This research is motivated by the results of initial observations that the quality of public services in birth certificate services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ciamis Regency still needs to be improved, considering the number of people who still do not have birth certificates is still large. Supporting infrastructure for services that are less noticed. This is evidenced by the lack of respect from the government in this case is the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ciamis Regency, in relation to the facilities and infrastructure of service providers. Not infrequently when people need birth certificates, there are no forms provided by the government to print birth certificates. The low public satisfaction with government services can also be seen from the quality of population services, there are still many complaints from the public regarding the quality of services of these agencies such as making certificates is still difficult and takes a long time compared to the normal time for completion, which can be more than a day. Therefore, many people will complain of irritation with the public services they receive. The influence of the quality of public services on Public Satisfaction. needs to be followed up. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method. The results of the study show that service quality has an effect on public satisfaction, with a level of influence in the sufficient category. This shows that service quality has a positive effect on public satisfaction. With quality service, it will open up opportunities to obtain maximum public satisfaction. Facilities and infrastructure have an effect on public satisfaction, with a level of influence in the sufficient category. This shows that facilities and infrastructure have a positive effect on public satisfaction. With the existence of facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of services, it will open up opportunities to obtain maximum public satisfaction. The quality of service and facilities and infrastructure have an effect on public satisfaction, with a level of influence in the sufficient category. This research was conducted because the author observed the conditions at the Ciamis Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Office, which showed that some employees had suboptimal performance even though they already had adequate competence. This low performance is caused by a lack of attention and support from leaders, lack of cooperation between divisions, employee competencies that are still below organizational expectations, and rapid development of information technology that is not balanced by the improvement of knowledge, skills, and work attitudes of employees. As a result, the results of the work produced have not been optimal. Many employees lack discipline in carrying out the rules and work procedures set by the organization, which can also be seen from the untimely attendance and the presence of employees who are absent from their duties. Employee empowerment is also uneven because employees who have the necessary skills are limited, so more work is done by certain employees only. The delegation of work is also often not accompanied by a complete explanation to the recipient, causing the completion of the work to exceed the set time target and the quality of the work is not optimal. The purpose of this research is to study, know, and analyze the influence of the work environment, competence, and empowerment on employee performance. This study uses an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach, as well as descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis techniques with correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis tools. The results of the study show that the work environment, competence, and empowerment are empirically in high condition, and have a significant influence on employee performance. A good work environment, very high competence, and optimal empowerment have a positive effect on high employee performance.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How is the management information system in the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency. (2) How is the effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency. (3) How does the management information system affect the effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The management information system in the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency. (2) The effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency. (3) The effect of the management information system on the effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Simple Linear Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The information management system in the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency is very high. The highest value on the system quality indicator and the lowest value on the usage indicator. (2) The effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency is very high. The highest value on the time measurement indicator and the lowest value on the result measurement indicator. (3) The information management system has a positive effect on the effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency. This means that if the information management system is improved, the effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency will also increase.

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of work discipline and work environment on the work productivity of employees in the production department of the company CV Putra AR Ciamis. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a sample size of 70 people. The data collection technique uses an offline questionnaire. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The research results show that simultaneously work discipline and the work environment have a significant effect on productivity. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on work productivity.

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Ciamis Tahu Bulat Jempol Home Industry Company. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a sample size of 50 people. The data collection technique uses an offline questionnaire. The data used is primary blood. The analytical tool used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 25. The research results show that simultaneously Work Discipline and Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance.

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted healthcare systems worldwide, and one of the affected healthcare services is the immunization program. People are hesitant to undergo immunization due to the fear of contracting Covid-19 when visiting healthcare facilities. Midwives have duties and authority in providing healthcare services, including complete basic immunization. This study aims to determine the relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of midwives and the performance of complete basic immunization services. This is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach conducted offline at the Ciamis and Cijeungjing Community Health Centers. The study involved 47 midwife respondents. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between midwives' attitudes (0.000) and the performance of complete basic immunization, but knowledge is not significantly related to the performance of complete basic immunization services.

