Sistem informasi keuangan berperan penting dalam mengelola keuangan gereja, sehingga bisa memantau aliran uang, struktur modal, serta hasil secara rutin. Gereja St. Simon Petrus Anaranda di Kecamatan Wewaria, Kabupaten Ende, sampai saat ini masih mencatat keuangan dengan cara manual.  Cara ini memiliki banyak kelemahan, antara lain risiko tinta memudar, potensi kesalahan pencatatan akibat banyaknya transaksi, data yang tidak terintegrasi, serta hasil perhitungan yang kurang akurat. Selain itu, metode manual memerlukan pencatatan dan pemeriksaan berulang sehingga berisiko kehilangan data dan menyulitkan pertanggungjawaban di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Keuangan Gereja Katolik St. Simon Petrus Anaranda berbasis web sebagai solusi penyimpanan data keuangan yang lebih terstruktur, aman, dan terintegrasi. Sistem ini dibuat untuk mempercepat pelaporan keuangan, meningkatkan ketepatan pencatatan, serta mendukung keterbukaan dan kemudahan dalam pemantauan oleh pengurus gereja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian lapangan untuk mendapatkan data yang sebenarnya sebagai landasan pengembangan sistem. Dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, metode yang digunakan adalah waterfall dengan tahapan analisis, desain, pelaksanaan, dan implementasi. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membantu pengelolaan keuangan gereja secara digital, terorganisir, dan profesional. Proses pencatatan dan pelaporan lebih efisien, transparan, minim kesalahan, serta mampu menghasilkan laporan yang siap dicetak dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan kepada umat dan keuskupan.

The Wali Nagari Office of Simalidu continues to face challenges in disseminating information due to the lack of an official digital platform. Information is currently delivered manually via bulletin boards, limiting public access and reducing efficiency. This study aims to design and develop a website-based information system for the Wali Nagari Office of Simalidu to improve communication effectiveness between the local government and the community. The research applies the Waterfall method, starting from requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The main features include a homepage, a village profile, news/information, activities, employee data, a message page, and a contact page. System testing was conducted using the Blackbox Testing method to ensure that all functions operate as expected. The results show that the website-based information system enables village officials to deliver information quickly, accurately, and effectively to the public. It also allows the community to easily access up-to-date information regarding activities, profiles, and services at the Wali Nagari Office of Simalidu. Thus, this system improves transparency, accountability, and the quality of public services.

Financial administration plays a crucial role in village-level governance, requiring transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the use of public funds. Currently, the Hameli Ate Village Office still relies on manual methods to manage its financial administration, including recording cash receipts and expenditures using notebooks and simple spreadsheets. This approach presents various issues, such as the risk of data loss, calculation errors, delays in report preparation, and difficulties in tracking and collecting financial transaction data. This study aims to develop a web-based financial administration information system to assist village officials in managing financial data more effectively, efficiently, and in an integrated manner. The methods applied include observation, interviews, and document collection to understand system requirements, while the system development process is implemented using the Waterfall model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database and is designed to generate financial reports automatically and in real time. The testing results show that the system can handle income and expenditure data more quickly, accurately, and in a user-friendly manner. With the implementation of this information system, the financial administration process at the Hameli Ate Village Office becomes more transparent, accountable, and facilitates data-driven decision-making.

Sapi merupakan salah satu hewan ternak yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi, namun rentan terhadap berbagai penyakit, khususnya penyakit pernapasan. Untuk mendukung proses diagnosis penyakit secara cepat dan akurat, diperlukan sistem pakar berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar yang mampu mendiagnosis penyakit pernapasan pada sapi dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu mengolah data dengan pendekatan probabilistik yang efisien serta menghasilkan prediksi yang akurat meskipun dengan data terbatas. Sistem dirancang dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Data gejala dan penyakit diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan dokter hewan, mencakup 16 gejala dan 9 jenis penyakit pernapasan yang umum terjadi, kemudian digunakan sebagai data latih dalam proses klasifikasi. Sistem menerapkan perhitungan probabilitas melalui tahapan prior, likelihood, dan posterior untuk menghasilkan diagnosis yang paling mungkin. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil diagnosa sistem dengan diagnosa pakar, dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mencapai tingkat akurasi sebesar 90%, yang membuktikan keandalannya dalam penerapan praktis. Selain memberikan hasil diagnosis berdasarkan gejala yang dipilih pengguna, sistem ini juga menampilkan deskripsi penyakit dan saran penanganan. Dengan adanya fitur tersebut, sistem pakar ini diharapkan dapat membantu peternak dalam mendeteksi penyakit pernapasan pada sapi lebih dini, mempercepat proses penanganan, mengurangi kerugian ekonomi, serta menjadi alat teknologi yang mudah diakses untuk mendukung praktik kedokteran hewan di wilayah pedesaan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Persandian Kabupaten Bungo guna meningkatkan efektivitas layanan informasi publik. Dalam pelaksanaannya, penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dengan tahapan identifikasi masalah, analisis, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian, dan implementasi. Sistem yang dikembangkan berbasis web dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai teknologi utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi PPID yang dirancang mampu memfasilitasi proses permohonan informasi, pengelolaan dokumen, serta pelayanan informasi publik secara cepat, tepat, dan transparan. Sistem ini dilengkapi fitur login, permohonan informasi, pengelolaan kategori dan dokumen, laporan, serta keberatan informasi, yang dapat diakses oleh admin maupun pengunjung. Melalui pengujian black box, sistem terbukti berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan kualitas pelayanan informasi publik meningkat, partisipasi masyarakat terhadap keterbukaan informasi bertambah, serta kepercayaan publik terhadap pemerintah semakin kuat. Namun, sistem masih memiliki keterbatasan, khususnya dalam hal keamanan data. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan lebih lanjut disarankan untuk meningkatkan perlindungan terhadap data sensitif dan integritas informasi.

