As a religious institution, Islamic boarding schools have enormous potential in advancing prosperity and economic development. They also have a significant impact on the daily lives of the students who attend. Therefore, the Nasyrul 'Ulum Islamic boarding school which is located at Tempuran 12a Central Lampung created an integrated agricultural business unit to advance its welfare and economic development. The purpose of this research is to describe and evaluate the following things: the steps in establishing an integrated agricultural business unit (IFB) in Islamic boarding schools, the business unit carried out is catfish cultivation, where waste from food or leftovers from students is made into catfish feed and catfish wastewater are used as organic plant fertilizer; the results of this process for the economy of these schools; and factors that facilitate or hinder the growth of the Islamic boarding school economic trend. Researchers use a qualitative approach to answer the problem formulation. Research findings show that the Islamic boarding school's efforts to develop its economy through integrated agricultural business units have succeeded in increasing the boarding school's income and creating jobs for the community around the boarding school and especially alumni of the Nasyrul 'Ulum Islamic boarding school and how many jobs are available in accordance with the amount of effort made, source available resources, and the extent to which the community is involved in the program. Apart from creating jobs, it can also increase the knowledge, skills and experience of both local communities and students in the agricultural sector. Especially in the field of fisheries cultivation.    

One way that shareholders might evaluate financial performance is by looking at Economic Value Added (EVA). Economic Value Added (EVA) is a tool that this study intends to use to examine PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk's financial performance. This study employs a quantitative approach to descriptive research. With PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk as the study's subject. The quantitative data used in this study was gathered from secondary sources, including the IDX website and the yearly financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the years 2018–2022. Based on the data, it seems that PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. had respectable, although variable, financial success from 2018 to 2022 as measured using the Econoimic Value Added (EVA) technique. An EVA result that is positive indicates this. A good EVA shows that PTIndofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. is able to provide economical added value, the firm operates effectively, and the prosperity of shareholders grows; nonetheless, the company did achieve a negative EVA in 2022.

Indonesia continues to move forward in responding to the demands of the times, especially in terms of administrative modernization. One important step in this effort is updating and integrating population data with the national taxation system. In this context, Tanjung Seneng Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung, started an important initiative aimed at assisting residents in the RT/RW environment. 06/00 in the process of modernizing their Population Identification Number (NIK) into a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). Modernizing NIK to NPWP is not just an administrative step, but an effort to increase tax awareness, administrative efficiency, and community involvement in national development. By involving the local community, it is hoped that this socialization will not only be a process but also an opportunity to empower residents to understand their role in economic development and shared prosperity. Several problems that arise, namely: The level of public understanding regarding NIK modernization, Citizens’ understanding regarding NPWP and its relationship to NIK, and The impact of NIK modernization on administrative processes. By providing socialization on the modernization of NIK into NPWP for RT/RW residents: 06/00 residents will not need to carry NPWP cards and will only need to bring KTPs, making tax administration easier by using a single identity, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.

Japan and the Philippines are countries rich in history, culture, and natural wealth closely tied to the sea. Japan has engaged in maritime diplomacy with the Philippines in the realm of security. Maritime security cooperation between the two nations forms the foundation for collaboration in the management of marine resources, cultural exchanges, economics, and maritime security. The objective of this research is to examine the impacts that can result from Japan-Philippines cooperation on Japan's maritime security. This research employs a mixed-methodology to elucidate the scope and impacts stemming from Japan-Philippines cooperation on Japan's maritime security. The research findings demonstrate that the impact of Japan-Philippines cooperation on maritime security provides critical access and plays a vital role in strengthening regional security in the area. Success in achieving assured maritime security conditions has positive effects on Japan in various sectors, especially in the trade sector. This leads to an increase in trust and facilitates smooth trade activities in the maritime region due to guaranteed maritime security. This approach reflects Japan's commitment to being more proactive in upholding global maritime security and collaborating with its regional partners to achieve shared prosperity and peace in the region and the world.