Employee performance at the P2KBP3A Service is not optimal, which can be seen from the delays in completing work and the work results achieved are not in accordance with the established standards. Then the performance of these employees is also influenced by the merit system which is not optimal, which is caused by the fact that ASN are still found not showing their professionalism in serving the community and an attitude of underestimating work arises because they realize that they have the abilities and expertise that are highly expected and are the mainstay of the leadership. Employee performance is also influenced by motivation which is not optimal, this is caused by the lack of dedication and loyalty of employees in working even though they have received a decent salary and the level of promotion for employees who excel is not optimal. This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The effect of the merit system on the performance of employees at the P2KBP3A Service of Ciamis Regency. (2) The effect of motivation on the performance of employees at the P2KBP3A Service of Ciamis Regency. (3) The effect of the merit system and motivation on the performance of employees at the P2KBP3A Service of Ciamis Regency. This type of research is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The merit system has a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the merit system is improved, then employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency will also increase. (2) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation is improved, then employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency will also increase. (3) The merit system and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency.

Sadananya District implements community-based tourism as an empowerment approach that involves and positions the community as an important actor in the context of a new development paradigm, namely sustainable development (Sustainable Development Paradigm). The purpose of community empowerment itself is basically to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of each individual, so that they have the ability to work and strive independently in order to improve their quality of life. In addition, the purpose of empowerment is to increase the potential of the community to be able to improve the quality of life for all members of the community through self-help activities (Sutarto, 2007: 153). Primary data is obtained raw from the community and still requires further analysis. Qualitative research is to create systematic, factual and accurate observations regarding the facts or characteristics of a particular population or area. Based on the description of the research results and discussions that have been carried out, the researcher can draw conclusions, including development efforts in the Bendasari, Tanjungsari, and Gunungsari Tourism Villages which are carried out through: (a) Human resource development is carried out through training, discussions, and others. (b) Partnership with River Tubing, Taruna Karya, PLN, Resque, and parties engaged in tourism. (c) Village Government Activities, namely holding meetings, discussions, joint sports. (d) Promotion through social media, word of mouth, publications. (e) Festivals or competitions, namely bird singing competitions held at the Bukit Bubulak tourist attraction in Bendasari Village. (f) Fostering Community Organizations by inviting the community to participate in managing Tourism Villages. (e) Cooperation with Universities or colleges in Ciamis Regency and its surroundings.

This study aims to empower farmer groups in applying appropriate technology to rice farming productivity in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The research methods used include field surveys and analysis of productivity data from farmers who apply this technology compared to those who do not. Primary data was collected through structured interviews with farmers and direct observation in the field during the research period. Data analysis was carried out by comparing rice production results, efficiency of using agricultural inputs, and farmer income before and after adopting appropriate technology. The research results show that the adoption of appropriate technology significantly increases rice productivity in terms of the number of harvests per hectare and reduces the costs of certain inputs such as fertilizers and pesticides. In addition, farmers who apply this technology also report better income increases compared to conventional methods. These findings support the importance of implementing appropriate technology in improving food security and the economy of farmers in rural areas such as Sukajadi Village. This research contributes to expanding understanding of the practical benefits of appropriate technology in the context of rice farming in Indonesia.

this study focuses on Human Resource Administration at the Office of Human Resources and Human Resource Development Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study is for the implementation of Human Resources Administration at the Office of Human Resources and Human Resources Development Ciamis Regency. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method is used which is a study designed to describe the atmosphere of a location based on observation data, actions, language and text. Based on the observations made in this study, the observation of the authors can be concluded that the implementation of Human Resource Management to the agency for Human Resource Development and Human Resources Ciamis Regency is still less than optimal. Some employees are not distributed according to their area of expertise or expertise. The process of work performed is less than optimal and the results of the work are not good enough. The recruitment process is also less than optimal and can have a bad impact on the institution and the organization itself. The assignment of employees must be carried out in accordance with their individual abilities. The misalignment of the employee with his area of expertise and skills can have a significant impact on which agency to hire in the future.

