This dedication focuses on the perpetrators of the UMKM Village of Wadungasih, Kecamtan Buduran, Sidoarjo district. This dedication involves socialization activities with the stages of surveys, observations, and core activities. This dedication finds a lot of UMKM perpetrators who lack understanding of digital technology innovations as the times evolve. The purpose of this dedication is nothing more than a form of effort to develop and evaluate the progress of UMKM in an era of globalization where digital technology or e-commerce is used.

This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating parking management policies in minimizing illegal parking in the city of Surabaya. This research analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results show that the parking policy in the city of Surabaya has been implemented and implemented in stages, but this is still less effective in overcoming the problem of illegal parking in the city of Surabaya. In minimizing illegal parking in the city of Surabaya, the government must pay close attention and understand the obstacles faced by the community, improve the quality of parking services and optimize the use of parking lots and also reduce the number of illegal parking perpetrators.

Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan yang sangat ketat, perusahaan harus selalu berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan agar dapat memenuhi harapan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kepuasan mereka. Sorum Pak Haji Karya Jl. Parakan, sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa, harus memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan reputasi perusahaanPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Sorum Pak Haji Karya Jl. Parakan. Metode ini memungkinkan analisis yang lebih dalam dan lebih spesifik terhadap variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan kualitas pelayanan. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan digunakan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Sorum Pak Haji Karya Jl. ParakanBerdasarkan hasil survei ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keandalan layanan di sini menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan di antara responden.Mereka merasa layanan tersebut konsisten dalam menunjukkan sikap yang profesional. Selain itu, keamanan transaksi juga penilaian tinggi dari semua responden, menunjukkan bahwa dianggap aman dan dapat diandalkan Hal ini menunjukkan fokus yang kuat dalam mempertahankan kepuasan konsumen respons yang cepat dan bantuan yang efektifterlihat bahwa layanan ini mendapat penilaian yang cukup positif dalam beberapa aspek kunci. Pertama, respons terhadap keluhan konsumen dan kesediaan untuk membantu dinilai sangat baik oleh mayoritas responden, menunjukkan fokus yang kuat pada kepuasan pelanggan melalui respons yang efisien dan bantuan yang efektif.

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a crucial element in ensuring worker welfare and the smooth running of company operations. Even though SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) play an important role in the economy, the work accident rate in this sector is still high compared to large companies. Limited resources and lack of management support are often the main obstacles in implementing an effective K3 management system. Objective: This literature study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the K3 management system in SMEs, identify the challenges faced, and provide recommendations for improving the implementation of K3 in this sector. Methodology: This study uses a literature study approach by collecting and analyzing various academic sources including journal articles, government reports and relevant books. The literature search focused on academic databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and ProQuest, using keywords such as "OHS management system", "SME", "OHS effectiveness", and "work safety". Results: Findings show that implementing a comprehensive K3 management system in SMEs can reduce work accidents by up to 25% and increase awareness of the importance of K3. However, challenges such as limited resources, lack of management support, and loose regulations remain major obstacles. This study also found that SMEs that implement good K3 practices tend to have better financial performance. To improve K3 implementation in SMEs, increased access to K3 training and resources, ongoing education campaigns, development of a simple and effective K3 management system, as well as government support in the form of incentives and stricter regulations are needed. Conclusion: Although there are many challenges in implementing the K3 management system in SMEs, with the right approach and adequate support, SMEs can achieve a better level of work safety. This will not only improve worker welfare but also productivity and business sustainability.   Keywords: Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM), K3 Management System, K3 Effectiveness

Companies are legal entities that play an important role in the national economy. Like a human body, a company also needs good organization to achieve the targets and goals of the company. Company failures resulting from poor company management occur in international companies, namely the company Apple Inc, which is the most valuable company in the world which ends in 2022, reminding the importance of leadership in company. The research method used in this research uses the Systematic Literature Review method. There are several types of leadership in companies, including four, namely democratic, autocratic, affiliative and visionary leadership. This study concludes that leadership factors in operational management, finance and public relations have a significant impact on companies. Companies that implement democratic leadership tend to be more able to carry out management in all sectors of the company, while companies that implement leadership based on Islamic studies make the relationship between leaders and subordinates more peaceful compared to other types of leadership.

This study explores the impact of product and service innovation, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, human resource management, and digital marketing strategies on the profitability of companies. Utilizing a quantitative research methodology, data was collected through surveys and company financial reports and analyzed using statistical techniques, including linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that product and service innovation significantly enhances profitability, emphasizing the importance of continuous innovation. Operational efficiency, measured through lower operational costs, directly correlates with increased profit margins. Furthermore, a strong positive relationship exists between customer satisfaction and profitability, highlighting the importance of customer-centric strategies. Human resource management practices that promote employee satisfaction and productivity are also found to significantly impact profitability. Lastly, the adoption of digital marketing strategies is shown to boost sales volume and market reach, contributing positively to financial performance. These results suggest that companies should adopt a holistic approach to strategy development, integrating innovation, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, human resource management, and digital marketing to enhance profitability. The study underscores the need for companies to continuously evolve and adapt to market changes to sustain competitive advantage and long-term success.

