The teacher's ability to summarize learning material for students is important because it will provide confirmation of the material that has been studied at the meeting. In concluding the material the teacher can provide a summary of important points regarding the material studied at the meeting. Students will also find it easier to understand the meeting material. Students come to know the essence of learning. The aim of summarizing the learning material is to determine the teacher's level of success in providing explanations of the subject matter. This study covers various methods and strategies used in summarizing learning material, including training, collaboration between teachers, and the application of educational technology. Through the use of these approaches, this journal explores the results of improving the quality of teaching and learning processes in education. The results of this research underline the importance of developing teachers' abilities in summarizing learning material as one of the main factors in creating an effective learning environment. This journal provides valuable insights for educators, educational policy makers, and researchers to continue to develop approaches that can improve teachers' abilities to summarize learning material effectively, which in turn will contribute to increasing student achievement and the overall quality of education

Every village is required to provide the best possible service to the community in the areas of writing letters, population data collection, and other needs related to village office services. The process still requires residents to come and follow the procedures to get the letter. In this case, the letter cannot be processed in one day because often the village head who is authorized to sign the letter is not there because he is on assignment out of the area. So wait for the next day or wait for a confirmation Wats app from the Kadilangon village administration department to come and pick up the letter that has been processed. This process requires more time to carry out and obtain services and documentation of letters submitted by Kadilangon village residents. The process of serving letters submitted online is to make it easier for residents in terms of the application process and for employees themselves to make the documentation and report letter process easier. The author created a community service information system in Kadilangon village. In this system, residents can apply for letter permits online. It is hoped that this will make the letter application process faster and easier because the system can be accessed from anywhere. With this community service system, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of the service process to the people of Kadilangon village.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the occurrence of the return of containers from the port to PT. Sentra Sinar Baru (Persero) Central Java Region due to not being loaded on the ship, delivery orders issued before confirmation to the depot, damage to containers during loading and unloading at the port and at the depo container yard. The data collection method used by the author is the observation method by making direct observations at PT. Sentra Sinar Baru Semarang Branch, interview method by interviewing several staff at PT. Sentra Sinar Baru Semarang Branch, the method of studying the literature contained in the book as a reference in this writing, as well as the method of documentation carried out by collecting documents deemed relevant to the title. The results of this discussion indicate that the prevention of containers that are not loaded on the ship by PT. Sentra Sinar Baru (Persero) in the Central Java region, reducing the occurrence of delivery orders issued early with effective communication between shipping companies and depots, minimizing damage to containers at the port or at the container yard.

The Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) carried out by the government based on Minister of Agrarian Regulation number 6 of 2018 is the first land registration activity carried out simultaneously for all land registration objects throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in one village/kelurahan or other name. at the same level, which includes the collection of physical data and juridical data regarding one or several land registration objects for registration purposes with the aim of providing legal certainty and legal protection of land rights in a definite, simple, fast, smooth, safe, fair, equitable and open manner. and accountable so that it can improve the welfare and prosperity of society and the country's economy as well as reduce and prevent land disputes and conflicts. The research method used in this research is sociological juridical legal research and descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the mechanism for implementing the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) by the Boalemo Regency Land Office has been carried out based on the procedures mandated in the Regulations. Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 6 of 2018 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration which includes: Planning Stage, Location Determination, Preparation, Formation and Determination of the PTSL Adjudication Committee and Task Force (SATGAS), Counseling, Collection of Physical Data and Data Juridical, Juridical Data Research for Proving Rights, Announcement of Physical Data and Juridical Data and Validation, Completion of PTSL Activities, Confirmation of Conversion, Recognition of Rights and Granting of Rights, Bookkeeping and/or Issuance of Certificates, Documentation and Submission of Activity Results and Reporting of PTSL Activity Results. Although the mechanism for implementing the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) by the Boalemo Regency Land Office has been carried out in accordance with procedures. Thus, at the implementation level there are still obstacles in implementing the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) which is oriented towards quantity targets which makes it possible to ignore quality. As for the obstacles faced, both internal obstacles are obstacles faced by the Boalemo Regency Land Office that come from within the agency and External Obstacles are obstacles faced that come from outside the Boalemo Regency Land Office agency.

This final project aims to explain about Telephone Operator Service Communication (Front Office) with Major Departments Regarding Guest Requests at Gumaya Tower Hotel Semarang. Communication that is not going well, such as the absence of confirmation from between major departments, can make service less than optimal, causing guest complaints to occur. The data collection method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using observation data collection techniques, literature study and documentation in order to obtain accurate data regarding efforts to improve service to hotel guests. The research results that can be obtained from this study are that communication between major departments is very important in improving service to hotel guests. Telephone Operators also have a very important role in handling guest requests so that when guests need assistance and have requests telephone operators can help as much as possible so that guests feel satisfied. However, if the communication between the telephone operator and the relevant major departments does not go well, this can cause guest complaints. Good communication between the Telephone Operator (Front Office) and the major departments at Gumaya Tower Hotel Semarang can create good service and image for the hotel and can increase guest satisfaction.