Poverty is a condition that is still a problem in Indonesia. This can be seen from the still high number of poor people in Indonesia in 2021 reaching 26.5 million people. This poverty does not just happen, one of the reasons is because people's income is low and the poverty level is still low, making them unable to meet their daily needs. Eradicating poverty in Indonesia requires cooperation from various parties, both government and private. Therefore, the community service team together with YBM PLN UID North Sumatra is implementing a program based on local wisdom to improve the community's economy in the form of community empowerment in improving community welfare. This has an impact on people's income levels which are still low. This program includes providing business capital, skills training and business assistance. The results of the analysis of Ziswaf management for economic prosperity show that this program has a positive impact on community welfare. This can be seen from the aspect of increasing income, physical aspects, natural aspects, human resource aspects, and social aspects.

The position of wealth functions to cover basic needs as provisions for carrying out worship to Allah, SWT. Assets in Islamic legal governance function to spread prosperity to the weaker sections of society. Therefore, the weak party's right to ownership of property must be released and distributed to other parties, whether requested or not. Economic inequality is a trigger for crimes committed because of poverty, such as theft. Islam views that poverty is not an insult, but Islam provides solutions to poverty alleviation such as by requiring the payment of zakat and encouraging infaq shodakoh and other forms of obligations which aim to care for the weak, such as waqf. Islam is very concerned about equal distribution of property ownership, in fact its concern is included in the structure of the pillars of Islam, namely the obligation to pay zakat.

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility and capital intensity on tax evasion by using research samples of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2020. The taxes levied by the state function as the main source aiming to finance public expenditures and function as a tool to regulate and implement policies in the social and economic fields and to be used for the greatest prosperity of the people and the people. The phenomenon of tax avoidance in Indonesia can also be seen from the tax ratio (Tax Ratio). Tax collection performance can be seen from the ratio of taxes collected by the state. Tax avoidance is a saving on the amount of tax payable, individual and corporate taxpayers use the weak points of existing tax rules, in carrying out their tax management. Tax avoidance is also associated with tax planning, both of them use legal means to reduce or even eliminate tax obligations, but from a tax policy point of view, neglecting tax avoidance practices can result in injustice and reduced efficiency of a tax system. . The results obtained from this study are that corporate social responsibility has a negative effect on tax evasion. Meanwhile, capital intensity has no effect on tax evasion. Poverty occurs when a person or group is unable to achieve a level of economic prosperity that is considered the minimum requirement for a certain standard of living. Poverty is born with the limitations of certain people in meeting their needs. The author identifies the problems of this study as follows: Education affects the poverty rate in Sarolangun Regency, Minimum Wage affects the poverty rate in Sarolangun Regency, and open unemployment affects the poverty rate in Sarolangun Regency. Sample determination in quantitative research The total population is 298,091 people, the population is obtained from the total population data of Sarolangun Regency in 2022 Sarolangun Regency. The number used was obtained as a result of calculations with the Yamane formula totaling 100 respondents. The results of the study are (1) education has a positive effect on poverty, (2) minimum wage has a positive effect on poverty (3) open unemployment rate has a positive effect on poverty.

The position of human capital in Islam has a special place and occupies the highest position among other creatures. Although working is not one of the five pillars of Islam, it is an obligation of all capable people and an expression of obedience to God. On the other hand, Allah SWT does not like weakness, even Rasulullah SAW poverty is close to kufr. Thus the role of science and knowledge is very important to improve the human degree from ignorance, backwardness, and poverty. Islam states that the development of knowledgeable human resources is a top priority. Through education, training, and employment opportunities, human capital becomes a valuable asset and a driving force for economic prosperity and independence. On the other hand, for people who are economically disadvantaged, Islam provides a solution in overcoming social inequality through zakat funds. This policy is not only able to alleviate poverty but even improve human dignity with the principles of brotherhood, empathy and social togetherness.