BUMDes Wue merupakan lembaga desa yang mengelola layanan air bersih untuk masyarakat Desa Wue, Kecamatan Wolomeze, Kabupaten Ngada. Proses administrasi pembayaran air yang masih dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan berbagai kendala, seperti risiko kehilangan data, keterlambatan pencatatan, serta ketidakefisienan dalam pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi administrasi pembayaran air berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh BUMDes Wue untuk mengelola data pelanggan, pembayaran, tagihan, dan laporan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, dengan antarmuka yang dirancang agar mudah digunakan oleh petugas BUMDes. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai harapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini mampu menggantikan sistem manual secara efektif, meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, efisiensi waktu, serta mempermudah proses pelaporan keuangan dan monitoring pelanggan. Sistem ini juga diharapkan dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk mendukung notifikasi otomatis kepada pelanggan dan pengelolaan data yang lebih aman dan terstruktur.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan, termasuk bidang perdagangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjualan pakaian adat Bajawa secara online yang dapat diterapkan pada kelompok indigo masyarakat Langa, Kabupaten Ngada. Kelompok ini selama ini melakukan proses penjualan secara tradisional melalui pasar lokal dan media sosial, yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam pencatatan transaksi, jangkauan pemasaran, dan pengelolaan data barang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah metode waterfall. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL, dan diuji menggunakan metode black box testing untuk memastikan semua fitur berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dibangun mampu memberikan kemudahan dalam proses penjualan pakaian adat secara online, mulai dari pengelolaan data barang, pemesanan, hingga pembayaran. Sistem ini juga mendukung peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi bagi kelompok penenun dalam memasarkan produk mereka secara lebih luas dan terstruktur.

The performance of investigators in resolving criminal cases is one of the key indicators of police effectiveness. However, the Semendawai Suku III Police Sector still faces challenges in monitoring case resolution due to the lack of an integrated reporting system and minimal documentation of investigators’ knowledge. This study aims to develop an interactive dashboard system based on Knowledge Management to assist in monitoring case resolution performance and support data- and knowledge-based decision-making processes. The research employs the Prototype method, involving several stages: needs analysis, system design, system development, testing, and refinement. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The implementation results show that the dashboard can display data on criminal reports, case resolutions, and pending cases in an informative and integrated manner. In addition, the knowledge base feature functions as a medium for storing and sharing investigators’ experiences (lesson learned), allowing field knowledge to be reused by other officers when handling similar cases. Overall, the implementation of the interactive dashboard system based on Knowledge Management at the Semendawai Suku III Police Sector successfully improves work efficiency, strengthens the transparency of investigative performance, and builds a foundation for sustainable organizational learning within the police environment.

The Watu Kawula Health Center is one of the first level health service facilities that has an important role in providing health services to the community. However, in the implementation of administration, various obstacles are still found such as manual patient data recording, slow service data collection process, and difficulties in reporting and searching data. To overcome these problems, a computerized administrative information system is needed to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management.This research aims to design and build an integrated administrative information system at the Watu Kawula Health Center. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed using the MySQL database and PHP programming language, and is accessed through a web-based interface.The results of the development of the system show that this administrative information system is able to speed up the process of recording patient data, medical services, and making routine reports. In addition, the system also makes it easier for administrative officers to manage information in a structured and systematic manner. With this system, it is hoped that administrative services at the Watu Kawula Health Center can run more effectively and efficiently.

