Mut'ah marriage has become a phenomenon that has reaped pros and cons from Jumhur Ulama and Shia circles. This is because the Jumhur Ulama scholars do not allow mutah marriages and it is forbidden, while the Shia allow mutah marriages. Both have reasons that come from understanding the verses of the Koran and the hadith of the Prophet Saw. Therefore, analytical efforts are needed to find out the law of mut'ah marriage. This research uses a library research method which aims to collect books, journals and sources related to the research title. From the data in the form of books and journals collected, the author then tries to analyze and compare the existing differences. This research aims to find out the thoughts of Sunni and Shia ulama regarding mut'ah marriage. Apart from that, this research aims to analyze and compare the thoughts of Sunni and Shia ulama based on the postulates which form the basis of the arguments of both parties. From the analysis efforts carried out by the author, several explanations were produced, namely: 1). Jumhur Ulama still forbids and does not allow mut'ah marriages; 2). Imami Shiites allow mut'ah marriage and actually recommend it; 3). The law on mut'ah marriage is divided into two, namely halal according to Shia and haram according to Jumhur Ulama.

In agriculture with the hydroponic method of the DFT system (Deep Flow Technique), the circulation of plant nutrients must occur continuously to prevent decay in plants. Along with the many concerns due to the large electricity costs incurred to run the irrigation system for hydroponic plants, the authors hereby design a tool in the form of a submersible pump as a medium for regulating the flow of water in plants by utilizing a 50 WP PV module instead of a source of electrical energy from PLN. The method used in this research is the method of observation, literature study, design, and testing. The results of the 50 WP solar panel-based submersible pump trial show that a circuit connected to a battery at 1M Head tends to produce a stable water discharge, which is an average of 6.03 liters/minute compared to one that is not connected to a battery, which is only 5.28 liters/minute. Furthermore, the resulting water discharge affects the quality of the plants, especially in root length, number of leaves, leaf length, and leaf size. The test results are used as a reference for the comparison of expenditure costs between irrigation systems run using solar cells and those based on conventional (PLN).

Nowadays, food and beverage products are widely circulated in society. In the era of globalization of society, the traffic of goods including food/drinks across countries is not guaranteed to be halal. Even though religious obligations command us to consume halal food/drinks. With the existence of Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees and Government Regulation no. 39 of 2021 shows that there is legal certainty in the implementation of Halal Product guarantees. The problem is how to theoretically and empirically study the implementation of halal product guarantees from an Indonesian legal perspective. The research methods are normative juridical and sociological. The research results show that theoretically, the implementation of halal product guarantees is based on Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees reflects legal norms originating from God's Law (God Order), namely from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and has long been practiced in people's lives as a reflection of a person's or society's religious awareness. The rapid response to COVID-19 by central and local governments relies on Circular Letters, convenient policy tools requiring no external approval. Despite their ease of use, Circular Letters often trigger debates and legal disputes due to inconsistencies in content and legal status. The research methodology employed is normative legal research, conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. The findings of the study reveal that the existence of Circular Letters, which is a form of policy regulation, results from the discretionary power vested in the government. However, as discussed above, there is a lack of consistency among officials regarding the format and content of Circular Letters, leading to some Circular Letters containing legal norms that are generally binding on the public. In contrast, according to the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 80 of 2012 and the Regulation of the Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2014, Circular Letters are classified as administrative document products. Consequently, the implication of this research is that Circular Letters should only serve as internal communication tools, providing notifications within the internal organizational structure.

This study aims to describe the use of waste and economic improvement of the people of Medan City through the Kepul Application based on Circular Economy Theory and take data from the study. This study uses qualitative methods with data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show that the development of the Kepul application has always been the main thing in the company's mission, this is because of the development of applications according to customer suggestions such as the Live Location feature, re-schedule, membership, etc. The effectiveness of Kepul in increasing people's income is arguably very good, as evidenced by the increase in resource persons' income from the range of Rp. 100,000 to Rp. 800,000 a month. From the results of the study, it is known that there are still many obstacles in Kepul in becoming an intermediary container for waste utilization in Medan City such as lack of strong branding, fleet problems, and price difference problems with conventional collectors. But this obstacle is not an impossible obstacle to pass, with the successful collaboration of Kepul with the Medan City Government and plans to attract more investors, Kepul believes that all the obstacles above can be passed well.

James 1:12-15 is a Bible verse that delves into the meaning of trials and their impact on modern-day servants of God. The verse underscores that trials are a part of life, testing one's faith and character. In this context, the meaning of trials is the tests or challenges faced by every individual, including servants of God, and its implications are significant for their outlook and behavior. The verse teaches that those who endure through trials will receive blessings in the form of the "crown of life," symbolizing the promised gift of eternal life from God for the faithful. Contemporary servants of God must understand that trials are not tools employed by God to tempt humanity into sin but are rather part of life experiences that may arise from human wickedness or complex situations. The most important implication for servants of God is their personal responsibility in facing trials. They should not blame God or circumstances but should reflect on their personal role in maintaining their integrity, obedience, and faith. Servants of God are expected to seek strength and guidance from God, hold fast to His Word, and resist the temptations of sin. Trials can also be used by God to shape character and foster spiritual growth in servants. By enduring and learning from trial experiences, servants can grow stronger in their faith and become better equipped to serve others. Therefore, James 1:12-15 reminds contemporary servants of God to possess perseverance, obedience, and vigilance when facing trials, recognizing them as opportunities for spiritual growth and the receipt of blessings promised by God.

The legal products of the Supreme Court are not the same as laws. If the law does not understand or regulate something, the Supreme Court can issue policy regulations based on its authority. However, such a thing is not always done. For example, in 1963 the Supreme Court issued Circular Letter Number 3, which effectively canceled a number of Articles in the BW because it was considered unfair. . Researchers use normative research methods to obtain relevant material and explanations for the formulation of the problem as well as to obtain research-based understanding and explanations raised. Normative research is a type of research conducted through a review of literature (secondary sources). The type of normative research chosen is normative juridical, because the starting point of this research is to use legal norms or existing laws and regulations to analyze the problem under study. The results show that the Position and Strength of the Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) in the legal system in Indonesia is recognized outside the hierarchy of laws and regulations and has binding legal force in accordance with the words of Article 8 Paragraph (1) and (2) of Law no. 12 of 2011
