan ketahanan pangan nasional, salah satu faktor sarana produksi yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan produktivitas dan produksi adalah pupuk.Pemerintah sangat berkepentingan untuk melakukan berbagai resolusi/ deregulasi kebijakan di bidang pupuk untuk menciptakan iklim yang kondusif bagi penyediaan pupuk di Indonesia, sehingga petani mudah mendapatkan pupuk sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Prosedur pengusulan untuk mendapatkan pupuk bersubsidi oleh petani melalui penyusunan elektronik rencana definitive kebutuhan kelompok (E- RDKK) masih belum sepenuhnya dipahami serta masih dilakukan secara manual baik oleh petani  maupun pengurus kelompok tani. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan prosedur penyusunan E-RDKK dan pelatihan penyusunan E-RDKK dengan menggunakan goole formulir.

The data obtained were analyzed using interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA). The results of the study explained: (1) The empowerment process begins with socialization carried out by the PT, this socialization contains methods for planting and developing what is called an oil palm plant. Those who are already members of independent farmer groups are given the opportunity to order oil palm seeds at a low cost. So that many people who previously did not have a job, now work as oil palm farmers. (2) The positive impact of this independent farmer group is the ability of the community to get more optimal results and income than usual. While the negative impact is the emergence of environmental pollution caused by four-wheeled vehicles used as transporters of oil palm crops, the presence of air pollution such as the amount of dust that appears during the dry season can cause people to experience a decrease in body immunity.

Empowerment of KWTs in utilizing house yards is one way to meet needs without having to buy them. The yard of the house can be a place for farming activities that have a big role in meeting the needs of the family. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase public awareness, especially women through the use and ability of local communities to actively participate in efforts to empower the utilization and sustainable management of natural resources through the use and arrangement of yards. The method used is the lecture method and direct training with several stages, namely preparation, counseling, training, and mentoring. The target of this activity is the Melati Farming Women's Group in Ahuawali Village. Efforts to use yard land for vegetable cultivation have had a very good impact on the Melati farming women's group. Women are able to contribute to increasing the availability of healthy and nutritious vegetables for the family

Kegiatan penyuluhan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi branding produk kopi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan dan loyalitas konsumen dalam rangka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Desa Puspo, Pasuruan bertujuan untuk membentu Kelompok Tani Hutan Rukun Maju Sejahtera dalam mengetasi permasalahan kurangnya branding produk kopi robusta dan arabika. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan strategi branding sangat layak diterapkan terhadap produk-produk pertanian Strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk membranding produk kopi robusta dan arabika yaitu producer branding, no branding, geographical branding, dan retail branding.

Pengembangan kelembagaan, partisipasi dan kemandirian kelompok tani memiliki peranan dan andil yang sangat penting dengan pembangunan peternakan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu:(1) strategi dan upaya memperbaiki manajemen serta merubah pola pikir anggota kelompok tani. (2) menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan kelompok tani yang masih belum terstruktur. (3) mengetahui dan menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian dan partisipasi anggota kelompok tani. (4) mengetahui dan menganalisis langkah-langkah yang akan dilakukan dalam menciptakan hubungan sosial serta komunikasi yang intens. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian : (1) strategi yang akan dilakukan dalam upaya memperbaiki manajemen serta merubah pola pikir anggota kelompok tani. (2) upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengembangkan kelompok tani yang masih belum terstruktur. (3) upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian dan partisipasi anggota kelompok tani. (4) langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan dalam menciptakan hubungan sosial serta komunikasi yang intens. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen pengumpul data meliputi angket, kuesioner dan wawancara. Responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 155 responden dari anggota kelompok tani.  

KWT Citra Lestari is one of the Women Farmer Groups that owns passion fruit commodities in Karangsari Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City. The next product that has been done by KWT Citra Lestari members is to make passion fruit into passion fruit syrup. At least processed passion fruit, so new innovations for passion fruit appear. This new innovation aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in KWT Citra Lestari and the community. This new innovation is to make processed products from Passion Fruit Jam, where the product is made with natural sugar preservatives. Making passion fruit jam must pay attention to the maturity level of the fruit so that the resulting jam tastes appropriate. The shelf life of passion fruit jam at room temperature and the refrigerator has a different mass.