Kadi Pada Village is one of the villages that still manages population data manually, which often causes difficulties in recording, searching, and reporting population data. The manual process is also prone to input errors, data duplication, and lost documents. Therefore, a web-based information system is needed that can help village officials manage population data more effectively and efficiently. This study aims to design and build a web-based population data processing system that can be used by village officials to record, update, and present population data digitally. The methodology used in developing this system is the waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The technologies used include HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL as databases. The result of this design is an information system that has main features such as population data management, family data management (Family Card), recording population mutations (birth, moving, death), and making reports in digital format. With this system, it is hoped that the population administration process in Kadi Village will be faster, more accurate, and more organized.

Promotion and provision of information on subsidized housing for low-income communities (MBR) is still carried out conventionally, such as throught brochures, banners or exhibitions. This method is considered less effective in reaching the wider community, especially the younger generation who are more familiar with digital technology. This research aims to design and create a web-based information system for sales promotion of subsidized housing at Mutiara Gerden Housing. This system is expected to increase the attractiveness and trust of potential buyers towards the products offered, as well as help developers in conveying information more quickly, widely and interactively. This research uses the waterfall method which includes problem identification, problem analysis, goal determination, literature study, data collection (observation, interviews, dan document study), system design including problem analysis, design, coding, and testing. System implementation is carried out after the design is completed, followed by testing using the black box method to ensure functionality and error handing. The programming lannguages used are HTML and PHP for web services, and MySQL as the database. System design also utilized the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with diagrams such as use case diagrams, and activity diagrams. The result of thir research is a web-based subsidized housing sales, promotion information system application thet helps promote houses in Mutiara Garden Housing. This application includes a login page for accesing the system, a product deatil page for complete information, a product booking page for unit reservations, and a home menu for a product overview. This system is expected to make it easir for employees to promote homes more effectively and efficiently.

The selection process for prospective cadets at a maritime college is routinely carried out every year. In the current system, the processing and calculation of prospective cadet scores uses Microsoft Excel tools, but this takes a long time and can lead to errors in the calculation of scores and the recapitulation of selection results. In addition, unintegrated data can lead to data duplication, resulting in inaccurate selection results that can be detrimental to prospective cadets. A fast, precise, and accurate integrated decision support system is needed to support the selection process for prospective cadets. The author conducted a study on the prospective cadet admission system at UNIMAR AMNI Semarang using the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to assist in the selection of qualified prospective cadets who meet the established criteria. With this decision support system using the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, it can be used to solve the selection problem for prospective cadets because it has a short calculation time, is simple, transparent, and has high flexibility. This system will be built using the Codeigniter Framework and a MySQL database.

Pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di kantor kelurahan merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung tertib administrasi dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Namun, dalam praktiknya, masih banyak kelurahan yang menerapkan sistem manual sehingga berdampak pada lambatnya proses pelayanan dan tingginya risiko kesalahan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi layanan penduduk berbasis web yang dapat membantu proses administrasi secara lebih efektif dan efisien di Kantor Lurah Pulau Temiang. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Fitur utama dalam sistem ini meliputi pendaftaran surat pengantar, pengelolaan data penduduk, serta pelaporan kegiatan pelayanan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mempercepat proses pelayanan, meminimalisir kesalahan pencatatan, serta memudahkan pengelolaan data penduduk secara digital dan terpusat. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mendukung digitalisasi pelayanan publik di tingkat kelurahan.

Attendance is an essential component of school management that serves as both proof of presence and a basis for evaluating the discipline of teachers, students, and staff. The manual attendance system that is still widely used often leads to several issues, such as delayed data recapitulation, potential attendance manipulation, and low recording accuracy. This study aims to design and develop a web-based attendance application at SD Negeri 19 Pasar Cubadak by integrating geolocation, timestamp, and face recognition features as attendance validation tools. The research method employed is the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Waterfall software development model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was developed using the Laravel framework with PHP and JavaScript programming languages and a MySQL database. The results show that the web-based attendance application can record attendance in real-time, automatically validate user location and identity, and generate accurate and transparent attendance reports. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) results indicate that the system is user-friendly, improves recapitulation efficiency, and assists the principal in objectively monitoring school members’ discipline. Therefore, this application is expected to serve as a modern solution to enhance the effectiveness of attendance administration in primary education environments.

Inventory management plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth business operations by preventing stockouts that may cause losses. Toko Cat Gani still relies on manual recording, which is prone to data loss, duplicate entries, and delays in stock reporting, thus requiring a systematic solution. This study aims to design and implement a web-based inventory information system using the buffer stock method to overcome these issues. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) with a prototype model, consisting of needs analysis, system design, validation, and testing stages. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP, featuring item data management, supplier management, inbound and outbound transactions, buffer stock calculations, and real-time inventory reports. The implementation results show that the system facilitates transaction recording, minimizes data entry errors, provides notifications when stock reaches the minimum threshold, and generates accurate and timely reports. Expert validation and user testing confirm that the system is feasible and effective in supporting inventory management at Toko Cat Gani. Therefore, the implementation of a web-based inventory information system with the buffer stock method can be considered an efficient and reliable solution to improve accuracy and effectiveness in inventory control.

