One of the problems faced by mosque youth is organizational and management problems. This is due to their low knowledge or understanding of organization and management. As a result, mosque youth cannot play an active role in participating in the prosperity of the mosque, namely by holding positive activities. This counseling was carried out to provide basic knowledge about organization and management to mosque youth, especially regarding formal organizational structures. This community service is carried out by extension methods, which are accompanied by discussion or question and answer. The counseling was carried out to the teenagers of the Darul Muttaqin Bedog mosque, Donotirto, Kretek, Bantul, Yogyakarta Special Region.

An increase in blood pressure that is not controlled will provide some further symptoms to organs such as the brain in the form of strokes, and heart in the form of coronary heart disease and hypertrophy. Benson relaxation and murottal Al-Qur'an surah Ar-Rahman ayat 1-78 is a nonpharmacological therapy that can reduce blood pressure in patients with primary hypertension so as to prevent further symptoms of hypertension. This case study aims is to discribe the application Benson relaxation and murottal Al-Qur'an surah Ar-Rahman ayat 1-78 to the reduction in blood pressure in patients with primary hypertension at RSUD Ungaran. The method of this study is descriptive. The subjects of this case study are two Moslem patients with hypertension who have no hearing problems. The data are collected through observation and measurement by using medical tools such as sphygmomanometer and stethoscope before and after the therapy. The result of this study shows that the blood pressure in subject I decreased blood pressure from 175/90 mmHg to 140/30 mmHg, while in subject II decreased blood pressure from 160/100 mmHg to 125/80 mmHg. The results of this case study reveal that the application Benson relaxation therapy and murottal Al-Qur’an surah Ar-Rahman ayat 1-78 shows the results of a decrease in blood pressure that is quite effective in patients with primary hypertension in RSUD Ungaran. Hopefully,  Ungaran hospital can make Benson relaxation and Murottal Al-Qur'Aan relaxation surah Ar-Rahman ayat 1-78 as a basis for the development of nursing and companion of pharmacological therapy.

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. The craft MSME sector is one of the leading sectors for developed countries in foreign exchange earning country. Products in handicraft industrial centers always have a higher exchange rate profitable and can create added value that is greater than other sectors. Craft Center woven bamboo as an example of a leading industry in Indonesia that is able to absorb labor as well stimulating the micro economy, but cannot be separated from facing problems, including in the field of production and management. In the production sector, the problem faced is still weak application of standards technological procedures, the process of mastering technology where most producers still use equipment simple production leading to low productivity and efficiency. Apart from that, the weak business management which causes them to be unable to increase the scale of their business. From the background of the problems above, In general, this Community Technology Dissemination activity seeks to solve partner problems with introducing appropriate technology and providing business management assistance for quality and the quantity of products from the two prospective MSME partners increased. The methods given are: 1) Introduction technology for preparing material components with a spinser (a combination of spindle and serkel machines); 2) Mini introductions cold press; 3) Introduction of finishing technology; 4) Training on diversification of processed materials into products mixmedia (mixmedia furniture design / prototype.

This study is based on the fact that the need for competent teachers in the learning process is very necessary, because the main problem in this study is how much influence varies teaching on student learning achievement in ELPIDA Junior High School (Class VII) and how effective the implementation of varied teaching is on student learning achievement in ELPIDA Junior High School (Class VII). The method used in this study is Quantitative research with a classroom research strategy. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that with this student achievement, teachers can find out "whether the application of varied teaching affects student learning achievement" at ELPIDA Junior High School. From the results of the simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that the influence of varying teaching on student learning achievement is very high, namely the diterminant coefficient / KP 29.1% and the value of variable relationships is greater than the standard table, which is 0.980 > 0.428 based on these calculations, then the H1 hypothesis is accepted. Thus, the hypothesis that teaching varies has a significant effect on learning performance in Elpida Junior High School grade VII, has been proven.

