The history of Christianity in Asia encompasses various aspects, including its origins, development, and the dynamics of the Church in a continent rich in cultural diversity and traditions. Christianity first entered Asia in the first century through trade routes and the missions of the apostles, spreading rapidly in regions such as Mesopotamia, Persia, and South India. Despite facing significant challenges, such as interactions with major religions like Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam, as well as complex social and political influences, the Christian Church continued to develop. During the colonial era, European missions provided a new impetus for the spread of Christianity in Asia, though it was often linked with foreign dominance, triggering resistance from local communities. However, the Christian Church in Asia managed to adapt to local cultures and traditions, creating unique expressions of faith in each country or community. This diversity resulted in a unique dynamic within the Church, where Christianity not only survived but thrived despite ongoing social, political, and cultural challenges. In addition to exploring theological and historical aspects, this article also discusses the contributions of the Christian Church in Asia to education, healthcare, and social justice, which played a significant role in shaping social structures and improving the well-being of society. In the modern era, churches in Asia face new challenges such as globalization, religious pluralism, and social change, yet they continue to play an important role in society, both spiritually and socially. Overall, this article portrays Christianity in Asia as an integral part of the continent's history and development, continually adapting to changing times while making significant contributions to society, all while maintaining the core values of its teachings.

Youth are a generation that lives in the digital era and they are very adept at using digital devices and are always updated with current technological developments. Technological developments cannot be avoided by anyone, including the church. There needs to be innovation and strategies for using technology in church services. The use of technology will make it easier for the church to reach and build the identity of youth, but on the other hand, if the church is resistant to technological developments, it is likely that church youth will withdraw and find it difficult to get involved in church activities. The role of the church in shaping the spiritual identity of the younger generation in the digital era is becoming increasingly important along with developments in technology and information. In an era where access to a variety of content and outside influences is very easy, the church has a great responsibility to ensure that young people have a solid spiritual foundation. The church can play an effective role in shaping the spiritual identity of the younger generation amidst the flow of digital information. And churches can use various methods and strategies to help youth build their spiritual identity. This includes the use of technology to spread religious teachings, the creation of supportive online communities, and the provision of targeted spiritual formation. Apart from that, the church also needs to understand the unique dynamics and challenges in the digital era, such as changes in lifestyle and values faced by today's young generation.

The purpose of this study is to understand Romans 12:-2 from a hermeneutic point of view, especially in relation to the concept of "renewal of the mind" as the key to spiritual transformation in the Christian life. Paul emphasizes the importance of a profound inner change in order to be in harmony with God's will, which is not only a change in behavior, but also a change in mindset influenced by God's Word. Paul's letter to the church in Rome, written to the church in Rome, teaches about salvation through faith and the relationship between the Law and faith in Christ. In Romans 12:2, Paul exhorts believers not to follow worldly values, but to have experiences that renew their minds so that they understand God's will. This hermeneutic interpretation suggests that the renewal of the mind leads believers to live differently from the norms of the world, which affects all aspects of daily life, including relationships with others. However, challenges arise from cultural influences, world customs, and personal weaknesses that hinder change. The results of this study show that the transformation of the heart and mind that Paul teaches is an ongoing spiritual journey that requires dedication, discipline, and patience. This change enables believers to live according to God's good, pleasing and perfect will and bear witness to the world in the truth.

The phenomenon f fatherly parenting plays a vital role in shaping the emotional and social experiences of daughters, particularly in forming romantic relationships. The role of fathers is often overlooked in parenting, even though it significantly influences the development of a daughter's personality and interpersonal relationships. Fathers who are emotionally involved can provide a sense of security, confidence, and an understanding of love. This study aims to describe the experiences of young adult women regarding their fathers' parenting roles and their impact on romantic relationships. This study adopts a phenomenological approach using purposive sampling techniques. The research was conducted over four months, and data were collected through interviews and observations. Five participants aged 18 to 25 years, with experiences of both positive and negative fatherly parenting and a history of romantic relationships, were involved in this study. The results show that positive fatherly parenting fosters positive romantic relationship experiences, such as the ability to build trust and intimacy. Conversely, hostile fatherly parenting leads to negative relationship patterns, such as distrust or a need for emotional validation. The lack of fatherly parenting also drives women to seek a father figure in others and to feel less trustful toward their partners. These findings demonstrate that the father's role in parenting has a significant impact on young adult women's romantic relationships.

