Research on the role of extension workers in the development of women's farmer groups (KWT) in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency aims to analyze the role of extension workers in the development of Women Farmers Groups (KWT) in Selupu Rejang District. The research was conducted in January 2022 in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. Determination of the location is done intentionally (purposive sampling) with the consideration that this location is the center of agriculture in the Rejang Lebong highlands which has many farmer groups, one of which is the Women Farmers Group (KWT). This study has two types of primary data that are processed and analyzed, namely quantitative data and qualitative data. Qualitative data from the questionnaires in this study were collected and the answers were studied which then coded the data to obtain quantitative data. The collected data was statistically processed using SPSS for Windows and Microsoft Excel. Checking the completeness and consistency of the answers on the questionnaire sheets, diaries, and audio recordings was carried out at the stage of studying the answers to the questionnaire. The Microsoft Excel program was used at the data coding stage where all quantitative data obtained from the complete and per variable questionnaire answers were entered into the Microsoft Excel program. The stages in analyzing the data are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Likert Scale Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The role of extension workers is very important in the development of the Women Farmers Group (KWT). Judging from the three categories, namely the role of the instructor as a mentor with a score of 77% in the high category, it can be said to be growing because KWT has been able to innovate by creating new things in farming activities and can also think that farming activities are not only limited to planting but can also perform processing in order to increase the selling value of agricultural products.

The stochastic SEIR model offers an innovative approach to understanding the spread of infectious diseases, particularly tuberculosis, in limited populations. This study adopts a stochastic model to capture random variability in individual interactions, often overlooked in deterministic models. The population is divided into four main categories: Susceptible (S), Exposed (E), Infected (I), and Recovered (R), with transitions between categories determined by probabilities based on epidemiological parameters. Through simulations, the model demonstrates its capability to depict more realistic patterns of disease spread, including fluctuations in case numbers and epidemic duration. The findings indicate that stochastic variability plays a crucial role in understanding the dynamics of tuberculosis transmission, especially in small populations or when the number of individual contacts is limited. The stochastic SEIR model can serve as an effective tool for policymakers to evaluate various intervention strategies, such as vaccination, transmission control, and treatment, as well as to design public health policies that are data-driven and adaptive to epidemiological uncertainties.

Regarding the implementation of employee performance of the Housing, Residential Areas and Land Agency of Cilacap Regency, it is marked by the fact that there are still delays in completing tasks and work for employees. This results in delays in providing reports on their tasks and work to the leadership, and low employee awareness of the tasks/obligations that are their responsibility and inadequate employee abilities for the tasks assigned to the work apparatus. The formulation of the problem proposed in this study includes: 1. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 2. How does competence affect employee performance? 3. How much influence do work motivation and competence have on employee performance? The method used in this study uses a quantitative method. To analyze it, using statistical correlation and multiple regression test data analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis prove that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the higher the employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the analysis of the contribution data of X1 to Y with a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.407 (40.7%) and then competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the competence, the higher the employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the analysis of the contribution data of X2 to Y with a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.453 (45.3%). Furthermore, motivation and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if there is motivation and competence, then employee performance will also increase. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis which states the contribution of variables X1 and X2 to Y with a correlation (r) of 0.722. If consulted with the table of interpretation values r, then the level of relationship between X1 and X2 to Y is included in the fairly strong category. The coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.521 which means that motivation and competence affect employee performance by 52.1% while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other factors outside that are not studied.

Abu Sayyaf is a separatist group originating from the Philippines with headquarters in Western Mindanao, Basilan, Jolo and Sulu. The existence of the Abu Sayyaf is trying to build the Islamic Mindanao Islamic State (MIS). Abdurrajak Janjalani is the leader of the Abu Sayyaf which is affiliated with the Al Qaeda terrorist network. The Abu Sayyaf's actions are considered extreme and disturbing the people of the Philippines and the Southeast Asian region. The footprints built by the Abu Sayyaf tend towards radicalism and acts of terrorism. The Abu Sayyaf carries out many bombings and kidnappings and has expanded into maritime areas by pirating ships. Indonesia became one of the countries that fell victim to piracy in 2016 when the barge Anand 12 and tugboat Brahma 12 were hijacked while traveling to Batangas, Southern Philippines. The aim of the piracy was so that the Abu Sayyaf could receive ransom money to fund their struggle. The Indonesian government has made various efforts to free Indonesian citizens who are being held hostage. The Indonesian government is prioritizing the negotiation route in this case. Indonesia is coordinating with the Philippine government, involving non-state actors in carrying out a social approach. The involvement of non-government actors is an opening to build dialogue with the Abu Sayyaf until the negotiation process is successful.

This research discusses the defamation that has been committed by Haris Azhar (HA) and Fatiah Maulidyianti (FM) who in one of their YouTube video uploads entitled 'There is a Lord Luhut Behind the Economic-OPS Military Relations of Intan Jaya!!! General BIN Also There!! NgeHAMtam' has defamed and caused false suspicion against Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan. It is known that HA and FM called Luhut 'lord'. Luhut also said that material losses do not need to be calculated, but morally, accusing me of being a criminal and being called a 'lord' is very detrimental to him and his family. This research will also discuss the defamation by Haris and Fatiah when viewed from the Criminal Code (KUHP), and Law Number 11 of 2008 which has been amended by Law Number 19 of 2016. This research uses normative / dogmatic juridical research methods. This research uses primary legal materials and secondary legal materials as the legal basis for completing this research. This research also uses the Statue Approach (approach through legislation), Conceptual Approach (conceptual approach), and Case Approach (case approach). In the results of this study, it can be concluded that the actions of HA and FM can be categorized as defamation because they have fulfilled the elements of Article 311 of the Criminal Code on slander and Article 318 of the Criminal Code on false suspicion. The advice in the form of legal opinion is that the prosecutor should be able to provide charges to HA and FM related to Article 311 of the Criminal Code on slander and Article 318 on false pretenses because this can later become the basis for the Judge's decision following the prosecutor's indictment.
