According to the Central Statistics Agency for 2019-2021, the harvested area and area of ​​corn plants according to districts/cities, corn production comes from five districts, namely Bualemo district, Gorontalo district, Pohuwato district, Bone Bolango district, North Gorontalo district and Gorontalo city with a total of 377 432.00 ha in 2019, 304 945.00 ha in 2020, and 334 945.00 ha in 2021. By the end of 2022 it is predicted that 340,500 hectares or 27.38 percent of the entire Gorontalo land area will be planted with hybrid corn with a total harvest estimated at 1.61 million tons. This research uses qualitative methods, with primary data sources and secondary data. Corn productivity affects the net income of corn farmers apart from the selling price, where low productivity causes minimal harvest results, so the farmer's income is also low. Apart from that, fluctuations in corn prices are also an obstacle in increasing net income, when corn prices are high farmers get bigger profits. However, when the price of corn falls, farmers' income will also decrease. To increase the competitiveness of corn commodities in Gorontalo Province, it is necessary to invest in improving agricultural technology, opening wider market access, and providing greater government policy support. In this way, corn commodities in Gorontalo Province can become more competitive in both local and international markets.    

Making fake nails using coconut coir is product that can beautify your appearance, reduce the accumulation of coconut coir waste and can be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the process of making fake nails, product validation, and public acceptance of the Utilization of Coconut Coir as a Fake Nail Innovation. The methods used are observation, literature, experiments, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The process of making coconut coir fake nails goes through 3 stages, namely preparation of tools and materials, the process of making coconut coir fake nails, and attaching accessories to fake nails. There was evidence of product validation by 5 validators with the result that fake nails from coconut coir waste which had a reddish-brown color, smooth texture and very clear fiber motifs were the most chosen by the validators. The public test results in the average color category obtained 2.5 are very fond of (3). In the average texture category, 2.5 is very like (3) and for the pattern category, the average is 2.6, very like (3). A total of 3 average categories obtained, namely 2.545, are included in the very like category so that the product can be accepted by the community and can be used as a business opportunity. The advice given is another, faster technique for attaching coconut coir to fake nails.

Éclair is a type of processed pastry made from flour, water, butter, and eggs that has a cavity in the center which is generally filled with vla filling. The purpose of this research is 1) To determine the public acceptance of peanut shell powder substitution products for making éclairs. 2) To determine the best formula for utilizing peanut shell powder as a substitute in making éclairs. The research methods used are literature, documentation, experiments, and sensory evaluation. experiments in this study were performed 4 times. The results showed that the most preferred éclair product was the product with formula B, that is, éclair with an 8% substitution of groundnut shell powder. Based on sensory evaluation, the best éclair recipe was found to be 138g wheat flour, 6g groundnut shell powder, 100g margarine, 2g salt, 250 ml water, and 2 eggs. Suggestions given include: 1) More research needs to be done to test the nutritional content of the éclair. 2) Further research is needed so that groundnut shell powder can be used as an additional ingredient for various other dishes. 3) Give special treatment to groundnut shell powder when buying, by sifting again, so that it does not leave a jagged texture..

Tucking techniques are rarely used in making clothes, designers prefer to follow today's fashion trends, tucking manipulation techniques are able to change ordinary fabrics into 3-dimensional shapes, the purpose of this study is to be able to find out the finished results of making tucking techniques and to be able to find out the finished results of making simple dresses using variations of tucking techniques. The method used is the R & D method, to produce products and test the effectiveness of these products. Acne is a chronic disease caused by blockage of the oil glands in the skin. The beauty treatment for treating acne is Mesotherapy Acne, which is a treatment technique that incorporates certain substances into the subcutaneous fat tissue. The purpose of this study was to find out the treatment techniques and the effectiveness of Mesotherapy acne technology. The method used in this study is the method of R&D, interviews, observation, documentation and literature. This research developed three acne facial care techniques, namely the technique of pulling up, rotating, and pressing. The author made different studies based on duration, technique, procedure and type of treatment. Product validation of acne facial care technique books using acne mesotherapy beauty technology was carried out by 2 beauty lecturer validators. The results of the scores for all content aspects, display aspects, language aspects, and supporting questions obtained a total score of 28 and 29. Intervals 0-16 are not accepted and 17-32 are accepted. The conclusion of the validation results from the two validator data used is acceptable. Based on these three techniques, the upward pulling motion is effective because it can reduce acne. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan in handling problematic financing for consumer products, as well as the factors that cause these problems and the steps that must be taken if these problems arise. A series of hydraulic stimulations were conducted to enhance permeability and increase the production of hot fluid in a Hot Dry Rock (HDR) geothermal field. The stimulation involved injecting water into the hot rock, inducing hydraulic fracturing and resulting in over 2000 micro-earthquake events within the field. Utilizing existing microearthquake data, an analysis of the microearthquake distribution was performed, along with calculating the gradient of the frequency-magnitude distribution of microearthquakes (b-value) to assess the heterogeneity conditions induced by high pore pressure. The hypocenter distribution is centered around injection and production locations, displaying a trend that aligns with the main structure trending southwest to northeast. The mapping of b-values indicates elevated values in the hydraulic stimulation area, believed to be associated with increased pore pressure resulting from the higher fluid volume in that region. Moreover, high b-values were identified beneath the production area, suggesting the potential migration of injection fluid from the hydraulic stimulation process.

The results of the study indicate that the agricultural sector plays a significant role in reducing poverty and enhancing welfare in developing countries. Firstly, the agricultural sector provides employment opportunities for a significant portion of the rural population, often the most vulnerable to poverty. Consequently, the agricultural sector contributes to increased income and access to economic resources for rural communities. Secondly, the agricultural sector also plays a crucial role in providing sufficient and affordable food for the population in developing countries. This positively impacts nutrition and public health, subsequently affecting the quality of life and overall welfare. This research aims to determine whether the partial influence of Motivation (X1) has on Client Competence (Y), the partial influence of Discipline (X2) on client Competence (Y), the partial influence of commitment on client Competence (Y), and the influence of Motivation ( X1), Discipline (X2), Commitment (X3) simultaneously towards Client Competency (Y) at the Tangerang Class 1 Correctional Center. The results of this study show that there is no influence between Motivation (X1) partially on client Competence (Y).
