The increasing use of digital platforms in the healthcare industry has highlighted the importance of effective communication, especially in English, as it is the primary language for disseminating global health information. This study examines the linguistic aspects of English usage in health information delivery on digital platforms, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and accuracy. The research aims to analyze how linguistic features, such as word choice, sentence structure, and tone, impact the comprehension of health-related content by diverse audiences. The study employs a qualitative approach, analyzing a sample of health-related websites, social media posts, and mobile health applications. Discourse analysis is used to identify patterns and strategies in the presentation of information, particularly how technical medical terms are simplified for laypeople. The findings reveal that while most platforms aim for clarity and inclusivity, inconsistencies in language use and overly technical jargon often hinder comprehension. Additionally, the use of complex sentence structures can create barriers, especially for non-native English speakers. The study concludes that improving linguistic accessibility on digital health platforms can enhance public understanding and engagement with health information, contributing to better health outcomes. Recommendations for creating more user-friendly, linguistically accessible content are also provided.

This study investigates the impact of social protection expenditure on income inequality and Human Development Index (HDI) across multiple countries from 2000 to 2020. Using panel data regression analysis, the study explores whether higher public social spending on healthcare, education, and social services significantly reduces income inequality, as measured by the Gini coefficient, and enhances HDI. The results indicate a strong positive correlation between social protection spending and both reduced inequality and improved HDI. Specifically, countries with higher social protection expenditure, especially those with social-democratic welfare models, exhibit lower income inequality and higher HDI scores. The analysis also highlights significant country-level differences, revealing that while high-income countries with comprehensive social protection systems tend to perform better in terms of human development, low- and middle-income countries with limited spending face persistent challenges in reducing inequality and improving HDI. Further, the study discusses the mechanisms through which social protection policies influence human development, particularly through improved access to education, healthcare, and social services. The findings suggest that integrating social protection with broader economic policies can lead to sustainable reductions in inequality and improvements in human development outcomes. The study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the role of social protection in fostering inclusive growth and human development, emphasizing the need for more comprehensive and efficient social protection systems, especially in developing countries.

This study uses empirical juridical research, which is research with field data as the main source of data, such as the results of interviews and observations, with the aim of analyzing and describing the law enforcement model for cases of corruption in the development funds of the Waigete Health Center. as well as identifying and analyzing factors that hinder law enforcement in the case of corruption of the Waigete Health Center development funds. The results of the discussion in this study show that, (1). The Waigete  Health Center uses the Due Process Model which emphasizes the need to ensure that every individual has the right to be treated fairly and has access to an independent court including investigation, prosecution, and fair justice. and the right to appeal, but with strict legal procedures, this model slows down the process of resolving cases.  The crime eradication process focuses more on the interests of the rights of suspects than on the public interest, so according to researchers in the process of resolving corruption cases, this model is not appropriate to use because it emphasizes justice and human rights but also has the potential to slow down the legal process. (2). The factors that hinder law enforcement in handling corruption cases of the Waigete Health Center development fund consist of two factors, namely internal factors, namely the lack of prosecutors who slow down the law enforcement process and reduce the effectiveness of case handling, and external factors, namely the slow examination process and the loss calculation process so as to hinder law enforcement.

This research is entitled Analysis of Waqf Land Management in Creating Community Welfare (Case Study of Mandiangin District). The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this research are: 1) The management of waqf land in Suka Maju Village includes: the waqf land manager receives waqf land from the community in Suka Maju Village, then the waqf land manager manages the waqf land, after that allocates the results of managing the waqf land to various community needs in Suka Maju Village. Meanwhile, the waqf land in Suka Maju Village itself comes from the community in Suka Maju Village. After the acceptance stage of the waqf land has been accommodated, the next stage is the stage of managing and allocating the waqf land which is distributed to the Suka Maju Village Government with the general aim of religious and public interests. There are 6 waqf lands in Suka Maju Village until 2023 which come from the Suka Maju Village community with different land sizes. Meanwhile, the use of waqf land in Suka Maju Village is used in 2 sectors, namely 1) Education sector. The waqf land collected in Suka Maju Village is used for the education sector with an area of 600m2, namely for the construction of elementary schools and PAUD. 2) Religious sector, waqf land collected in Suka Maju Village, is used for the religious sector with an area of 1200m2, namely for the construction of mosques and prayer rooms. 2) The impact of wakah land management in creating welfare for the people of Suka Maju Village can be seen from 4 indicators of community welfare, namely income, health, education and religion. In the dimension of health or care for the soul in an Islamic perspective, the role of waqf land in Suka Maju Village has not succeeded in realizing care for the soul as measured by the community's ability to easily get access to health cards, health access services and the ability to provide treatment if a family member is sick. In terms of the development of the educational dimension or maintenance of reason in the management of waqf land, the impact of waqf land in Suka Maju Village has been to be able to meet the educational needs of the village community in the form of sending children in Suka Maju Village to school at the formal education level. In the development of the income or asset maintenance dimension in asset allocation, the existence of waqf land in Suka Maju Village has not been able to provide an impact or contribution to the income of the community or the village government. From a religious perspective, the existence of a religious institution that stands on waqf land in Suka Maju Village has had a positive impact in improving community welfare in the religious sector in the form of increasing piety. The transformation of public sector accounting is critical for enhancing the quality of public services. This evolution is driven by the need for greater transparency, accountability, and efficiency within government operations. Traditional accounting practices, often characterized by a focus on compliance and financial reporting, are being replaced by more comprehensive frameworks that emphasize performance measurement and management. This shift is largely influenced by globalization, technological advancements, and the increasing expectations of citizens for improved public services. By adopting modern accounting practices, public sector organizations can better align their financial management strategies with service delivery goals, thus fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key elements of this transformation include the integration of performance indicators into accounting systems, the use of budgeting as a tool for strategic planning, and the implementation of accrual accounting. These practices facilitate more nuanced understanding of the resources used in delivering services and the outcomes achieved. Moreover, the adoption of digital technologies in accounting processes enhances data accessibility and enables real-time reporting, which supports informed decision-making. Ultimately, the transformation of public sector accounting is not merely a technical change but a fundamental shift in how public organizations operate. By focusing on outcomes and accountability, this transformation encourages  more responsive and efficient public service, thereby improving the overall quality of services provided to citizens.