Malaria remains a global health issue, particularly in tropical and subtropical regions. In Indonesia, Papua Province specifically Nabire Regency reports a high incidence of malaria, although a decline has been observed since 2010. Infants and pregnant women are the most vulnerable groups. Nutritional status, influenced by dietary patterns, environment, and access to healthcare, plays a crucial role in susceptibility to malaria. Malnourished children are more prone to severe malaria infections due to their underdeveloped immune systems. This research focuses on Kimi Health Center in Nabire Regency and aims to explore the relationship between the nutritional status of children under five and malaria incidence in 2024. The goal of this study is to determine the relationship between the nutritional status of children under five and malaria incidence at Kimi Health Center, Teluk Umar District, Nabire Regency, in 2024. The research design employs an analytical descriptive approach with a cross-sectional method to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and malaria incidence. Data was collected at one point in time and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with the Kendall tau-b test through SPSS software. The results show that nutritional status significantly influences susceptibility to malaria. Children with poor nutrition are at a higher risk of experiencing severe malaria due to immune system dysfunction. Malnutrition, such as Protein-Energy Malnutrition (PEM), worsens parasitemia and anemia. Nutrient deficiencies, including iron, vitamin A, and zinc, also weaken the immune system. Therefore, improving nutritional status is a crucial effort in malaria control within endemic areas.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Authentic Leadership, Organizational Support, and Job Demands on Employee Resilience, with Job Satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. The research focuses on employees of multinational companies in Semarang, utilizing a quantitative approach with regression analysis to evaluate direct, indirect, and interaction effects among the variables. The findings reveal that Authentic Leadership does not significantly influence Employee Resilience directly, though it demonstrates a positive trend, indicating its potential role in creating a supportive work environment for resilience development. Similarly, Organizational Support shows no significant direct effect on Employee Resilience, suggesting that individual perceptions of organizational support may be influenced by other unexamined factors. Job Demands, while having a positive relationship with Employee Resilience, are also not statistically significant, implying that well-managed work demands may positively contribute to resilience without imposing excessive stress.Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable does not significantly explain the relationship between independent variables and Employee Resilience. Additionally, the interaction effects between Job Satisfaction and the independent variables (Authentic Leadership, Organizational Support, and Job Demands) are not significant. These findings suggest that while Job Satisfaction remains essential, its mediating or moderating role in this context is limited.Nevertheless, the overall regression model, which incorporates all variables and interactions, is statistically significant (F = 16.369; p < 0.001), indicating that the combination of these factors collectively influences Employee Resilience. This highlights the importance of considering multiple organizational factors to enhance employee adaptability and productivity.

Political law is the basic policy that is the basis for the formation, implementation and enforcement of law in a country. In the context of criminal cases in Indonesia, legal politics is reflected in the judge's considerations when handing down a decision. This research aims to analyze how legal politics influences judges' considerations in criminal cases and the extent to which these factors reflect substantive justice, legal certainty and legal benefits. By using a normative juridical approach and analysis of court decisions, this research finds that judges' considerations are influenced by various factors, such as statutory regulations, legal doctrine, jurisprudence, and social values that develop in society. The legal politics applied by judges in their decisions often show an attempt to balance the need for legal certainty with substantive justice. However, in some cases, it was found that judges' considerations could be influenced by external pressures or developing political dynamics, which had the potential to cloud the principle of judicial independence. These findings provide important insights for policy makers and law enforcers to strengthen a justice system that is oriented towards justice and integrity.