The marriage agreement is an agreement made between the prospective spouses which regulates the rights and obligations between the prospective partners after the marriage occurs. The main problem in this thesis is how Islamic law views the content and existence of a marriage agreement before the marriage ceremony and how the effectiveness of the marriage agreement is in an effort to prevent divorce. The writing method in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative method using a type of library research, namely research that aims to be carried out by reading books and collecting data contained in rooms related to libraries, such as books, journals and materials related to problems in research and etc. Data and data sources used in this study are primary data sources, secondary data sources and tertiary data sources. Methods of data collection using the method of research literature and documentation.‎ What is the view of Islamic law regarding the contents and existence of a marriage agreement before the marriage ceremony is that the law of a marriage agreement is mubah law (permit), in the sense that not everyone who is about to get married must agree, there are also those who do not want to make an agreement. Meanwhile, the content of the marriage agreement is related to anything, as long as it does not violate legal boundaries. How is the effectiveness of a marriage agreement in an effort to prevent divorce, namely in making a marriage agreement that has benefits including avoiding divorce, for example a husband and wife make an agreement if there is a divorce, the agreement is that if there is a divorce, property belongs to a wife, therefore the husband does not divorce his wife because if the husband divorces his wife then nothing will get.

Every human being is created in pairs between a man and a woman, thus forming a marital relationship. But navigating the marriage ship will not go the way you want it to, with divorce sometimes being a shortcut in the marital relationship. Divorce in marriage will have many repercussions, including raising children after divorce. As child support is often overlooked by heirs to their rights and obligations, Islamic law and civil law provide for alimony during marriage or after marriage (divorce). The methodology of this research uses a normative juridical approach and the type of research is library research. Then the primary data sources used are Islamic Family Law and Civil Law. The secondary data sources used are books related to problem formulation and discussion. The data validity testing technique in this research uses data source triangulation. The result of this study is that child maintenance after divorce according to Islamic family law is fully borne by the father, but this obligation can be reduced, if the father cannot work for a living (paralyzed, etc.) and does not have a trump card to give. Meanwhile, child maintenance after divorce according to the provisions of civil law is the responsibility of both parents.

This work is the result of research that describes the application of the law described in the Quran and Al-Hadith as well as the Law of IHL in addressing the concepts of Iddahh and Ihdad for career women. Usually, a woman not only becomes a housewife, but also contributes to the family home by working outside the home. The discussion in this study aims to uncover everything related to women's freedom to carry out activities outside the home, but there are also demanding and restrictive religious prescriptions that must be informed by research. The research method used is qualitative field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. To get these answers, researchers used primary and secondary data. Both data were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. The underlying problem is career women who do not go through the period of Iddahh and Ihdad according to Islamic law. Based on research in Jambesari Hamlet, Jambesari Darussolah District, it was found that many women whose husbands died or were divorced did not know the period of Eiddahh according to Islamic teachings. ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