Pengembangan sektor pertanian di pedesaan seringkali menghadapi berbagai kendala dan tantangan. Kendala dalam pembangunan pertanian ini dapat berupa berbagai factor seperti factor manusia maupun lingkungan yang dapat terjadi di Desa Cupak, Kecamatan Ngusikan, Kabupaten Jombang. Desa Cupak memiliki potensi bidang pertanian dan peternakan yang cukup baik. Potensi yang ada di desa ini antara lain ketersediaan lahan pertanian, adanya sektor perkebunan, dan tanaman pangan, ketersediaan SDM pertanian, dan adanya kegiatan kelompok tani yang cukup aktif. Sayangnya, potensi ini tidak diimbangi dengan pengembangan kemampuan petani dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Bertani sehingga hanya terbatas pada pengelolaan umbi porang yang seharusnya bisa dijadikan produk tertentu. Dengan masalah tersebut perlu diadakan serangkaian pelatihan bagi petani porang desa cupak.  

Based on Law No. 20 of 2008, MSMEs are referred to as business activities that stand independently in the form of groups or individuals which are not business activities of a branch company. MSMEs play a very important role in the lives of Indonesian people because many Indonesians make a living from selling through MSMEs. There are still many problems that occur in the world of MSMEs in Indonesia, one of which is the lack of product innovation by MSMEs. There are still many MSMEs that only produce food that has spread widely in Indonesia so that the resulting competitive value is very tight between MSMEs. With these problems to help solve the problems faced by MSMEs, a product innovation assistance is held. This assistance is carried out to create a new product innovation in the form of mustard sticks which will later become the newest product in the Fostered MSMEs.

Akad Mudharabah adalah salah satu akad yang termasuk ke dalam akad yang berlandaskan atas dasar kepercayaan, harus ada sikap saling percaya antar dua belah pihak yakni pemilik modal (shahibul maal) serta pengelola modal (mudharib). Akad mudharabah ini kini juga telah banyak digunakan pada Lembaga - Lembaga Keuangan terkecil seperti Koperasi. Koperasi ini nantinya akan menyalurkan dana kepada nasabah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka dalam keseharian, maupun dalam bercocok tanam. Tentunya dengan perjanjian bagi hasil yang harus dipenuhi sebagai akad dari kegiatan yang akan dilakukan. Pelaksanaan akad mudharabah yang kini mulai banyak dilaksanakan di tengah masyarakat tentunya harus di perhatikan agar tidak terjadi ketimpangan dalam pembagian hasil yang telah di sepakati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan efektifitas pengendalian risiko dalam pembiayaan mudharabah pada Koperasi Kelompok Tani “Gapoktan” di Jorong Pasanehan. Untuk melengkapi kajian tersebut, maka digunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) Datanya bersumber dari data primer dan skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang di perlukan  dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, serta studi perpustakaan terkait dengan objek penelitian yang diteliti.

This has resulted in many processed food products, especially PIRT that do not have distribution permits, due to various factors and constraints that occur in the field, in addition to law enforcement that is still not optimal, especially those related to the implementation of distribution permit provisions that have not been able to reach all producer communities. PIRT. With the socialization of the PIRT distribution permit, it is hoped that it can further increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the food safety system, which at the same time seeks efforts to improve the SKPT as an ideal and effective policy format, and qualitatively can also further enhance efforts to protect food consumers.

Peningkatan jumlah komoditas cabai merah keriting di desa Klegenwonosari pada musim panen tidak sebanding dengan harga jualnya yang murah, sebaliknya pada saat komoditas tersebut langka harga jualnya sangat mahal. Sehingga perlu dilakukan inovasi terkait olahan pada cabai tersebut, tujuan utama dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Setia Asih yaitu edukasi metode pengemasan yang higienis pada sambal olahan yang dikemas pada botol plastik PET dengan tambahan alumunium foil dan label segel. Pembekalan yang diberikan dalam bentuk teori terkait teknologi pengemasan dan praktek penggunaan mesin induction sealer serta mesin heat gun. Secara teori, peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 82% berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest. Tingkat keberhasilan peserta pada praktek proses penginduksian menggunakan mesin induction sealer sebesar 85% pada percobaan pertama dan peningkatan sebesar 100% pada percobaan kedua, sedangkan tingkat keberhasilan praktek proses penyegelan menggunakan mesin hot gun sebesar 77% pada percobaan pertama dan peningkatan sebesar 93% pada percobaan kedua. Pengabdian selanjutnya akan dibahas proses pengawetan dan pemasaran pada produk sambal olahan tersebut, sehingga produk yang dihasilkan memiliki umur simpan yang lebih lama dan dapat dipasarkan secara luas baik secara daring maupun luring.
