This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial technology and financial attitudes on shopping interest in e-commerce (case study of students at the Faculty of Ereconomy and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, users of the Shopee application). Quantitative Research Method and for the sample in this study the author used a purposive sampling method. The sample size used in this research was 96 respondents and focused on Shopee users who were also students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The analysis method uses the Multiple Linear Regression method and the research scale uses a Likert scale. The results of this research show that partially the Financial Literacy variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Shopping (Y) of 3.787 > 1.986 with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05), the Financial Technology variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Shopping Interest (Y) is 2.610 > 1.986 with a significant value of (0.011 < 0.05), the Financial Attitude variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Shopping (Y) of 5.097 > 1.986 with a significant value of (0.000 < 0.05). Then simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on Shopping Interest with a result of 33,670 > 2.70 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

This research aims to give stakeholders access to assessment resources so that entrepreneurship can provide the best thing for the progress of the nation's economy. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The data collection technique used by the author in this research is a literature study taken from google scholar. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship plays a role in encouraging the economic activities of families, communities, companies, and countries. The dynamics of these business activities can encourage economic growth and improve people's welfare. The number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is still small compared to the population so efforts to increase entrepreneurship must continue. Empirical evidence indicates that entrepreneurs significantly contribute to enhancing the standard of living of people, communities, and nations. Another factor that determines the development of a rich nation and society is entrepreneurship.

This research aims to determine the influence of preventive discipline and work rotation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Integrated Waste Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Province Environmental Service. In this research, researchers used quantitative methods with research hypothesis testing carried out using outer model and inner model tests in SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0 program which is useful for analyzing the effect of preventive discipline and work rotation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. in the Integrated Waste Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service using 150 respondents who were distributed through questionnaires in the Integrated Waste Management Unit area of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service. The results of the research that has been carried out are as shown in the following brief explanation: (1) The Preventive Discipline Variable (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y). (2) The Job Satisfaction variable (Z) influences employee performance (Y). (3) The Job Rotation Variable (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y). (4) The Preventive Discipline Variable (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z). (5) The Job Rotation Variable (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z).

Sumi Lala.202010325238. Portofolio Construction On The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Using The Markowitz method (Empirical Study Of Kompas 100 period December 2014 – September 2023). Investment development is currently very rapid. Ownership of 2 or more items can called a portofolio.Investments will experience increases and decreases in the portofolio. This research aims to understand the level of  return of portofolios formed through Markowitz and also a comparison between portfolios returm with market capitalization and weighting. The shares in the portfolio are shares listed on the Kompas 100 Index. This research uses end of month data for the period December 2014 to September 2023.The results of this research found that 61 shares included in the portolio did not have a negative weight.the next result of this research is that the market rate of return portolio (IHSG) Significantly influences the rate of return of the portfolio that has been formed based on market capitalization significantly 1% Other macro variables US Dollar exchange rate.Interest rates and oil prices do not significantly affect the rate of return portfolios formed based on Market Capitalization.

This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Ambassadors and Flash Sale on Impulse Buying in the Shopee marketplace. The sampling technique in this study is Generation Z who uses the Shopee application. The instrument for collecting data in this study was a questionnaire with 120 respondents. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that the Brand Ambassador (X1) and Flash Sale (X2) variables have a significant positive effect on Impulse Buying in the Shopee marketplace. In the coefficient of determination, the brand ambassador and flash sale variables have an effect of 36.4% on impulse buying consumers and the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

There are still many problems with regional autonomy, one of which is fraud and increasing cases of corruption. Fraud in organizations, whether public or private, is usually caused by weak government internal control systems. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the weaknesses of the provincial government's internal control system in Sumatra in 2017-2021. The type and data used in this research is a quantitative method with secondary data. The results of this research state that the variables Special Allocation Funds, Government Complexity, Original Regional Income, and Capital Expenditures have a significant positive effect on the Weaknesses of the Provincial Government's Internal Control System in Sumatra in 2017-2021. Meanwhile, the Government Size variable has a significant negative effect on the Weaknesses of the Provincial Government's Internal Control System in Sumatra in 2017-2021.

The Real Work Lecture (Kuliah Kerja Nyata or KKN) at STIE Bima is a community empowerment activity carried out by students and Field Supervisors (DPL). This KKN program at STIE Bima took place from August 18 to October 18, 2023, in the Kolo Sub-District. It is undeniable that the Kolo Sub-District has natural potential that needs to be developed through tourism and marine resources by promoting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and creative industries to be more innovative. The method used in the implementation of the KKN at STIE Bima is through participatory approaches and community involvement in interactions and data collection with MSME actors at the Kolo Sub-District Office. The results obtained from this KKN program include the enhancement of the local community's knowledge in Kolo Sub-District in improving MSMEs and creative industries, thus creating new job opportunities for the community through the application of digital marketing and providing local tourism needs to attract both domestic and international tourists.