The judge's decision of peace deed has binding power for litigants and there is legal certainty and has executive power, namely the power to carry out what is stipulated in the decision by force by state instruments. Likewise with the decision of the District Court No. 29/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Unr. The problem is whether the decision number 29/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Unr can be appealed or cassed, how will it be resolved if the defendant in the peace deed does not comply with the contents of the deed. This research uses a normative juridical research type, which is carried out by studying legislation, theories and concepts related to the problems to be studied. From the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the legal force of the peace deed is regulated in Article 1858 of the Civil Code and Article 130 paragraphs (2) and (3) of the HIR. This Peace Deed is essentially irrevocable. Cancellation of the Peace Deed may be requested, if its contents are contrary to the law. The legal basis for the Supreme Court Decision Number 454 K/Pdt/1991. The Plaintiff and the Defendant must comply with the contents of the Deed of Reconciliation, because it is a mutual agreement. The Deed of Peace cannot be appealed or appealed. The legal basis is Article 130 paragraph (2) of HIR. If the defendant does not comply with the decision of the Peace Deed, it can be executed by force through the court. Land* is* a* necessity* that* is* needed* by* every* Indonesian* citizen.* The* purpose* of* this* study* is* to* find* out* and* analyze* the* resolution* of* legal* disputes* against* holders* of* certificates* of* ownership* (double* certificate).* A sense of wanting to have a subject that will eventually lead to land disputes. One of the problems is the emergence of multiple ownership certificate (overlapping). "Double Certificate" can lead to civil disputes between the parties, so to ensure legal certainty over the land it needs to be resolved through a judiciary. Based* on* the* results* of* the* study* indicate* that* the* occurrence* of* double* certificates* caused* by* several* factors,* namely* the* bad* intention* of* the* applicant* for* the* certificate,* an* error* from* the* Land* Office,* namely* in* terms* of* collecting* and* processing* physical* data* and* juridical* data* of* the* land,* and* the* unavailability* of* a* comprehensive* land* registration* map.* Double certificate occur because there are two certificates in one office issued officially by the Land Office. This* research* uses* normative* juridical,* data* sources* collected* from* library* data* and* then* the* data* collection* techniques* used* are* literature* study.* The* formulation* of* the* problem* in* this* research* skirpsi* is*what* are* the* factors* that* lead* to* the* submission* of* dual* certificates,* and* the* legal* protection* that* double* certificate.* Legal protection for holders of land rights is as regulated in Government Regulation No.24 of 1997 and Article 38 paragraph (2) UUPA, Article 32 paragraph (2), Article 23 paragraph (2) and Article 19 paragraph (2) letter c, that the certificates of proof of right act as a strong means of proof. The two rights owners who are the object of the dispute do not receive legal protection if the revocation of the land certificate has been decided. Roya which is done manually is different from electronic. The difference is that the file from the applicant is scanned and registered through the website and is directly corrected by the roya executor, not through the land counter. So that the Notary/PPAT does not have to come to the Land Office. After obtaining the certificate of land rights then it is given back to the certificate holder in this case is the creditor. If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The impact of Covid 19 occurs in all aspects of life, even 80% of the impact occurs in the non-health sector. Therefore, the management of Covid 19 needs to involve all elements of society, including the campus community. The campus community is expected to actively take social action and be at the forefront of carrying out social change, including responding to disasters. Higher education is responsible for teaching awareness of various social problems to its campus community. Efforts made by the campus in carrying out prevention started from policy development, development of supporting instruments for the Covid 19 alert campus, mobilizing Covid 19 volunteers to the formation of the Covid task force team.  

The On The Job Training (OJT) activity is an activity that is included in the curriculum of all Study Programs at the Indonesian Tourism Economics College (STIEPARI)  Semarang  and must be carried  out by students  who are currently studying in semester VI. On The Job Training (OJT) is an activity to go directly to the field and apply the things obtained from theory and compared with practice in the field.  From  semester  I to semester  V, students  of the Indonesian  Tourism Economics College (STIEPARI) Semarang have been equipped with various practical skills and solving problems that exist in each study program so as to make it easier for students to practice in their respective fields.

The discussion on the position and jurisdiction of the military judiciary in Indonesia is very important considering that it can always change according to the development of society. By knowing the historical background and mental conditions when the laws and regulations that govern these problems were made, it is hoped that research on military justice in Indonesia will become more comprehensive. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that history will have the same interpretation as regulated in the laws and regulations.

The expected goal of this community service is that UMKM are able to understand the basics and regulations of taxation on UMKM so that UMKM business actors are able to fulfill their tax obligations. On the basis of the problems that occur with partners, this PKM program needs to be carried out by providing socialization regarding the existence of PP No. 23 of 2018 for MSMEs that have a turnover of below Rp. 4.8 billion in a year with a 0.5% tariff and only valid for 7 (seven) years. for private person and 3 years for UMKM entities. The method used is discussion and lecture. The service activities carried out by the PKM Team with the lecture and discussion methods have been able to add insight, motivation and understanding about the UMKM Final PPh in the future. UMKM actors are also expected to be disciplined and timely in reporting and paying and in accordance with applicable standards. And also with the UMKM tax incentives during the Covid 19 Pandemic, UMKM actors are expected to be able to use these incentives.

