Students are at the limit of late adolescence and early adulthood, where this period is a period of unstable mental conditions, accompanied by conflicts and demands as well as changes in mood. For final year students, what often becomes a stressor is completing their thesis. Symptoms of stress in students are feeling tired, anxious, not enthusiastic or wanting to stop working on their thesis. The impact is that work on the thesis is postponed and people choose to forget it, avoid their supervisors, complain on social media about the difficulties they face and ultimately the study period is delayed. This research aims to determine the effect of writing a thesis on mental health and stress levels in students. The research uses qualitative methods with survey research via Google Form.

Prompt return of patient medical records is an important step in the health records processing workflow. Speed is the key to meeting quality processing standards. The hospital sets a deadline for returning medical records within 2x24 hours after the patient is discharged. Delays can be caused by various factors, which are classified under the 5M management elements: man, materials, machines, methods, and money. The aim of this research is to identify aspects that are the root of the problem in delays in the process of returning medical records to the hospital. The methodology used is a literature review, with analysis of 17 journal articles from the Google Scholar database. The study results showed that human factors such as staff shortages, incomplete doctor signatures, and inadequate staff educational qualifications were the main causes of delays. Material factors often result in incomplete documents. The machine factor is related to the significant distance between the inpatient department and the medical records department. Meanwhile, the method factor, namely SPO socialization has not been carried out and the implementation of job descriptions has not been maximized.

The wooden shipyard in Bahari Village is a privately-owned facility that conducts maintenance, repair, and construction of new wooden ships. The vessels serviced at this shipyard range from 10 GT to 25 GT and are made from wood. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the management of the wooden shipyard in Bahari I Village, Sampolawa District, South Buton Regency. The methodology used is a survey method, and the data is analyzed using fishbone analysis followed by a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the construction and repair processes of wooden ships in Bahari I Village are not efficient due to facilities that do not meet standards, with only 22% of the necessary conditions being fulfilled. The management of this wooden shipyard is still far from adequate because several aspects remain uncontrolled, such as the shipbuilding process not meeting expected targets, delays in the availability and delivery of raw materials, and the use of very basic tools and outdated technology.

The main objective of arranging the warehouse layout is to find the most appropriate method so that the movement of goods in the warehouse runs smoothly. Apart from that, the aim of setting the warehouse layout is also to maximize the warehouse area so that the costs of handling activities remain low. Stacks of goods in the warehouse are stacked with a maximum height of 700 cm and above or approximately 7 items stacked in one pile. If these items continue to be stacked using 7 stacks and above, it can cause many defects to occur. This defect occurs because there are too many items piled up. The pile of items should be stacked with a maximum of 5 piles and above. Therefore, defects that occur can cause delays in delivery times and result in large costs experienced due to these defects

Financial recognition is the basis that encourages companies to report losses early and delay revenue recognition. Conservatism affects the quality of the main indicators reflected in financial reporting. The method used in this research is Structured Literature Review (SLR), where the data sources are obtained from Semantic School, Sinta Journal, and Google School for the publication years 2018 to 2024. Next, filtering is carried out to match the subject matter, resulting in 50 journals that will be analyzed systematically. So the results of the research state that a level of debt has a good influence on financial recognition, even though the level of financial difficulty has a positive but negative effect on accounting conservatism. So it indicates that a manager who has a high level of debt leads to more conservatism in their financial reporting to meet the interests of creditors, while companies experiencing difficulties tend to be less conservative.

Vehicle electrification is becoming a growing trend in the transportation industry due to environmental concerns. Therefore, various global efforts are being made to develop electric-driven ships using environmentally friendly energy sources such as batteries. In the implementation of electric and solar-powered shipbuilding, there is always the potential for delays in completion. This is very detrimental to shipyard owners and even ship owners because it is not to the initial plan. Shipyard owners and shipowners must bear greater or unexpected costs due to delays in work. Other risks also have the potential to arise when electric and solar-powered ships are completed until operation. Delays in the completion of electric and solar-powered shipbuilding can be caused by various things. Through this research, the risk analysis of the development of the electric and solar-powered ship industry is discussed in terms of several aspects, namely market, legal, technical, socio-economic environmental, and financial aspects.