This research was about the partnership program of CSR conducted by the state owned entreprise through the economic empowerment of SMEs with the provision of capital to improve the revenue to create prosperity. This study was aimed to analyze the implementation of CSR partnership program. This study used the qualitative approach with documentation type and the documentation technique. The data analysis was done through data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of this study stated that the implementation of the partnership program of CSR had a legal basis in the implementation and conducted through partnerships based on some business patterns. The CSR partnership program had the allocations funds from SOEs net income, deposits, administrative services/revenue share/margin, interest on deposits, etc. While recommendation that this research is that The Ministry of SOEs should make the procedures for implementing the partnership program that contains stages in providing funds for potential partnership established partners, implementing organizations and evaluation activities

This community service activity aims to overcome the problems of UMKM in Wonokerto village, Bandar sub-district. The main problems faced by UMKM players are packaging, lack of business permits, and digital marketing of products. This is the background for community service activities carried out by a team of accounting lecturers at the Institute of Technology and Science Nahdlatul Ulama Pekalongan. The theme of this service is the UMKM Empowerment Workshop in Wonokerto Village in the 5.0 Era Using Digital Marketing Strategies. The aim of this community service is to educate UMKM players about the concept of making attractive packaging, how to obtain business permits and how to market products digitally. The methods used in community service activities are field observation, preparing activity plans, creating activity materials, implementing activities as well as monitoring and evaluation. This service can open the minds of UMKM in Wonokerto village, Bandar sub-district, so that they can develop themselves through digital marketing training which can later improve economic prosperity in the future.

Prosperity is always the main target of every government. However, methods to measure prosperity are debatable. Several people argue that the poverty standard from United Nations is valid-enough to decide if people have fulfilled their needs. This measurement does not acknowledge that people also have wants and need to fulfill them. I decided to research Surabaya to understand the prosperity issues by using Purchasing Power Parity theory, the ability of people in Surabaya to fulfill their secondary wants by measuring the total marketing of housing and automobiles, and comparing the economic growth indicator of Surabaya.    

Zakat has developed as a significant source of state revenue used to help the poor, as well as to advance Islam, science, other fields of study, build infrastructure, and provide other forms of support. The role of zakat is in line with the economic conditions of the poor and of course they still need several types of assistance services, but they are still dealing with the right to access services in order to increase people's prosperity. This study aims to find out how the form of collecting zakat, the form of the role of the national amil zakat agency, and what factors influence the collection of zakat. This study uses a qualitative methodology. This method is explained to be able to understand what phenomena the research subject is experiencing, in this case includes actions, motivations, perceptions, behaviors and so on, through verbal and linguistic descriptions, in the unique environment experienced, and by applying various scientific techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) The forms of zakat collection include the establishment of zakat collection units, zakat reception counters, opening of bank accounts, consultations about zakat, zakat pick-up programs, infaq, and shadaqah, household donations, teacher donations. These aspects play an important role in increasing the success rate of zakat collection. (2) The role of the national amil zakat agency in Pinrang Regency includes outreach, the zakat utilization program, and the zakat distribution system. (3) The factors that influence the collection of agricultural zakat in Kaballangang Village are internal factors and external factors

The purpose of this online social service is to present the importance of solidarity in economic principles for better prospective prosperity. This online social service has educational material based on the social teachings of the Church, Article Gaudium Evangelii and previous research from prof. Lazlo Zsolnai who stated that an economic system with spirituality has a solutive effect on the economic crisis. This Community Service emphasizes spirituality embodied in solidarity needs to be implemented. The background to this Community Service Event is that this was due to the emergence of a massive economic crisis during the pandemic since early 2020. Therefore, the need for scholars to try to overcome the structural causes of poverty. The results shows that 63% participants believe that  Spirituality, or love for God and others will trigger a love for life and an economic system that is in solidarity for the common good.