  In August 2019, the Semarang City Government closed the Sunan Kuning localization. This community service aims to see a picture of spiritualism and resilience of self-efficacy in former female commercial sex workers who live in the Sunan Kuning area of ​​Semarang. Methods of using psychodrama. The participant profile shows that the majority are elementary school graduates at 53.8%, marital status is divorced at 61.5%. Observation results show that economic factors, loss of income as a prostitute, large number of children, separation from friends are the causes of sadness, anger, stress and feelings of fear after the closure of localization. Overall, psychodrama activities give rise to better thoughts and feelings, including being able to express sadness, a means of catharsis and the spirit of continuing entrepreneurship and becoming a better person.

This research aims to determine the influence of company size, profitability, leverage and financial distress on earnings management in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2022 period. This research method is a quantitative method using secondary data. The population in this study were all insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), 18 insurance companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022, by taking samples using a purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 11 companies. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that profitability partially influences earnings management, while company size, leverage and financial distress do not influence earnings management.

This research aims to determine whether there is an impact of competency and work motivation on teacher performance at SMK Yadika 13 Tambun. The method used in this research is quantitative, the survey method is used to obtain primary data using questionnaires. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample with 40 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the t test and path analysis processed with SPSS 26. The results of the research show that in the t test (partial negative competency variables have no effect on performance with the calculation results obtained t-count (-2.125 < 2.02619) with a sig value of 0, 40 < 0.05. And the work motivation variable influences performance with the calculation results obtained by t-count (6.163 > 2.02619) with a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05. Based on the f test, simultaneously competence and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance.

This research aims to determine financial performance, operational complexity, and good corporate governance mechanisms against audit delay. The sample for this research is 66 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2020 to 2022. The data in this research was obtained from secondary data originating from the company's financial reports and annual reports. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research test show that Profitability, Leverage, Operational Complexity, Audit Committee, and Institutional Ownership have no effect on Audit Delay. Meanwhile, the Board of Commissioners has a positive influence on Audit Delay.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous influence between Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction which has an impact on Julietta Fried Chicken's business in North Bekasi. The population in this study were all buyers at the Julietta Fried Chicken business in North Bekasi. This research method is quantitative research and to obtain samples in this study the authors used purposive sampling method and hair formula. Data collection through distributing questionnaires to 105 customers at the Julietta Fried Chicken business in North Bekasi. Data is processed using SPSS data analysis software version 26. This can be seen that the sig value is 0,002 <0,05 and the t-count value is 3,118> t-table 1,98326. The Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. It can be seen that the sig value is 0,000 <0,05 and the t-count value is 10,066> t-table 1,98326. The Price Perception variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. This can be seen that the sig value is 0,024 <0.05 and the t-count value is 2,298> t-table 1,98326. From the research results obtained that partially and simultaneously the three independent variables are proven to be significant and have an effect on the Y variable. Therefore, the application of Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price Perception provided by the company can minimize the level of customer satisfaction at the Julietta Fried Chicken Business in North Bekasi.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing partially and simultaneously the independent variables, namely Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline, on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT. Champ Resto Indonesia Bekasi branch. The data analysis used is the classical analysis test and multiple regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS Version 26 application. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 51 employees at PT. Champ Resto Indonesia Bekasi branch. Partially the results show that the Leadership Style variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with the results showing t-count (4.017) > t-table (2.012) sig (0.01) < (0.05) the Motivation variable has a significant effect on Performance Employees, with the results showing t-count (3.045) > t-table (2.012) sig (0.03) < (0.05). And the Work Discipline variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with t-count results (4.496) > (2.012) sig (0.00) < (0.05). Simultaneously, the results obtained from this research are that the Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with results showing f-count (7.998) > f-table (2.80) sig (0.00) < (0.05). Contribution of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline to PT Employee Performance. Champ Resto Indonesia Bekasi Branch 68.1%.

Effective assistance involves various certification bodies and related stakeholders. The training was held to increase wet cake entrepreneurs' understanding of halal certification requirements, the implementation process, and the long-term benefits. The sustainability of wet cake entrepreneurs in the food sector is reflected in their ability to meet the demands of consumers who are increasingly aware of the halalness of their products. In the context of globalization, halal certification is not only an obligation, but also the key to access to international markets. This article provides insight into how implementing halal certification through mentoring and training can open up new opportunities for MSMEs to compete and survive in global competition. By strengthening this pillar of sustainability, MSMEs in the food sector can play a more active role in supporting local economic growth and improving the image of the Indonesian food industry in the eyes of the world.

