This community service activity is carried out so that people have an understanding of Islamic banking. This service activity is carried out for people who live in the Timbangan Village, North Padangsidimpuan District. This activity was carried out in 3 stages. The first stage is the preparatory stage, the preparation is carried out by asking permission from the Kelurahan where the service is carried out. The second stage is pre-socialization, namely the service volunteer team conducts interviews with the community. The third stage is the socialization stage, carried out by interviews and questions and answers with the community. The results of the activity show that there are still many people who are not familiar with Islamic banks, from this activity the community becomes aware of the existence of Islamic banks, 2) The community understands the concepts in Islamic banks, 3) This activity is a forum for increasing the knowledge and understanding of the community about Islamic banks, which Prior to this activity, most people considered Islamic banks and conventional banks the same and 4) The community expressed an interest in conducting transactions at Islamic banks after gaining knowledge and understanding of Islamic banks.  

Background: The low level of breastfeeding in the first hour after birth and exclusive breastfeeding resulted in stunted growth of the baby, especially the weight and length of the baby. The government's first step in an effort to improve the health status of infants is to implement early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD). The results of a preliminary study on 4 infants who experienced an increase in body weight of 150-250 grams were previously carried out by IMD. Objective: Knowing the effectiveness of the IMD implementation on infant weight gain at the Kolelet Health Center Lebak Banten in 2022. Methodology: This research is quasi-experimental research with one-group pretest-posttest design method. The sample in this study were babies born at the Kolelet Health Center Lebak Banten in June 2022 as many as 30 respondents with a total sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the Paired sample t-test before the normality test was carried out. Results: The results of the univariate analysis showed that the baby's weight before the IMD was done on average = 2,965.00 grams and after the IMD was done the average = 3,333.67 grams so that an average difference was found of 368.67 grams. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was an effectiveness of the IMD implementation on the baby's weight gain with p = 0.000. Conclusions and Suggestions: The implementation of IMD is effective in increasing the baby's weight. Maternity mothers and their families are expected to increase their knowledge about the importance of IMD in order to increase their awareness in carrying out IMD to their babies and make mothers motivated to continue giving their breast milk without additional food so that the growth and development of babies can grow optimally and mothers avoid postpartum hemorrhage.

Henti jantung merupakan salah satu kegawatan yang sangat serius yang terjadi pada pasien di rumah sakit. Code blue sistem merupakan salah satu sistem komunikasi di rumah sakit untuk memastikan kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam memberikan tindakan lifesaving. Penanganan secara tepat dan cepat dapat terwujud melalui pelatiahan dan simulasi (Inhouse training).  Kegiatan inhouse training Code blue dilakukan pada tanggal 20 Desember 2022 di RS  RS Manambai Abdulkadir dengan peserta sejumlah 40 orang perawat. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa hanya 25% perawat mempunyai pengetahuan dalam kategori baik, dengan skor rata-rata adalah 57. Setelah dilakukan sosialisasi dan simulasi Code Blue, hasil post test menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 87,5% perawat mempunyai pengetahuan baik dengan rata-rata skor adalah 92. Seluruh peserta dapat melakukan simulasi code blue.  Peningkatan pengetahuan dan skill perawat ini merupakan hal yang krusial. Sehingga diharapkan pihak RS untuk lebih aktif memberikan pelatihan ataupun inhouse training terkiat dengan masalah-masalah yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di RS yang pada akhrinya meningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat secara luas.

The research aims to determine the Marketing Strategy of Mulia Product at Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin and to find out the development of mulia product used by Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin in marketing mulia product. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interview guidelines and documentation to describe the results of observing reality and developing a theory of marketing strategies for Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin mulia product and the obstacles it faces. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the strategy used is literacy of the community and offers investment by way of gathering precious metals, promoting mulia product and providing discounts for advances and holding gold bazaar activities with payment transactions in cash or installments. The obstacles they face are that people’s harvest fail, some areas of the community lack knowledge about noble products and people are more interested in gold jewelry than gold bullion.