This research is motivated by the low effectiveness of employee work. This is thought to be due to the lack of productivity in the implementation of main tasks and functions due to the lack of knowledge, insight and technology which of course relates to employee competence. The low effectiveness of employee work is also thought to be due to the slow implementation of work programs from the planning that has been set on the grounds that there are many jobs that are difficult to do. The purpose of this study is to determine how employee competence affects employee work effectiveness, how commitment affects employee work effectiveness, and how employee competence and commitment together affect employee work effectiveness. The method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method. To analyze it, statistical correlation and multiple regression test data analysis was used using SPSS version 22.00. The results of the study obtained provide the conclusion that employee competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness, commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness, and employee competence and commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness.

This study aims to find out how the traditional of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village knowing the rules in establishing a house in Kuta Traditional Village, as well as to find out why the traditional of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village is still carried out in the modernization era. This research is descriptive with qualitative methods, data collection is carried but by observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The results showed that until now the tradition of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village is still carried out by following the rules, rituals or existing traditions

A letter is a means of conveying information in writing from one party to another. Then there are elements that fall into the category of Indonesian language errors in this letter, namely errors in using letters, errors in writing words, errors in writing punctuation marks, ineffective use of words. Errors in correspondence made by writers do not refer to letter writing standards, based on the letter writers' knowledge and skills regarding grammar and limited letter form. The location of this research is the Sindangkasih sub-district office, Ciamis Regency. The aim is to improve letter writing in agencies because there is a habit where writers only rely on samples without following new rules. The research method used in this research is descriptive analytical method. The sampling carried out was comparing three letters as material for research. The results obtained from the research and analysis on the effectiveness of sentences were six errors from the 3 letters, and in spelling errors there were nine errors from the 3 letters.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee discipline in the Motorized Vehicle Testing Division of the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this research were employees of the Motor Vehicle Testing Section of the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. Sampling in this research used a saturated sample of 43 respondents. The analytical method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that compensation and work motivation simultaneously had an effect on employee discipline. Partially, compensation variables affect employee discipline. Partially, work motivation variables affect employee discipline

Covid-19 is an acute respiratory disease caused by a new type of corona virus. This disease first broke out in Wuhan, China and then spread to almost the entire world and caused a global pandemic. The main symptoms of Covid-19 disease include cough, fever and shortness of breath. The Covid-19 pandemic has brought changes to various aspects of life, one of which is social change. One form of social change that occurred amid the Covid-19 pandemic was the birth of a new normal era. This new lifestyle allows all activities to resume but by implementing strict health protocols. This is the government's effort to keep all activities moving but also continue to try to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19. The purpose of this community service is to improve health status and provide education regarding steps to prevent Covid-19 in the school environment. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Based on the program, this activity also appealed to all students, teachers and school principals about Clean and Healthy Lifestyles (PHBS) and Hand Washing with Soap (CTPS), using masks and hand sanitizers. To prevent and anticipate the spread of the Covid-19 virus, public awareness is needed to actively implement PHBS and CTPS.

The purpose of this writing is to analyze and evaluate the dissemination strategy carried out by the Communication and Information Service (DISKOMINFO) in improving information services to the people in Ciamis Regency. This research was conducted with the aim of improving and increasing the effectiveness of existing dissemination strategies and providing recommendations for further improvement. The method used in this study was data collection through observation, interviews with Diskominfo staff, and analysis of related documentation. the research results show that in improving information services to the public, Diskominfo needs to adopt an effective dissemination strategy. By building a reliable communication infrastructure, utilizing social media and digital platforms, establishing partnerships and collaborations, and increasing digital literacy, Diskominfo can be more effective in conveying information to the public. With the right strategy, Diskominfo can achieve their goal of providing quality and equitable information services to the public.