Organizations use standardized systems to ensure a balance of comparison and reporting. The application of the Accounting Information System (SIA) in non-governmental organizations has not been carried out optimally due to several obstacles. This study seeks to explore the use of accounting information systems used by non-governmental organizations in the Central Java region and to determine whether these organizations are capable of designing systems independently in accordance with international standards. The study also evaluates system usage, user competence, system quality, design capabilities and their impact on financial reporting. The research method used surveys and interviews of 50 employees of non-governmental organizations who had used accounting information systems. Quantitative data processing using the SPSS program and thematic analysis for interview results. The findings of this study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Accounting Confirmation System and financial reporting. The findings show that there is a positive and significant relationship between AIS and financial reporting. However, it was also found that not all were able to design the SIA independently due to a shortage of experts and funding.

Therefore, this study wants to test whether there is an effect of motivation and work supervision on work productivity with soft skills and social relations as intervening variables on the employees of PDAM Tirta Silau Piasa. This type of research uses causal research which aims to test hypotheses on a causal relationship between one variable and another, then determines the implications for confirmation of theoretical and empirical models built from Work Motivation and Supervision. The results of the study show that the procurement of human resources has a very large influence on the work productivity of employees at PDAM Tirta Silau Piasa. This is because with quality human resources, PDAM Tirta Silau Piasa will be more consistent in carrying out its functions. In addition, procurement of human resources will create improved performance results compared to previous results.

In its legal aspect, control over objects that serve as collateral for a debt gives birth to material rights that provide privileges to creditors in the event that the debtor is unable to pay obligations while at the same time providing legal protection to creditors in carrying out their debts. Law Number 42 of 1992 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees provides a legal basis regarding the implementation of guarantees as guarantees for repayment of debts from debtors. The enactment of the law regarding fiduciary guarantees is expected to provide proportionality between debtors and creditors. In its development, the implementation of execution in the context of fiduciary guarantee law through the Constitutional Court Decision Number 2/PUU-XIX/2021 which is a form of explanation as well as confirmation of the Constitutional Court Decision 18/PUU-XVII/2019 regarding the application of execution of fiduciary guarantees has had legal implications in society . Based on the Constitutional Court's decision which created a new norm in the context of executing fiduciary guarantees, it directly changes the procedures and conditions that must be met for the execution of parate execution by creditors in the event that the debtor acknowledges default and voluntarily surrenders the object of fiduciary collateral so that it is expected can realize the principles of legal certainty, justice and benefit within the framework of the principle of proportionality between debtors and creditors in the practice of Fiduciary Guarantees.

This study provides several design systems, the design of system architecture, the DFD system, the design of the interface, and the design of system testing. The system was created using the framework laravel. As for the results of the final assignment research "typical web-based appendage". In this system, there are two users, the user as the store and the user as the buyer. On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

Dana pensiun merupakan salah satu bentuk perencanaan dana di masa depan untuk menjamin kesejahteraan finansial bagi karyawan yang telah pensiun. Studi ini bertujuan menguji secara empiris pengaruh bias konfirmasi dalam keputusan investasi dana pensiun pada karyawan PT. Pearland. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 karyawan yang berada pada level manajemen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Studi ini membuktikan bahwa karyawan tidak dipengaruhi oleh bias konfirmasi dalam keputusan investasi dana pensiun. Gender juga tidak memoderasi pengaruh bias konfirmasi dalam keputusan investasi dana pensiun.

Tidak  dapat  disangkal  bahwa  Didache  yang  dikenal  sebagai  “ajaran Tuhan  kita  Yesus  Kristus  melalui  tradisi  para  rasul”  menunjukkan kesaksian otentik Gereja universal sejak pertengahan abad pertama hingga saat ini. Itulah sebabnya, betapa pentingnya memahami perkembangan  ajaran  iman  Kristiani  dalam  Tradisi  Gereja  perdana hingga saat ini. Refleksi iman Kristiani menunjukkan bahwa tak ada berubah dalam iman Kristiani, hanya cara kita mengungkapkannya yang berkembang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Penghayatan liturgi Gereja,  terutama  Sakramen  Inisiasi  sejak  era  Didache  hingga  saat ini tetap, konsisten, dan dinamis, namun Tradisi mencatat adanya perkembangan yang signifikan dan kekayaan ritus liturgi Gereja sepanjang zaman.