Abstract According to Bruce Lliyd, the capital market acts as a liaison between investors and companies and government agencies through trading long-term instruments such as bonds, stocks, etc. Students as agents of change and the driving force of technological industry progress must have broad insights into financial management, and control that also pays attention to the potential for income in the form of investment. This activity aims to provide knowledge about the capital market and how to manage investments properly and correctly, to students of the Sharia Banking Department, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business. So it is hoped that with the implementation of this seminar, students will be able to understand the capital market and how to manage investments, and can implement them in their lives in the future. Analysis of E-Learning Information Systems is certainly one of the efforts that can be made to overcome problems that arise in the process of implementing teaching and learning activities (KBM) in each school. Soft System Methodology (SSM) analysis is a method used to help model unstructured problems. The SSM methodology is suitable for assisting an organization in defining their goals and then building a human activity system to achieve those goals. The relationship between the internal and external academic community involves teachers, parents of students, students and school administrators to develop information for supervision and student Development approaches. E-Learning analysis using the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) approach is expected that the E-Learning information system will be able to answer existing challenges and problems. This study carried out a CATWOE analysis of the holons and elements (Client, Actor, Transformation, World View, Owner, Environment) found in case studies, building E-Learning models by applying the roles of humans, processes and technology as knowledge-forming elements, then analysis. holons based on the modeling of the resulting Knowledge. The analysis of E-Learning needs is answered by the need between the internal staff of teachers, employees, counseling and external students and parents to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities and student development.

With this technique, students can measure their abilities by answering questions correctly and quickly. Generating students' interest in learning through a game approach is more effective in fostering curiosity and experience in playing smartly in an effective and motivating learning environment than not in the form of games. Nationalism is a deep understanding, loving the Nation and the state with a conscious sense of its citizens who jointly achieve to maintain, and devote the identity, integrity, prosperity, and strength of the Nation. 

Community service activities that have been carried out by STIEPARI Semarang in collaboration with the Bancak District Government, Semarang Regency with the target of village officials are in the form of lectures with visual media. With this form of activity, it is more about providing knowledge and information to participants. The success of this activity is measured by the enthusiasm of the participants during the training. In this activity a lot of interaction in question and answer from participants and presenters. Participants felt happy with this activity. This is because so far there has never been any activity from the academic community that has entered the Bancak District, Semarang Regency, so that participants gain understanding and knowledge about the preparation of village fund financial reports. The follow-up of this activity is that the participants want in the future there will be assistance activities in preparing village fund financial reports.

The Tri Dharma of Higher Education requires lecturers to carry out research, teaching and community service. Therefore as a form of lecturer's moral responsibility to the community to improve knowledge through formal and non-formal education. Our team of lecturers will carry out community service in the form of making training on the internet in the form of webminars that are very suitable to reach audiences during this pandemic. The coaching material that will be delivered by the lecturer team includes the use of SEM-GSCA and the GSCA-PRO application for research for students and lecturers (S1, S2, S3). The purpose of this training is to introduce SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Applications Generalized Structure Component Analyst and how to use and process data through the GSCA-PRO application. So far, students and lecturers are still patterned with a regression analysis, by studying SEM students and lecturers will have the freedom in making the research model. The benefit that can be taken from training on the use of SEM-GSCA and the GSCA-PRO Application for research for students and lecturers is that there are other options offered to students and lecturers in terms of doing research.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to enforce a physical distancing policy which is the basis for implementing learning from home. This is also something that must be applied to students at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul. The use of information technology that applies suddenly, not infrequently, makes educators and students surprised and limping in its implementation. However, the learning process must continue so that teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul are challenged to create a learning media that students with special needs can understand. The limited knowledge of teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul in making learning media causes the need for training and mentoring of learning media. One of the technological developments that we can use for making learning media is an application for video editing. This application can help to make videos to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning. Application users are expected to support the activities of SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to participate in competitions and promotions as routine activities that must be done every year. The two needs of these teachers are what make them collaborate to implement training programs based on the required classes. The implementation uses the Classical method and Practices using video recording applications and equipment. Community service will be carried out at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to support improving skills in using software from basic to advanced levels. The result of this training is that the participants can make their own video creations so that they are eligible to be included in competitions and make video advertisements more professional.