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, personal cost, seriousness of fraud, and professional commitment on whistleblowing intention with whistleblowing incentives as a moderating variable. The study involved 186 respondents from employees working in ministries and employees of private offices engaged in banking, services, trade, and manufacturing industries in Jakarta.  Data were collected using questionnaire techniques and analyzed using spss software with multiple regression analysis, descriptive, classical assumption tests and hypotheses. The results showed that organizational commitment has a positive effect on the intention of whistleblowing. Personal cost has no significant effect on the intention of whistleblowing. The seriousness of fraud has a positive effect on the intention to whistleblowing. Professional commitment has a positive effect on the intention to whistleblowing. Whistleblowing incentives strengthen the positive effect of organizational commitment on whistleblowing intentions. Whistleblowing incentives do not strengthen the effect of personal cost on whistleblowing intentions. Whistleblowing incentives strengthen the positive effect of fraud seriousness on whistleblowing intentions. Whistleblowing incentives do not strengthen the effect of professional commitment on whistleblowing intentions.

This research aims to investigate the influence of business ethic and religiosity on the perception of accounting students in Indonesia. The research methodology adopts a systematic approach to extract data from nine relevant articles throught Google Scholar search. Business ethic and religiosity have a positive impact on student’s ethical perception. The results indicate that out of the accumulated 9 articles, one research method was employed, namely quantitative. Among the 9 articles, 7 factors were identified as influencing the ethical perception of accounting students in Indonesia, including business ethic education, religiosity, love of money, Machiavellianism, equity sensitivity, understanding of accountant’s code of ethic, and emotional intelligence.

The community service program "Village Literacy Movement: Building Reading and Writing Culture in Pangkalan Benteng Village" aims to enhance reading and writing skills and establish a literacy culture within the village community. The primary issue addressed is the low literacy rate, which limits access to information and educational opportunities. The methods used in this program include literacy training and various literacy activities such as group reading, writing competitions, and book discussions. The results show significant improvements in reading and writing skills among children and adults, increased reading interest, and the development of a stronger literacy culture. Community empowerment and the enhancement of local leadership capacity were also achieved through active involvement in the management and implementation of the program. This program demonstrates that a participatory approach and access to quality reading materials can effectively improve literacy and empower communities.

Cervical cancer is a disease that can be detected early in various ways, one of which is screening. Based on its effectiveness, detection that can be done is by means of pap smears and IVA tests. The IVA test is an initial action to detect changes in abnormal cervical cells and can be carried out in all types of health services, including community health centers. Here partners are not yet motivated to carry out screening. So it is necessary to provide education about early detection screening for cervical cancer.

In this era of globalization, economic growth is increasingly rapid. As an effort to improve people's welfare based on justice and prosperity which are the goals of national development, the Indonesian economy will also be followed by policies in the tax sector. 1. Based on the background of the problem above, the problem can be formulated as follows: Does PBB and BPHTB revenue have an effect on PAD in Sumenep Regency? 2. Does PBB revenue have a significant effect on PAD in Sumenep Regency? 3. Does BPHTB revenue have a significant effect on PAD in Sumenep Regency?. From the results of the data analysis and discussion that have been described, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. The influence of PBB's contribution to PAD in Sumenep Regency 2013-2022. Where PBB partially has a positive and significant effect on PAD with a calculated T value of 28.518 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. 2. Influence of BPHTB Contribution to PAD of Sumenep Regency 2013-2022. Where BPHTB partially has a positive and significant effect on PAD with a calculated T of 2.318 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. 3. Effect of PBB Contribution, BPHTB on PAD of Sumenep Regency 2013-2022, Based on the results of the F test simultaneously the PBB contribution variable and the BPHTB contribution variable have a positive and significant effect on PAD with an F table value of 2113.398 > 3.16 and a Sig. 0.000 < α = 0.05.

This research aims to identify and describe the impact and benefits of the role of companion on the development of MSMEs in Kabonena Village. The role of MSME assistants will be analyzed using the four roles and skills presented by Jim Ife and Frank Tesoreiro (2006), namely the facilitative role, educational role, representational role and technical role. The type of research that the author uses in this writing is qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely: observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies related to the research problem. The results of the research found that through a facilitative role, MSME actors will have the enthusiasm to run a business, the group is facilitated through various ideas and concepts in running a business, and there is a personal approach for each group member when there are problems within the group. In an educational role, the mentor will increase the awareness of all group members regarding the importance of the business they are running and provide information that is important for the development of their business. The third, in the role of accompanying representation, will help the group in using the right media in developing their business, building working networks with other parties, and sharing knowledge and experience. And finally, the role and technical skills, the assistant helps the group to use computers, and make verbal and written presentations, in running and developing their business.