The current advancements in information technology have brought significant benefits to the industrial world, particularly in the automotive sector. Website development in business and computer- based academic information system development are among the utilization of information technology. With information technology, Carsentro dealer data can be processed quickly and easily, enabling the presentation of accurate, fast, transparent, and efficient administrative information reports. The purpose of developing this system is to address existing issues in the old system by creating an administration information system for Carsentro dealer rental payment data. The implementation of a new system for Carsentro dealer data can improve record-keeping accountability, thus avoiding manual input recording errors that cannot be monitored by dealers renting space at Carsentro. In the development of this administrative information system, the data to be inputted includes information on when dealers joined the Carsentro ecosystem, the amount of monthly rental fee invoices, payment data, and dealer debt or receivables data. The software used is DBMS (Database Management System) MySql as the data storage medium, while programming languages such as PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML are used for interface development. This aims to facilitate both users and administrators in managing data.

Employee performance appraisal is a crucial aspect of human resource management and development, as the evaluation results serve as the basis for managerial decision-making, including promotions, incentives, and career development. However, unstructured assessment sistems often hinder the objectivity, transparency, and accuracy of performance evaluations. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Decision Support Sistem (DSS) to assess the performance of Biller employees at the ULP PLN Kuala office by applying the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. TOPSIS was selected because it effectively addresses multi-criteria decision-making problems by comparing each alternative to both positive and negative ideal solutions. The evaluation criteria include invoice achievement, account return balance, and PAL balance. The sistem was developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database, ensuring integration and accessibility. The test results indicate that the sistem is capable of providing employee rankings in an objective and measurable manner. Based on the calculation, Tri Widodo achieved the highest score (0.8027), demonstrating the best performance among the evaluated employees. The implementation of this TOPSIS-based DSS makes the performance appraisal process more sistematic, efficient, transparent, and accurate, thereby contributing to the improvement of human resource management quality within the organization.

This method has limitations, such as difficulty detecting when fingers are not in ideal condition and causing queues during peak hours. This research aims to design and implement an Android-based attendance system using the Eigenface facial recognition method as a faster, safer, and more accurate alternative. Eigenface works by extracting facial features using Principal Component Analysis (PCA), thus being able to efficiently recognize individual identities. The system was developed with MySQL database integration and tested on employees of Khalishah General Hospital. The implementation results showed that the system can recognize faces with a good level of accuracy and increase the effectiveness of attendance recording. Furthermore, the use of facial-based attendance can minimize the potential for fraud and increase user comfort because it does not require physical contact. Thus, the Eigenface method has proven feasible to be implemented as a modern attendance solution to support employee attendance management in hospital work environments and other institutions.

       The rapid development of information technology has brought significant changes in the management of administrative processes in the field of education, including the process of student learning assessment. This study aims to design and develop a cloud-based report card application to assist Inpres Bhoanawa 1 Elementary School in managing academic data more effectively and securely. The system was developed using the PHP Native programming language and MySQL database, with a waterfall system development approach. The application has three main levels of access: school administrators, homeroom teachers, and subject teachers. School administrators are responsible for entering student data and granting access to homeroom teachers; homeroom teachers are responsible for entering learning objectives, student grades, and printing report cards; while subject teachers are responsible for entering formative and summative assessments as well as learning objectives. Cloud-based storage was chosen to ensure data security and availability, allowing access anytime and from any device connected to the internet.       The test results show that the system functions properly according to the design, features a simple interface, and is easy to operate even by users with limited technological skills. The implementation of this system can speed up the report card creation process, reduce the risk of data loss, and minimize paper usage, making it more environmentally friendly. In conclusion, this cloud-based report card application serves as a practical solution for elementary schools in managing student assessments while improving the efficiency of educational administration. Attendance systems are crucial for school management, including at MAS Al Riyadhul Janah. In today's advanced digital era, a web-based attendance system offers a modern solution to improve the efficiency of recording employee attendance.  Currently, MA Al Riyadhul Janah uses a conventional paper-based system for recording student attendance, which is inefficient. This new system is expected to simplify and expedite the attendance process. This research employs the Waterfall system development model.  System design utilizes the Unified Modeling Language (UML), while application implementation uses PHP for the web interface and MySQL for the database. The final product is a web-based attendance application for students. This application is expected to improve the accuracy of attendance data and simplify the monthly attendance summary process.   Keywords: Attendance, Web, QR Code, MySQL