Anemia in pregnant women can increase maternal and child mortality and morbidity rates. Anemia increases the risk of abortion, KJDR, premature birth, hemorrhagic and so on. Anemia in pregnancy affects the growth and development of the fetus both before and after birth. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia is 48.9%. One of the ways to reduce the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is to provide nutrition education that can help reduce anemia to the community, especially pregnant women. Tanakaraeng Village is used as a counseling location. The method used in this community service activity is lectures and discussions using powerpoint, LCD. From the results of data processing using a paired T test with a sample of 21 people, it was obtained that there was an increase in knowledge from the average value of the pre-test questionnaire, which obtained a value of 45.23 and post-test: 74.76. The result of the paired T test is 0.000. There is an average knowledge before being given counseling and after being given counseling.

The lack of public awareness in implementing Health protocols in the prevention and handling of Covid-19 is the reason for providing education or knowledge of citizens on the importance of maintaining health protocols. The objectives of this community service program are 1) to increase public knowledge and provide correct information on how to prevent and handle Covid-19, 2) to help realize government programs so that they can run the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) and Healthy Living Community Movement (PHBS) program. GERMAS) which is programmed by the government such as washing hands in running water, using hand sanitizer, using mouth masks, maintaining distance, 3) assisting the government in disseminating correct information about how to prevent and handle COVID-19 through mass media, both print media such as brochures. / leaflets and electronically through social media, 4) increase the sense of security and comfort for the community to carry out activities outside the home such as worshiping in public places and other activities, because disinfectants have been sprayed regularly in certain places, 5) assisting the government in implement a vaccination program mass by providing correct information and knowledge about the vaccination program as a preventive effort to prevent and handle covid-19 and 6) the realization of people who are aware of the importance of maintaining health. The method of activities carried out is using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, Observation, Focus group discussion (FGD) approach, counseling, mentoring/monitoring, providing follow-up and program evaluation. The results of this activity showed a very positive response from the residents of the Linggasirna Community, Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency with this activity, we even received a report from the village head that more than 60% of residents who had vaccinated so far had only 15% of the total population. inhabitant. The outputs of this activity are: 1) publication in local print mass media, and 2) producing scientific publication articles published in accredited National Journals with ISSN.

This study aims to determine the effect of Talent Management, Knowledge Management, Performance Assessment, Personality, and Creativity on the Career Development of the Ministry of Religion's Office employees, Padang Pariaman Regency. The population in this study were all employees the Ministry of Religion, Padang Pariaman Regency, with as many as 62 people. By using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results of this study indicate that talent management has a positive influence on employee career development at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang Pariaman Regency, Knowledge management has a positive influence on the career development of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Padang Pariaman Regency, Performance appraisal has a positive influence on employee career development. In the era of globalization, the world of education has made very significant progress in all fields. All have been based on the use of information and communication technology in the teaching and learning process. Technology acts as a tool to help students and teachers in conveying information more effectively. However, students have not been able to master technology-based learning materials. So, teachers must facilitate and monitor student performance so that they can more easily and quickly master the material. The professional quality of teachers in Indonesia is still relatively low. This is because the human resources of the Indonesian people are still lagging behind compared to other countries. The quality of teachers in Indonesia needs to be improved by using a learning approach. Learning approach based on Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). This TPACK approach makes it easier for teachers to master technology that is by learning content so that students are motivated and active in learning. This study aims to determine TPACK-based learning in supporting the quality of teachers in Indonesia. This research uses the type of library research. Research samples from literature studies sourced from Google Scholar and Eric Journal. The criteria for the data to be sampled are articles published in 2015-2022. The data that was used as a sample amounted to 15 articles that were following the research variables. Data analysis is qualitative data analysis. The results show that from 15 articles that have been analyzed, TPACK-based science learning is very helpful for science teachers in Indonesia. TPACK-based science learning enhances the professionalism of teachers in teaching science material. Furthermore, the TPACK approach greatly helps teachers' professional performance to be more effective and efficient in mastering technology for learning facilities