The Indonesian government has implemented various programs to improve public welfare; however, social assistance often misses its target, primarily due to a lack of accurate data. Sirapit Subdistrict, as a government institution, has access to important population data for policy development, particularly in the distribution of aid based on community welfare levels. Factors such as education, age, number of dependents, and income play a significant role in determining an individual's welfare. To address this issue, this study proposes the use of the Apriori method to analyze the factors affecting population welfare. The Apriori method is a data mining algorithm useful for discovering association patterns within a dataset. The study results show that with a support value of 3% and a confidence level of 100%, a pattern was found where residents with a high school education, 1-2 dependents, aged 35-45 years, earning Rp 500,000 - Rp 999,999, and with a low welfare level tend to work as laborers. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for formulating more targeted policies to improve community welfare in Sirapit Subdistrict.

Public welfare is the ultimate goal of every economic development. HDI as an indicator of welfare in Indonesia continues to increase from year to year, but is very volatile. The province with the highest HDI points is DKI Jakarta province and the lowest is Papua Province. This shows that the increase has not occurred significantly and there are still disparities in several provinces in Indonesia. This research aims (1) To analyze  the direct influence of GRDP and minimum wages on poverty in Indonesian provinces in 2018-2022. (2) To analyze the influence of GRDP, minimum wage and poverty directly on HDI in Indonesian provinces in 2018-2022. (3) To analyze the influence of GRDP and minimum wages on HDI indirectly through poverty in Indonesian provinces in 2018-2022. This research uses secondary data obtained from BPS publications during 2018-2022, with a total of 170 observation points. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of EViews 10 software. The results of the study indicate that PDRB has a significant negative direct effect on poverty, Provincial Minimum Wage has a significant positive direct effect on poverty, both PDRB and Provincial Minimum Wage have a significant positive direct effect on the HDI, and poverty has a significant negative direct effect on the HDI. Poverty is not an intervening variable in the relationship between PDRB and the HDI, but it is an intervening variable in the relationship between Provincial Minimum Wage and the HDI. The implications of this research are that successful economic policies must integrate increases in Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and Minimum Wage as primary strategies to reduce poverty levels and enhance the Human Development Index (HDI) in Indonesian provinces. Significant increases in GRDP contribute to poverty reduction by evenly distributing economic benefits to disadvantaged groups. Meanwhile, strengthened Minimum Wage policies can elevate worker incomes, bolster purchasing power, and improve access to education and healthcare, thereby potentially boosting HDI. Prioritising poverty reduction is crucial for enhancing overall quality of life, thereby creating better conditions for economic growth and social welfare at the provincial level

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder characterized by uncontrollable obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. The disorder triggers anxiety in sufferers that often drives them to avoid situations or places that can trigger obsessions, such as shaking hands or using public restrooms. Proper treatment is necessary to prevent further impact on the quality of life of OCD sufferers. However, early diagnosis is often constrained by limited time and access to medical experts. To overcome this, an expert system based on the Certainty Factor method was developed. This system mimics the thought process of a medical expert in diagnosing OCD using symptoms selected by the user. Certainty Factor is used to calculate the certainty level of each diagnosis based on the inputted symptoms. From the analysis, the system is able to provide diagnoses with high accuracy, even reaching 100% for some OCD cases. These results show that expert systems can be an effective tool in detecting OCD early, thus accelerating the process of proper handling and treatment

Halal certification plays a crucial role in ensuring that a product is safe for consumption and complies with Islamic principles. Additionally, halal certification can also enhance a product's competitiveness. This study aims to provide understanding and knowledge to the community, particularly to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), about the importance of halal certification for a product in supporting sales growth, especially for food products. Using a qualitative approach, interviews and observations were conducted with MSME operators. The research findings indicate that limited access to information and low public awareness about halal certification are major barriers to implementing halal certification in the village. In this context, the government has appointed the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) of the Republic of Indonesia to intensify halal certification for food industry producers. The requirements and procedures for obtaining halal certification need to be socialized to the broader community, particularly MSME operators. Thus, the KKN Team of UIN Walisongo, together with BPJPH, aims to assist the government program by providing information and understanding to the Rejosari village community about the importance of holding a halal certificate, which can help enhance the economic value of the village.
