Digital economic transactions have emerged as a result of Indonesia's technological and financial information advancements. In order to optimize tax revenue, the Indonesian government adapt and respond to the growing prevalence of digital transactions, especially e-commerce. The primary obstacles include finding a clear definition for digital economic enterprises, enacting legislation governing digital transactions that are compliant with international standards, and allocating resources in a way that optimizes the advantages of digital economic transactions. By creating electronic platforms like DJP-online, the Indonesian government hopes to improve the ease and openness of the tax filing procedure. In an effort to maximize tax revenue in the digital age, tax advisors play a crucial role, and society must change to embrace technology. To ensure a smooth and successful rollout of the digital tax system, the Indonesian government must constantly update rules, enhance public education efforts, and improve online services. This community engagement activity discussed the material through online webinars, providing an accessible platform for all participants to gain insights into the digital taxation landscape and aiding the government in socializing regulations in the field of digital taxation

Increasing the efficiency of closet products in sanitary ceramic companies by implementing lean manufacturing to increase company competition. The identification of problems found waste in the process of making the closet, namely the dominant waste of inventory (21.81%), overproduction (20.21%), and motion (18.87%). Resolving the types of waste in order to increase the efficiency of the process, the process of mapping tools is carried out to determine the type of tools that are in accordance with the dominant problem, obtained are process activity mapping (PAM) and supply chain response matrix (SCRM). Proposals for improvements that can be made to increase process efficiency are the addition of operator aids for reducing waste motion, drying time efficiency by adding a drying device at the bottom of storage. Inventory waste can be minimized by implementing a warehouse system using the FIFO method and forecasting production targets to handle overproduction. Abstract   A mixed use area is basically an urban area that is designed in an integrated manner (integrated development), with a fairly high building density and a combination of land functions that are mixed (mixed used), where the most important key to its success is the functioning of the control mechanism which is the implementation. from the regulations for the development of the superblock area itself (Wikipedia, 2018). Another definition based on arsitag.com states that Mixed use is the use of a building, a building complex, or an environment for more than one use. This concept has been adopted by several countries in the world since 1920. The idea is to combine offices, residences, and other activity centers in adjacent areas or even in the same building. In Indonesia, mixed areas are permitted and regulated in Government Regulation Number 15 of 2010 concerning Spatial Planning, which mandates that to improve the quality of spatial structures and spatial patterns. In addition, in the Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN Number 16 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for the Development of Transit Oriented Areas, Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Compilation of Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW), and Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN Number 16 of 2018 concerning Compilation Detailed Spatial Planning (RDTR) and Zoning Regulations (PZ. In the spatial planning regulations, the mixed area is regulated in a mixed zone (C), which includes; housing and trade / services, housing and offices, trade / services and offices. For the use of the mixed zone category, it must be supported by the existence of a clear zone boundary which can limit the further expansion of the mixed function and there must be an effort to encourage the development of the mixed function towards a certain designated zone. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct this research to provide input and suggestions for related parties, including mixed area typology, mixed area prerequisites, mixed area principles, mixed area criteria and standards.   Keywords: mixed-use area, typology, prerequisites, principles, criteria

This refers to a condition where blood pressure increases beyond normal limits, namely systolic pressure ≥140 mmHg and diastolic pressure <90 mmHg. The aim of this service is to increase public awareness, understanding of prevention, lifestyle changes and increased participation in health decisions. The method for implementing this community service is education and blood pressure checks carried out simultaneously. There were 23 people who took part in this activity. The activity ran smoothly and well where the people who had been invited to take part in the education and detection of hypertension symptoms had followed it to completion with a total of 20 families participating. There are still many people who do not have their health checked at the health center. The community health center needs to carry out a door to door visit program to increase the coverage of the P2M program and reduce morbidity due to non-communicable diseases, especially hypertension.
