Basic education is a fundamental right for every child, yet disparities in access to education persist in various regions, including Baubau City, Southeast Sulawesi. This study aims to map the disparities in access to basic education in Baubau and evaluate the outreach efforts undertaken to raise public awareness of the importance of education. The research employs a combination of field surveys, interviews with education stakeholders, and analysis of spatial and demographic data to assess the current situation and the impact of existing interventions. The findings of the research reveal significant disparities in educational access between urban and rural areas, with rural regions facing greater challenges. Key factors influencing these disparities include inadequate infrastructure, a shortage of qualified teachers, and the economic challenges faced by families in remote areas, which limit children's ability to attend school regularly. Furthermore, there is a lack of community awareness regarding the importance of education, which exacerbates the problem.

Adolescence is when a person begins to learn to be an adult human being. Therefore, there is a need for coaching. On the other hand, adolescence also experiences resilience. For this reason, faith formation is needed. This also happened to the students of St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang. Therefore, faith-building at St. Fransiskus Vocational School affects student resilience. To discuss this problem, the researcher conducted a study entitled The Correlation Between Faith Development and Resilience in Catholic Adolescents at St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang as the subject of the study was a Catholic student at St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang. The method used is descriptive quantitative with correlational techniques. This research was conducted from July to September 2021. The variables of this research are independent variables of Catholic faith development and dependent variables of adolescents. The research population was all St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang students, and samples were taken using simple random sampling techniques. The theoretical basis used is the theory of faith development and adolescent resilience. The results showed that the calculated r-value (rxy) was 0.6373, which was included in the relatively strong or high category (the calculated r-value was 0.41 - 0.70). Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that there is a correlation between faith development and resilience in Catholic adolescents at St. Fransiskus Vocational School in Semarang. Habituation in education is very much needed because psychologically, students model more behavior or figures they idolize, including their teachers. Habituation is also no less important in learning activities. This is because any knowledge or behavior gained by habituation will be very difficult to change or eliminate it so that this method is very useful in educating children. Moral development activities for students are carried out at Dharma Wanita Sumberrejo Kindergarten through the habituation method of learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The research method used is a service method that describes the phenomenon that occurs as it is, data sources are obtained through school leaders, teachers and parents of children. The analysis is carried out with reference to the stages of tabulation, coding and giving meaning to the data. The results of the service show that the implementation of child moral development through the habituation method already contains the main teachings of Islam, namely Akidah (faith), Sharia (Islamic) and Akhlak (Ihsan). The method of habituation given by means of getting used to the behavior or moral attitude of the child repeatedly and continuously. In addition to the habituation carried out by teachers in schools, the role of parents is actually important for children's habituation in practicing Islamic teachings that have been taught through habituation in schools, but this role will not be maximized when parental involvement is not full on the development of children's behavior and morals.