The current state of the war against COVID-19 requires people to be active at home, keep their distance, wear masks and other healthy living habits. Almost all activities that we normally can do outside the home freely, such as school, work, play, lectures and others, have been restricted since the Covid-19 outbreak. On the other hand, of course, there are economic factors that make people continue to do activities outside the home. Seeing this situation, the acceleration of handling COVID-19 must be carried out thoroughly and involve all parties who take universities. In Ringintunggal village, residents work as farmers, usually growing rice, beans, soybeans, secondary crops, and others. But here there are also lots of crystal guavas owned by residents, so don't be surprised if we enter Ringintunggal village there will be lots of guava trees around people's homes, and there are several crystal guava gardens that are quite wide owned by residents. But with the abundance of guava fruit, it is not accompanied by the innovation of processed crystals. Therefore we saw that this was a problem in the village and we were moved to take action for the residents of Ringintunggal village by providing understanding and training on the potential assets owned by Ringintunggal village.

The elderly group during the pandemic is the group most at risk of experiencing severity/morbidity and mortality due to Covid-19 disease. This is because elderly patients (geriatric) generally have various comorbidities, such as cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease, diabetes mellitus and hypertension. The elderly as a vulnerable group, of course, really need the right information related to Covid-19 with the right media. Media that can be used to provide information on Covid-19 to the elderly are posters and power points. This provision can be done by nurses. This research will be conducted on 50 elderly people at Kelurahan Bendungan Semarang. The study was conducted by measuring the level of knowledge with a knowledge level questionnaire about the problem of covid-19, before and after treatment. The design of this study was a quasi-experimental pre-test post-test with control group. The research sample was determined by total sampling with certain criteria, namely: 1) elderly aged 60 years and over, 2) can read, write, communicate well, 3) do not experience sensory, cognitive, and movement disorders, 4) participate in all activities with 100% attendance. The division of the group was 25 people for the intervention group and 25 people for the control group. The provision of posters and PPT media was held 4 times in 4 weeks. This is done in combination because the combination of the two media can increase the level of better knowledge, especially for the elderly who have experienced a decline in function. There is an increase in the level of knowledge from low level 4 people (16%), medium level 15 people (60%), high level 6 people (24%) to low level 1 person (4%), medium level 9 people (36%), high level 15 people (60%).

Learning media in the form of comics can foster Islamic religious education learning activities in students, so that students are trained with the material taught by the teacher. Students become active and interested in learning in reading the material, students try to understand the material by studying the storyline that is made. The formulation of the research problem is; 1) is there any effect the use of digital comics media has on increasing PAI learning activities at SMP Negeri 10 Denpasar in the 2020/2021 academic year, and 2) how much is the contribution of using digital comics media to increasing PAI learning activities at SMP Negeri 10 Denpasar in the 2020/2021 academic year. This study aims to determine; 1) the influence of the use of digital comic media on increasing PAI learning activities at SMP Negeri 10 Denpasar in the 2020/2021 academic year, and 2) how much does the use of digital comics media contribute to increasing PAI learning activities at SMP Negeri 10 Denpasar in the 2020/2021 academic year. This study uses a quantitative approach and in determining the sample using a saturated sampling technique with the results of 79 populations. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and analysis techniques using Product Moment. The results showed that there were; 1) the effect of using digital comics media on increasing PAI learning activities at SMP Negeri 10 Denpasar for the 2020/2021 academic year has a moderate or sufficient positive impact, with the results of the correlation, it is known that rxy = 3.706 is greater than the value of thetable Product Moment r, both at a significant level 5 percent is 1.991, and 2) the coefficient of determination is 15.1%, while the remaining 84.9% is determined by other variables.

Current technology has developed rapidly, computers are one of them. Almost all types of jobs require a computer to complete the task. In the field of computer education it is also very helpful, especially in terms of payroll services for teachers and employees who work as educators. MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process