The use of the internet has been used in all layers of the age segment, both the older generation to the younger generation. Global competition in the future is very tight and knowledge of technology, especially telecommunications technology, is needed. 5G technology stands for 5th Generation which refers to the fifth generation of mobile phones. 5G technology has incredible data capabilities and has the ability to unify unlimited call volume and unlimited data broadcasts in the latest mobile operating systems. Currently, Indonesia is lagging behind in the application of 5G technology. Indonesia is currently still preparing regulations and the frequency spectrum used in the implementation of 5G technology. Therefore, the socialization of the Introduction and Readiness of 5G Technology SLB Negri Labuha, Kab. South Halmahera, North Maluku.

The National Health Insurance (JKN) Program is part of the National Social Security System (SJSN) which is organized using the principle of mandatory social health insurance based on Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 40 Tahun 2004. The implementation of the National Social Security System aims to provide guarantees for the fulfillment of the basic needs of a decent life for each participant and their family. In the use of JKN services, participants are required to follow the referral service procedures as stated in the regulations. During the Covid-19 pandemic, various service channels have been launched which are expected to make it easier for participants when they want to take advantage of the JKN program. So it is felt necessary to socialize to the community to understand the benefits and procedures of JKN services so that this program can be utilized as well as possible. This community service activity is carried out by providing education to private workers in Gianyar Regency. Education is carried out in the form of online webinars by utilizing zoom meeting media. After socialization, the results were obtained that there was an increase in participants' knowledge of JKN.

This study aims to: (1) describe the sense of ekopuitika theory; (2) describe the working mechanism of ekopuitika theory; and (3) describe the application of the ekopuitika theory in the oral literature. The theory used in this research is  ekopuitika theory, ecology theory, and poetics theory. The data collecting technique or data collection process utilized in this research are as follows: (1) recording technique, either audio or audiovisual, (2) notes, (3) rooted interview, (4) literature study and documentation analysis. The finding of the research is (1) the meaning ekopuitika theory is literary theory/knowledge of poetry which is associated with the environment. (2) the working mechanism is started from analyzing the poetics theory which consists of: 1. Sound that includes: a) rima; (b) assonance; (c) alliteration; (d) anaphora; (e) efoni; (f) kakafoni; and (g) onomatopoeic. 2. Rime (metrum and rhythm) 3. Word includes: (a) vocabulary; (b) diction; (c) figurative language; (d) imagery; and (e) linguistic factors. 4. Phrase that includes: (a) nominal phrases; (b) verbal phrase; (c) the numeral phrase; (d) the adverb phrase; and (e) the prepositional phrase. 5. Sentence/array includes: (a) declarative sentences; (b) interrogative sentences; (c) the imperative sentence; and (d) the exclamatory sentence. 6. Online Learning Innovation Based on Zoom Meeting Application is the policy selection taken at the Amaliah Elementary School of Bogor Regency. The Zoom Meeting application policy is used to support the implementation of effective learning in the pandemic period. The purpose of this study was to describe online learning based on Zoom Meeting at the Amaliah Elementary School as a school policy that chose the zoom meeting application as a learning media during a pandemic. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design—the respondents used by teachers in the Elementary School of Amaliah. Data collection procedures use interviews, observation, and documentation for data analysis using triangulation. The study results imposed that teachers, students, and parents' support very quickly received the selection of zoom meeting applications. Zoom meeting-based online learning implementation can be used on online learning planning aspects, methods and strategies, and online learning assessment. Although the school provides supporting facilities, there are still obstacles to online learning-based zoom meetings. Furthermore, both teachers need to develop technological capabilities in presenting the learning in the pandemic and the science of their knowledge about various models of appropriate learning used in online learning.

This counseling also provides education on various available treatment methods, ranging from medical treatment and prevention that can be taken to keep the eyes healthy.