Abstract. Absorption of labor is an important problem in national development where the number is increasing from year to year as a result of the increase in population, while the available job opportunities are limited in number, so that the unemployment rate in several cities is increasing. A high level of investment will increase production capacity which will eventually lead to the creation of new jobs. That way, the unemployment rate can be reduced and people's incomes will increase. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the 2015-2021 observation period. Data collection in this study uses the documentation method for data on Population 15+ Working, Investment and Minimum Wage obtained from BPS, Department of Manpower and Office of Investment. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially investment and minimum wages have no significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the investment and minimum wage variables have no simultaneous effect on employment in Indonesia. The lack of effect of investment on labor absorption in Indonesia is due to the fact that more investment is channeled into the capital-intensive project sector (services) compared to the labor-intensive project sector, where the capital-intensive project sector absorbs only a small amount of labor. Meanwhile, the minimum wage has no effect on labor absorption because the majority of the working population in Indonesia have received relatively high wages or exceeded the minimum wage. Employment. Absorption of labor in the perspective of Islamic economics is that the government has made various efforts as its responsibility to provide jobs for its people. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the management of public ownership (milkiyah 'ammah) and state ownership (milkiyah daulah) in Indonesia. This study describes in a qualitative descriptive way the current management of public ownership and state ownership in Indonesia. The theoretical approach is used for the Islamic economic system approach which assesses the practical implementation of the management of shared wealth and the wealth of the Indonesian State. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from literature, journals and information related to Indonesia's wealth. The data collection technique used is library research. And this study uses a comparative analysis of the implementation of public ownership management and state ownership management that is not in accordance with ownership management in Islam. Evidence shows that public ownership and state ownership are not fully managed by the State of Indonesia, it appears that shared ownership in the form of water, fire and pasture is managed by individuals and institutions of foreign parties who have the capital to privatize public ownership. This will have an impact on the unequal distribution of income earned by people who have capital and those who do not have capital, so that it will have an impact on prosperity that most Indonesian people cannot have. As an evaluation and solution, it is necessary to implement an Islamic economic system in managing joint ownership and control of the Indonesian state.

Role of Entrepreneurship in Eastern Seroja very important in the realization of an increase in economic welfare. The purpose of this study is to see how far the entrepreneurial role in improving the economic welfare of residents in the Village East Seroja Mergosono Kedungkandang District of Malang. (1) the role of entrepreneurship for Eastern Seroja; (2) the representation of entrepreneurship in East Seroja; (3) problems faced by Lotus East. The results showed that entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviors shaping innovative proactive, representation of the attitudes and the behavior is the Chairman of the PKK and its citizens East Seroja applying social entrepreneurship. The problem faced is the first, yet animating entrepreneurial profession. Second, entrepreneurs simply to raise revenue. Third, self-employment is not considered a stable job. Fourth, the majority of entrepreneurs are Housewife. Fifth, afraid to use e-commerce. Sixth, the majority of entrepreneurs are more comfortable using mouth-to-mouth.

Community welfare is an indicator of developme t goals. In its implementation, economic development will be faced with various problems that can hinder the success of such development. One of the complex problems related to the prosperity of the population is poverty. High poverty can have an impact on the emergence of various other social problems. It is difficult to know the exact cause and how effective control is to reduce poverty in Pandeglang Regency. The use of analytical tools in this study was carried out to identify and determine specific problems as a factor in the occurrence of poverty in Pandeglang Regency. In addition, this analysis method will contain information about events that must be considered in the scope of poverty alleviation that occurred in Pandeglang district. The final part of this journal discusses the design of poverty control procedures in Pandeglang Regency in approximately five years. Finally, it is hoped that the final results of this research will be very important to prevent poverty in Pandeglang Regency. 

Consumer behavior in accordance with the provisions of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah will certainly lead to goodness, blessing and maslahah. The needs of every human being are not just to eat and drink, but also in terms of appearance. So based on this to find out more about how consumer behavior towards the purchase of fashion products. This study aims to determine the consumer behavior towards the purchase of fashion products on students. Then the consumption behavior of purchasing fashion products for IAIN Palangka Raya students and UPR students is viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach and analyzed holistically. The subjects in this study were students consisting of 10 IAIN Palangka Raya students and 10 UPR students. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that of the students of IAIN Palangka Raya and UPR, there were 5 people who were extravagant because they always followed their passions and sought pleasure while the other 15 were frugal because they knew the limits of consumption and had also been accustomed from a young age not to be extravagant in their consumption. use property. Of the two differences are influenced by personality factors as well as social factors. An overview of Islamic economics on consumption behavior is that it does not apply extravagantly and excessively and does not apply dzalim, because Islamic economics has the main goal of seeking maslahah to achieve success and prosperity in life in this world and the hereafter.