Basic education plays a central role in character building and preparing individuals for the future. To achieve optimal goals, the policy and management system of education (Pendas) must be analysed in depth. This study uses a qualitative method with a library study approach to evaluate the pros and cons of the Pendas policy system and Pendas management system. Content analysis of relevant literature revealed that the Pendas policy system provides clarity of national vision and educational inclusion, although it is prone to bureaucracy and slow in adaptation. On the other hand, the Pendas management system offers local adaptability and active participation, but may face inter-agency coordination challenges. This study provides in-depth insights into critical components such as curriculum policy, human resource management and education evaluation and highlights the need for integrative strategies to strengthen an inclusive and competitive education system.

Carrying out construction activities is a complicated activity, problems often occur in the implementation of construction projects causing the owner to experience losses, obstacles that are often faced include delays in project completion time, project cost overruns and inconsistencies in the quality and quality of construction projects. As a solution, competent experts are needed who can manage and control construction projects to avoid the obstacles that often occur. Young Construction Management Experts are one of the experts regulated in SKKNI No. 390 of 2015 to manage and control all activities starting from the planning, design, tendering, implementation, to the post-implementation stages of construction projects. This article aims to identify the competencies needed to become a Young Construction Management Expert using the literature study method. The results obtained were 30 competencies of Young Construction Management Experts which were grouped into 3 aspects, namely knowledge aspects, skills aspects and attitude aspects. These 30 competencies were obtained from SKKNI and relevant journals and books.

In the managemen of teaching staff and educational sataff,several important factors that need to be considered are the development of teacher competency,time and resource management,and the use of technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Apart from that,management of teaching staff must also pay attetion to other aspects such as organizational culture,commonication and teacher job satisfaction.Thus,management of teaching staff and educational staff can be an effective strategy for improving the quality of education and increasing student achievement.

The basic principles of Islamic philanthropy management include sincerity, justice, target accuracy, efficiency and accountability. In its implementation, professional philanthropic institutions are established, effective fund collection systems, use of information technology, development of human resources, and development of innovative philanthropy programs. With effective management of Islamic philanthropy, it is hoped that it can create a just, prosperous and noble society.

This study aims to explore the influence of Islamic financial literacy on the personal financial management of students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business (FEBI) at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Using a causal quantitative method, the study involved a randomly selected sample of 49 FEBI students. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using linear regression analysis. The results showed that Islamic financial literacy has a significant impact on students' personal financial management. Good financial literacy helps students make wiser financial decisions, avoid uncontrollable debt, and achieve financial stability. This study also provides practical implications for educational institutions to enhance their curricula to better address Islamic financial literacy.

Maintaining the school environment is the responsibility of each individual to keep the environment clean and comfortable by doing waste management properly. Waste management is the activity of sorting waste according to its type, namely organic waste and non-organic waste. However, there are still many people who do not understand the importance of protecting the school environment by littering. Therefore, in this community service program, waste cleaning activities will be carried out in the SDK Lamablawa environment. The purpose of this activity is to increase the awareness and role of SDK Lamablawa students and teachers in maintaining cleanliness in the school environment. The implementation methods are observation, socialization, installation of daily picket rosters and cleanliness posters, and trash bins, as well as the action of cleaning the school environment with the students and students of SDK Lamablawa and the teachers of SDK Lamablawa who are very enthusiastic. with this activity can help them overcome the problem of waste in the SDK Lamablawa environment.

Grha Kedoya Hospital in West Jakarta faces significant challenges in document management, including medical records, financial reports, and administrative documents. This study aims to analyze the document storage system in the Secretariat Unit of Grha Kedoya Hospital using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method. The results show that the security, functional, and non-functional aspects of the document storage system are rated very well by respondents, with average scores of 80.4%, 81.4%, and 76.4% respectively. Despite challenges in transitioning to a digital system such as staff adaptation and infrastructure investment, the majority of respondents support this change to enhance efficiency and security. The UAT method proves effective in identifying the system's strengths and weaknesses, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

In this modern era, it is demanding that business actors continue to increase innovation. With the main focus of rebranding on MSME businesses as a means of increasing brand awareness. This journal aims to determine and analyze the Rebranding Strategy for Product Packaging Labels for Peyek Bu Sunarsih Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jatirejo Village. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation and interviews with product business owners from the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Warung Makan Mbok Sih owned by Mrs. Sunarsih in Jatirejo Village, Nganjuk. The results of the research show that MSME Peyek Bu Sunarsih implemented a packaging label rebranding strategy using stickers, banners and logos. This product rebranding activity is expected to increase sustainable brand awareness that is easily recognized and sticks in the minds of consumers so that it can influence purchasing decisions. The main obstacles faced by MSME players are limited management/business management and fear of taking risks. The results of this journal will later be useful as a reference for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors who have the same problems.

This research aims to analyze the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (Produk Regional Domestik Bruto/PDRB), population, and tourism sector on the regional original revenue of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This quantitative research compiled research data that were measured and tested using numerical data. This study used secondary data from the Financial and Asset Management Agency of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province from 2014 – 2023. The data analysis of this study used SPSS 26 software. The results of this research, with significance value (sig.<0.05), show that PDRB influences the regional original revenue of sig. 0.000 (t= 7.003), the total population influences the regional original revenue of sig. 0.003 (t=4.970), and the tourism sector influences the regional original revenue of sig. 0.003 (t=4.807). The coefficient of determination shows that (R2 =0.638) which means that the effect of PDRB, population, and tourism on the regional original revenue of the Special region of Yogyakarta Province is 63.8%. In conclusion, increasing regional original revenue can be achieved and succeeded by stimulating economic growth, managing population growth, and optimally developing the potential of the tourism sector. Those efforts can be a foundation for regional governments in designing sustainable and competitive economic development policies.
